My Research Journey (Week 1)

Hallos! if I was told i would be blogging someday, i would definitely say it's a lie but here I am. Well to the reason I'm here, "Research Methods". My topics of interest are performance management, employee engagement, job satisfaction, leadership style and basically anything that has to do with work and it's human assets. I'm interested in finding out how organization culture affect employee performance? How does the leadership style impact on employee engagement? How are employees able to balance work and personal life?. I love researching people and organizations. The methods that will help me gather knowledge and data are ethnography, survey and interviews. Some of the methods I understand but some I have no idea about. I definitely will get to understand better as i progress in the course.
