If youre in the homestuck fandom, please read this.
This counts as artists, cosplayers, fans, anyone. As you know, today is 4/13. Homestuck has ended. Im not upset or angry about this, im just nervous. This fandom has brought me so much. Its became a part of who i am. Its brought me happiness, sadness, confusion, anger, you name it. I am so deeply grateful for what this comic has given me. I am however, scared for the fandom. I dont want this fandom to end. This fanbase we have now is so strong. It may have gone down a little over the years, but i feel like because of this day, we need to come together again. I may sounds cheesy, but this is the only fandom that i have ever been truly devoted to. The only fandom thats brought me out of my shell. The only fandom thats helped me improve. The only fandom that helped me build relationships and make new friends. And thats whats important. We need to stick together. For hussie. And for the rest of us. Homestuck may have ended, but my love for it hasnt. So please, if youre staying in the fandom after today, like and reblog this so we all know who we can count on. We need fans who will stick together even after all the hardships weve went through. This fandom has wrecked us, made us laugh, made us cry. Cosplay has blossomed, fanfictions have grown, and artists improved. This fandom has stood its ground for seven fantastic years. Lets keep going.
