Okay, so my brain is unable to handle solo blogs right now, so I'm gonna move Peggy over here @marvelousmysteries
I'm giving it a month. That way, everyone has a chance to see this and follow me there.
Love you guys!

"Of course, my darling." And we can go on the swings and the slide, whatever you want." Peggy reached out and ran her fingers through Amy's hair.
"Mummy loves you girls, you know that?"
"You're so good with them." (for Steve about any of their babies?)
Steve sat on the floor playing chess with Amy. Sarah was laying in the bassinet, at Steve's left side. Steve feed her the bottle with his left land. While with his right hand, he placed his king on the board.
He smiled at Peggy's compliment. It meant a lot to hear that from her. He had been trying really hard to take care of them and keep them happy. It was summer, so the kids were home all day. Sarah was a newborn and Amy was 10. He often had to find or come up with activities to entertain both children. Sometimes he would be juggling so many things durring the day, between cleaning and cooking, he barley got a minute to himself. Despite all that, he enjoyed the time he got to spend with kids and he loved them dearly. Despite everything, he was thankful for everyday.
"Thank you." Steve answered. "I try my best."

"That didn't take long," Peggy smiled when she saw Steve coming downstairs.
"I like that jacket too, you look so handsome." She held out a hand for him to take and walked towards the street to hail a cab.
"Darling, come dance with me."
"Of course, my love." Steve answered.
He then stood up and put out his hand to her. It was their song playing on the radio. The one they danced to when he had come home.

"I see," Peggy knew to hold her tongue, Tony was young. What was youth for, if not to do crazy things like having a fling while on holiday? But the boyfriend comment gave her pause.
"Are you sure that's wise, Darling?"
"Hello, stranger." (Auntie Peggy is the best, sue me.)
"Aunt Peggy?" Tony hadn't seen her in years. He stared for a moment, then stood up to greet her. "It's good to see you! What brings you here?"

"I know, I'll think about it, I promise." Peggy kissed Steve’s cheek and went to change into her more casual clothes.
Now, in much more comfortable clothes, Peggy hurried back downstairs to check on the girls.
Picking Sarah up and balancing her on her hip, Peggy smiled at Amy.
"Are you ready to have a fun weekend, Darlings?"
"You're so good with them." (for Steve about any of their babies?)

"I didn't know there was a name for it," Dottie had never said. She worked for Leviathan, but knowing there was an actual name for what Dottie and Natasha were was interesting.
"Of course you're more than that, I know you're a friend of Steve’s, so whatever you feel comfortable sharing about yourself beyond that is welcome."
"Company would be nice, Steve gave me a brief run down, but I'd like to get to know his knew friends." Peggy said taking a sip of her drink.
"So tell me about yourself, Natasha. You know about me, it's only fair."

"Hm. Quite right too," Peggy smirked, reaching for her husband's free hand. They could come home and pick things up later, after they're romantic dinner, they had time now.
"Come on, Darling. Let's go hail a cab."
"Darling, come dance with me."
"Of course, my love." Steve answered.

(From my 40s AU) “I went from singing for the troops to rolling bandages. Go figure.” @chromium-siren
"I will say your work is very important to the war effort, but I can understand how it's a bit of an adjustment." Peggy said, as far as some of the higher ups were concerned Peggy herself should be rolling bandages, not working in the field as she was.

Peggy loved the effect she had on Steve, she was pretty sure she could wear a potato sack and he'd say she was stunning, he looked at her like she was art, and Peggy loved it.
"Careful, Darling, keep kissing me like that and we'll never leave the apartment." Peggy teased, letting him hold her while she fussed with the collar of his shirt.
"You look pretty good yourself, Captain."
"Darling, come dance with me."
"Of course, my love." Steve answered.
He then stood up and put out his hand to her. It was their song playing on the radio. The one they danced to when he had come home.

Peggy grabbed the new dress she'd been saving for a special occasion. It reminded her of the red dress she'd worn to the pub in London during the war.
Quickly changing, Peggy did her make-up and added her favorite perfume, Peggy went to find Steve.
"Darling, what do you think? Will I do?"
"Darling, come dance with me."
"Of course, my love." Steve answered.
He then stood up and put out his hand to her. It was their song playing on the radio. The one they danced to when he had come home.
