One of the side effects of anti-psychotics Is called akathisia and it is described In the literature as a sort of restlessness  In which patients cannot but feel the urge To move around. And this description is fine To identify the activity but it sort of lacks The proper tone and distress associated With the side effect. Believe me, akathisia Means you will feel like Doom is at hand And that the only thing you can do is pace The floor. You cannot sit down, you cannot relax You can only walk and pace and struggle And move because that’s what needs to happen. It lasts all day and all night and even When you try to sleep it might be impossible. It is by far the worst of the worst so much That when the doctor described every other Side effect ranging from heart problems To diabetic injury I threw it all off the table And told her that nothing else mattered except This particular side effect and until this one Is gone I cannot deal with any ramifications Otherwise incurred as a result of these medications. Also, the Mermaid disappeared.
