A business analyst is among the key employees in almost any business. The occupation of a Business Analyst is consequently a significant one that worries the associations' business at heart, and the client or the customer's best interests at the other end. The Business Analyst plays the role of an intermediary between both these two entities, and thus ends with the favorable result of solving the end customer or client's problems to his complete satisfaction at the same time taking care of the organization's profitability.
How exactly does a Business Analyst function as an intermediary?
A Business Analyst (Alastair Majury) is essentially performing the role of an intermediary in his capacity as a Business Analyst. His role is to create and act as a smooth and efficient interface between the end user (the client/ customer of the business) and the technical team comprising of the Computer Science and Information technology engineers who are performing the core task of creating and developing software for the end user of the client, as per his desired requirements and needs. It would be appropriate to say that a BA works as a bridge that gaps the needs of the clients and the functions of the software developers, on a particular project, designated for that client, in the company.
The Business Analyst carries out his functions in such a manner, that the client needs are fully understood in detail, and so are the software developers' issues. The BA is needed to comprehend the requirements of their customer, for he may require analyzing the present procedures in the customer's business and then deploying a record detailing the prospective requirements and demands of their customer. The BA is basically a man who knows both the facets of the business.
The technical component that worries the applications programmers functions in the business and the customer service component of the business that worries the customer of the business. Therefore, after creating the draft which defines the requirements of their customer, he's got to have the ability to interpret it into a means of earning the software programmers understand the demands in a specialized format. When the record words is prepared, he might have to write use cases. (Simply, place, use cases describe the machine from the consumer's standpoint) in a language which the technical programmers may comprehend in order to grasp the customer's needs and needs greater.
The specialized group of software programmers and coders then diagnoses the usage cases sent by the Business Analyst and writes the operational specifications and the technical specifications according to the undertaking. The program group then has the job of coding of this undertaking. The program engineers and developers develop the programming principles of this undertaking, and the application developed (code created) is assessed and tested for bugs and mistakes. This stage is known as as 'Software Testing' and it's one of the significant phases of this job. The program is tested and checked for bugs and after fully solved, to the customer's satisfaction, does the programmer's job ending.
