Summary: Meet Y/N. Former MI6 special agent. Current S.H.I.E.L.D special agent. She’s at the top of her game. Ruthless and cunning, she is extremely skilled at what she does. She prefers to work alone, only working with others when absolutely necessary. She would rather be in charge, calling the shots. After all, being an agent is quite literally what she has been trained to do her entire life. However, everything is flipped upside down when she is paired with none other than Agent Danvers on an international mission to collect covert intelligence in Russia. Agent Danvers is notorious in the intelligence community. She is headstrong, she is often impulsive, and she is the only agent (aside from the legendary Natalia Romanova, who happens to be one of her only exes) who even comes close to rivaling the skill of Y/N.  

A/N: This is James Bond-esque, and not really set entirely in the regular avengers world. Carol doesn’t have powers, but she is an extremely talented special agent. I love a good old Spy!Au, and so, naturally, I wrote one. In addition, I’m making this into a series, and it will have classic enemies to lovers, as well as some slow burn in here. Enjoy!!
