Managed and crafted Toyota’s social content strategy. Duties ranged from account management, client reviews / approvals, and reporting on analytics across all channels, including the award-winning campaign, More Than a Car. The campaign created the most user-generated content in the history of the brand (100k submissions in six months).
Led and executed industry-first ideas, including the brand’s most successful Latin Billboard Awards Snapchat activation, which delivered almost as many impressions as broadcast (49M).
Orchestrated the first interactive movie experience on Instagram, one of Toyota Latino’s most successful social media campaigns, #GránDecision. The campaign surpassed engagement and delivery goals (Facebook and Instagram engagement rate +5x higher than goal).
Managed a team of two associate content managers and two creatives.

Supported Toyota’s 2015 Super Bowl social media efforts, which exceeded video view benchmark by over 3x, for a total of 689k views and 27M overall impressions.
