How to become massive
This will be a quick overview over how to become massive. This will be a rather scientific approach on how to increase white adipose tissue growth (i.e., fat gain), slow down metabolism and decrease muscle gain.
The 10 commandments:
1. Have a high-carb and low-protein breakfast. This will keep you hungry during the day.
2. Don't have breakfast within the first hour after waking, so your body will be more likely to store energy in the form of fat.
3. Try to build the majority of your diet on carbs. Carbs are highly likely to turn into fat, while proteins and fats are less likely. This is because they trigger a different hormonal response
4. Don't consume too much garlic, caffeine, green tea and spinach, since they contain nutrients that will increase fat burn
5. Fruits are fine, they can actually help you gain weight because of insoline spikes
6. Rest 15-30 minutes before eating. This is so your muscle cells close and don't absorb/burn much of the energy
7. Don't shower or bathe cold, don't swim regularly and put on warm clothes during winter. Cold exposure not only burns a lot of calories, your body will actually form brown fat tissue, which is a kind of fat designed to burn fat for warmth
8. Dig into dairy products and white grains (e.g., wheat-products) for an increase in fat gain
9. Have 2-3 high-calorie meals during the day and add snacks in-between as you wish.
10. Sweetness is your friend, no matter if sugar or artificial sweeteners
Following these 10 commandments will make it almost impossible to not gain weight. Combine this with a lot of stuffing and a high caloric excess (e.g., eating 5000+ calories per day) and you will presumably be putting on several pounds per week.

Years of extreme gluttony will inevitably cause impotence if you're constantly gaining weight. The fat on your frame fills out your body into an orb of obesity. You know that the fatter you get, the harder it will be to touch yourself. But you also know that it was a choice. Either you curb your gluttony, or your dick will be hidden forever.
You had to make that choice... enjoy your extreme appetite and find mental arousal; or try to diet, hoping your penis will be reachable again.
I don't think anything but gluttony could win. How aroused you were around food just showed that you didn't need access to your manhood to find pleasure. You just wished you weren't alone in that endeavor.
Is there a partner out there who would encourage your need for gluttonous obesity? You knew it was "a thing". But you hadn't met anyone else into it. You joined fat positive sites; hoping there would be someone who wanted to encourage your extreme appetite. You felt left in the dark... there were something called "FFAs"... but they were all taken by a partner already. A polyamourous relationship was a possibility... but you wanted a monogamous one. Encourage your partner
It’s not hard. Even if you’re not sure if they’re into feedism.
Just tell them they look good while they’re eating.
Rub the back of their neck as you drive them to get food.
After a big meal make sure to dote on them, seduce them even, make them associate eating with pleasure.
Every time they comment on their newfound gain, tell them how beautiful they look.
Create situations where their gluttony and your praise work hand in hand.
Out at the bar with friends? Order them more drinks than they need. Make sure to get them all the appetizers they love. And when they finish, secretly tell them how badly you need them.
Going to the movies? Have dinner beforehand and bring extra candy for once they finish what you buy there. Make sure to keep your hand on their growing middle. Show them how much you love it.
You need to condition your growing partner to link food and pleasure together as one. The rest will take care of itself.

Motivated
My boyfriend was sitting on his fat ass at home watching TikTok while I was at work and he comes across a motivational video about life and he suddenly wants to lose weight and get skinny… alright sure…..My response to this was of course ordering him $60 worth of Macdonalds.
And suddenly that minute motivational video was wiped away just as quickly as the food in the bag.. I love how quickly he loses motivation on silly things like losing weight.. I don’t like having to force anything on him. because he will see that as me being dominant and we can’t have that… he makes it easy for me.. never saying no to the food I put in front of him
I love coming home and seeing him completely pinned down my his mindless appetite.. “…babe… you really need to stop ordering so much food…” I smirk looking down at him as he catches his breath.. I respond, “You already know you don’t have to eat it all in one sitting..” I say with a smirk knowing damn well he has no self control when it comes to food
Watching him struggle to do minimal tasks like getting off the couch, taking shoes off, getting in or out of the car and just standing leave him huffing and puffing..it drives me completely wild seeing him breathless.. my pathetic fatty.. can’t even stand still without getting winded…But he’s always working so hard.. always having to get up for food and the bathroom.. and with all that extra weight?! He deserves an extra meal for that..
