Diabetic Copia.

Copia was diagnosed as a young person, so he's always kinda... Dealt with it.

However, that doesn't mean he doesn't have the occasional slip up.

His ghouls can smell when his blood sugar is too high, and when it's too low. They'll go annoy him until it's fixed because it smells really bad to them.

Copia has caught Dew huffing his insulin before. Apparently it smells nice.

The ghouls all scramble over each other to replace Copia's Dexcom. They say it's fun to stab it into his arm.

Copia has a mini fridge on the bus just filled with his insulin and juiceboxes. Nobody is allowed to take the juiceboxes from the fridge, in case he goes low.

Just... Copia laid on a sofa backstage, still in costume, one ghoul holding his feet up to get the blood back in his head, grumpily sucking on an apple juice because he burned too much energy while dancing around on stage and ended up collapsing.

Finally finished this one! ❤️ I have the headcanon that Copia feels pretty self conscious at times and is scared to not live up to the clergy’s expectations. …also because he is aware how and why his brothers ‚died‘.

This scene here is a dream he has while he’s literally on the edge of a precipice. He sees the ghostly greenish silhouette of his brother Terzo towering above him, slowly reaching out his hand to help him up. „Don’t give up yet, fratellino. I know you can do it.“

Terzo nods with a smile and Copia feels a lump in his throat. He always thought that Terzo didn’t care much about him, when he was still alive and that he saw him as a burden whenever he tried to interact with him. He was wrong. In fact, Terzo cared a lot, but never was able to show it. Emotions were a sign of weakness and made you vulnerable and he just couldn’t allow that. He never hated himself more for this until the day he died.

Copia understood. A grateful smile appeared on his lips as he reached out to grab his brother’s hand. He would not give up. He would stay strong. For their sake. For his brothers sake. Terzo, Secondo and Primo.

I have a theory about the first song sung by the Papas characterizing them as characters.

Secondo's first concert song was "Secular Haze" - a song with a dark circus atmosphere, praising the Antichrist. As we know from Papaganda and interviews, he likes wigs, silly costumes and noisy parties, hiding his unhappiness behind this.

Terzo's first song was "From the Pinnacle to the Pit". His life path follows the path of Lucifer and Icarus, even the last word sung by him on his albums is "falling" ("Bible"). The higher one soars, the longer it takes to fall, the theme of hubris and the giddiness of success all reflect Terzo.

Copia's first song was "Rats" (acoustic performance). Rats prowl everywhere, small and inconspicuous, and bring death. I think he may have identified with death, as his reign began with the murder of the brothers. And as a bastard, he may have felt like a small animal, despised by all, but capable of revenge.

Been thinking some thoughts

About a Ghost AU....where Sister Imperator basically gives Copia to the ministry after he was born, instead of raising him herself until the point where he's old enough to start mentoring him into becoming Papa.

Of course she's lying about it, saying she "found him outside the gates". So he's raised by the sisters and brothers of sin.

Primo, Secondo and Terzo all knew what Sister did(it was quite obvious, one day she's very pregnant and the next day she's not but coincidentally she finds an abandoned baby who's also part of the bloodline? Not sus at all.) and they give her the side eye whenever they see her.

At this time Nihil is still in his prime, touring as Papa and Kiss The Go-Goating women so he could give two fucks about his sons or the fact that he has a new one.

The brothers don't meet him until he's around 5 because even though they're aware of his existence, there are a lot of children in the ministry and Sister made sure to keep him(and his identity) hidden, so one fateful day they bump into him with a sister and realize who he really is.

They decide from that point on to take his parenting upon themselves(well mostly Primo does, it's not his first time raising a brother of his afterall) and try to give him a better life than what he had so far.

The other brothers are all cardinals at this point, with Primo waiting to become Papa.

(It's really just me wanting to draw some emeritus brothers bonding and loving eachother so don't mind this post and the upcoming ones if that's not your cup of tea.)

It also needs a name or a tag I guess? So I can keep track of them and put them all in one #

Thinking about Secondo having snakes and being soft with them in the way that Copia's soft with his rats

Walking around the Ministry with a boa around his shoulders, chuckling when siblings jump out of their skin at the sudden snake.

Secondo gently placing a snake around a sibling's shoulder, petting the snake's head and murmuring that as long as they stay still, his bambino won't hurt them.

Secondo with a room of his quarters dedicated just to his snake setup. You know those sneks are SPOILED.
