Nobody can deny the value of striving and struggling in life. Time is what makes up life, and the amount of effort done determines how many accomplishments one can have. Every day, we have a variety of tasks to complete, each of which demands a specific set of work ethics. The protocols or steps taken to complete a certain task are referred to as work ethics. However, we must have the following work ethics to conduct any type of work or job.

Decision-making before working on a project:
Things start to happen when we decide. We are always one decision away from a new life. - Work is a DECISION - Work comes through an idea of change, and it's like a pop-up/notification and a request. You have complete control over accepting or rejecting it. - Work is always either right or wrong. It directs us toward our strength of selection. We can simply either say “yes” or “no”.  - This is when you’ll apply the habit of sacrifice. Since sacrifice brings resilience, it gives stamina to pursue a purpose. That’s our ultimate output. - Work is always initiated in the "now" period. We have no control over what happens in the future or what happened in the past. We may, however, change the present. - It's important to keep the following questions in mind when making decisions: What is it, and why is it important? It's not difficult to figure out "how" if you understand why it's necessary. - Before you do anything, you must first decide if you want to do it or not. Once you've made the decision, tell yourself, "I'll never give up and will try again and again." -    One task at a time is an important rule to follow, and it must be completed before moving on to the next. - Work is always done with passion. We don't like looking at or talking to someone we don't like. We don't consume meals that we don't enjoy. Is it possible for us to do something we don't like? or Is it possible for us to do the same thing and have the same results? Even if you think you can still do it, the answer is "No." It will happen if the desire comes directly from the heart and only if the cause is greater than your choice. Otherwise, forget about it.

Keeping A positive mindset to start a job is the best of all work ethics. Always remember this work ethics secret : PACE: A positive attitude changes everything. It’s noteworthy that a man must be ready for both favorable and unfavorable results. All you have to do is to keep going. Success lies in bridging the leap of faith. 1. It’s easy. If it was not, nobody could try it. 2. It’s possible. If it was not, nobody could do it. 3.It’s short. If it was not, nobody could complete it. 4-I love it. If it was not, I would never have chosen it.

  1-Work is volatile. If you think it is too much then it is too much and if you think it’s nothing then it’s nothing. It’s just the leap of your faith, the barrier you have to cross yourself, and an illusion of your mind. 2-Work takes time and must be done within a specific time to achieve specific goals.

Never give up on your dream. How often do you feel those goosebumps, thinking of something you feel you are born for? How many times you paid attention to those sensations which flow throughout your body, trying to make you realize how badly you want that. I am sure many times. This is what I call are DREAMS. You may call it desire, ambition, etc. but I choose to call it DREAM! Believe me, when just a simple thought of your dreams can give you so much then can you imagine what will you feel once you achieve them. Someone rightly said, dreams are given to you for a reason, doesn’t matter if you don’t realize the reason, you achieve your dream and the reason will be fulfilled. No matter how unclear you are today, keep taking those small steps and I promise you the blur will fade away and the clear picture will be seen. Be deaf to the world if they don’t believe in your dream, you don’t owe any reason for YOUR dreams to anyone!  A dream is not small or big, it's your purpose and could be anything from changing someone’s life to become a doctor or to be president of your state, etc...

When you allow yourself to dream you are telling yourself it is fine to think about what “could be”. When you think outside your normal reality, people may think you are a little crazy. Whether or not you share your dreams with those around you, know that dreaming does not make you crazy. It does allow you to begin the journey, however. So, if you really want to be happy in life, allow yourself to dream and you will be able to find what it is that would make you happy.

The number one thing to remember when you must create your own destiny is to take risks. When you want to follow a dream, you will most likely need to take risks to do so. You will have to go outside the box to do this. You might need to make a major life change or even move to a new location. Whatever risks you need to take however will be for the good of your journey. This is the phase in which most people lose track of their dreams. Thinking up dreams is an easy task. Having the nerve to follow them is an entirely different thing. If you have enough guts to take these risks, you will be much closer to your dream than when you began. Remember however that taking risks does not mean you should act spontaneously. If you are considering a major life change, you should always think it through before committing to it.
Define your action steps:

For example, When I tell someone my dream, I usually get something along the lines of “You’re living in a dream world. That’s not how life is. You have to work a 40 hours job and pay bills. That’s just the way it is.” Anyone that has any exposure at all knows that isn’t a true statement. It’s only true if I allow it to be. Talk to the thousands of people who work remotely and travel most of the year. People who have no awareness of their own dreams will always make yours seem impossible and futile. Believe It until It Happens:
Sometimes it is difficult to believe that you can make your dreams come true. Often the fear of failure takes over and corrupts the entire plan. The last thing you need to do to make your dreams a reality is to believe in yourself. Now, this is much more than just having self-confidence. This is about knowing in your heart that what you are doing can work out. If you believe in the dream enough and are willing to do whatever it takes to make it a reality, then you will be a success. It may not be an easy road, but the rainbow at the end will be worth the effort. If you come to a point where it just does not look like you can muster up any more motivation, you should keep on believing. Pretend that everything is working out and that life is great to get through the difficult times. When you pretend to be positive, sometimes positive things come to you. NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS, MOTIVATION
Never give up on your dream. How often do you feel those goosebumps, thinking of something you feel you are born for? How many times you paid attention to those sensations which flow throughout your body, trying to make you realize how badly you want that. I am sure many times. This is what I call are DREAMS. You may call it desire, ambition, etc. but I choose to call it DREAM!

Believe me, when just a simple thought of your dreams can give you so much then can you imagine what will you feel once you achieve them. Someone rightly said, dreams are given to you for a reason, doesn’t matter if you don’t realize the reason, you achieve your dream and the reason will be fulfilled.
No matter how unclear you are today, keep taking those small steps and I promise you the blur will fade away and the clear picture will be seen. Be deaf to the world if they don’t believe in your dream, you don’t owe any reason for YOUR dreams to anyone!  A dream is not small or big, it’s your purpose and could be anything from changing someone’s life to become a doctor or to be president of your state, etc…
