Mercedes: shrugged "not really" she told him carelessly. "I don't know" she told him looking down at her phone then back to the screen. "You know what there is" she told him looking to Sam. "If ever you decided to come at me, call me out of my name or do anything disrespect while you are my boy friend" she said pausing. "Essentially a reflection of me when we aren't around... and when we are together - don't expect me to compromise being the woman that I am for you" she told him. "My mother taught me better..." she trailed off, her eyes rolled on their on accord as she moved to turn her head back to the movie. "You just wouldn't have a girl friend" she breathed out quietly.

Sam: "Whoa, where did that come from? Firstly, my mother would dip me in oil for not treating you right. Second, huh? I feel like this isn't necessarily about me. But I wouldn't do anything to knowingly disrespect even if I wasn't your boyfriend. Now are you going to talk me or just issue threats." He said confused. He didn't mind that this might be their first argument. It was just weird he didn't know why they might be arguing.

Mercedes: looked back at Samuel, looking at him out of the corner of her eyes. She let him finish talking and she pursed her lips up a bit "Santana doesn't dictate anything" she told him. "It doesn't matter how she feels, and let's not talk about her" she told him licking her lips a bit. She moved her eyes back to the screen.

Sam: ran his fingers through his hair, "What's the attitude for? Is something going on that I should know about?" Now that he thought about it, she had been mum about her friend for quite sometime.

Mercedes: smirked, eyes still fixed on the movie that was chosen to play at this time. "Mhm" she said simply as she shifted against Samuel. "We have" she told him agreeingly "but our relationship is more important" she told him as she rolled her tongue over her teeth. "But I guess it is kinda refreshing to hang with the gang" she told him.

Sam: raised his eyebrow wary of Mercedes proclamation. Yes, he liked that their relationship was important but something just didn't sit right with him. "More important then divas since diapers? Or whatever you and Santana call yourselves." He snorted, leaning back a bit. "That's never gonna happen." He said knowingly. "She's most likely mad I've been monopolizing all your time." He said looking looking around the briefly.

Mercedes: sat between Samuel's legs as she watched the move blinking slowly. She gnawed on her lip as he persistently nibbled and bruised the flesh on her neck. At his comment she shook her head "I thought you were going to behave" she commented easily. She crossed her legs moving to sit Indian style. She asked herself why were they here, they could've skipped the party and occupied there time with something else. But no they both felt obligated to hang with the friends they'd been slyly ignoring all while caught in the ambiance that is their relationship.

Sam: released her sweet neck, "This is me behaving. I haven't touched anything naughty yet." He smirked, kissing the biggest of his love bites softly. "I can't help it if you are hard to resist." He smiled. "I'm glad we came though." He said, wrapping his arms around her mid section. "We've been neglectful of our friends lately. And this kills two birds with one stone. We get to hang out and I get to love on you at the same time.

Sam: They could have been at Mercedes house huddled under her blankets, for all Sam cared. But this was an annual event and he liked hanging out with his friends. However, Mercedes had turned into his favorite distraction. A fact that he was sure she knew. There had been a no sex policy put in place by the hostess, but there were plenty of things you could do outside of sex. As jaws played in the background Sam busied himself, trying to mimic the shark, as he placed love bites along Mercedes neck. She was nestled between his long legs, which he thought might not be a good idea. "That's number 4." He counted, whispering into her ear, as his hands toyed with the tie of her robe.
