when i was 14 i got really into hetalia, it was one of the first animes i watched. so i saved up a money from my job scooping dog poop, went to hot topic, and bought a hetalia shirt that said "make pasta, not war". my first time wearing the shirt i walked into my church youth group, where the most loud annoying girl there started yelling "OMG YOU LIKE HETALIA??? ME TOO!!! PASTAAAAAA~" and then i never wore that shirt again.

An artist guy I talked to sometimes died in a car accident last year, he was nice and we talked about art and music as friends and stuff. I really liked his artwork and it was cool to see someone who had a pretty big following be nice to random people who messaged him. I mentioned this because I'm 99.9% sure he was gay and in the closet being in his mid-thirties and unmarried. He posted something on his telegram channel about never wanting to date or get married because he wanted to commit his life to making art and experiencing stuff etc. also he took good care of his eyebrows.

During the Armenian genocide, a mother split this family carpet into two pieces for each of her young daughters. Mother didn't survive, her children did, but they were seperated. 50 years later, with the help of the rug pieces, they found each other in New York after exchanging their stories and united their mother's rug along with their families.
