⌜CHOI SAN, TWENTY-TWO, MALE⌝ i just ran into ALEXANDER PARK in downtown wolvepine! they’ve been living here for JUST A COUPLE OF WEEKS and they currently live in WOLVE CREST. he is known to be CHEERFUL and TOO TRUSTING AT TIMES, but i think they fit well in wolvepine.

Background

while alexander was born in gyeonggi-do, he only spent two years there as a child before his parents moved to seoul- and then, finally, moved to america.

he was around ten when his family hit american soil, though they didn't settle down anywhere until he was in middle school.

contrary to his current sunshiny, cheerful personality, alexander as a child was very quiet and withdrawn. he never had many friends, since he moved around so much, and was often considered the 'weird kid' as a result.

in his third year of middle school, the kid finally made a friend, whose name still puts a smile on his lips.

his friend was his complete opposite; outgoing and extremely happy all the time. going with alexander into highschool, his friend eventually coaxed out the bright sunshine that alex could be.

his friend was the primary reason he finally understood that he wasn't simply a straight dude; alex had fallen head over heels for the guy, though didn't have the guts to tell him until their senior year (consequently the same year alex's year-long girlfriend left him)

the friend wasn't even weirded out by it. he laughed, and confessed that he didn't think alex would ever figure it out. but, unfortunately, he wasn't interested in alex in a romantic sort of way. they remain friends, even despite their current distance; the duo regularly message one another.

going to school to be a teacher was always a no-brainer for alexander. he simply adored kids, and they liked him well enough. if there ever was a fun teacher that still got his teaching job done, it was him.

ending up in wolvepine was a complete accident. he drove through once because he took a wrong turn, but his short stay simply entranced him. alex had no problem up and moving himself to the cute little town, eyes practically glittering at everything he sees.

Personality

he's basically a walking ball of sunshine, rainbows, and cupcakes

curse words hurt his soul

he loves his students so, so much. teaching is literally the light of his life

he does his best to keep people happy...

... unfortunately, even at his own expense.

fighting scares him, but holy hell if he can't swing (it's usually an accident and he's so so sorry that he hurt someone)

alex is unfortunately the type to let people walk all over him for the sake of not making people upset.

he's also unfortunately the type to 100% believe whatever people say, even if they're a known liar. he just wants to believe that everyone will choose to be good, rather than... not good.
