“Clearly I’m not the only one since he doesn’t seem able to keep my name out of his mouth, unlike me who only brings it up when I hear he’s still on about it like a dog with a bone.” Cecilia raised her glass to take a drink just as Brandon looked their away, an eyebrow arching as she stared him down until he looked away. She smiled with amusement and then looked back at Adrian, lowering her drink down by her side as she contemplated his question. “It’d be very rude of me to invite myself on your trip, wouldn’t it? Though I do find myself without summer plans at the moment and as fun as the Hamptons sound, it’s so high school. I will ask you if you have a shirt I can borrow though, I’d rather not get my dress wet and as you can see, I am soaked.”
“The guy’s committed to his passions. I think it’s downright adorable.” Adrien couldn’t help himself, enjoying the one sided rivalry. They’d had plenty of laughs thanks to Brandon’s obsession with Leo and even more so when he found a way to connect the blonde to it. Adrien only shook his head as the two glared at each other from across the way, an unspoken power struggle that went to Cecilia as expected. “You didn’t seem to have a problem when you basically invited yourself her?” He pointed out, taking a drink himself. It didn’t matter to him if she did or not, he’d have her along with them either way. “Come along if you want. No need to act like we haven’t known each other for years now.” A smirk found it’s way to his lips, eyes once again taking in the sight of of the blonde, rosy nipples visible against the wet lace. “You sure you don’t want to stay like that a bit longer? Doubt anyone would mind.” Though he already knew the answer as soon as it left his lips. “Come on. We’ve got something you can fit into inside.”

ceciliawinslet:
Cecilia’s curiosity peaked at Adrien’s explanation for not staying a resort. It was the opposite of what she did with her friends who always loved showing off how much better of a time they were having to the other tourists. “I can see the appeal,” she said before taking another trip. An offended gasp left her lips as he stated that Brandon wasn’t fond of her, setting her drink down to put a hand on her hip. “Excuse me? What have I ever done to Brandon to make him dislike me? He’s such a twerp, has been since the first grade when he ate half of my yellow crayon.” She glanced over Adrien’s shoulder, eyes narrowing at Brandon who was midday through a bottle of champagne on his own.
Dimples pooled in his cheeks as he shook his head in an attempt to hide the smile at mention of their shared history. Adrien was familiar with the story despite it being so long, sometimes he swore Brandon had nightmares of Cici taking revenge for her yellow crayon. “Yeah, trust me babe we all know.” He assured her. “Says you’ve been a bitch to him ever since. Won’t let it go and it sounds like you’re still pretty pissed about it too.” Everyone else in the group was hit and miss with Cici, some of his friends hated the thought of her while others couldn’t keep their dicks down any time she walked by. Adrien shifted his attention back from Brandon back to Cici, taking a drink from his glass before setting it down. “You thinking of joining us in Thailand or something?”

ceciliawinslet:
Cecilia discarded the now used lime and lifted her drink to her lips for that first, refreshing sip as Adrien mentioned his plans following Greece. It made her jealous to hear of the plans when hers were now crumbled into nothing. This had been it for her, staying in Greece with her boyfriend and then college in the fall. Now what? Spend the summer in the Hamptons and spend it like she did when she was in her early teen years? What a waste. “The Tubkaak Resort in Thailand is beautiful, it’s in Krabi. And their Tubkaak suite, it’s right on the beach with a private pool. You’ll really love it if you decide to go.”
“I’m sure it is,” he said with a nod. “But we’re not staying in resorts. The whole point of this trip is to have privacy, the same luxury but no need to be mindful of the guests.” Even with private villas in resorts, there was always a chance of running into other guests. Renting private homes was always more their speed. “We’re going to Phuket most likely. Brandon there is a big Leo fan, says Phi Phi Leh is on his bucket list after he watched The Beach a few years back.” He said motioning towards one of his friends while trying not to laugh. It was always a running joke with them, the other’s obsession with the Hollywood actor. “It’s the only reason why he’s not throwing a fit over you being here. Believe it or not he’s not your biggest fan, but his love for Leo is greater than his dislike. Thinks of you as one step closer because of your aunt.”

ceciliawinslet:
Cecilia looked back at Adrien as he made a spectacle of her getting out of the pool, the other boys mimicking his whistling. She narrowed her eyes at him and shook her head, “Pervert.” Though as she turned away from him her lips formed a small smirk and she walked over to grab a spare towel, wrapping around around herself so that her now barely there lace was giving a completely free show. “Vodka, as always.” Cecilia grabbed a glass and tossed a few ice cubs in before pouring herself a healthy amount of the liquor, eyeing the rest of the mixers to decide what else she wanted. She grabbed a bottle of orange juice and poured just a splash then topped it off with a squeeze of lime. “How long are you planning to stay in Greece?”
Her insult was shrugged off, nothing she hadn’t said to him before and nothing that bothered him by any means. Adrien grabbed one of the towels resting on a lounge chair and wiped the excess water from his face before tossing it back. With her body now hidden away from all of them the boys groaned causing Adrien to laugh as he closed the distance between the two. He watched as she made herself a drink, reaching for his own glass. “Haven’t decided yet,” he said pouring himself some scotch. “The original plan called for four to five days. We might take off sooner, or stay, it’s up in the air.” They rarely followed what little they planned, too many destinations calling their names. “We’re unsure between Ibiza and Thailand for our next destination.”

ceciliawinslet:
“Gross. Next time exclude me from knowing your sex itinerary,” she said with a grimace. Cecilia knew the stories about Adrien, every one of her girl friends would gossip about the sex god Adrien Laurent. And Cecilia would roll her eyes every time, begging to move onto the next subject. “I’m only saying that I would hate for your other guests to feel neglected.” She simply shrugged her shoulders and then glanced behind her, mouth dry and sobriety kicking in. “I think I am way overdue for a drink.” Cecilia pushed herself off the edge of the pool and swam towards the staircase, taking her time walking up the stairs with a smile on her face. She wasn’t oblivious to her own sex appeal after all.
“You practically asked for it.” Adrien pointed out, a grin lighting up his features. He saw no point in denying what she was implying, after all if she had plans of sticking around for a bit she’d find out sooner or later if she hadn’t already. “I’ll make up for it in other ways.” Adrien made no attempt to hide the way his eyes took in her curves, eyes shameless running over every inch of her body. He followed close behind her, noting the way the delicate lace did nothing to hide what was underneath, now translucent as the water dripped down her body. Adrien let out a low whistle, clapping as the blonde walked up the stairs. He was only human, his cock twitching at the sight of her. “You wanna come back and do that again?” He called out to her, his hand reaching down beneath the water to tug at the fabric of his boxers before laughing, making his way out of the pool himself. “Pick your poison, Winslet. We’ve got it all.”

ceciliawinslet:
Cecilia couldn’t hide the disgust on her face at the comment and yet she was guilty of the same thought. The lingerie she was currently sporting was supposed to have been a gift for her boyfriend and now it was chlorine soaked, most likely ruined. She felt the splash of water come from him and her eyes widened, hand pushing water towards him to return it back. “Today’s screw the random redhead day then? I mean she’s cute, you can do better though.” Cecilia shrugged her shoulders as she peeked back at the girl who had made best friends with a bottle of champagne. She looked back at Adrien and smiled sweetly. “You don’t have to babysit me you know, your friends seem nice enough that I can entertain myself with them.”
Adrien’s hand came up to block the water from hitting his face as he laughed. “I mean she is one of the options.” He said with a shrug, his eyes moving over towards the girl before traveling on to the next. “It could be the redhead, or maybe the blonde next to her, or maybe both. The day is still early, so who knows.” Adrien reached up to rub at his jaw, a grin on his face as she commented on his friends. They were strangers to Cici, but he knew well enough that they were the kind of guys she’d never take seriously. They were him without the charisma and looks, but held excess confidence that bordered on cocky. “Who said anything about babysitting you? And here I thought we were just two friends spending time together.”

ceciliawinslet:
“How, why, whatever. I’m asking for an explanation, how can a guy be so fucking stupid or why can they throw away something so great for no reason other than some skank wearing a knock off Gucci dress.” Cecilia knew she was being whiney, she could hear in her voice as she spoke and it gave her a moment of clarity. She turned her head to look away from Adrien, eyes connecting with one of the other girls who looked less than pleased she had taken the star of the show for herself. Cecilia scoffed and looked back at Adrien, head tilting slightly towards the girl who had been giving her the evil eye. “Do you know any of the people or did your friends just pick them off the street? That’s not being judgmental, I’m genuinely curious.”
“It’s not the dress that counts, but what she’s wearing underneath.” Adrien replied without thinking, but the second the words fell he winced as he realized it probably wasn’t what she wanted to hear. A part of him wanted to be blunt with her, tell her how guys like them only wanted to pass the time and enjoy their youth while they could. But he knew Cici was the kind of girl who already had some fairy tale romance spinning in her head and anything he could would surely be argued by her. “It’s different for every guy I guess.” He finally replied, spitting out a mouthful of water towards her to try and lighten the mood. His gazed followed hers, focusing on the redhead that’d been tossing glances his way all day. “Some I know and others are their friends. And some days we just meet people and invite them back with us. It depends on the day.”

ceciliawinslet:
Cecilia rolled her eyes despite her mother’s voice telling her that eye rolls were un-ladylike and very frowned upon. She stayed still as Adrien swam closer, the sound of a party all around them though her attention was focused solely on him. Cecilia wasn’t blind. She understood why all her girl friends talked about Adrien like he was a Greek god they were ready to devote themselves to. He had everything that could appeal to a girl and then some. But no matter how physically attractive he was, his personality left something to be desired. “You want to teach me something? Teach me why a guy feels the need to cheat when they have a great girl back home, one willing to travel across the globe to surprise them. Can you teach me that?”
Adrien had accepted her silence. He didn’t hold any intentions of pressing the a topic that had so clearly affected her. It had been clear to him what had happened between her and her boyfriend, but still hearing it out of her lips came as a small shock. Adrien wasn’t the type of guy to hold much loyalty to the girls at his side, but his company was also of a different caliber than Cecilia Winslet. Why anyone would cheat on a girl like her was a complete mystery to him, but he wasn’t going to say it outloud. Adrien made his way over towards her, trapping the girl between him and the wall while still living enough space between them. “I think you’re a bit confused,” he said with a smirk. “You’re asking for a why, you can’t teach a why. A how maybe, but not a why. ” Even if he could teach a why, Adrien didn’t want to continue on a topic that would clearly bring her down, his purpose being to distract her.

ceciliawinslet:
“Excuse you for not wanting to send my body into shock by frigid water.” Cecilia dipped her head back to wet her hair once more and then pushed it back neatly before standing up straight, toes grazing the smooth bottom of the pool. She drifted towards the side and leaned back against the cool cement, rolling her eyes at his statement. “Please, you’re what, two months older? And I wouldn’t exactly call you wiser, after all I was ranked higher than you at graduation.” She smiled proudly at the accomplishment. “And what exactly are you teaching me anyways, huh?”
“Come on, it’s not even that cold.” He continued to tease, arms splashing water back in her direction as he swam backwards, putting space between them. To Adrien the water was just right, still cool enough from the previous night, soothing against the harsh rays of the sun. A smile curved on his lips at her jab, it was true he hadn’t received the best ranking upon graduating, but it had been his own fault for not completing his art final after a disagreement with his professor. “You weren’t ranked that much higher and besides, book smart holds nothing in the real world.” For as smart as the blond could be, he was positive her life experiences didn’t compare to his. Adrien pushed himself towards hers, his arms stilling at his sides when his feet grazed the flooring once more. “I’ll teach you anything, anything you want.”

ceciliawinslet:
Cecilia felt completely out of her own skin as she stepped to the edge of the pool, only imagining the look on her friends faces if they could see her now. Well, she imagined they would have looked a lot like Adrien. There was a sweet satisfaction in catching the male off guard and the way that his eyes traced what she normally kept hidden under long hems and high neck-lines. Cecilia dipped a toe in the water to test the temperature, freezing as she felt Adrien’s hands on her waist and then the warmth of his body against hers. There was an unfamiliar rush through her body at his touch, one that she didn’t have a chance to explain to herself as seconds later they were falling towards the water. Cecilia let out a playful scream as she fell in and sank beneath the surface, swimming up moments later. She pushed her hair back from her face and looked over at Adrien with wide eyes, using her hand to splash water into his face. “Such a dick!” Her words were laced with amusement as she splashed him lightly again.
Adrien saw the splash that would follow the second he broke the surface in search for air. His hands moved to his hair, brushing it back away from his face as the water clung to his lashes and his lips. When Cecilia broke through the surface a second after, his hands went up and his head turned to the side. The water splashed on his cheek, but not his face, allowing him the moment to laugh at her as he splashed her back. “I was only trying to help you out. Who the fuck puts a toe in before jumping into the pool?” It wasn’t a surprise to him to know she was the type to test the waters each time. Adrien on the other hand jumped first, always in every situation, not allowing himself enough time to think about things and rob him of the rush that came with his impulses. “How else will you learn if not through me? You need someone older and wiser to help you out and that’s exactly what I am.”

ceciliawinslet:
Cecilia eyed him as he listed off the options on how she could join him for a swim. She could tell by the look in his eyes that he expected her to take the first option, the most sensible of the three. And if she was sober, she would have. Option two wasn’t an option at all, after all she wasn’t about to soak an Alexander McQueen in chlorine. That left her with option three, the least likely of the three that was suited for her. Cecilia kept her eyes on his as she reached her hand for the zipper on the side of her dress, pulling it down so that the fabric became loose on her frame. She tugged the straps off each shoulder and let the dress pool at her feet, leaving her in the lace La Perla matching bra and panties set that was meant to be a treat for her now ex-boyfriend. Cecilia picked up her dress and folded it neatly on the edge of one of the lounge chairs then joined Adrien back at the pool, very much aware of the show she was putting on for his friends. “Shall we?”
If her goal was to surprise him she was hitting her goal each time. Adrien couldn’t wrap his head around it, wondering if it any moment a camera crew would pop out shouting catch phrases. She couldn’t claim to be drunk, Adrien had counted the champagne glasses she’d had, she couldn’t claim to be under any other influence cause his eyes hadn’t left her from the moment she arrived. She was losing his mind and he was getting a front row seat, it was the only logical explanation he could muster. As he watched her fingers move to push the straps of her dress down, Adrien followed suit, stepping out of his jeans and setting them down on the chair. When he turned back around she was standing in a set of lingerie that had all the other boys gawking. There was a saying about forbidden fruit, about wanting what you couldn’t have, but even after a taste something told him Cecilia would look just as good. Adrien made no attempt to be subtle checking her out, his eyes lingering on her chest, he wondered if she was aware of the effect the water would have on the already thin fabric. “After you,” he insisted, an excuse to check out her ass. Adrien waited until she had turned around, allowing himself his moment of pleasure before walking up behind her and setting both hands at her waist, tugging her back to his chest as his lips lingered by her ear. “Or we can both go in together.” Adrien didn’t give her any time to reply before pushing them both over the edge, water splashing around them as they both fell in together.

ceciliawinslet:
Cecilia braced herself for the sarcastic remark, for the ‘I told you so’ that was coming her way. After all, it had been Adrien who told her that she was naive for thinking her boyfriend wouldn’t take the chance to fool around. And that’s what she had been, naive, something she always tried not to be. She never wanted to be made a fool of and that was why she hadn’t confronted Adam when she saw him with that girl. Because then he would have known that she flew across the country to surprise him, that she cared so much when he cared so little. The thought of that mixed with the alcohol began to weigh on her and she looked away from Adrien as he claimed that Adam was a piece of shit. Cecilia looked back at him with surprise as nothing else came from him about the situation, instead it was an invitation to take a dip in the pool. “I don’t have a bathing suit,” she said though she took his hand anyways and stood up from the lounge chair. “And considering the present company, I’m not exactly going in naked.”
For a fraction of a second, Adrien had expected her to reject his offer. While she was letting lose with her drinking, he wasn’t sure if she would take it further. He didn’t know how she dealt with these thing, or if she ever since he couldn’t recall the last time he heard anything that involved her and a break up. But when she accepted his hand and stood up, a smirk curved on lips at the small victory. “The way I see it, we have three options.” He said, not dropping her hand as he made his way over toward the pool. “One, you can walk over to that pool house and find something that fits.” The boys always made sure to have spare clothing around, swim suits, dresses, pants, everything still tagged in case the ever wanted someone to stay the longer than the evening. “Two, you could swim in your dress.” He turned to motion at her, noting that even fully dressed she looked better than the girls there. “Or three, you take the dress off.” He stopped at the edge of the pool, dropping her hand and instead pealing his own shirt off. “The choice is yours to make.”

ceciliawinslet:
The Cecilia that Adrien was witnessing was one that she never let loose amongst their entire group of friends. She hated those girls, the ones that were currently prancing around the pool in barely there bikinis and stumbling in their heels in an attempt to show off for the boys who were more than willing to make their efforts worth while. The judgment was silent though as she laughed at the jokes that weren’t funny and grazed the arms of boys she wouldn’t even think twice about with her fingertips. Each glass of champagne left her wondering how many more would she need to forget about what had happened earlier in the day, an impossible task as Adrien felt the need to do exactly what she had asked him not to do. “What makes you think that something’s up?” Cecilia turned to face him, one leg crossed over the other as she rested her hand on his shoulder and then her chin on her hand. “Maybe I enjoyed your company so much on the plane that I wanted to hang out again,” she said with a smile, knowing that he’d know she was full of it. “Or maybe I don’t want to tell you that you were right.”
And she didn’t need to, at least not anymore. In that moment it was clear to him what had happened in her day to bring out this side of her. It was something he saw coming, he’d warned her, and despite his lack of care for the girl he still had hoped that maybe she’d be right and prove him wrong. Adrien wasn’t comfortable around crying girls, the only way he knew how to offer comfort was with his dick, something that Cici definitely didn’t need in her state. Adrien stayed quiet, his eyes focused on the girls laughing poolside. There wasn’t one he recognized. “Guy’s a piece of shit,” he said before finishing off the last of the champagne. If she was hoping to forget everything at the bottom of a bottle, champagne wouldn’t do the trick. And unless she was wanting to drink herself unconscious, alcohol wouldn’t either. He wasn’t good with crying girls, but he was good at distractions. Adrien stood up and extended his hand out to her, taking the glass from her and setting it on the table. “Come on, let’s test out the pool. I doubt any of these girls are actually going to get in unless someone leads by example.”

ceciliawinslet:
“It’s not like I take up that much space, and besides, did you forget about my luxury accommodations at my hotel? I’m not looking for a place to sleep,” she said as she stepped out of the car once they were stopped outside his rental home. It was nothing short of what she would have expected of Adrien. Cecilia stepped through the front door without waiting for an invitation and looked back at Adrien. “Well come on, if I want to stay drunk then you need to show me where to drink.” She didn’t need to wait for an answer as she heard music coming from the back of the house and she pointed in that direction, not waiting for an answer as she made her way through the house and out to the pool. “Hello, boys,” she greeted his friends as they took notice of her and she did not hesitate to take a seat in the center lounge chair, accepting the flute of champagne that was offered.
“If that’s the case then why not just go back?” He asked following behind her and shutting the front door behind him. It wasn’t that Adrien disliked Cici, he was used to spending time with her from time to time, and sometimes she was enjoyable. But he also knew that her morals weren’t as lose and than too often others would be caught at the pointed knife of her judgmental remarks. He didn’t want his evening to be ruined by her commenting on every drink they took or every girl that stopped by. She liked order. or so he thought. Adrien was caught off guard by her words, brows furred together as he tried to figure out what was fueling her actions. She could drink better than anyone at the villa, but from his understand she didn’t do it so publicly. “Through the glass doors,” he said a little too late. When he stepped outside the blonde had already taken his previous seat, he’d have to settle for the one next to her. He watched intently as she knocked back one flute, then again as it was replaced. By the fourth he couldn’t bite back his curiosity. Leaning forward he grabbed the bottle and filled her drink once more. “So are you going to tell me what’s up or am I going to have to wait until you finish off this bottle?”

ceciliawinslet:
Twenty minutes had been enough time to make friends with a group of backpackers who had been stopping in Mykonos on their way through Greece. Normally she would have never resorted to speaking to someone wearing jorts but then again she wouldn’t have resorted to drinking nearly half a bottle of vodka in public either. Cecilia’s eyes lit up as Adrien appeared and she waved goodbye to the group of travelers as he ushered her out of the bar, gasping as he insulted the bar. “Don’t be rude, they were such nice people!” She paused next to the car door and looked at him with amusement before pointing right at him. “You’re taking me with you. Why else would I have asked you to pick me up?” Cecilia smiled before dropping into the passenger seat of his car and lowering the mirror so that she could touch up her lipstick.
“You’re drunk?” It wasn’t something that he had noticed until she jumped at the bar’s defense. He knew her well enough to know the place wasn’t up to her typical standards. Adrien glanced down at the watch on his wrist, still too early for her to be drinking. It could only mean one thing; her meeting with her boyfriend hadn’t gone as planned. Adrien sighed, running a hand through his hair as if trying to decide what the best course of action would be. Bringing her home was not something he wanted to do, no doubt she would make comments on their company and scare them away if given the chance, but he couldn’t leave her on her own after coming to her rescue. “Fuck, whatever.” Adrien shut her door then made his way over to the driver’s seat, shaking his head at her as he peeled out onto the street. Minutes later he was parking outside the rented house once more. “All the rooms are claimed, so don’t expect your own place.”

ceciliawinslet:
Cecilia caught her reflection as she walked past the window of a closed boutique, the perfect dress adorning her frame and what had once been perfect make-up was now smudged under her eyes. She dug through her clutch at the sight of herself and pulled out a small pack of tissues, using one to wipe off any evidence that she had been crying over that cheating asshole, Adam. The image of another girl wrapped around him as they stumbled into his apartment was still fresh and it almost brought on another wave of tears. Cecilia refused to let them fall again and god damn if she was going to waste a perfectly good outfit. She didn’t think twice as she pulled her iPhone out from her clutch and opened the text thread she had with Adrien, not really having anyone else to turn to in a foreign country and honestly she couldn’t think of anyone else better to distract her for the night.
[text]: Please tell me you’re still in Mykonos.
[text]: I need you to come pick me up and I need you to not ask me why.
Cecilia sent the messages and then stepped across the street to a small bar that had a crowd which she weaved her way through until she got to the bar. “Vodka,” she ordered as she took a seat and watched the bartender pour a shot over ice. She quickly signaled for him to keep pouring until the glass was half full and then motioned for him to stop. “Efharisto,” she said as thanks before downing almost half the glass.
There was no such thing as a bad day in Mykonos for someone like Adrien. The day had started out late, waking up half past noon after a late night out, but already the house was alive with the early makings of another party. The fridge had been restocked, the kitchen cleaned, and the girls from the previous night were no longer insight. Instead they were replaced by unfamiliar faces, girls surrounding his friends as Adrien grabbed a bottle of champagne to join them. Not four minutes after taking a seat in one of the lounge chairs his phone went off, a name he wasn’t expecting flashing across the screen.
[text]: Just woke up. [text]: Fine, I’ll ask after. [text]: Send me the address and give me twenty.
True to his word he pulled up to the bar sixteen minutes later, not bothering to take notice to the sign warning him of his parking. The bar was crowded, a foul odor permeating in the air as he made his way inside. Blue eyes searched the room, phone ready in his hand in case his eyes alone couldn’t find her, but it was easy to spot her when she stood out siting at the bar releasing a breath he didn’t know he was holding when he caught sight of her blonde hair. “Hey, come on. Let’s get out of here.” He said placing one hand at the small of her back and dropping a bill on the counter with his other. “Out of all the bars in Mykonos you had to pick the shittiest one? I had better hopes for you.” He said close to her ear as he steered her out of the body, one hand on her waist as he walked close behind. “Where am I taking you?” He asked as he opened the door to his car for her.

ceciliawinslet:
“Well I’m not asking you to crash my trip, so once we land we can part ways. It’s like you said, we’re being friendly to the environment.” Cecilia had no desire to parade around Greece with Adrien, watching other girls fawn for him without realizing they stood no chance for even a second look once he was done with them. She had Adam there and that was the arm that she wanted to hang off of as they strolled on the beaches of Mykonos and indulged in local cuisine. “I’ll text you the travel details,” she said as she stood up from the leather armchair and walked back over to the bar. She contemplated pouring herself another drink but decided against it.
While her parents didn’t care about her alcohol intake, Cecilia did. She refused to ever be like the girls at school who would partake in public displays of humility. “I have to get back to my hosting duties, feel free to linger as long as you’d like. And keep your friends out of this room, my generosity wasn’t meant for everyone.”
“And even if you were I’d have to decline. I, unlike you, like to enjoy my time abroad.” It was obvious to anyone around that the two held very different lifestyles. To Adrien, Cecilia was not one who appealed to him beyond the looks, even then girls of her caliber were common in his life. She was a bore, over romanticizing everything and refusing to let her hair down. The blonde had the world at her fingertips and it was all wasted when she chose to explore the cuisine rather than the night scene. “It’s settled then.” He agreed, setting down the now empty glass on the table in front of him. “Try not to take too long. If I don’t hear from you in 24 hours I’ll make my own plans.” But there wasn’t a doubt in his mind that she would take longer.
Adrien looked down at the watch on his wrist and pushed himself up from the arm chair, fingers smoothing down the front of his jacket. “While  I am flattered by your generosity, I’m not staying. I’ve got somewhere to be.” He walked over towards the door and held it open, pausing just as he was about to exit to throw a look over his shoulder at her. “It’s going to be a summer worth remembering.”
oo1. Cool for the Summer
