Liza’s insides turn to mush, her knees still holding her up somehow, even after his growly-chuckling. Her body was wholly betraying her, a soft and delighted hum leaving her lips as she feels the press of his body against her own. A breathy giggle escapes when he calls her greedy, her smirk turning coy.

“Only for your affection-- ah-hem,” she fakes clearing her throat. “I mean, punishment.”

Despite the heavy flirting they were doing, the tenderness of the way his thumb brushes against her cheek makes her eyes flutter lazily, her heart skipping as she leans into his touch. Eyes blink open just enough to see him leaning closer, lips pulling into a hint of a smile when she feels his nose brush against hers. 

Thor’s words murmured against her lips, the way his teeth nip at her lightly, it’s all enough to steal her breath. It catches in her lungs when his hands -- first one, then the other after it releases her floury hand -- grip her hips and pull her ever closer. Liza’s legs are jelly now as she moves easily in his hold, but she still smirks at him when he tells her she causes trouble. 

Shamelessly, she lets her still-flour-dusted palm come to rest on his cheek, a hum leaving her lips. “Would you have me any other way?” Liza asks in a whisper, playfully arching a brow as she looks up at him. “Because I have the distinct feeling that you enjoy me misbehaving and causing trouble.”

[ o ]--- Another, completely pleased sound rumbles again in his throat, something between a chuckle and a growl released as Thor tilts his head, twisting the grin even higher. Turning it even more wicked than he knows it to be, warding off temptation to lift her on the counter for a moment longer.

' Both? ' Voice curls the word into a pretend-confused tone. ' That's a bit greedy.'

Bright eyes gleamed with unmistakable fondness however, thumb still stroking along the softness of Liza's cheek as though he wanted to memorize the shape of it again, deliberate and utterly gentle.

Leaning in comes with a thoughtful hum, brushing nose against nose briefly in teasing fashion.

' Why is it,' and it is murmured against her lips, question broken by a short-lived nip at her top lip,' that you never behave?' Free hand sliding down from cheek to her hip is a practiced, semi-threatening gesture, fingers then gently but purposefully pulling her closer. Her floury hand is released in favor of mirroring the hold that had already settled on her.

His laugh, the feeling of his chest rumbling as he held her against him made her heart flutter. Something about that sound sent warmth coursing through her, and knowing she was the cause of it made it that much better. Literal music to her ears as she looked up at Thor, unable to tear her gaze away as she tried -- again -- to wrap her brain around how the hell she’d gotten so lucky.

Liza giggled quietly at the image he made appear in her head, but knew he was incredibly right. That woman knew how to convince someone, probably why she was so good at raising money for charity.

Heart thumped as his thumb brushed the skin of her neck, her expression softening as she looked up at him, bringing her own hand up to curl her fingers around his wrist. His words, the obvious care for prioritizing what she wanted and was comfortable with? He would back her if she wanted to say no to something? Not that she thought his mom would be pushy, but it was still a comfort.

“I won’t. Nothing weird, nothing I’m uncomfortable with. Though I have a strange feeling I’ll need you to back me up on the headcount. No more than fifty, or we’re eloping.”
