Parker “Hellbender” Gallendore

Parker is cunning, ambitious and unafraid to come to blows if he gets his way. He’s powerful and manipulative, and often acts far older than he really is. He lives with a massive chip on his shoulder that he can’t seem to shake. He got his nickname from an infamous incident in the mines that left him with permanent scarring on his hands, chest and face.

Senator Cassandra Ptolemais

Called Crow by her friends, Cassandra is quiet and witty with a wicked sense of humor. A bit morbid, but that comes with the territory of being the Ptolemais leader. She collects bones from the old world and plays a violin her best friend had made just for her.

What is Biostadt?

Biostadt is a cyberpunk/steampunk world with a rigid class hierarchy. The whole planet is a city, divided into Districts, each ruled by their own Senate with their own rules and laws. There are four sectors in this particular District, District 7266.

The sectors are as follows:

Academic Capital

The ruling Sector. Many Greco-Roman aesthetics, home of the local Senate and the Ruling Houses.

Agricultural Core

One step down, AGCORE as it is called in the District, grows all the food, and is constantly working to improve the efficiency of said growth

Industrial Center

Controlled by the powerful Corinth Family, the citizens of Indy work backbreaking factory jobs or evade the law to get by

Mining Colonies

A sector unique in only a handful of Districts, these sectors sit atop highly volatile Gulven mines, the fuel of the planet. The land is cheap and and labor cheaper.

The Leads

Cassandra Ptolemais - 21 yrs old

The current holder of the Ptolemais Senate seat, and the youngest Senator in generations, Cassandra lives with a perpetual chip on her shoulder. She’s a reformer, but no one ever listens to her, so she has to play to her strengths to get her way.

Aaliyah Warren - 20 yrs old

The de facto heir to the House Warren senate seat, Aaliyah is a confident and witty girl. Sometimes she comes off as haughty and pretentious, but she secretly holds great compassion and is fiercely loyal. She is endlessly curious, and it gets her into trouble with the Temple, with whom her family is aligned.

Kaede Juniper - 19 yrs old

A genius scientist working on her degree at the AGCORE Institute of Biotechnology, Kaede often feels like she is the second choice. She pushes down her problems to help others, and will always prioritize her friends over herself.

Ella Carter - 19 yrs old

A scrappy parts merchant with a tragic past and a lot to prove. Ella has a black and white moral code that often gets her into trouble when people close to her *cough* Parker *cough* cross lines she finds unforgivable.

CYBERINTERNA - ?? yrs old

A Created, CY is a cyborg with an Emotion Matrix, which allows them human emotions. This was installed by their maker, Professor Zhao, who was seeking a replacement daughter for the one he lost. However, they emerged with the knowledge of all of the internet and human history, and are full of rage.

Parker “Hellbender” Gallendore - 17 yrs old

Simply a menace. Born in the Mining Colonies to an alcoholic father and a mother unable to stand up for him, Parker ran away at a young age to try and make his way in the world. He can be cruel, willing to exploit the system to get what he wants.
