Yes ! First water's goal was always to become a high judge to follow her father's legacy and keep him proud, but after Arthur's death, she felt way more pressed to do it as obligation than before, when she did it for passion. Justice is still her passion, her biggest wish is to make the world a just and peaceful place, but she herself is a guilty person, which leads to her making it a obligation sometimes.
