Grace had a rather normal life, growing up with her father in a small town up in the forests of Maine. Everything was perfect. But it all changed when she visited New York to see her mother. While in the city, Grace received threats against her from an unknown source and a man was hired to kill her. But he decided against it and instead wanted to help her. Her father was killed by other people, leaving the girl without anyone. She now lives in New York with the very person who was supposed to kill her- Bucky Barnes.
