Tagah-lilly The Original Urban Legend

#TagahLilly the Original Urban Legend was from a town famously known as #Americas #Favorite #Playground @AtlanticCity @NJ. We never knew what part of the city she was from, but her presence was known everywhere. Anyone between the ages of six to fifteen was fearful of the smallest encounter with the bag lady better known as #TagahLilly. She roamed from one side to the other of this two point eight-mile city seemingly effortlessly. It was as if she was a character from @Bewitched the TV show twinkling her ears and blinking her eyes to move from one place to another.
