Wrangling my sister into pulling an all nighter with me for new years is turning out to be a great decision :)

New Year's resolutions:

- become more of a morning person (aka wake up + be functional before 10)

- use time better (turn in assignments on time, get more done, etc.)

- get more comfortable with setting + maintaining boundaries

- get a job

- pass driver's test + get license

There are more little things I could add, but this is what I'm going to be focusing on.

New year, new me! 🎉🎇

I don't know if I'm going into 2024 a better person than I was a year ago, but I am a different person, and I think that counts for something.

Also, points for the fact I'm going into 2024 at all. If you've made it this far, pat yourself on the back. I'm proud of everyone who got through another year, despite all the hardships.

Having to explain to someone why "a rat character talking like a Black man" is much more problematic and offensive than "the Mario Brothers, with their this-a and that-a" is quite the conversation.
