perspective view and 1 sectional cut.
Feedback on Thursday 21st Sep Presentation Think about making the playground as a skate park. The material in terms of contrasting with the existing buildings in Fort Lane. Also, I need to make the design more unique in relation to the ideas and site and be more specific about the design.

After Monday critics, I've made this model to experiment with different elements that I could use for my design.

What I’m trying to attempt in this design is to bring people together, instead just walking past the street, I think I would be more interesting if the site becomes an interaction space for public, including kids. As we all know that Fort lane is mostly use for scary film, for example, people use the site for commercial known as murder and horrific story, the atmosphere and environment especially at night are quite scary. The light mode and people around Fort Lane are likely to have many drunk people, the street becomes unsafe for other people who what to use for passing to Britomart, the only safe time to walk pass will be day time. In term of the site context I want it to be contrasting between day and night, where there I little amount of light in the Lane, so I want to bring more light and some form of interaction to the site, so people can relax and share the space. The more people come to space the safer it gets.
As was mentioned the site become unsafe but in my design, how can I make the site feel safe and look safe for any gender and ages?
‘Sue Ela, March 19, 2015’ project are similar to my project as we turn the sculpture into a space that brings people together and have an interesting interacting by the shape it selves. Another project also has an interesting way to look at, such as the interactive space, communication space and how people engage in the space.
