AIRLESS SHOT BLASTING
Blast Wheel is the main part of the Airless Shot Blasting System. These diffusive wheels have an inner impeller, control cage, and blade design which slings the shot. The blast wheel propels the shot or grit to the high velocity for the blasting. The wheel is protected by the wheel casing, with wear-resistant liners. The whole operation is working vibration-free and produces low noise levels. The impeller acts like a centrifugal pump and mechanically accelerates shot and throws the shot at the speed 55 to 100m/s. In which vibrating sieve placed at the top of the blast pot from where we would fill the sand. In this there is no remote controller, therefore, the operator needs to control the machine manually by ON/OFF the knob.
