Going to be inactive for a week or so, goin' on vacation

I know I don't really have to make a post like this where my blog doesn't have too many followers, but once again, don't want the Ouendan/EBA fandom to die. I haven't been posting for a while cause my mental health really isn't in a good place right now and I've been making some dumb decisions personally, so maybe after this vacation I'll feel a lot better both mentally and physically. When I get back I'll try to post more cutscenes from Ouendan.

Yep exactly, so we can do whatever we want with it now. One thing I like (but also dislike at the same time) is how the characters don't have too much backstory or personality, so you can pretty much headcanon them with anything you want and it just.. works It also works for ships honestly

Here's an idea for a sequel to Elite Beat Agents: Elite Beat Cops! It's about an organization of crime-fighters using the power of dance, only instead of (or perhaps in addition to) helping solve everyday problems, the cops focus primarily on thwarting evil plots.

HELL YES I love this idea. I wish we could get an EBA sequel or maybe a crossover with Ouendan or something, it's probably really unlikely in 2021 but hey.. I'd spend money on it. In addition to your idea Anon they should add modes where you can play as the Agents or the Ouendan, that would be cool as hell. I wonder if they would use older songs or more modern ones..

You're welcome! :) I honestly didn't expect my blog to attract anyone at all at first, but seeing that people are actually liking some of my stuff and interacting makes me really happy, I hope these games have a fandom for as long as possible! Side note, I'm going to be posting cutscenes and stuff like that soon, I just have to get fully caught up on my emulator so I can unlock all the songs & scenes for every difficulty again.

What is your opinion on the game osu!?

Honestly, I love the modern osu! and how many custom songs and skins you can have, but there isn't really any.. story to it? As much as I love being able to play custom songs and all I still prefer Ouendan and/or Elite Beat Agents over the modern osu! because of the story and characters. But, I still have to give some credit to osu! for getting me into Ouendan through a YT video I found called something like "playing the first osu game on the nintendo ds". One thing I love the most about Ouendan and EBA is that your gameplay actually affects the story going on in the background, and as far as I know, osu! doesn't have that. unrelated but getting my first question on this blog makes me want to make an ouendan ask blog with the characters. if people like the idea of that and if my art is good enough and if my fixation with this game lasts i might do that honestly.

Now where have I heard this before...? I just had to draw this, the thought came to me randomly. (I did trace for Hayato) I'll be posting actual Ouendan files and GIFs from the game soon, just wanted to post some art first.

Starting this all off with an.. edit? Paint-over? Well, I drew over top of a screenshot I took while playing because I love Ryuta and Hayato. It's not very good but it makes me happy so that's all that matters really.
