Pictured on the left next to Noriko Hidaka (VA of Akane) is the Director Konosuke Uda. He has previously worked as Director for One Piece (113 episodes from 1999-2002). He has also been an episode Director for Sailor Moon (12 episodes from 1993-1995). Another anime he was a Director for was Lovely Complex.
