Hagrid would probably use blast-ended skrewts to demonstrate.

Pomfrey would just be annoyed with everyone, but efficient.

Snape, but be so serious and cut and dry.

Flitwick would be way too helpful about it.

Binns would just tell you the history of inter-species breeding.

Sprout would probably tell you all kinds of plants to use.

Filch though....he would hate doing it and he would be so super awkward, but would probably make everyone so uncomfortable....

Other Ways

If you suffer from anxiety or depression, you know that a lot of medications can make you feel foggy, apathetic, numb, etc.  That’s exactly why I wanted to avoid taking them at all costs.  However, last summer I was having regular anxiety attacks.  They were getting worse and worse.  I started having them at work too.  

Finally, a friend of mine suggested that I try this herbal pill.  I was skeptical, but I tried it.  To my surprise, it made a world of difference.  I felt so much better within just a couple days.  Since then, my anxiety has gotten so much better, and my depression has gone down too!  I’m not saying it’s a magic cure all, but it did help me immensely.  

I’m making this post for anyone else who suffers.  Anyone else who feels foggy and numb on prescription medication.  I want people to know that there are other options.  There are herbal pills. There are essential oils.  There are a lot of things that could help.  I know the first reaction a lot of people will have to this is “That’s stupid hippie crap, and it won’t really help”.  My answer to you is, you don’t know until you try.

Please, reach out to me if you are interested in trying another option.  If you feel like a natural remedy may be the right path for you.  I know I personally feel better knowing that I’m not putting prescription pills with names I don’t even think the pharmacist can pronounce into my body.

Short story:

My boss called me into his office the other day. I'm trying to think of what I did as I walk in, but then he says, "come look out the window!". I walk to the window, and there's a baby opossum outside the window hiding behind the AC unit. I ask if I can go get it, but he says I can't bring it inside. Forward to me standing next to the flower bed (it's raised and comes above my hips) luring a baby opossum toward me so I can get it to go into the tree. It was safer for him there since there are so many coyotes, bobcats, dogs, etc. around.
