To Future Generation in 2121,

သို့ ၂၁၂၁ အနာဂတ်မျိုးဆက်သို့

I wrote this letter as a simple reminder of what happened in 2020. I hope you all are doing fine in 2121. It’s been over 100 years and what happened in 2020 must have been in history book.

ဒီစာကို ရေးရတဲ့ အကြောင်းကတော့ ၂၀၂၀ ဘာဖြစ်ခဲ့သလဲ ဆိုတာ သတိပေးချင်ရုံမျှပါ။ မင်းတို့အားလုံး ၂၁၂၁မှာ အခြေအနေကောင်းမယ်လို့ မျှော်လင့်ပါတယ်။ နှစ်တရာကျော်ပြီ ဆိုတော့ ၂၀၂၀မှာ ဘာဖြစ်ခဲ့တယ် ဆိုတာ အခုလောက်ဆို သမိုင်းစာအုပ်ထဲ ရောက်နေရောပေါ့။

Historians might record many facts and timelines but they might miss human emotion side of how we felt at that time. We feel trapped, scared and uncertain. We don’t know what to do. The World is hoping for a miracle. We pray for cures, vaccines or anything.

.

သမိုင်းဆရာတွေက အချက်အလက်တွေ နေစွဲတွေ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထားကြမှာ သေချာပေမဲ့ လူတွေ ဘယ်လိုခံစားရတယ်တော့ ထားချင် ထားခဲ့မှာ။ ငါတို့ဟာ ပိတ်မိနေတယ်၊ ကြောက်တယ်၊ ဘာမှ မသေချာဘူးလို့ ခံစားနေရတယ်။ ဘာလုပ်ရမှန်းလည်း မသိဘူး။ ကမ္ဘာကြီးက တစုံတရာ ကိုမျှော်လင့်နေတယ်။ ဆေးပေါ်လာဖို့၊ ကုသနိုင်ဖို့၊ ဘာပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် ပျောက်စေ တခုခုကို ဆုတောင်း နေကြရတယ်။

I don’t want to bore you with details. I just want to remind you something you future generations might forget. Please be kind to this World. Be gentle to Eco Systems. Be fair to other living things. We humans are not all mighty and powerful. If we are out of balance, the Nature will engage and rebalance it. That’s how the World works.

မင်းကို ငါ အချက်အလက်တွေနဲ့ ဖိမသတ်ချင်ဘူး။ မင်းတို့မျိုးဆက်သစ်တွေ မေ့နေမှာ စိုးလို့ သတိပေးချင်ရုံပါ။ ကမ္ဘာကြီးကို ကြင်နာပါ။ သဘာဝ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကို ငဲ့ညှာပါ။ တခြားသော သက်ရှိတွေကို မျှတပါ။ ငါတို့ လူသားတွေဟာ ခွန်အားကြီး၊ စွမ်းအားကြီးလှတာ မဟုတ်ဘူး။ ငါတို့တွေကြောင့် ချိန်ခွင်လျှာ ရွှေ့သွားခဲ့ရင် သဘာဝက ဝင်ပြီး ညှိပေးသွားမှာပဲ။ ဒါက လောကနိယာမပါ။

I hope next generations learnt our mistakes and prepared enough for your generation. I hope you all are well informed and well prepared. It said “There is no smoke without fire.” I hope that you all are not starting another fire. Enjoy the life and be kind to others. It sounds boring but trust me. It’s better for you all. Be safe.

ငါတို့နောက်က မျိုးဆက်တွေက ငါတို့အမှားတွေ သင်ခန်းစာယူပြီး မင်းတို့ မျိုးဆက်အတွက် ပြင်ဆင်ပေးခဲ့မယ်လို့ မျှော်လင့်ပါတယ်။ မင်းတို့ မျိုးဆက်ကလည်း အသိဉာဏ် အပြည့်နဲ့ ကောင်းကောင်း ပြင်ဆင်ထားမယ် လို့ မျှော့်လင့်မိတယ်။ "မီးမရှိဘဲ မီးခိုးမရှိဘူး" ဆိုတဲ့ ဆိုရိုး ရှိတယ်။ မင်းတို့ မီးတော့ ထပ်မမွေးလောက်ဘူးလို့ ငါတော့ မျှော်လင့်တာပဲ။ ဘဝကြီးကို ခံစားပါ။ အများကိုလည်း ကြင်နာပါ။ ခပ်ပေါပေါ စကားတွေလို့ မင်းထင်ချင် ထင်လိမ့်မယ်။ ဒီလိုနေတာဟာ အကောင်းဆုံးဆိုတာ မင်းယုံပါ။ အန္တရာယ် ကင်းပါစေ။
