Happy early Valentines day, have something completely out of my wheelhouse! I wasn't joking in my previous comic, Stobotnik has me in a stranglehold (though as a heads up to anyone who doesn't follow me: I don't expect I'll be making more, I'm sorry 😔This is definitely a one-off)

Going through some old art of mine got me missing doing stylized, cartoony stuff so I thought this would be a good opportunity to push myself to bring some of that back into my life. Unfortunately the universe had it out for this thing and tried to stop me with pneumonia (it failed HAH) and every time I got closer to finishing it, I got struck with a new, more hellish stage of illness. I had 2 other panels I wanted to do for this and just had to tap out early😭

Hiii I don’t know if this has already been done or asked but… I wonder… What does Stobotnik is like in the mornings? I imagine Stone cooking breakfast for a grumpy ass robotnik.

Also second thing (sorry if it’s too much, as an artist I know that drawing is hard) but I imagine Stone caring about Orbot and Cubot as if they were children (I am orbot and Cubots number one fan. They are adorable)

Eggman is not a morning person, but Stone is. It makes for a silly dynamic in the mornings as Eggman is characteristically grumpier than usual then. (Also, Orbot and Cubot are a hundred percent Stone's kiddos.)

Ok another comic idea... where Maria lives. Maybe some like rogue GUN guys back then somehow saved her after Gerald and Shadow was gone.

Yeah. They wanted to raise a Robotnik mind for themselves... unfortunately in the end they got stuck with Ivo. (Just another bunch of people who would have preferred HER)

Anyways Ivo and Stone found the secret GUN base that was storing her in stasis.

Stones priority is always Ivo. Ivo remembers what Gerald said, knows what people do... and hes still a little jealous his family never cared about HIM half as much as this dead girl.

I forgot the dialog... something about the machines failing and Ivo understanding the pressure to save someone he cares about. Trying to manipulate Shadow to working for him

Emotional support sycophriend is a bandaid for the chip on his shoulder.

IDK I just think itd be funny if they were villains, manipulating, killing, trying to take over the world... but also they just stopped to care for each other...

IDK Ivo and Stone get married and adopt Ivos long lost cousin (whos definitely technically older that his husband) and her Hedgehog brother after first trying to manipulate them into working for them.

Ivos not that good at taking over the world he is good at cobbling together a little freak family tho. Practice makes perfect I guess.

STOBOTNIK NATION IS WINNING

I had been debating whether or not to finish this and post it cuz it was sitting for a hot second -- and in that time the way I draw these two changed so its sort of DIFFERENT from how I draw them now. But you know what!!! its fine. Who even would notice or pick up on it but me.

ANYWHO this started bc I was like "what if I drew stone kissing eggman on the cheek but the kiss was censored all cartoon-like by his moustache" and it turned into a whole pose that I really liked.
