“I know a place between midnight and morning This is the place where we find peace in the darkness. The gods do not reach us here. The twilight is where the heroes go to lay down their armor and rest.”

Trying to remember how to draw stuff. Thought I’d give one of my OCs, Ulag a go tonight. He’s not quite there yet, (needs more bulk and more orcish features) but I shall persevere. I’m 15 years out of practice… :/ Damn you, 3D programmes!

Demon Boyfriend: Ariton

After receiving her aunt’s house in her will, our reader begins moving in and cleaning. Sometimes, as we all know, we uncover some unsavory things when we start cleaning.
Female Reader x Male Monster
You inherit a home from your great-grandmother, a place which looks like a tower snapped off from its castle and placed in the middle of the woods. The place is a wreck - your great-grandmother hasn’t cleaned or organized her hoard since your grandmother grew up and moved out.
You start with first floor and work your way up. The stone tower has four floors. The first floor is the biggest and fitted with a kitchen, living room, and for the final part of her life, your great-grandmother’s bedroom. As you progress upward, you find a bathroom and guest room on the second floor, and a strange museum of paintings that move and talk amongst themselves. The third floor is the master suite, where you set up your bedroom and wardrobe. The fourth floor is a single room, and your great-grandmother’s study.
The study is filled with overgrown plants that are starting to take over, growing along the walls, under the floorboards, and into the many, many books that are littered about like the rubble of a destroyed city. There is a rug in the middle of the room - at least, you think it’s a rug. You start prying it up and find it is indeed a very old rug that the plants have woven their roots into. As you pull it up, a thorn from a plant pricks you.

When I was little my mom’s meatloaf was my favorite food. But ONLY her meatloaf. I didn’t like anyone else’s, and she told me that she would teach me how to make it when I was older. And when I was like 19? She finally taught me, but she told me never to tell anyone else and I was like weird but okay
Anyway, she was super fucking homophobic and abusive to me when I told her I was gay, so here’s the recipe
4-6 lbs of Hamburger/turkey burger
1 pk onion soup mix OR ranch mix
1 TBs ketchup
1 Tbs spicy brown mustard,
1 Tbs bbq sauce
1 Tbs steak sauce
1 egg
mix, shape into a loaf in a big pan, and bake at 350 for 2 hrs (maybe 2 and a half if you’re feeling dangerous)
You can get almost all of these ingredients at the dollar store, and have leftovers if it’s just you. The leftovers make great tacos if (taco seasoning is also like a dollar). Enjoy your revenge loaf

Here’s a “life-hack” for you. Apparently concentrated Kool-Aid can be used as a pretty effective leather dye. I was making a drink while cutting the snaps off some new straps for my pauldrons and I got curious, so I tried it, thinking, “ok even if this works, it will just wash out.” Nope. It took the “dye” (undiluted) in about 3 seconds. After drying for about an hour and a half, it would not wash off in the hottest tap-water. It would not wash out after soaking for 30 minutes. It did not wash out until I BOILED it, and even then, only by a tiny bit and it gave it a weathered look that was kind of cool. Add some waterproofing and I’d wager it would survive even that. That rich red is only one application too. Plus it smells great, lol. So there you go, cheap, fruity smelling leather dye in all the colors Kool-Aid has to offer.
