Very CIA NYPD 3505 and very CIA NYPD 345620 from 1056 pm to 1226 am. Emergency personnel. The presence of first respondents at this street and this building, used to be on almost a daily basis, all this presence under “legitimate” pretenses, tells me the CIA hasn’t stopped from trying to setup a major incident that could get me out of circulation. What the spies keep doing, is studying my reactions and the response from the very few good guys in a position of doing something on my favor. My case has to be made officially public, any “insurance” the spies have against me, situations the stalkers have created to undermine me, won’t work, I have much more of what I have said. The only thing the good guys have to do, is to put me in the legal arena, and observe from afar, don’t have to risk anything, no need to vouch for me. I’ve tried to make my case official but security guards and receptionists working for the spy agencies have refused to let me talk to anyone. The first contact has to be in person, when I’m exiting this building then I will confirm, if talked to the right person.

Intoxicated stalkers. The exploitation of the vulnerable, mental troubles, drug addiction, poverty, by the fifth column, spy agencies, is old, they are employed in harassment operations, in the commission of high profile crimes, and to divert attention from something else. In fact, in the execution of anything these gangsters want, such as riots, also, as informants too. I’ve seen them showing up at other places where I’ve stayed whilst traveling, hence, I know this network operates globally under any government. Social workers and other health professionals are involved in the scheme as well.

Saturday, PS15 lights. Lights. Lights have also been employed by these gangsters as tools of harassment, PS15 lights many times are left on for entire nights, including holidays, weekends, vacations some strategically behind my TV. Vehicles left with their parking, blinking, headlights on also for extended periods that can go for a whole night, finally other type of lights, as a light at the 340 E scaffold next to my apartment, which was setup on June 23 in a way that aims at my cameras. All of this done in ways that look “legitimate”.

Dog people and joggers. Another “peculiarity” at this street, is the large number of individuals walking their dogs, at least 2 dozen, some pit bulls, those are gone for now, at all hours, many times keeping them barking next to my apartment or at an audible distance, and the number of joggers from early morning to late at night. I see it as another way the spies have to patrol the street in a casual manner, observing or intimidating anyone they want to. At the place where I was staying in Santiago, Chile, there were a huge number of dogs as well, barking 24/7, curiously, if you walked two blocks away from where I was, in any direction, dogs would vanish, not a single one.

Ice Cream Truck Jingle and very loud AC engine. The use, since early 2009, by the spy agencies of the Ice Cream trucks’ loud jingle and AC loud engine, is another tool in the vast arsenal the spies have to harass anyone they want. These trucks are normally placed either next to my apartment, or at an audible distance from my home, remaining stationery with their jingle on.

From around 1115 pm. Loud machinery, loud trucks, construction, buildings maintenance, street works, utilities work, dumpsters. From March to September 2008, PS15 went through renovations, with all the loudness made by the tools employed, many times you could see the workers playing with those tools just to make deafening noises. From that period to now, the spies have employed all sorts of “legitimate” excuses to bring earsplitting machinery and trucks to this street, many times next to my apartment, also very loud machineries at the back of my apartment.

Loud idling sanitation truck. Private sanitation trucks, around five or six per night, especially notorious is the one at Ave C and E 4th St, at Shop Fair supermarket, idling sometimes for up to 10 minutes doing the same around three times per night Monday to Sunday, between 8 to 11 pm.

From 1210 to 1223 pm, Fuel Tank Truck, first since I came back. The use of fuel tank trucks to harass me, started, sometimes in 2011, as I recall, the spies used to bring this type of truck almost at a rate of one every two weeks to the building where I live, between 3 and 5 am.

Frequent presence of fifth column loud stalkers at the entrance of this building, east of it, 340 E, west of it, at 332, 330, 328 E and also across the street, practically 24 hrs. Sometimes these stalkers are by themselves, silence, simply idling.

Arriving and departing often from one particular spot, specially at this building’s entrance, I see it as another tell telling sign of the spies’ presence.

Thursday, 544 pm, two of the many, many stalkers attempting to stage an “accident” with my persona every time I go out. General statement: It is better at least about some videos to review them at 4x speed, it might save you time. The spy network, based on my experience, involve percentages of the population, one to three percent, impossible you might say, that means millions. In WW II, five million were involved in the Manhattan Project, in absolute secrecy, President Truman didn’t know until he was told about it, therefore, do not tell me, it is impossible. You reach secrecy with large number of spies, because they know very little, just enough for a specific task and swore to absolute secrecy, and heavy penalties in case their open their mouths, some legal and others not so much.

Thursday, Whole Foods, 535 pm, 409 E 14 St, the most relevant of my trip happened at this supermarket, this is my first time ever at this store, first a security guard placed himself near my bike, why? What rational explains that? Then you see me, white cap, grey t-shirt, black shorts, at the time I approach the self registers, two individuals there, afterwards it becomes full, every register is busy with the spy crowd that followed me after my arrival at 523 pm.

Thursday, 551 pm, returning home, multiple stalkers present, especially obvious the white van’s door open towards the bikers’ lane, another attempt to stage an “accident”. Machinery at 328 E, hydrant, there are currently three scaffolds at this street, plus this machinery, also another very loud one, perhaps a compressor or pump, at the back of my apartment presumably located at the 332 E bldg, operating randomly. Loud machinery, loud trucks, construction, buildings maintenance, street works, utilities work, dumpsters. The spies have extended this excuse to do all kind of works, buildings and street wise, in the area that goes from 14th St, Houston, Broadway and Avenue D, to create situations where I can potentially be put out of circulation due to an “accident”.

As I approach Fine Fare supermarket, 345 PM, stalkers attempting to stage an “accident” with my persona, also I am preceded by another spy as I approach the store, I wait for a little while to put some distance between this stalker and me.

Fine Fare, 347 pm, 545 Grand St, huge crowd at my arrival at the registers, no that much at the aisles themselves, this crowd must have appeared after I exited home at 141 pm. It was my first time at this supermarket in at least six moths, it was difficult for me to find a place where to leave my bike without causing an obstruction, everything was a setup for that.

Duane Reade, 321 pm, 60 Spring St, again, female stalker preceded me, security guard observing. Female fifth column agents preceding me as I enter a store is old, it has been done to me here in NY and everywhere else, so often for such a long time, I can’t even count them. This is done as a way to portrait me from the point of view of the security cameras as someone who has been following these individuals, you can only see the true when you watch my videos.
