Quick Theory: Grimmsnarl and Hatterene are the same Pokemon. They just have wild sexual dimorphism. 

Grimmsnarl is a male only pokemon and Hatterene is female only. Both of them are found in the same places, and both of their themes is hair. 

Also they both have Gigamaxes

Small things in SwSh you’re not told but you should know:

1) You can change a traded pokemon’s nickname, but only once.

2) Pressing the right control stick in the wild area allows you to zoom out. Pressing L and R at the same time resets your camera to where you’re facing.

3) This raid den in Stony Wilderness is the Ditto den. All super raids in this den are Dittos and have at least 3 full IVs on them.

4) The wild area pokemon that are above your capture level are shiny locked, so you don’t worry about missing any because of that.

5) The fossils however are not shiny locked when you revive them. They cannot breed so this is the only way to obtain one as shiny.

6) Speaking of fossils, the 4 fossils in Galar are NOT version exclusives. The Digging Duo near the Wild Area nursery can occasionally dig up any of the four fossils.

7) Beating the Wyndon, Hammerlocke and Motostoke Battle Cafe masters once a day is the only way to acquire Alrcemie’s evolution items. You’re not guaranteed to get any each day, so make sure to go often. (my Alcremie flavor guide)

8) Close the game and change the date in your Switch settings to shuffle the weather conditions in Wild Area. This halts any timed events like berry trees for 24 hours, but you can shuffle as many times as you want.

9) Often the pokemon hiding in the grass are not the same as the ones you can see in the overworld. Many rare pokemon only appear in hidden grass spawns.

10) Raid dens start to give more Watts after you become the champion. Instead of 50W and 300W, you start to get 200W and 2000W instead.

11) Shiny pokemon in SwSh have two different sparkle animations: stars and squares. The longer lasting square sparkle is generally much more rare, only 1/16 chance, but in random wild shiny encounters the chance is reversed to be 15/16.
