there are at least 20 cops there, maybe like 25. if one in every 20 cops is itching to shoot someone for literally no reason than to get off on being able to do so, and the other 19 are happy to just sit there and watch and do nothing, are those 19 cops the “good cops” you’re talking about?

what about the ones who you don’t see doing it, but refuse to comment on it or condemn this behavior? Are those “good cops” if they enable and protect this behavior but don’t personally do it?

no other profession would be allowed to get away with physically brutalizing people “occasionally” let alone “a lot” (by your own admission), the fact that the one that does is the one that is allegedly here to “serve and protect” is insane

but the truth is that actually good people don’t really become cops in the first place, they become teachers or doctors or social workers — jobs that require you to care for people within the bounds of a LOT of difficult constraints. and clearly nobody who joins good stays that way (at least not alive) when people who report misconduct mysteriously get beaten to death during “training exercises”

I took my little brother (autistic, mostly non verbal) out and he was using his voice keyboard to tell me something, and this little boy (maybe 4 or 5?) heard him and asked me "Is he a robot??"
