Vanitas no carte Astolfo's marks

I have a lot of hesitation before sharing this theory, not really knowing if it was only possible, but the more I think about it the more I tell myself why not?

This theory talks about the location of Astolfo' marks.

So we learn in Volume 5 that Astolfo has, or had 13 marks and that there are only 5 out of 13 left.

Aside -> (since we do not know yet if a brand can disappear and if so, must the vampire having his mark die? Yet Vanitas (old) is supposed to be dead and Vanitas always has its mark so .. . I do not really know.)

We were also treated to this beautiful illustration featuring my dear Astolfo <3

What is interesting in this illustration and that made me ask questions the first time I saw it, are these small drops / splashes / tasks of rossous inks scattered pretty much everywhere at random .... finally can be not in such a hazardous way.

Okay maybe it's for the artistic effect but it's Jun we're talking about .... so maybe these "marks / splashes / spots" mean something.

There are a total of 5 marks / splashes / discernable spots (like the number of marks remaining on Astolfo's body according to charlatan, coincidences? Hmmm ....); and here is the whole theory

1: Left on the neck

2: One who seems to be on the right arm

3: Another that I think is at the top of the left hip (?)

4: one on the left thigh

5: and one on the right thigh

So what I wonder is if these "ink spots" did not represent the location of the remaining marks on Astolfo's body. At the beginning it seemed to me enough bizard because some "ink spots" are located in places really ... unhealthy I mean that if Astolfo was bitten here (like the number 3 or 4 or 5) it must have been an experience traumatic.

But what made me doubt is this scene.

More precisely the place where Astolfo puts his hands, can be found where the ink stains are on the illustration.

And for me it's not a coincidence that Astolfo chose to place his hands there, it looks really thought.

It is the fear, the fear that dictated this action. And what was Astolfo afraid of? That someone is noticing his marks, that someone knows the exact number of marks left by a vampire and how much they remain. Someone managed to see what haunted him while wearing an outfit to hide them so his only SLR is to try to hide them even more with his hands (even if he has only 2 for 5)

Here ^^, I still do not know if this theory is likely but I really wanted to share it. Do not hesitate to give me your opinion and excuse my english if there are faults.
