FOIL AIR BEARING
PRINCIPLE OF AIR BEARING
When two surfaces form a wedge, and one surface moves relative to the other surface, pressure is generated between the surfaces due to the hydrodynamic action of the fluid which carries load. Eccentricity occurs at the center of the rotor and the bearing by self-load of the rotor, thereby production Con-vering Region. Hydrodynamic pressure is produced in the conversing region by the rotational force of the rotor. The airfoil bearing supports the rotor by using that hydro-Dynamic Foil Bearing Manufacturer pressure. The rotor emerges and rotates at 2,000 rpm or higher, and the friction loss that occurs during operation is close to zero.
JOURNAL BEARING
Even though, the principle of an air bearing is simple, but application is complex. Usually running radial clearance between the shaft and the bearing is less than 0.012mm for a 50mm diameter shaft running at 36,000 rpm. But the shaft growth due to temperature and centrifugal force could be 0. 05mm.Hence a bearing cannot be made to work at various speeds and temperatures. In addition, damping is required to suppress any whirl instability, and there could be misalignment between various rotating parts and stationary parts. These problems are resolved by foil bearings. THRUST BEARINGS
Thrust bearings withstand axial loads in a rotating machinery. In a journal bearing the wedge action comes from eccentricity between the center of the rotating shaft and the center of the bearing itself, whereas in a thrust bearing the wedge is built in taking into account any deflection due the axial load. There are multiple radial springs which transfer the load to the housing. Foils between the springs deflect under pressure forming the wedge required for the hydrodynamic action.

INSTALLATION WAYS
It is very easy to install Turbo Blower because it is almost free of vibration. Just place Turbo Blower on a flat floor and level it. A level foot in the bottom can be adjusted to level Turbo Blower. You can also install a anchor on a level foot when there is severe earthquake or vibration. After placing Turbo Blower, assemble parts in the following order: a flexible joint that helps install pipes, a check valve that prevents compressed air from flowing backward, and a discharge silencer that reduces the noise of discharged air. PRINCIPLE OF THE CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSION
Air or gas gain kinetic energy, that is, velocity, as they go through an impeller. The air or gas introduced into the impeller turns at a right angle to the direction of its primary inlet and is spread through a Cooling System Supplier Korea diffuser while gaining centrifugal force through the rotator and showing a rapid rise in pressure. As a result, the air or gas that passed the impeller enters the diffuser with reduced velocity and increased pressure. AIR-FLOW DIAGRAM:
Turbo Blower sucks and compresses an ambient air and supplies to fields where compressed air is required through a discharge flange. The ambient air inflows to Turbo Blower flows into a motor cabinet through an inlet filter that are installed on the back when Air-End operates. The inlet filter has a dual structure of pre filter and medium filter to control the quality of intake air. The air in the motor cabinet inflows into the Air-End and is compressed by impeller and it is supplied to the field through a discharge flange. A blow-off valve is installed in a diffuser of discharge flange to prevent compressed air from flowing backward to the Air-End. It automatically operates by a solenoid valve between discharge compressed air and the outside when the field pressure, which is the pressure at the discharge flange, is higher than the pressure that is generated by impeller, namely when Turbo Blower starts or stops.

TURBO BLOWER / COMPRESSOR
ENERGY SAVING
A certification of high-efficiency energy using an appliance from the Korea Energy Management Corporation was obtained by applying High-efficiency compressor and motor, and achieving an overall efficiency of 65% or higher for the all models. It shows an average energy-saving effect of 40% or higher compared to the displacement root’s blower. Variable capacity through the change of inverter frequency allows an additional energy-saving effect of 10% or higher.
VARIABLE CAPACITY
An inverter can have defects caused by the degradation and oxidation of exposed wires rather than by internal elements.
Therefore, the compression unit and the electric unit (including the inverter) can be separated and installed in conditions with a high ambient temperature or toxic and corrosive gases. It uses a non-contact air bearing.
LOW NOISE
By installing an inlet silencer (ACE Turbo’s patent) in the inlet flow channel, the noise of all models becomes 80 dBA or lower, applying a unique acoustic isolation structure in the cabinet (based on KS B 6350).It uses a non-contact air bearing. Air Bearing Technology
LOW VIBRATION
A centrifugal blower that sucks in and discharges air sequentially, and it has approximately zero vibration.
It does not require vibration-proof and fixation construction for products.
