Pros and Cons of All-Inclusive Packages:
The main pro of an all-inclusive package is that it saves you time with wedding planning, design and coordination. Instead of searching for catering vendors, florists, bakers and rental companies, these are already included in our package and your wedding coordinator will help you pull the details together into a cohesive timeline so that your wedding day will flow with ease. We have searched through the best-of-the best within the Houston Wedding Industry to bring you the cream of the crop!
They say that the main con with the all-inclusive package is variety in options and that say a venue offers an Italian caterer, but you really want a casual BBQ meal, then the all-inclusive package might be a good fit. But not at Agave Estates, we have a variety of options that you can mix and match to create the day of your dreams!
They say that another con with an all-inclusive package is the initial sticker shock. When everything is added together in one sum, the overall cost of a large wedding can seem overwhelming to some couples. But in a price-to-price comparison we have found that when you compare apples-to-apples packages, our all-inclusive wedding packages are lower than if you took the time to research, interview and choose your photographer, your baker, your florist and all the other professionals it takes to orchestrate a large wedding. So why do all that extra work, when we’ve made Saying “I Do” easier and less expensive than ever before! Photo Credit: Tomas Ramos Photographers

Wedding Favors – The Dos and Don’ts To Keep In Mind

Wedding Favors – The Dos and Don’ts To Keep In Mind
Wedding favors won’t make or break a wedding but they’re the perfect way to say a “special thank-you” to those who celebrated your special day. While they’re not a must, if you do decide to provide favors keep in mind that there’s no need to stress about them or break the bank to provide them. Make it fun and a reflection of your and your soon to be spouse.
Here are 5 tips from our friends at The Knot that might help you choose what to give:
1. Don't Make Them Too Heavy, Fragile or Bulky
2. Don't Keep Them Out of Plain Sight
3. Don't Splash Your Monogram Somewhere Really Obvious
4. Don't Leave DIY Favors Until the Last Minute
5. Don't Stress Over Them

What our fans are saying...
posted on The Knot on 07/15/2021 by Juliana T
Agave Estate's staff and venue is so WONDERFUL I do not even know where to begin! The venue itself is absolutely stunning. My husband and I were looking for a unique venue and this exceeded our expectations. It really looks as beautiful in person as it does on the pictures! It is an all inclusive venue, which saved us so much time and stress in the planning process. You can tell the staff at Agave has really vetted the vendors because they were all phenomenal (catering, cake, photography, DJ, etc.).
The food was so delicious (our guests were raving about it!), and they had a great variety of options to choose from. Lindsey, was also always super friendly and attentive to us when we scheduled the tour and booked with them. But I have to say my favorite part about Agave Estates is that they include a wedding coordinator with the package. This is priceless!
Stephani, our coordinator, is like the fairy godmother of weddings. She is absolutely AMAZING! I cannot recommend her enough. During the planning process she was so attentive to our needs and vision for our wedding. She also goes above and beyond by providing small decor items for her brides (seating chart, table numbers, etc). She really makes you feel comfortable with her and was such a great communicator throughout the whole process. The day of the wedding she made everything run so smoothly. I even noticed during the reception she was in the bathroom cleaning the water off of the counters. Stephani is literally on top of every little detail and always has a smile on her face. She even packed my new husband and I 2 big meals to take as "midnight snacks" to our hotel. I cannot imagine my wedding without her!
The DJ, Ivan, was awesome. He really knows his music and how to get a party started! Miguel and his staff were also wonderful. Miguel is so sweet and does an amazing job taking care of all the landscaping. The day of my wedding there were scattered showers, but I chose to have the ceremony outside. He and his staff dried all of the chairs and floor 6 times to have everything as dry as possible for the ceremony. I am so glad I chose Agave Estates and will recommend it to anyone I know who is looking for a venue!
