At first I was having trouble getting the the prints to be visible but the more I kept doing it the better I got at it . Some times I used too little extender base but once I figured out the right amount my prints came out better. Overall it was a fun learning process and you can see in my prints how they got better as I went on.

I like how her work is simplistic but it still has a message. I think its important to convey a message an your art especially the way she is doing it. With her work she is being a voice for those who support that specific issue that her work is representing.

It took me a few tries to get a hang of making the plates but once I got the hang of it. The key was to apply thin layers, Putting a little of oil paint on a napkin and going over it and sponging it till it looked ready to print worked for me. Making the prints was easier and if I was going to make another I I just went over the plate a little bit get more paint on there. overall it went smooth and I am satisfied with the results.

Its cool to see someone that went to UNF. I like how she adapted to working from home and her work is very detailed I like how she puts a meaning behind it and it has to do with her and what she has been through.

Out of all the artist she has been my favorite so far. I like her style her work is different and unique the figures she makes and how she combines body parts is so cool, and even though she does not use much color she still has a lot of detail and her work is very expressive.

These are my prints and process. I first started with a few designs on the drypoint plate and as I went on with each print I added more lines shapes and patterns. I first applied the oil paint then went over it with the news print paper then finally printed with the caster

I like what she represents and how there is a story behind her work. The messages she incorporates and how she is not afraid to express herself in her work is cool to see. I also like how she is true and loyal to her roots and how she bases her work around who she is and where she comes from.

For this project I made my gelatin and my stencils once the gelatin was ready I made my 12 prints and I only had 1 brayer so my colors mixed but I liked how that worked because you can see the color I used for the layer I was working on and everything else is kind of mixed in the back.

For the 4 stamp prints first I made my 5 stamp plates by cutting out different shapes to make different patterns. Then I applied the paint and stamped it on to the paper I did this multiple times till I got it as dark as I could and I also touched them up with paint at the end. For the mural of 16 tile prints I cut out my 4 equal squares and made different patterns on each one with a pencil then rearranged them and kept adding more to the patterns, once I had them done I printed each one 4 times then made the mural by butting them where they looked like the patterns connect. Finally for the tessellation mural I made my tessellation plate then printed It 4 time on the paper then I cut out the set of 4 and I kept doing that and put it all together till I got the mural.

I like how most of her work is inspired by her disability and how she expresses her disability through her art. I also like how she is always trying to learn and discover something new, and shell keep working on a peace for as long as she has to until she for sure feels like she has given it her all.

Some turned out better then others, the first 5 I did I used leaves that were more dry and brown and they didn't show up as much the other 5 I used better leaves that were bigger and not dried up and those came out better. Over all I am satisficed how they turned out you can see the different leaf colors and prints on each one.

Her work has a lot of colors and details in it. she also has a lot of nature inspired work. I also like how she is willing to try anything even if it does not turn out how she originally intended it to be
