I just read that merely picking up your phone to check notifications releases the stress hormone cortisol. I also read that according to the latest Gallup poll, the stress rate among Americans is at its highest in 10 years. 😑 I think it would serve us all well to be in the tactile world a little more, and stare at this rectangle a little less.
