❦ 1 tbsp crème de cassis

❦ Champagne or Prosecco

❦ fresh or frozen blackberry, to serve

𝓢𝓽𝓮𝓹𝓼:

1. Ideally, place a Champagne flute in the freezer to chill for at least 30 minutes.

2. Pour the crème de cassis into the bottom of the glass.

3. Top up with well-chilled Champagne or Prosecco and drop in a fresh or frozen blackberry to serve.
