This pitch is our chance to highlight the potential of our product. We've spent extensive time refining our revenue model, ensuring we not only know our product inside out but can also anticipate and address any questions or concerns effectively.
In preparing for the final pitch, we identified our competitors, gathered customer feedback, and incorporated valuable suggestions. Our presenter has honed their skills to clearly articulate the problem our product solves and the unique solutions it offers. Our presentation showcases our product's standout features, the target market, and our revenue model, which remains challenging to validate precisely.
This final pitch, however, is not an endpoint but a significant milestone in our ongoing journey. The feedback from the panelists, whether positive or critical, is incredibly valuable. It helps us refine our approach, pinpoint weaknesses, and enhance our product features and revenue model. Our team is excited about the final phase of our project, focusing on refining traction strategies, enhancing our MVP, and deepening our market understanding. Our initial Facebook page didn't meet our engagement goals, so we conducted face-to-face evaluations and will continue optimizing our Facebook strategy. We've added new features to our MVP based on customer feedback and are conducting more interviews to improve our product. Despite challenges, we've gained valuable insights and are making steady progress toward creating a product that resonates with our market and drives growth. W11 : Midterm Pitching Experience
During our midterm pitch, each team demonstrated a blend of assurance, composure, and adaptability. We made sure to connect with our audience and the panelists by maintaining consistent eye contact, despite any nerves we felt. Preparing for the midterm pitch was an enjoyable experience, and our team gained deep understanding and fresh perspectives on our product. One team member particularly stood out with their ability to address questions with ease and confidence.
Through this process, I learned that thorough preparation and consistent practice are key elements for a successful presentation. Engaging with the audience using eye contact and confident body language greatly enhances the delivery. Moreover, having a solid grasp of the product and handling questions with poise significantly boosts credibility and professionalism. This experience emphasized the importance of teamwork and how each member's input is invaluable. It also underscored the necessity of remaining composed under pressure and being adaptable when faced with unexpected inquiries, which are critical skills for effective communication and persuasion.

W6 - WEN Ignite Experience
In the journey of entrepreneurship, the WEN website stands as a guiding light for individuals seeking to unleash their potential and connect with like-minded peers. Through its platform, WEN facilitates the expression of creativity and the development of effective communication skills, enabling individuals to engage more meaningfully with others. However, while conducting interviews primarily with passengers may offer valuable insights, it accidentally creates bias towards riders, failing to fully include the perspectives of all involved in the application. Nevertheless, participating in the two Ignite Milestones within WEN challenges entrepreneurs to sharpen their critical thinking and reasoning, encouraging a deeper understanding of how to navigate the path to profitability. As entrepreneurs advance in their attempts, they find themselves immersed in the world of successful entrepreneurs, drawing inspiration and innovative insights that brighten their path towards achieving greatness in their ventures.

W5 - Costumer Segments
During week 5, our focus shifted to understanding our customers better by examine their roles, similarities, differences, needs, and behavior. However, we realized our mistake of just prioritizing their problems during interviews, neglecting to consider their interests and preferences, which left our insights lacking. Despite having a good grasp of their demographic and geographic segments, our interviews with only 5–6 individuals limited our data for customer segmentation, presenting a challenge. Nevertheless, these conversations did offer valuable insights into the features and enhancements desired for our application. Moving forward, we recognize the importance of customer segmentation in not only improving our app but also fostering relationships that could lead to success through referrals. Though we understand the critical role of customer segmentation plays in expand our understanding of customer needs and preferences, ultimately enhancing our application's appeal. While our limited data posed a challenge during that week, we remain committed to obtaining reliable insights to inform our decisions.

W4 - Value Proposition Canvas
During week 4, we kept chatting with potential customers to understand their needs better. We used something called the value proposition canvas, which helps us figure out what customers want and what we can give them. We look deep what makes them happy, what annoys them, and what they need to get done. Our idea for a product is a new kind of ride-hailing app. It stands out because it tracks your location in real-time, has an emergency hotline, shows you a map, and really puts your safety first. After digging into what customers want and what we can provide, we realized our app could really help them find rides, especially during busy times like late at night or rush hour. We also learned that persons who drive for ride-hailing apps worry about their safety, especially when it comes to dealing with robberies and sketchy passengers. To address these concerns, we're making sure our app prioritizes safety for both passengers and drivers. For example, we're implementing features like real-time location tracking and an emergency hotline, so users can feel secure during their rides. Additionally, we're working on integrating a visual map interface to make navigation easier and more transparent for everyone involved. By focusing on safety and convenience, we believe our app can provide a much-needed solution for both passengers seeking rides and drivers looking for a secure working environment.

W3 - Customer Discovery of your Group Idea
After we are done presenting our idea to our instructor, we didn't put to our ppt the device that we want to put to our chosen topic. So, we interviewed 4-5 riders, and among them was one who shared insights about the Angkas app. He revealed that the app features an emergency SOS function, allowing riders to quickly alert the Angkas department in case of accidents. With just a tap on the app, a notification is sent, ensuring prompt assistance for any rider in need. This feature impressed me, and he further suggested enhancing it with additional emergency options such as notifying the police in cases of carnap or snatch incidents. This safety feature and suggestions emphasize Angkas commitment to rider safety. Highlights the potential for technology to improve emergency response in the Angkas rider industry and the importance of technological innovations in enhancing the safety of rider's services.

My Insight for week 2
Bonjour! I'm Kyle, the Hustler from Team AGY, before we go to the interview, let's talk about my experience before this happened, first I look around and I found a group of riders (Angkas) then while I'm approaching them there is a fear in my chest that they might not allow me to interview them, so I prayed that Lord let your mighty hand talk to them and I hope they will allow me to interview them and Lord give me strength and be with me as I interview them. Let's talk about interviewing the night riders ( Angkas ) in Cagayan de Oro about their experiences and challenges. These riders endure long nights of picking up passengers, which often leaves them exhausted, yet they persist in their roles to provide for their families. They face risks like potential snatchings, accidents, and falling victim to fake bookings. making their job both physically and mentally demanding. Despite these obstacles, they remain committed to providing the needs of their families and safe transportation for their passengers, navigating the city streets night after night.
