My first (successful) grid spacing spread. I tried to do this in the scribbles that matter notebook and botched it BAD. It wasn’t meant to be. But this notebook...aaahhh...it’s like home. It’s cheap, it’s not name brand, it’s not fancy in the least, but it’s EVERYTHING I want and need in a notebook. I’m so happy I found this!! I’m planning way ahead in my bullet journal. Because of school, I can’t guarantee I will always have time to prepare my journal for the next week, so if I’m ahead of myself, I can skip a week or two...or four when things get super busy. I have to change things up every once in awhile just to keep things interesting, so I’m trying a new weekly spread. And I’m excited because I looked ahead to my summer and fall terms, so I can literally prepare ahead for all of 2019. Im absolutely loving this grid journal. The colors aren’t quite right in this picture (the outer round on that top one is hot pink, but it looks red/orange here). But anyway, I finally found a pattern for my mood blanket from 2017. Each hexagon represents one week. The wide variation in colors from round to round show the wildly varying experiences of my day to day life in that transformative year. It may end up ugly, I don’t know. But it’s so worth it.
