OBESITY- Natural remedies
Obesity is an epidemic in the United States. This condition puts people at a higher risk for serious diseases, such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), it’s estimated that in 2015–2016, 93.3 million (39.8 percent) American adults and 13.7 million (18.5 percent) American children and teens are clinically obese. Obesity is defined as having a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or more. BMI is a calculation that takes a person’s weight and height into account. However, B MI does have some limitations.

CAUSES OF OBESITY
Eating more calories than you burn in daily activity and exercise (on a long-term basis) causes obesity. Over time, these extra calories add up and cause you to gain weight.
Common specific causes of obesity include:
eating a poor diet of foods high in fats and calories
having a sedentary (inactive) lifestyle
not sleeping enough, which can lead to hormonal changes that make you feel hungrier and crave certain high-calorie foods
genetics, which can affect how your body processes food into energy and how fat is stored
growing older, which can lead to less muscle mass and a slower metabolic rate, making it easier to gain weight
pregnancy (weight gained during pregnancy can be difficult to lose and may eventually lead to obesity)....................................Learn More
Risk of obesity:
A complex mix of genetic, environmental, and psychological factors can increase a person’s risk for obesity.
Genetics
Some people possess genetic factors that make it difficult for them to lose weight.
Environment and community
Your environment at home, at school, and in your community, can all influence how and what you eat and how active you are. Maybe you haven’t learned to cook healthy meals or don’t think you can afford healthier foods. If your neighborhood is unsafe, maybe you haven’t found a good place to play, walk, or run.
Psychological and other factors
Depression can sometimes lead to weight gain, as people turn to food for emotional comfort. Certain antidepressants can also increase risk of weight gain.
PREVENTION:
Reduce fat consumption
Reduce carbohydrate consumption
Reduce both fat and carbohydrate consumption

Anemia – natural remedies
Introduction:
Anemia is defined as a reduction in either the percentage of red blood cells (hematocrit), or a reduction in the concentration of hemoglobin in a sample of venous blood when compared with reference values. Iron deficiency is the most common of the general population.......Get Natural Remedies

Symptoms common to many types of this include the following:
Easy fatigue and loss of energy.
Shortness of breath and headache, particularly with exercise.
Difficulty concentrating.
Dizziness.
Pale skin.
Leg cramps.
Insomnia.
In the United States, 2% to 10% of people have this disease. Other countries have even higher rates of anemia. Young women are twice as likely to have anemia than young men because of regular menstrual bleeding. This occurs in both young people and in old people, but in this the older people is more likely to cause symptoms and be related to serious, underlying conditions.
Anemia Causes:
Many medical conditions cause by this. Common causes of this include the following:
Active bleeding: Loss of blood through heavy menstrual bleeding or wounds can cause this disease. Gastrointestinal ulcers or cancers such as cancer of the colon may slowly ooze blood and can also cause anemia.
Iron deficiency anemia: The bone marrow needs iron to make red blood cells. Iron (Fe) plays an important role in the proper structure of the hemoglobin molecule. If iron intake is limited or inadequate due to poor dietary intake, anemia may occur as a result. This is called iron deficiency anemia. Iron deficiency anemia can also occur when there are stomach ulcers or other sources of slow, chronic bleeding (colon cancer, uterine cancer, intestinal polyps, hemorrhoids, etc). In these kinds of scenarios, because of ongoing, chronic slow blood loss, iron is also lost from the body (as a part of blood) at a higher rate than normal and can result in iron deficiency anemia.
Chronic disease: Any long-term medical condition can lead to anemia. The exact mechanism of this process in unknown, but any long-standing and ongoing medical condition such as a chronic infection or a cancer may cause this type of anemia.
Related to kidney disease: The kidneys release a hormone called the erythromycin that helps the bone marrow make red blood cells. In people with chronic (long-standing) kidney disease (CKD or end stage renal disease(ES-RD), the production of this hormone is diminished, and this, in turn, diminishes the production of red blood cells, causing anemia. This is called anemia related to or of chronic kidney disease...................Learn More & Get Its Natural Remedies
