"Perfect!" He still kept his movements easy to monitor. Nothing that could be mistaken for going for his gun. He probably wouldn't be this way if it wasn't for the damn dog. Keener was more keen on not getting bit because someone mistook a movement.

Reaching into his go bag, he pulled out several things. A manila folder. Very old-school, but it was going to take Acer a few days to learn ANNA.

Placing everything on the nearby table Keener took a step back. Allowing Tristan to walk over and look. "I need you to watch Roger Koopman and the JTF near him. He is in the Dark Zone and being watched very carefully for the work he's done."

Tristan would see the manila folder, a copy of New York Collapse that had seen better days, a watch, and what they called a brick.

"If you have any questions, you can ask ANNA for assistance. You can also contact me directly. This network is not connected to any other network. ANNA will shut it down if you try anything she deems against protocol."

Tristan couldn't help but wonder what it was with the villainy types that always loved to walk around slowly and chuckle. Nothing was amusing here. Thankfully Keener didn't seem...keen (he would pat himself on the back for that later) on spewing a whole monologue. He was waiting for the finger drag through dust though.

Tristan gave a very subtle gesture with his finger to get Kaladin, his Belgian Malinois, to lay down at his feet. the dog's attention fully fixed on the other man. Kal did not like his vibe.

Fucking dammit. Of course that twitchy drug dealing bastard had a big mouth. Though Tristan wasn't naive to think that Keener hasn't been aware of him since the early days.

The only outward movement Tristan made was to tilt his head slightly as he listened. It was interesting enough to have Keener approach him for a job but not surprising since Tristan wasn't affiliated with any of the groups around and he took on almost any job.

At first he wanted to flat-out refuse doing anything for this man but his curiosity got the better of him. Curiosity will get him killed one day.

"Alright." This time Tristan crossed his arms, Kal's attention not moving off of Keener. "You have my attention."

Keener chuckled walking around the room. Eyes shifting from a sleeping corner with a perfect line of sight on the door and nearby windows. But if you angled yourself properly no one could see you in the room. An organization to supplies in the opposite corner with what looked like a clipboard with writing. Most likely, he was keeping track of what he had supply-wise. This was a military man who now just ran as a gun-for-hire.

"Word of mouth. You can thank that drug dealer you carted through the Dark Zone earlier this week. Spoke very highly of your services."

Keener was watching his movements. He didn't want to make Acer twitchy. He made sure his hands stayed where they were seen and kept his movements slow.

"I need you to put those military days to use. JTF is keeping an eye on someone, and I need someone to keep an eye on the JTF watching this person."

I..I'm not sure where your loyalties lie, since you've killed me once already. Eh, Kelso is confident in your abilities, but I dont let just anyone join my organiztion. had to learn that one the hard way.
