Idk if this is a thing brought up in the books or comics at all, but Earth benders bending clay. Whole artisans of the earth kingdom who are benders using it to create intricate sculptures and well made pottery. And while we're on the subject, earth bending jewelers we see them bending those crystals in the caves in ba sing se and stuff, but Earth benders bending precious gems into the shape and size they want for jewelry. Metal benders working with them to make the jewelry. Or fire Benders who use their skills to forge them.
