Anne gave a small laugh, if there was something about Barnum lately it was that he didn’t tell them a lot. “No, he hasn’t.. but then that is no surprise” She remarked, arms crossing over her chest. “Here to investigate? What about? The abusers we’re getting, they could be locked up in a cell..” Although Anne never got involved she still hated it, the names they called her, they called all of them. “I’m Anne. Anne Wheeler, I do acrobatics with my brother W.D” She introduced allowing her stance to soften slightly.

It had been another great performance and show for Barnum’s Circus. Anne was backstage, along with Phillip and the other acts. It was often that they got abuse from people who had paid to see the show, though Anne was one to ignore it unlike her brother and the others. She rubbed off the white powder from her hands, removing the pink wig to allow her natural black hair to fall from her shoulders. Her eyes however found an intruder, though he didn’t look like the kind to cause abuse from backstage. “Sir, you can’t be back here” Anne stated gently.
