Toby Curtis Appreciation Week: Day 3 (Favorite Traits)

I love everything about Toby, but my favorite traits are his: 

1. Wittiness/Humor  I love Toby’s quick jabs and witty banter! He has the biggest personality on the team and he isn’t afraid to show it. Toby will make you laugh even in the most dire of situations, and hey, when there’s that much stress around you, you need someone to lighten the mood. 

2. Romanticism  I’m not usually huge on romance, but the way Toby pours his heart and soul into loving Happy is just so beautiful to me. He must be good, since after all he did convince Happy to date him. 

3. His Smile  Not sure if this exactly counts, but I’m counting it because when Toby smiles, I smile. Also all those dorky faces he makes when Happy kisses him!

Look, everything about this scene is great, but I remember that I laughed pretty hard at this one. It’s a solid gag! A classic! A vintage “Complain complain complain” and then cut to someone who exemplifies the “flaw”…some jokes continue onward for a reason!

But most importantly: this is a setup for an even funnier joke later.
