Parallel World
Tumblr media
Parallel World, a world where another version of you exist. Some people believe that there are hundreds of worlds out there with different versions of you.
Location: Diego Garcia (Secret American Military Base)
Date: March 1-8,2014
It was March 1,2018, Five scientist from DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) have finally succeeded transporting an orange into an other world or much known as the parallel world. For seven years, scientist from the DARPA agency have been working with the U.S to complete a project that will allow them to transfer objects or any beings from this world into the other existing parallel worlds.
After March 1, when the U.S found out that the project was successful they immediately deviced a plan or a test to send human beings into the other world. So in March 8,2014, the U.S sent 5 C.I.A agents to Kuala Lumpur International Airports to board and hijack the FLIGHT 370 plane. 30 minutes after Flight 370 took off, the C.I.A agents who boarded the plane declared a hijacked. The C.I.A agents then directed the plane to Diego Garcia(secret American base).
After landing the plane on the island, they led the passengers out of the plane one by one and they sent them into a tube where they were transported into the hundreds of parallel world that the scientist managed to open. The Flight 370 plane is currently in Diego Garcia that is why no traces of the plane was ever found despite the extensive search.
The passengers of the plane will never be found because they are currently living in other worlds that is similar to this world.

The Gate to Hell
Tumblr media
Nobody really knows where underworld is. Atheists nor Theists surely never did know its exact place. But then, there are places in Earth that is believed to be gates to hell, some say that Earth itself is the underworld, but then again, no one can prove that.
In some beliefs, the life after death can only be accessed by spiritual means – through leaving your physical body and traveling through the different dimension, where holy and unholy spirits exist. Some of these involve the Christian concept of Hell. But in other beliefs, they say that underworld could be accessed directly from the Earth, like a portal going to another place.
Here are some real spots on Earth that people have suspected and believed that lead to the place where cruelty is stimulated – Hell.
1. Ploutonion Location: Turkey (Hierapolis)
The site was considered sacred to Pluto, the god of the dead. A site with toxic vapors, the people of Hierapolis believed that they had been sent from Pluto himself and the site was treated as a ritual entrance to the underworld. Pilgrims would travel from all over the classical world to make sacrifices to Pluto; animals led into the cave would drop dead from the toxic fumes, while acolytes of Pluto would prove their devotion to the god by entering the cave and emerging alive (perhaps thanks to their knowledge of pockets of breathable air within the cave).
2. City of Ghosts Location: Fengdu, China
The 2,000-year-old city, has long been thought to be the place the dead stopped on their way to the afterlife, though it seems to have gotten this reputation in a roundabout way. A legend from the Han Dynasty tells of two imperial officials, Wang Fangping and Yin Changsheng, who forsook the court life to practice Taoism in Fengdu and became immortal. Their names combined sounded like "King of Hell," and so Ming Shan, the hill that overlooks Fengdu, became known as the abode of Tianzi, the King of Hell. The city is filled with Buddhist and Taoist temples, said to be filled with immortal spirits that judge and torment the dead. A freshly dead soul, it was said, must first cross the Bridges of Helplessness to have their virtue judged, then face the Mirror of Retribution at the Ghost Torturing Pass and either become immediately reincarnated or face a series of torments before reaching the Wheel of Rebirth.
3. Masaya Volcano Location: Nicaragua
It was believed that the mouth of their caldera was a gateway to the afterlife, but there was a local tradition that the volcano was a god and that a sorceress lived inside its fiery pit. But it was the Spanish explorers who arrived in the 16th century—and had little familiarity with volcanos—who associated with volcano with diabolic activity.
4. The Seven Gates of Hell Location: Trout Run Road in Hellam Township, Pennsylvania
According to popular fiction, the gates appear near the site of a tragic asylum fire, and if you step through all seven gates, you land straight in Hell. (Of course, that same fiction claims that no one has ever made it past the fifth gate, so how would anyone know?) There are a couple of problems with this story, even aside from the whole going-to-Hell thing. One is that, according to the Hellam Township website, there never was such an asylum on that spot. Also, there's only one gate, a rather ordinary-looking thing a local doctor installed to keep people off his property..)
5. Lacus Curtius Location: Rome
A chasm appeared in the middle of Rome, and nothing could fill it. An oracle prophesied that the chasm would not close and the Roman Republic would be destroyed unless the city sacrificed that which had made it strong. Marcus Curtius realized that Rome's strength lied in the weapons and bravery of its citizens and so, fully armed and armored, he rode his horse into the chasm and straight into the underworld. The chasm closed and the city was saved. It may well be this legend that classed Lacus Curtius as a mundus, a place where one could easily commune with the underworld. It was also a conduit for buying off the gods of death; during the reign of Augustus, Roman citizens would toss coins into the lacus to pray for the Emperor's safety.
6. St. Patrick's Purgatory Location: Ireland
According to the legend, after Patrick had become frustrated with his doubting followers, the Christ appeared to him and guided him to a cave on Station Island. Inside the cave was a pit, which was the gateway to Purgatory, where the souls of the dead must endure punishments for their sins before entering Heaven. While there, Patrick also received visions of the torments of Hell.
7. Mount Hekla Location: Iceland
Benedeit's 1120 Anglo-Norman poem Voyage of St. Brendan mentions the volcano as the prison of Judas, the apostle who betrayed Jesus. That reputation continued with further eruptions; after the 1341 eruption, there was a report that people saw birds flying amidst the fire—birds, some thought, that must really be swarming souls. Even in more recent times, Hekla has maintained its diabolic status, as some superstitious folk have claimed that it's a spot where witches meet with the devil.
8. Acheron River Location: Greece
In Homer's Odyssey, Circe directs Odysseus to the underworld, telling him that he must find the point where the Acheron meets the Pyriphlegethon and of a branch of Styx. The poet Vergil mentions also Acheron in the Aeneid, identifying it as the river from which the Styx and Cocytus rivers flow. The ferryman Charon was supposed to transport newly dead souls across the river into the afterlife, something he even does in the pages of Dante's Inferno. In Dante's poem, the souls of the Uncommitted, who chose neither good nor evil, find their eternal home on the banks of the Acheron, not condemned in Hell, but still forever punished for their indecision.
9. Lake Avernus Location: Italy
The crater lake was sacred to the Cumaean Sibyl, and according to myth, she could lead a living traveler into the underworld. It name offers some hints as to why it might have been deemed such a deadly portal. Avernus comes from the Greek word αϝορνος, meaning "birdless," which links to the belief that birds flying over the lake would die due to the toxic fumes the lake emitted. It's unclear how much truth there is to this belief; in modern times, birds are quite happy to fly about the lake.
10. Cape Matapan Location: Greece
If you don't want to deal with Charon the ferryman, you could enter the classical underworld of Tartarus through the back door. In Book Ten of Ovid's Metamorphoses, Orpheus enters the underworld not via Acheron, but reached the Styx through the gate of Taenarus, located in Cape Tainaron (also known as Cape Tenaro or Cape Matapan).
11. The Mayan Cenotes Location: Mexico & Central America
Caves were often seen as gateways to the afterlife in the Mayan worldview, literal passageways between the living world above and the realm below. Archaeologists have found Mayan temples and human remains in the cenotes of the Yucatan peninsula, a possible legendary site of Xibalba, while other traditions put entrances in Cobán, Guatemala, or Actun Tunichil Muknal in Belize. These days, the cenotes are seen more as tourist destinations than the entrances to the mythical "place of fear."
12. Mount Osore Location: Japan
Literally named "Fear Mountain." And with its barren, gray landscape, bubbling waters, and persistent smell of sulfur, it's easy to see how it got its macabre reputation. Like Acheron and the River Styx, the Sanzu River, which runs through the region is said to be a spot souls must cross to pass into the afterlife.
13. Houska Castle Location: Czech Republic
It is built over a "bottomless" hole that leads to Hell. One legend claims that in the 13th century, King Ottokar II of Bohemia (or else a nobleman of the Dubá clan) offered a pardon to any condemned prisoner who consented to be lowered into the pit and report what he saw. The first prisoner lasted only a few seconds before he began screaming. When he was pulled back up, the story goes, his hair had turned white and it seemed he'd aged 30 years—and he babbled incoherently about half-human creatures who flapped through the darkness of grotesque wings. The castle was built, likely on Ottokar II's orders, over this supposed hell-hole, without proper fortifications, a water source, or kitchens. The myth asserts that this was because the castle was meant not for human habitation, but to capture demons.
So if you don’t want to live here in the Earth, find out the places above and enter to the gate to hell

Pierce The Veil
Tumblr media
Pierce the Veil is my favorite international artist, because of their genre, coolness and their ability to create a music is very unique. Pierce the Veil is an American post-hardcore band from San Diego, California. Formed in 2007, the group was founded by brothers Vic and Mike Fuentesafter the disbandment of the group Before Today (formerly Early Times), which was formed out of the San Diego punk rock scene. Other members of the band include Jaime Preciado (bassist and backing vocals) and Tony Perry (lead guitar). Here are the facts about the band Pierce The Veil.
Lead singer Vic Fuentes came up with the band's name while sitting in sociology class at San Diego State University. The professor mentioned piercing the veil - meaning to go directly to the root of a problem and removing it at the source. Fuentes like the concept of stopping things that hurt you before they have a chance to build up, and so Pierce the Veil was born.
Aside from being the lead singer of Pierce the Veil, Vic Fuentes is also the group's primary songwriter. Singing his own lyrics helps him connect with the song and deliver a passionate performance. Bassist Jamie Preciado shared the band's creative process in a Songfacts interview: "Normally what happens is our vocalist [Vic Fuentes], he has like skeletons of a lot of songs. And when we're in the studio we kind of break all the songs down and start with little pieces, whether it be like a riff or like a vocal idea. And then the song pretty much goes from there. We try to just jam out the song as best we can, record it, listen to it again, then jam out again."
The founding members, Mike and Vic Fuentes, are brothers. They both learned to play guitar from their father, a Spanish Jazz musician. There is a video of the pair having their "first jam sesh" - Mike, 5, with a toy drum set and Vic, 7, with his dad's guitar.
Vic Fuentes admits to being extremely meticulous when it comes to recording vocals for songs. He'll do 20 or 30 takes for an average song, often to the dismay of producers. He explains that even if it his singing sounds okay to the rest of the band, the performance has to "feel" perfect in his head before he's satisfied.
Vic Fuentes started writing music by accident. He wrote his first song with friends at a party, and instantly knew it was something he wanted to keep doing. The feeling of making something real, he explained, was almost like a sort of drug.
The band members have a tradition of pranking each other on tour. Tony Perry and Jaime Preciado, the guitarist and bassist respectively, enjoy first person shooter videogames, which Vic Fuentes is not a fan of. As a joke, Tony, Jaime, and the rest of the band besides Vic - even the manager - bought Nerf guns and engaged in foam warfare in the tour van. Vic was so annoyed that he ripped any darts that hit him in half.
Pierce the Veil had a minor feud with emo band Fall Out Boy. Fall Out Boy recorded a cover of Michael Jackson's "Beat It," prompting Pierce the Veil to point out that they'd recorded their own cover only months before - the implication being that Fall Out Boy had copied them. Not long after, Pierce the Veil released a video on their youtube channel that parodied Fall Out Boy in a series of tongue-in-cheek skits. The Fall Out Boy feud prompted some media outlets to point out the similarities between the bands' song-titling styles (both commonly use long, descriptive names). Vic Fuentes responded by saying that Fall Out Boy was usually trying to be clever or funny, whereas his titles were more serious and often taken from his own poetry.
Guitarist Tony Perry is a whiz on the Rubik's Cube. He told Alternative Press: "I can solve a Rubik's Cube in a couple minutes. It took a little bit (of practice), but that's one of the perks of having a lot of downtime on the road when we're driving around."
Listen close to the sound of your soul :D

Invoker AKA “Kael”
Tumblr media
Invoker is one of my favorite character in dota, He is unique in that he possesses a total of 14 abilities in his arsenal; three of them - Quas, Wex, and Exort - are reagents and one is his special ultimate Invoke. The three abilities he learns throughout leveling up can have three instances, which serve as the basic ingredients or components for him to create a new ability using his ultimate. Once the reagents or elements are combined, he can invoke one out of ten different abilities. All of his invoked abilities are capable of a multitude of actions, from damaging enemies to aiding his allies, and even saving himself from danger. His three reagents can be upgraded up to level 7 which determines the power and potency of his invoked abilities, making it more powerful than an ordinary spell. Because of this, he can be played in almost any role possible. Invoker can be a carry, semi-carry, ganker, pusher, initiator or even support. His three reagents provide a passive bonus per instance, allowing for specialization at early levels and situational boosts at later levels. His extremely flexible nature allows him to use many different combinations of items effectively but also make him dependent on solid builds and a good gold advantage.
MAIN SKILLS
QUAS
Allows manipulation of ice elements. Each Quas instance provides increased health regeneration.
WEX
Allows manipulation of storm elements. Each Wex instance provides increased attack speed and movement speed.
EXORT
Allows manipulation of fire elements. Each Exort instance provides increased attack damage.
INVOKE
Combines the properties of the elements currently being manipulated to create a new spell for Invoker to use.
COMBINATION SKILLS
COLD SNAP
Invoker draws the heat from an enemy, chilling them to their very core for a duration based on the level of Quas. The enemy will take damage and be briefly frozen. Further damage taken in this state will freeze the enemy again, dealing bonus damage. The enemy can only be frozen so often, but the freeze cooldown decreases based on the level of Quas
GHOST WALK
Invoker manipulates the ice and electrical energies around him, rendering his body invisible. The elemental imbalance created as a consequence slows nearby enemies based on the level of Quas, and slows Invoker as well based on the level of Wex.
TORNADO
Unleashes a fast moving tornado that picks up enemy units in its path, suspending them helplessly in the air shortly before allowing them to plummet to their doom. Travels further based on the level of Wex. Holds enemies in the air for a duration based on the level of Quas. Deals base damage plus added damage based on levels in Wex.
E.M.P.
Invoker builds up a charge of electromagnetic energy at a targeted location which automatically detonates after 2.9 seconds. The detonation covers an area, draining mana based on the level of Wex. Deals damage for each point of mana drained. If EMP drains mana from an enemy hero, Invoker gains 50% of the mana drained.
ALACRITY
Invoker infuses an ally with an immense surge of energy, increasing their attack speed based on the level of Wex and their damage based on the level of Exort.
CHAOS METEOR
Invoker infuses an ally with an immense surge of energy, increasing their attack speed based on the level of Wex and their damage based on the level of Exort.
SUNSTRIKE
Sends a catastrophic ray of fierce energy from the sun at any targeted location, incinerating all enemies standing beneath it once it reaches the earth. Deals damage based on the level of Exort, however this damage is spread evenly over all enemies hit.
Gives vision of the target area before the strike. Invoker gains experience with kills made from Sun Strike, even if made from outside of experience range.
FORGE SPIRIT
Invoker forges a spirit embodying the strength of fire and fortitude of ice. Damage, mana, and armor are based on the level of Exort while attack range, health, and duration are based on the level of Quas. The elemental's scorching attack is capable of melting the armor of enemy heroes.
ICE WALL
Generates a wall of solid ice directly in front of Invoker for a duration based on the level of Quas. The bitter cold emanating from it greatly slows nearby enemies based on the level of Quas and deals damage each second based on the level of Exort. The slow will still affect Spell Immune enemies if their spell immunity was created after being affected by Ice Wall.
DEAFENING BLAST
Invoker unleashes a mighty sonic wave in front of him, dealing damage to any enemy unit it collides with based on the level of Exort. The sheer impact from the blast is enough to knock those enemy units back for a duration based on the level of Quas, then disarm their attacks for a duration based on the level of Wex.

Mythological Creatures In Ancient Folklore
The world is full of stories about mythical creatures, legendary beasts, and supernatural and god-like beings. For thousands of years, humans everywhere, sometimes inspired by living animals or even fossils have brought mythic creatures to life in stories, songs, and works of art. These creatures, from the powerful dragon to the soaring phoenix, continue to thrill, terrify, entertain, and inspire us. Some, such as the Loch Ness Monster or Sasquatch, continue to be "sighted" and sought to this day. While the origins of these fabulous creatures are varied, and often disputed, they have played significant roles in human society, and have served to stimulate the imagination and desire that is ingrained in human nature to experience more than this physical world. Whether they truly exist in physical form is indeed secondary to their existence in the minds of so many people throughout the world and through history.
Tumblr media
* THE LEGENDARY KRAKEN
According to the Scandinavian mythology, the Kraken is a giant sea creature (said to be 1 mile long) that attacks ships and is so huge that its body could be mistaken for an island. It is first mentioned in the Örvar-Oddr, a 13th century Icelandic saga involving two sea monsters, the Hafgufa (sea mist) and the Lyngbakr (heather-back). The Hafgufa is supposed to be a reference to the Kraken. The existence of the Kraken was even acknowledged in scientific texts, including the first edition of Systema Naturae [1735], a taxonomic classification of living organisms by the Swedish botanist, physician, and zoologist Carolus Linnaeus. He classified the Kraken as a cephalopod, designating the scientific name Microcosmus marinus. Although any mention to Kraken was omitted in later editions of the Systema Naturae, Linnaeus described it in his later work, Fauna Suecica [1746], as a "unique monster" that "is said to inhabit the seas of Norway”. Accounts of the Kraken are believed by many historians to have originated from sightings of the giant squid, which can reach 18 meters in length.
* GRENDEL, THE BEAST OF HROTHGAR
Beowulf is an Old English heroic epic poem set in Scandinavia and cited as one of the most important works of Anglo-Saxon literature of all time. Dated between the 8th and early 11th century, the epic poem tells the story of Beowulf, a great hero who comes to the aid of Hroðgar, the king of the Danes, by defeating a beast known as Grendel who had been terrorising the great mead hall built by Hroðgar and threatening the entire kingdom. Archaeological research has verified that the great hall commissioned by Hroðgar did indeed exist, and was located in the country’s earliest royal capital, Lejre, 23 miles west of modern Copenhagen. Whether Grendel (meaning quite literarily ‘the destroyer’) originally existed in some less legendary form – perhaps symbolizing a malevolent spirit responsible for disease and death, or a particularly fierce-looking human enemy – is as yet unknown.
* THE MYTHOLOGICAL KAPPA
In ancient Japanese folklore, the Kappa is a water demon that inhabits rivers and lakes and devours disobedient little children. The Kappa, a word meaning ‘river child’, is usually depicted with the body of a tortoise, a beak, and the limbs of a frog, and has a hollow filled with water on top of his head. While they are primarily water creatures, they are believed to occasionally venture onto land. According to legend, the cavity must be kept wet when the Kappa ventures out of the water, or he will lose his powers. The Kappa is one of the most well-known folk legends in Japan and many believe the mythical creature to be true. In fact, there are signs near some lakes in Japan warning people of their presence. However, others maintain it is much more likely that the legend of the Kappa is connected with sightings of the Japanese Giant Salamander, or ‘hanzaki’, which is known to be aggressive and to grab its prey with its powerful jaws.
* THE LEGEND OF NIAN
According to tales and legends, the beginning of Chinese New Year started with the fight against a mythical beast called Nian, who had the body of a bull and the head of a lion. It was said to be a ferocious animal that lived in the mountains and hunted for a living. Towards the end of Winter when there was nothing to eat, Nian would come on the first day of New Year to the villages to eat livestock, crops, and even villagers, especially children. To protect themselves, the villagers would put food in front of their doors at the beginning of every year. It was believed that after the Nian ate the food they prepared, it wouldn’t attack any more people. The villagers would live in terror over the winter, but over time they learned that the ferocious Nian was afraid of three things: the colour red, fire, and noise. So when the New Year was about to come, the villagers would hang red lanterns and red spring scrolls on windows and doors. They also used firecrackers to frighten away the Nian. From then on, Nian never came to the village again. According to legend, the Nian was eventually captured by Hongjun Laozu, an ancient Taoist monk, and Nian became Hongjun Laozu's mount. After Nian was captured, everyone had a big celebration and the ritual involved in banishing him was repeated the following year, and so the ritual was passed down from generation to generation and the custom of celebrating New Year with firecrackers, noise, and the colour red has persisted to this day.
*NAGA, THE WATER DEITY
The naga is a legendary aquatic, serpentine creature that resides in oceans, rivers, lakes, or waterfalls. Nagas are said to have black scales and can grow to hundreds of feet in length. Nagas are traditionally worshipped as personifications of water deities and considered bringers of rain and clouds. They are guardians of temples and holy places. Most Kaliyatran believe that the superior God direct the actions of the nagas, and these sea serpents are honoured with many titles such as the "Maharaja Sarpa" and the "Naga who is God". It is commonly believed that nagas live in underground cities, are capable of speech and can use their heavenly powers to control weather and assume humanoid form at will.
* THE TRADITION OF THE PIASA
The legend of the Piasa Bird dates back to long before European explorers came to region. It has been traced to a band of Illiniwek Indians who lived along the Mississippi in the vicinity north of present-day Alton. This tribe, led by a chief named Owatoga, hunted and fished the valley and the river and lived a contented life until the "great beast" came, described by French missionary priest Jacques Marquette in 1673 as follows: “it is as large as a calf, with horns like a roebuck, red eyes, a beard like a tiger and a frightful countenance. The face was something like that of a man, the body covered in scales, and the tail so long that it passed entirely around the body, over the head and between the legs, ending like a fish.” As with the Illini tribes, there can be found traditions of similar large birds and dragons throughout the world. The Dacotah tribe believed that thunder was a monstrous bird flying through the air and claimed that these birds were large enough to carry off human beings. In the ancient Buddhist caves of India there can be found a number of carved and painted dragons that easily fit with the descriptions of Piasa. Some have questioned whether the so-called mythical creature could have been an ancient species of bird that actually existed. That so many cultures and groups of people separated by thousands of miles and years have similar tales of immense flying creatures is curious to say the least.

7/11
When you look up at the familiar lit up green and red sign and often start wondering why that convenience store is named after two arbitrary numbers.
Tumblr media
7 - eleven is one of the worlds largest franchise companies in the world with more than 60,000 locations as, of December 2017.
Tumblr media
In 1927, Joe Thompson, an employee of the South land Ice Company in Dallas Texas began to sell eggs, milk and bread from a makeshift storefront in one of the company’s ice houses.
Tumblr media
Thompson eventually bought out an ice company and started opening convenient little stores all over Texas. The company executive brought a souvenir totem pole back from a trip to Alaska an set it in front of the one of the busiest locations. Soon they called it “Tote’m Store” because of the tote’m pole and because customers toted away their purchases.
Tumblr media
In 1946, Tote’m Store changed their name into 7 - eleven because they had a new store hours which is 7:00 am to 11:00 pm in order to capitalize on the post World War II economic boom.
Why does this grocery store turned into a 24/7 convenience store?
One night in Austin in 1962, They had seen such a rush of students following a university of Texas football game they were forced to stay open until dawn the next day. They seen and sensed a trend that’s why they continued to stay open all night on the weekends and the new schedule as well.
youtube
The convenience sore ran its first television advertisement in 1949. An animated rooster and owl reminded customers that the store was open early and close late.
Did you know that Slurpee was invented at a Dairy Queen?
In 1950′s the Slurpee was invented at a Dairy Queen. Omar Kuedlik of Kansas City owner of Dairy Queen. This what happens, his soda fountain went on the fritz then he improvised by putting some bottles int he freezer to stay cool. However when he popped the top, they were a little frozen and slushy. They mixed a freezing mixture of  flavored syrup, water and carbon dioxide to make it fizz then he called it an ICEE.
In 1965, the drink was licence to 7 - eleven and the marketing department renamed it the Slurpee after the sound made while sipping it through a straw.
Tumblr media
Amazing facts about 7 - Eleven
Tumblr media
In Indonesia, 65 percent of their customers are under the age of 30. They offer free WiFi, plenty of tables and chairs inside and out of the sidewalk. Also they often feature live musical performances.
