hi to my mutuals that are still here !! long story short, I got a new job almost 3 months ago and moved states, and just haven’t had the urge to go on tumblr. never thought I’d see the day since being on this site since 2020. I will be here occasionally, but will probably be inactive. I always got sad when a mutual would stop posting and I’d never see them again, so I had to make a little post. ramble under the cut will ensue!

There might be some people who read my fics on ao3 specifically from the tides and it has taken me a long time to realize fanfic writing is in the past for me. I’ve been working on turning it into a novel (loosely inspired from the fic, obv but the world is very different than hotd). If for anyone reason someone who follows me liked the fic enough and wants to be on a mailing list when I get it published, send me a dm!

I’m just not writing fanfiction anymore. My biggest hobby has been writing two novels and I’m excited to try and get the one mentioned above published! I’ve been loving my new job, the area I moved to, and just love living alone for the first time, making new friends, and hope to be able to travel more. the time I have free I don’t want to be on tumblr, but this site gave me some of my best friends (some of which I’m going to meet in the future after knowing them since 2020/2021 !!) fandom space is so important because of that.

If anyone is actually reading this and we’ve talked you can always ask me for my discord but I really don’t see myself on tumblr these days! If anyone has read my fics I hope they’ve brought you joy and sorry for not finishing some of them!!
