#3 The Battle for Ukraine
The Battle for Ukraine
Earth was one of the most rare realms in existince. Why? It was one of the very few realms that had portals to other worlds. If you wanted to visit Kaldhiem all you had to do was head to Sweden and locate the portal. The same was for Amnokhet/ Egypt and Greece/Theros. But there was one world that many wanted to visit. A world filled with crime and corruption. New Capenna is the name of this world! At first glance you'd notice it looks trapped in the 1920's. The only way to find this realm is to go to the New York subway system and search. New Capenna had five crime families, but only two were the most powerful. The first family is known as the "Huff Blood Royals." Mark the Wolverine was a small time thief. You'd find him in his early years pickpocketing random people in the city. But this lasted only so long. As he ould constantly be in and out of jail for these small crime. After his fifth arrest he decided to change his ways. He went on to study Theology and become a priest. As years went on his church and congregation grew larger! Mark always did his sermons veiled as he was afraid people would recognize him and only remember him for his past. Despite the fact that Mark had his church and congregation he still ran small time crime jobs. He used the money from the collection plates to fuel his small theives guild. But what they stole they sold and used that money to help the unfortunate in the city. One day a woman came into his church. Her name "Aurora the Blood Queen." Everyone feared this woman! She was the youngest of six children and had no birthright. Her mother and father gave her anything she ever wanted. but that wasn't enough for her. At the age of fourteen she woke up in the middle of the night and had slain her entire family! As Aurora dragged their bodies to be thrown into the furnace she had drained their bodies of their blood. Aurora collected the blood and used it to paint her new throne! This was why she was called the Blood Queen! Mark And Aurora had married when they were in their mid thirties and the entire time no one knew that Mark was the priest of his church! Most people in New Capenna had wondered why Aurora would marry Mark. He was a small time crook! But the reason was not because of love. You see, the day Aurora had entered that church she said a prayer. A prayer to the gods to give her a husband. Mark removed his mask and showed himself to her. From there they made a plan together, to rule New Capenna with an iron fist. Their thought was to use religon to control the people and to use the fear Aurora gave off to keep people in check! Mark and Aurora ruled their district with absolute power and still no one made the connection with her husband Mark. The next crime family is known as the "black wraith society." Mary Steel was the daughter of a tycoon! The Steel family was very wealthy but they did not compare to Aurora with her army of Minotaurs and her magical power. Mary really didn't want people to know about her magical abilities, she liked to keep things very private. Despite keeping her live as private as she could, she was loved by many people. Mary had long red curly hair, she was kind,respectful and beautiful. She was always seen helping others. When Mary turned 18 she was given a gift from her family. A gift of 25 million gold coins. Law in New Capenna says that as soon as a person turns 18 years old that they must leave their parents and make it on their own. But the parents must give that child a percentage of their yearly earnings, this is why Mary recieved so much gold. Now Mary didn't go crazy with her gold. She got herself a nice apartment in the middle of New Capenna that was 14 stories high in a newly built apartment complex. Most days Mary would just sit out on her balcony at night watching the busy city and it's people live their lives. The dazzling lights, signs and sounds of her city warmed her heart and was always soothing to her. One day as she sat outside she began to wonder... As she was looking down upon New Capenna she realized something. "Only the ultra rich can travel by train." Mary says to herself as she drinks her fine red wine. Mary immedatly ran back inside her apartment to grab a notepade and a pencil. From there she began to draw out her new plans for New Capenna! A railway system for everyone regardless of their income! Mary spent nearly a year figuring out routes, train car designs and construction costs. When she felt everything was complete she went back to her family. She presented the plans to her father and to her surprise he was very pleased at her hard work. Marys father was "Mykthos Steel." He owned all of the steel mills and most of the coal and other commodities in the city. It was the steel of his family that built New Capenna. Mykthos agreed to help his daughter but he had given her a family discount by asking her for 15 million gold for the entire consrtuction of her railway. An economic boom was in the city! This of course angred Aurora! It would seem as if Mary was ganing more and more favor among the people of New Capenna. Finally after two years of constructing everything , her railway the "New Capenna express" was ready for business! Mykthos was shocked to see how many people used this new train! He was even more amazed that his daughter made back her 15 million gold in one year! But, Mary made one mistake. She forgot to talk to the mayor of New Capenna. She had to in order to get proper permits. The Mayor of New Capenna was Cameron Gotti. Cameron was always a smooth guy. He knew how to talk to people in order to get what he wanted. Now he knew of the New Capenna construction but he never bothered Mary about it, because he had a plan. Two weeks after the New Capenna express became operational, Mary went down to the city hall where Cameron was. Mary was afraid that she would have to pay hefty fines for basically ignoring zoning rules. As Mary entered the building Cameron was swiftly there to greet her. He guided her to his office and they both sat down and began to talk. Mary sat there nervously as she awaited the bad news. But Cameron had no bad news for her at all. He just asked Mary for one date with him. "Mary? I was too afraid to talk to you. That's why i never asked you about the permits. I've always thought you were so perfect and beautiful. And....And... besides, your dad is a big fucking deal in this city. Who am I to come along and talk to you?" Cameron says to Mary softly. A lot of men thought Mary was stunning looking! But none of them had ever asked her out on a date, so Mary agreed to his request. Their date went well and after nearly four years of dating each other they were married! Cameron and Mary lived their lives blissfully! Everything was perfect. They were both sucsessful and had loved each other purely. But this was to be short lived. On their seven year anniversary, Cameron and Mary had decided to build an affordable housing units to people. As the ceremony was set for the ribbon cutting, Cameron was killed in a freak accident! A train carrying concrete supports had derailed and crushed Cameron and killed him instantly. Mary held her husband in her arms crying as she says to herself "what do i do know? my life is over!" The funeral for Cameron was massive, but the entire time Mary didn't say a word. She was in too much emotional pain over the loss of her husband. She had then locked herself away to mourn her husband. But on day thirty she had unusual visitors come to pay her a visit. Two men in black suits asked to speak with her. Mary opened the door and was a bit frightened over their apperance. The two men sat down and handed Mary a large envelope. As she was about to open the letter the men spoke " Mary? We are representitives of the black wraith society. Your husband Cameron was their leader and we have but one thing to tell you. You can either give the leadership to his crime family to someone else in which you'll recieve yearly income for, or you can take over." Without hesitation Mary had decided to take full ownership of the Black Wraith Society. As time went on Mary slowly got over the death of her husband. She had a lot of help from her new assistant named "Ozzy." Ozzy was an anthropomorphic dog. He had brown fur and was fairly small. Ozzy lived most of his life in poverty, but when he met Mary it had changed his life forever! She cleaned him up and gave him a good job working with her. The days of being a stray were over. One particuliar day Mary decided to take her own personal train on a vacation route. This route she always did on her birthday or her wedding anniversary,this route went all around New Capenna. This train ride took nearly seven days to complete. It was the perfect way for her to relax. Now Ozzy loved the trains and he wanted to become a conductor and on this day Ozzy was at the controls of Marys train ride across New Capenna. On the fourth day they came to the industrial area. Smoke filled the air and piles of coal and salt were everywhere. Now Ozzy was supposed to pull the train track lever in order to change the trains path. But he was too overconifident and forgot to pull the lever. It was too late! The train rolled right into a unstable portal that had been closed off to the public for years and for right reason it was closed off. You see, the portal was too unstable, it would take you to random places. As their train went through Ozzy tried his hardest to stop! But no luck and the train went right through the portal. They found themselves in an odd place. The buildings in the surrounding areas were completly destroyed. The other odd thing to them was this train station was completely abandoned. As the train came to a halt they all got out to see where they were. As the crew began to exit the train Mary and ozzy heard a faint beeping. They followed the noise to the dinning car and in a panel behind the fridge was some type of alarm. They never seen anything like this before. The alarm had a small screen on it and it displayed a glowing circle. Ozzys ears perked up! He knew what that was! But he couldn't get the words out of his mouth. By now the locals of this town saw the train sitting there and offered their assistance to Mary and her crew. As the locals helped them with opening a portal Ozzy had said something that nearly ruined there return home. "Excuse me guy? Is the Runed Halo here? I think it's here? Where is it?" The locals got angry and told Mary and the others to leave now! To never return to this place! Everyone got back on the train and they were immeditatly teleported back to New Capenna. Mary was pretty upset with Ozzy and wondered about what he said to those people in that unknown world. Ozzy tells Mary " I only know what it is Mary! I know it's expensive! I know the Blood Queen is after it! Oh and it gives a protection to the wearer. Only one spell that the wearer decides." What Ozzy told her was enough for her to understand that Aurora should never obtain such power. But still Mary wanted to know as much as she could about this crown. This mistake of hers would bring the Halo back in to the lime light. within a few days all of New Capenna had heard about the halo and that is has been found. Aurora the blood queen offered 100 million gold pieces to the person who brings it to her! This sent New Capenna into a frenzy! Every gangster and criminal was on the lookout, they were searching for this halo. This worried Mary and she decided that she would try to travel back to the world where this halo was supposedly at and warn them of the evil queen who wanted it. Ozzy says to Mary " in Auroras district? There's a really cool priest! He helps a lot of people out with no questions asked. Maybe he can help us? I've heard he can open portals for a fee. We should go to him." Mary had agreed and off they went to the church. As they walked into the church they were greeted by the priest who said to them "My children what troubles you?" Mary replied "We need a portal to a world we went to but sadly we do not know it's name." The priest tells them both to lay down in these small beds and he walks away to retrive two bottles of magical potion. "Drink these my children. But as you do remember where where you were. You only have a few minutes there as when the potions effects fade away you will be returned here. Marry and Ozzy drank the potion and fell asleep. But... their bodies remained in New Capenna, but they took on this spirit form and found themselves in the world they were lost in before. The locals were scared! They tried to make Mary and Ozzy go away but with no sucsess! Mary spoke with a calm voice and had told them about the Blood Queen and just how evil she was. " She will take the Halo and your lives! You must prepare for her!" Now the people of this world had heard of this evil queen. But they never thought she would or could come to their land; Ukraine. The Ukranian people said to Mary "We are but normal people how could we fight her off? Even our school of Witchcraft isn't nowhere near what Hogwarts is!" Mary began to pace around. She started to think about what could be done. Then the idea hits her! How about if she had weapons and armor made for these people in order to help them. "It might not be much to help them, but it's something!" Mary told herself as she was thinking of what to do. The Ukranian people accepted her offer to help them and Mary was now back in her own body. As soon as Mary and Ozzy woke up from their sleep they hastfully ran back to home! Now, as Mary and Ozzy had laid on those beds? And their bodies in a spirit from in Ukraine, they were talking in their sleep! The priest had heard everything that the both of them had said. But this was no ordinary priest, this was Mark the Wolverine! Now Mark knew where the Runed Halo was! He ran as fast as he could to tell his wife Aurora. Mark can barely keep it together! He's way too excited to tell his wife of the great news! As he walks into the 'Halls of the Blood Royals" He sees his wife sitting upon the thone of blood! Mark whispers in her ear "I know where the Runed Halo is! It's on earth in a place called Ukraine.Now I don't know the exact location is but I will get my best men on the case to find this Halo!" Aurora jumped for joy and yelled at the top of her lungs "EVERYONE! PREPARE FOR WAR! GET EVERYONE THAT'S OFF DUTY! AND START PULLING CONSCRIPTS! NOW!" In a blink of an eye her guards and Minotaur began to make there way to the armory and prepare for an invasion! The word was out now. Aurora had asked for anyone in New Capenna to fight for her. She offered a large sum of money to those who would be willing to fight in her name for the Halo. Thousands of people showed up. Aurora knew that her own army wouldn't be enough for an invasion of this "Ukraine" so to hire citizens for this new war would help with her numbers on the battlefield. As Auroras army was in preperation for the invasion of Ukraine, Mark was trying his hardest to find the exact location of the Halo. Mark had sent his best clerics to open small random portals in Ukraine in the hopes to find where that halo is! Nearly three months had went by since Mark heard Mary and Ozzy talk in their sleep at his church. By now Mary had been sending weapons and Armor to the Ukranian people. The Magical ministry of Defense had taken notice of the small portals in Ukraine. Luna Lovegood was on the case. She couldn't think of why these portals were showing up. As a few months went on Luna still was unable to find out what was the cause of these portals. So she decided to contact her friend Alyona and tell her about what was going on. Alyona being from Ukraine told Luna that she had no idea why anyone would be interested in Ukraine. As nothing very important was there. Especially for an evil Queen to take. In anycase Luna Lovegood had sent a small group of wizards to Ukraine to analyze the small portals that were appearing in Ukraine. As time went on the small portals began to show up more frequently in the city of Odessa. Now Luna thought something serious was going on. She thought to herself "Something must be here! There has to be!" Luna gathered her things and headed to London to see Alyona and Hermione at the museum they worked at. Her arrival was met not only by Alyona and Hermione, but Harry, Lukas and Ronniel too. Behind closed doors they had a discusion. Luna told them all what was going on in Ukraine and told them the reason why she had come to Alyona was because of what she had seen before. "Maybe it was the Pyhrexians?" Luna asked them all. Lukas quickly dispelled that as the portals being used in Ukraine were not the same type of magic that was being used. Ronneil who remained silent the entire time final got a word in and said "It could be the Blood Queen from New Capenna, but she wouldn't be so reckless. Aurora is a brutal queen and also very strategic. If there was something there? And she wanted it? This means she would have to have known it was here. But my only problem is that she just might know it's here." Lukas scoffed at this Blood Queen and said " Oh come on now Ronneil! You're telling me you too believe in this whole Runed Halo garbage? Let's be real here. No one knows where it is. No one has ever seen it. And no one knows where it came from. It's a bedtime story. Let's think about what it could really be." Ronniel throws his hands in the air and replies to Lukas "The halo is real. Remember I've been alive for thousands of years. I know of it. But none of us know where it is now. We have theroies but that's it." As the meeting ended everyone left with more questions than answers. Now during the same time as Mary Steel had gotten lost in Ukraine,we find oursleves with Lukas and John. Lukas has since grauduated from Strixhaven and had a job teaching at Hogwarts. His class? Advance defense arts. Lukas got the job soley based on what Proffesor Snape saw in the Phyrexian war on Aldorious. Snape saw that Lukas was truly a master of the Lightning! That his skills could teach the young students how to fight real threats and that the students would feel more capable of learning good spells since Lukas was only 18 years old. John, Lukes brother was in his 3rd year at Hogwarts. Sorted into Slytherin he had 2 best friends Lilly Potter and Rob Silverquil. Lilly was of course the daughter of Harry Potter and Rob was Johns friend from back home in Strixhaven. All three were great students and did very well in each class they attended. But one day John would find himself in a bit of trouble. During Johns second year of school he had become known as the "Feather Master." One day as he was sleeping in the dorms her heard a bird crying. As he got up he noticed that everyone was still fast asleep. He woke up both Lilly and Rob with a little magical spell he learned. It was there way of communicating in bed without getting in trouble. All three now awake , Lilly grabs her fathers invisiblity cloak and they all head outside. Harry Potter had given his daughter the cloak. Why? In Harry's own words "A kid can't be a kid if they aren't getting into mischeif!" The three find themselves outside and they see a small wounded crow! John gentley picks up the bird and comforts it. He makes a small nest for the bird and begins to nurture the bird back to health. This went on for three months. Everyday John would go back into the forest to see the wounded bird. But then one day the bird was gone. This made John really sad as he became attached to the bird. Then one night on the second to last day of the school year, John stayed up late looking out the window wondering about his feathered friend. Then in the moonlight sky the crow flew to Johns window! John grabbed Lilly and Rob and they ran outside! The bird flew to John and landed on his shoulder and rubbed his beak on to Johns face. John stood there enjoying the moment, his little bird friend had returned to him. Just then the bird jumped off of his shoulder and flew in front of him and beckoned the others to follow him into the forest. With no fear the three followed the bird into the forest. It didn't take them long until they all found themselves in a huge nest! But there wasn't just one nest ! There were several large nest! Like small houses! As the three looked around they heard rustling of the tree branches. A short figure came out of the shadows. It was Perez of the Black feather guild! This woman was nearly 2,000 years old! But she was the keeper of all flying creatures in this region. Perez has stepped out of the darkness and presented herself to John,Rob and Lilly. With gentle voice Perez spoke "Ah! You must be the one that saved one of my brood! Thank you young one! What is your name?" John steps forward and introduces himself to the old woman saying "My name is John and these are my friends Robert Silverquil and Lilly Potter. You're very welcome. I just happened to hear the bird crying in pain so I had to help him." Suddenly the young bird John saved flew back to him and it appeared the bird had something in his mouth. John opened his hands and the bird dropped this quarter sized gem into his hand. With a puzzled look on his face John wondered what the crow had given him. Perez saw the look on Johns face and explained to him "This is Stans way of thanking you for saving him. What he's given you is a special gem that are meant for only masters of the feathers." John was in disbelief in what he had heard from Perez! A master of the feathers? Now the three had all heard of this title a few times. As only very few people have actually gotten this title. And before John could get a word out Perez says to him "Yes John! You're a feather master! You heard the cries of my young bird and you took the time to care for him. This title is meant for you, destiny!" John still holding the gem in his open palm clinched it lightly and closed his eyes. Perez had went up to him and opened his hand and took the gem from his hand. John was a little upset at this and didn't say anyhing back to her. But, he thought badly too early. Perez reached into her satchel and pulled out a small leather bag and using a golden thread she magically sown the gem to this bag and gave it to John saying "This bag is for you. A gift from me for showing kindess to my creature. The gem you already know what it is. Now this bag has magical properties. You can put things in here and they will vanish! If you want to remove the item from the bag? Just think of the item and the item will be in your hands. This magical bag is meant to hide things." John ran to Perez and gave her a big hug! From there the two became good friends over time. Now back in school John always took the bag with him. It was a very special gift to his heart. But this gift would place him in trouble. Professor Mcgonagall had seen John carrying the bag months after he had gotten it. While it wasn't the bag that had gotten him it trouble; it was the gem on the bag that did. professor mcgonagall knew that the only way to have gotten that gem was for John to have went into the Forbidden forest. This of course was a serious offense! professor mcgonagall then took John to Snape to be repremained for his actions. As John sat in the office of Snape he wondered what kind of trouble he'd be in. Snape said to John " John? As much as the others would love for me to punish you for violating rules, I cannot. Your actions were jusitifed. You saved a wounded animal. A family of birds that have been on these grounds for generations. Tell you what? Since I don't feel like doing the god awful paper work of punishing you, I will take the bag from you. If you ever want to see it? Come to me. At the end of the school year I'll return it to you Feather Master." John was of course sad and before giving the bag up he hugged it tightly and remember his friends in the forbidden forest. No of course John wasn't going to risk going to the forest again. He didn't want to be in anymore trouble, but he sure missed his friends in that forest. But it seems as if fate would bring him back to the forest. During the last week of his third year there was a rather large party he attended. Some of the older students were quite naughty and had some forbidden magazines and books. One of these magazines laid on the ground. John,Rob and Lilly walked away from the party as the wish to spend their last days of this school year together and not at a party they all really didn't want to be at. Lilly noticed the magazine on the ground and picked it up. Lilly says to Rob and John " Hey guys! Check this out! It says here that some evil queen is looking for the Runed Halo?" Rob tries to find a place for the three of them to hide so they can read this story within this magazine." Rob says to the others "Let's go back to the forbidden forest guys! It's our last week! Let's make this memorable!" And without hesiation all three ran back into the forest to Perez. As they ran into the forest Lilly said " Guys? If anyone knows about this Halo I bet Perez does! She's been around for centuries!" As they reach the nests they find that all the birds and Perez were expecting them. "Oh my children! How I have missed you all!" Perez said joyfully to them all. Lilly takes the magazine and says to Perez " Perez? I want you to hear what I'm going to read and tell us what you know about it." Perez nodded her head yes and sat down in chair made of tree branches. Lilly read aloud "Aurora the Blood Queen is seeking the Runed Halo. Rumors say that she knows it's exact location. But is offereng millions of gold for the person who can bring it to her before she tries to get it herself." "Oh no! This is bad news. Come and sit near me I have a story to tell you all." Perez says to the children. As all three sat down they gave her their undivided attention. Perez began to tell a story a tragic story... " The runed halo is as old as me. Long ago two Kitkhins were to be married. The male was a jewelcrafter and the female worked in the fields picking fruits. As the both were poor none of them had really anything to give each other execpt their love. So one day the both had made the Runed Halo together. They enchanted it with magical properties. The first being a protection spell. The person who would wear the halo would call out any harmful spell and they would not be harmed by the said spell. But it can only be one spell. Not multiple magical spells. The second magical property is simple; only a person who had found true love in it's purest form can find the halo. As over time the halo would be lost. The halo traveled from realm to realm as it was in the hands of couple that loved each other. But 13 years ago the Halo was in the hands of a woman here on our plane. There was once a beautiful woman who many men wanted. But they only wanted her for her beauty. The young woman didn't want to be married for her looks but for the person she was. Now the young woman was devoted to the Gods of Kalhdiem and thus they sent her a husband. He had a tainted past but even still she loved him and he loved her. One year went by and the man had asked for her hand in marriage. She happily accepted his proposal to her! After the proposal she went back to her homeland. As a young child she would pretend she was having a large wedding and she danced in the forest happily as she dreamed of finding a good man to love her. So just like in her youth? The young woman danced and cried in happines as she now had the life she always dreamt of. As she danced without a care in the world, there she saw it.. the Runed Halo. It had appeared before her because she had found true love. Now tragically her life would end. You see, Aurora had sent her most favored Minotaur "Angrath" to find the halo and he found it; he found that young woman. By the time Angrath had found her? She was married for a few years already and she kept her magical ways a secret from her husband. Angrath threatened her life if she didnt give the halo to him! But the young woman insisted she was a muggle! Her husband came to her aid and had freed her from Angrath. But this came at a great cost. As Angrath and the young womans husband inflicted a powerful blow that killed them both. The young woman screamed and cried as she held her husband in her arms. The very man she loved gave his life to save her. The woman was in unbrealable pain. So she took the Halo and broke it in half saying that she wishes for her husband to live as he has more in life to offer the world than she did. So as she broke the halo in half the wound to her husbands heart trasfrres to her heart. There by sacrafincg her life so that her husband can live. Now I do not know where the Halo is now. But I do believe that Aurora would know where it is. She cares for nothing but herself and only wants power and money! If she gets that Halo? She will be unstoppable!" The other three crying after hearing this story began to wipe there tears from there face. John stood up and said " We have to stop her! I'll stop her!" Perez laughed a bit. Not at him for thinking he could stand up to the Blood Queen., but laughing at his courage. John had what it takes to be a hero. Perez knew that the day he saved her bird Stan. Perez got up from her chair and took all the children in her arms and said " Now listen you all. You are all very brave and loved! i will not tell you to go into harms way to fight the queen. But if you do? You have my blessings. Remember what you're fighting for! Not a Halo, but for what the halo stands for; love! Now go back to school! I don't want you to get into anymore trouble. As the three walked away john ran back to Perez and hugged her again saying " Thanks my bird grammy! I'll see you next year! Or you'll hear about my courageous acts!" Back in the dorm John couldn't get the story out of his head. That story seemd so familiar to him but he couldn't place it. Now as the school year was ending most testing was done and the three spent there free time trying to find out more of this Runed Halo but they came up empty handed. But the graduating class had a special guest that was to speak at the ceremony. It was none other than Ronneil of the Sun and Moon. Lilly Potter knew the legend of Ronniel and his stories of slaying minotaurs and wondered if they should go and ask Ronneil about the Blood queen. So the three devised a plan! They would go see Snape to get back Johns bag and then ask if they could stay on the grounds to meet Ronneil because they were fans of his. Sure enough the went to Snape and as Snape gave the bag bacl to John he said to the three "Now you three wouldnt be getting into any trouble staying here one more day longer?" John quickly said " No sir! We're here to see a legend!" Snape looked at them oddly and replied to John "Just to make sure you three aren't up to no good, I will acompany you all to see Ronneil." Rob quietly said to John " Bro, we didn't think about this part." As the four walked to the great hall they waited for Ronneil to end his speech. No sooner than Ronneil was done the three ran up to him! Rob couldn't wait to ask him the question! Ronneil being very polite had shook each ot their hands and briefly talked to them. But Rob was too impatient and had flat out asked Ronneil "So you kill Minotaurs? What's up with the BLood Queen? You know she has them? Have you killed any of hers? Is she really looking for that Halo or what" Ronniel was very much against telling young children of the Minotaurs he had slain. He didn't want to give them nightmares. So without thinking about what he was going to say, he made a huge slip up "Oh the Halo? Well, we've seen she's been looking for it. But we wonder if these small portals in Ukraine have anything to do with her." Lilly, Rob and John looked at each other and ran off as fast as they could as Snape tried to chase them down! " I KNEW YOU THREE WERE UP TO SOMETHING" Snape yells at them. But Lilly was smart! She had her fathers invisibilty cloak and the vanished from Smapes sight!As they said their goodbyes the school year ended and John went to London to stay with Alyona until his parents arrived in a months time to get him. Now Alyona was very close to Luke and John. This was mostly because of the friendship that Alyona and Alex had over the years. You see, Alex knew Alyona when she was just a small little girl. He had paid for her wizard classes and even sent her off to Hogwarts to study! Alyona had become a wonder friend in the life of Alex and his family. As the summer appraoched the Museum had an event once a year to celebrate the people who have donated to the museum. This year would be special! As Ronniel of the Sun and Moon would make an apperance! Ronneil was a demigod! And a powerful one at that! He has been known to slay Minotaurs! He had given much to the museum and his most prized items would be on display for this one special day. Alyona took John out to dinner the night he came home from Hogwarts. She said to him "So we need to get you a cool suit to wear for the museum dinner and then go pick up your brother. Also I found your date to the museum diner too!" John gave ALyona the "side eye!" saying "LONI! I'm 12 years old! What would i need a date to a dinner? Is it you? Are you my date? You're like 70 years older than me!" Alyona couldn't help but laugh at what John said she replied "It's not me goofball! And it's not like you have to hold her hand or anything. Just relax it's not that serious to worry about." As the week went on John had helped Alyona and Hermione at the museum. John was tasked with telling where things were to be placed by the catering company as they set up the tables and such for the upcoming dinner. Finally the day has come! The famous yearly dinner at the museum! Many people showed up. To Johns surpise Harry and Ginny Potter showed up with their daughter Lilly! John and Lilly saw each other and yelled each others name in excitment! Although only being gone from each other for a week it was still great to see each other. Alyona turns to John and says "Lilly is your date treat her like a lady." John replies saying "Uh Loni? She's not a lady,she's my friend." Alyona, Harry and Ginny burst out in laughter. As the night went on they had a great meal and listened to the Demigod Ronniel speak. He had such wonderful stories of all the places he had been and items he had owned! During Ronniels speech he had mentioned Alex. The two were friends and had spent time together as they both went and destroyed evil in the realms they traveled too. Ronniel knew of the nephews Alex had; John and Lukas. Ronniel had approached them saying "AH HA! you two! I knew your uncle well! Follow me! I will tell you all about his magical items." Alyona,Harry,Ginny, Hermione,Draco,Lukas, John and Lilly began to follow Ronniel in the musuem. Ronniel told a small story of each of Alexs magical items. They all just listened to Ronniel speak. He had a very commanding voice and was very polite. As he told stories of Alex there in the back of all Alex's magical items was a moving picture. A photograph of Alex and Natalia on their wedding day. Alex wore a black suit and Natalia wore a beautiful long white wedding dress with a glowing white crown on her head. All of them walked closer to the photo of Alex and Natalia as to look at it closer. Oh how they all missed Alex very much. But they all knew he was happy with Natalia now. As he won the sword and went to the underworld to bring her back. Ronniel continued with one last story. As he pointed to one particulair item an "Ornithopter" Ronneil says " You guys see this thing here? This ornithopter was a gift to Alex from Natalia. Alex had always loved his Illusory angel and Natalia being muggle didn't know much about magic. But she did know that Alex can't cast the Angel unless he casts another spell before. This is a very special ornithopter and is sought after due to its intricate design. Just then Johns mind went crazy! Everything hit him at once! John went back to the large wedding picture of his uncle and stares at it. "No way! it cant be! It can't be this easy!" John says to himself as he looks at this photo of Alex and Natalia. As the others walked away to go back to their tables John yelled out "GUYS! I KNOW WHERE THE RUNED HALO IS!" Lukas snaps back at John saying "John! Shut up! You don't know what you're talking about!" John angrily replies back 'Lukas stop talking to me like im a little kid I'm your brother and I know what I'm talking about." Just then Harry Potter intervined and said to Lukas "Lukas? You're being a jerk to your brother let him speak." John takes a deep breath and says " Ronneil? You just said that Natalia gave that ornithopter to my uncle yes?" Ronniel replied "Yes that's correct John." John continued saying "Now back in Strixhaven I learned that the only way to get this Ornithopter is by actually going to Kaldesh! You cannot get this ornithopter any other way." Now Hermione was impressed! Because what John said was actually true. John then said to Ronneil " So if Natalia got this ornithopter for my uncle what does that mean?" Ronneil was shocked! he answered John saying " Because natalia as never a muggle!" EXACTLY John replied. Lukas still thinking his brother was sounding stupid said to John "Ok so she's not a muggle? How does this tie in to her having the halo? I told you! You don't know what youre talking about!" Now John didn't get angry at his brother. But he knew he had the very proof to prove his brother wrong. John pointed at wedding picture and said loudly to them " Oh so then what's that Natalia is wearing on her head Luke? That doesn't look like an ordinary crown does it?" Luke was silent! He has no comeback. John spoke to everyone again " Come on guys dont you see it? The story? The woman gave her life to save her husband and broke the crown to give her life to save his? The purest of love? Come on guys! Natalia is from Ukraine! That's why all the crazy portals have been showing up in Ukraine! The minsitry of defense knew this was happening! The memories of that day came back into his mind. The images Natalia had shown them the day his Uncle Alex went to see her in the afterlife. Natalia had the halo and now he's certain his Uncle buried it here in her homeland. As Lukas realized this he spoke loudly saying " Alyona? Put out the call to everyone. Tell them to head to Ukraine and send them the exact location. We have no time to waste.
Back in New Capenna Aurora is in her final preperations for the Invasion of Ukraine. Her army ready to enter the portal she is going to open! But a second portal opens up in the hall of the Blood Royals. Aurora wonders who this could be...Three figures emerge from the portal. Jennifer,Callaphe Demigod of the sea and Elesh Norn! Before Aurora can speak Jennifer sceams at her saying " Are you stuipd?!" Aurora offended yells back to Jennifer " How dare you speak to me that way! Address me properly now!" Jennifer keeps walking towards Aurora and says " Your highness? Are you fucking stupid?" Aurora, now furious says to her husband " Mark? Kill this blonde bitch now!" Mark replies to his wife "Gladly my love." Mark tries to cast a Mortify kill spell on Callaphe and Elesh Norn! But Jennifer counters with a Decisive Denial! Mark tries to cast another spell but it's too late! Elesh Norn has him in her grasp! Aurora charges at Jennifer and summons Liliana Vess! Liliana takes out Elesh Norn with one blow! For now they all stand at each other waiting for the other to make a move. Jennifer standing her ground says "Aurora? I don't like you and you don't like me. That's fine I could not care less. But I do like your money. After all your army wouldn't exsist without me. So take my advice well. Halt your invasion of Ukraine. You're making a big mistake!" Aurora screams " THE HALO IS MINE AND MINE ALONE! NOW LEAVE BEFORE I USE YOUR BLOOD ON MY THRONE!" Jennifer begins to laugh at Aurora "You have abosulely no idea of the shit youre in do you? Every realm knows what youre doing. The MMD has been observing your stupid little portals! They're going to send everyone, EVERYONE!" Aurora scoffs and answers "And I care? Good! More to die under my name! They should know who theyre dealing with!" Jennifer shakes her head in disbelief "You don't get it do you? Do you know who was the owner of the Runed Halo? I bet you don't so let me tell you. Here name was Natalia and she was the wife of Alex... You know what Alex I'm talking about too dont ya?" Aurora with fire in here eyes angrily says " YOU LIE BITCH!" Jennifer approaching Aurora closer says "Go ahead Your highness! Use your duress spell on me! Pick my brain! You'll see I'm tellin you the truth! Oh and while we're here? Why dont you ask your lovely husband where he got that nice white counterspell from? And his sheild spell? Rebuff the Wicked? Go ask him!" Aurora quickly turned to Mark and gave him a dirty look! Mark lowering his wand says "Alex gave them to me. Well he wanted the Angel of Suffering. Why I do not know. So he gave me the counterspell and the spell for the shield. Jennifer regenerates the body of Elesh Norn and starts to walk backwards towars her own portal yelling " DONT BE STUPID! LET IT ALL GO! OR FACE THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR ACTIONS!"
Alyona begins "the call" she sends out magical letters to each person who is their ally to help in this new war. As Alyona writes to each realm she throws the letter into the air and in an instant it is teleported to the world to which it was intended. The first to receive their letters is Dobby, Winky, and Kreach. The next are the Fae faeries of Shadowmoor. The Lorwyn Merfolk recive theirs and immediately take up arms! The fourth army to receive their letter is the Llanowar elves! As time goes by small portals begin to open up in Odesa Ukraine. with the first four groups coming through! But.... in the hot jungle two powerful wizards receive their letters! Auston and Tony! They march through the humid jungle with their beasts and Kavu! The Sarovits receive their letter as they board their warships and open a portal to Ukraine on the open seas! Lisa the Supreme Commander of the Boros Legion opens her letter and without hesitation yells " LETS GO LADIES! THROUGH THE PORTAL! THE BATTLE IS NEAR!" Thousands upon thousands of her troops go through the portal. Katya of Aldorius sees the letter in the air.Surrounded by her guards. she knows what it is, she picks up her Shadowspear and yells "Slava Ukraine!" Her loyal kingdom citizens cheer and the roar of their cheer can be heard for kilometers! Last but not least nearly 3,500km away in the Desert of Cairo Egypt " Ronneil of the Sun and Moon" gets his letter and takes his Calvary of armored scorpions and camels to the battle! The Egyptian people cheer for Ron and his army as they head to battle! The Egyptians throw flowers into the air while singing songs of victory! Wishing Ron and the other soldiers safety in this journey and battle for Ukraine.
Everyone is almost here.Lukas, John, Alyona, Harry Potter, Luna Lovegood Hermione Granger, Draco Malfoy, The Weasly family, Professor Snape, Proffesor Mcgonagall, Sirius Black and Hagrid are already there in Odesa awaiting everyone else to arrive. The first portals begin to open in Odesa and they begin to watch as everyone arrives. They see a large portal on the Black sea and standing on the bow is "Lina" holding a Ukrainian flag. She stands there bravely! The ship crashing through the waves. But Lina is not phased! She brings with her three other warships armed with cannons! Lisa and Ron enter at the same time. A long convoy of Scorpions and Camels can be seen for at least 5km. While Lisas army is marching in perfect formation with Siege weapons! But Lukas is a bit disappointed . He doesn't see Katya. But all hope is not lost.... The final portal opens up. Hundreds of Dryads, Centaurs, Aven Warriors charge through screaming their war cry! And in the middle of them all, sticking out like a flower in a wasteland; there she stood with the Ukranian flag painted on her face; Katya the Queen of Aldorius!" Everyone else knew of this Queen and her unstoppable army! Lukas and the others cheer in excitement! Katya sees Lukas and yells his name. They both run to each other. It has been five years since they've last seen each other. But Katya had three people with her. Her husband " Chuvak" and two young teen dryads at her side. Katya introduced the two children of hers to Lukas saying " These are my Fraternal twins Eva and Junior." Lukas shakes the hand of Eva and looks puzzled and says " Uh.. Junior?" Katya replies to Lukas " Oh We call him Junior, but his birth name is Lukas. I named him after you. You deserve the honor after everything you've done for me and my kingdom." Lukas can't believe it. He's just a 18 year old young man. he never thought he'd had done so much to have a Queen name her first child after him. Lukas Jr was a bit shy he asked Lukas a very simple question... "Lukas? is it true? About my mother? Seems to me like it was just something to put me to sleep as a child." Lukas shakes his finger and kneels before her son. "It's all true Junior. I have fought along side your mother in the first war against the Phyrexians. She showed strength and courage like no other. Two years later? She fought with me again against my very uncle. She broke his enchantment spell.And now? We are here a third time five years later to fight yet again. Your mother is the bravest person i have ever met. Your grandfather gave me the task to protect her. It was an honor to receive this task from him. And now your mother bestows upon me a greater honor. Giving you my name. To me it was the right thing to do for her. But I see it meant more than that to your mother. I have and will always protect, fight for and be there for your mother no matter what. While we share no blood our bond is that stronger than the greatest steel ever made.
Aurora, Mark and their army was already there in Ukraine. While they both were pretty evil and did underhanded things, they wanted a fair fight. This was a battle between good and evil. Between both armies was about a distance of 153 meters. Aurora yells " TAKE NO PRISONERS! KILL OURS THAT ARE TOO WOUNDED IN BATTLE! WE SHALL SHOW THEM THE POWER OF THE BLOOD ROYAL FAMILY! CHARGE!" Aurora sent her entire army charging towards Luke and the others. Without hesitation Alyona leads the charge fearlessly! it's a classic battle! Lina orders the ships to fire their cannons at the opposing army! Lisa also commands her Catapults to fire at the Blood Queens army! The sound of the cannons are deafening! The battle is bloody! Many lives are being taken in these few minutes. Aurora the Blood Queen is ruthless! She does not care for anyone! She alone has slain at least 12 centaurs and more are being added as time goes on! John summons his birds to aid in the battle, While Lukas creates lightning storms to shock anyone in his path! Aurora screams in anger! She yells " MARK?! SEND YOUR ANGELS! NOW! RAIN DEATH UPON THEM FROM THE SKY! LEAVE NO SURVIVORS! Mark motions with his hand and nearly 15 Angels take to the skies! But Molly Weasly had seen this and yelled "Okay Weasley family! Let's show these angels who is really the king of the skies! On your Brooms!" they take to the skies on their brooms to fight the angels from above. The angels are devasating on the battlefield! But our heroes the weasly family use their fantastic skills on their brooms and wands to fend off the aerial attack. But The Angels are a bit too powerful. Katya looks into the air and sees Molly and her family in trouble! She waves her arms and turns bright green! Katya summons vines that grow from the ground and begin to pull the Angels down to the ground! Her children look on in amazement! With Junior saying "Ok mom! Stop showing off!" Katya laughs a bit and gently slaps her son on his head saying "hush! we have work to do!" Ronneil and his army is seen literally eradicating the Minotaur army Aurora has sent.These were her special forces. Ronneil was a true warrior! His fighting skills and his army of the desert were more than legendary! Auroras Minotaurs stood no chance! The scorpions are devouring them like a child would eat candy! His camels aiding the wounded by carrying them to safety. After learning her beloved Minotaurs have been slaughtered; Aurora wants revenge! She notices that Eva and Junior have been separated from their mother. She lunges at them killing them both with a single blow of her Axe! While Mark kills her husband Chuvak! Katya then falls to the ground! She has a connection with her children and husband. She felt them die. She runs as fast as she can to their bodies. Katya holds them all in her arms and she is crying uncontrollably. Her family....murdered by a woman who will stop at nothing to obtain this halo. Lukas sees Katya on the battlefield crying with the dead bodies of her family in her arms. He immediatly runs to her. Aurora and Mark stand there with a grin on their faces, almost laughing at the deaths of her family. Mark leans forward and says " You all should have known your foolish armies and magic don't compare to ours! Surrender now!" Lukas begins to cry! His emotions are running high! As he cries his tears his the ground and are making small "electrical shocks" on the ground. He steps forward to Aurora and Mark and says " You both made one mistake! YOU SHOULD HAVE KILLED ME INSTEAD!" Faster than lightning, Lukas casts a stream of Lightning at Aurora! But Mark was even faster! He jumps in front of his wife and casts his magical shield to protect her. Aurora laughs manically at the situation. But she doesn't realize what is happening with her husband at this very moment. You see, it was thought that Marks magical shield was unbreakable. It was... until now. Mark began to notice small fractures in his shield! Mark was struggling! And he was struggling hard to prevent the lightning from breaking his shield. Katya saw the opprotunity as she seen Mark struggling. She summons her vines again and grabs Aurora and body slams her three times hard! Katya screams at Aurora "You killed my family and now I will kill you!" Every vine and plant like spell Katya casts at Aurora; Aurora defeats with ease! Katya is no match for such power of the Blood Queen! Meanwhile Lukas and Mark are in a locked battle! Lukas still is focusing his lightning on Mark and it doesn't take too much longer for it to break! Mark is shocked! His shield has been broken! Broken by a young man no less. But Mark had the upper hand. While Lukas was fast and had many Lightning and counterspells, they were not enough to stop one particular angel spell Mark had. Lukas was running out of options and so was Katya. Both Katya and Lukas are weakened badly. They both hold hands in fear. They gave each other one last look. Without hesitation, Aurora had slain them both. Their lifeless bodies fall to the ground. But their deaths brought something that was very odd..... As Lukas passed a large bolt of lightning went through the sky. While Katyas death had sprouted a bed of flowers. Aurora screams loudly and saying "WHO ELSE! WHO ELSE DARE TO TAKE ME? YOU FOOLS! THE HALO IS MINE! NOTHING CAN STOP ME!" Alyona looks around her to see more than just Lukas,Katya, Eva, Junior and Chuvak dead. Alyona also saw Hermione, Hagrid, Snape, Auston, Tony and Potter himself dead. She falls to the ground on her knees saying "We have lost. No matter who we brought to this fight it was lost from the start."
John was flying in the air on one of his birds fighting the remaining Angels and other flying Demons. As he looked down below he saw his brother and the others dead. He jumped off his bird and saw a sword in the ground. As he ran to Alyona he asked her "Do you see that sword just standing there?" Alyona replies " I see nothing John,nothing at all!". What would happen next would put Aurora in a fear she never felt before! Johnathan picked up the sword and pointed it to the sky. A beam of holy light shot down from the sky directly onto him. This holy light sends out a wave of power! A power Aurora and Mark did not have... They had no way of stopping this from happening, all they could do is watch. Aurora and Mark watched as this holy power pierced everyone in their army and also attached itself to the fallen heroes. Simultaneously as Auroras and Marks Army had fallen to the holy power, this same power brought his brother and the rest of our heroes back to life! Still the holy light still shines upon John and as a gift from God himself. He was no longer a young boy. He was now an Angel! Golden magical wings appear on his back! Again he sends out another holy burst! This time it knocks Aurora and Mark to the ground! With sword in his hand he points it at the both of them. But a single memory entered his mind. A memory most wouldn't even have. John remembered as a young 2 year old child his Uncle Alex holding him and telling him this "One day the world is going to need you John. Don't use violence, use love. It's what this world needs. Show this world that the power of love will always prevail over darkness." John then stabs the sword in the ground and charges after Aurora and Mark. Aurora and Mark charge back! But John grabs them both one in each arm and embraces them both. John screams loudly as he holds them in his arms. His body lights up with even more holy power! The holy power from John begins to enter the bodies of Aurora and Mark. But what was going to happen next was a shock to everyone. As this holy power entered the bodies of Aurora and Mark, it expelled the evil demons from their mind and soul. The evil power within them both tried hard to hold on to them! But the power that John had was too much for this evil to handle. John eventually lets them both go and they both lay on the ground as they are still alive. Everyone looks on to see the evil spirits being devoured by the remaining holy light that is shining. Aurora looks at John and asks "Why didn't you kill us?" John replies " Because it's not what my uncle would have wanted. Love always prevails over darkness" He stays with them both holding their hands as death is near for them both. But John refuses to let them both die. He says to them both " My holy power should have killed you both if you had too much evil in you. But I see you both survived. This means there's hope for you both. I will not interfere with fate. Return to your world and put an end to your evil ways!" Aurora and Mark agree and before they head back home they ask John one more question. Where is the Halo? We must see it." John pulls the halo from his bag. It has been broken in two pieces. He says to Aurora and Mark " Natalia had broken this to save my uncles life. She sacrificed her own to save him and in order to save his life she had to break this halo. It's magical power is gone. Natalia used it for love not for evil. I will destroy these two pieces when I return home....

It has been three years since the invasion of Aldorius. Everyone who participates goes to London or Chicago to have a reunion meeting. There, they talk of the war and what the Phyrexians might be up to since the failed second invasion of Katyas homeworld. But this meeting is not like the past two they all had. Alex had a huge feast prepared as mostly everyone is here. are the only ones that stayed to help clean up the hall after the reunion party had ended. All of them joking and laughing as they washed dishes and cleaned up after themselves. As they were finishing up they all saw Alex walking towards the back end of the hall. Hermione noticed something in Alex's hand. She pointed at it and gave this surpised look to her husband Ron. The others noticed this and they all quickly stopped what they were doing and looked at Alex to see what he had in his hand and wondered what he was up to. Alyona loudly says " Hey Alex? What ya got there?" Alex let out a little chuckle and says "Nothing for you guys to know about. Just relax, I'll be back soon." Now of course you'd think they all would have just let Alex go about with what he was going to do. But they all walked right up to him. Alex again said in a calm voice " Please, this is not your concern. Trust me. But I won't stop you. But I hope you make the right choice." Alex takes the dark orb he was holding and places it on the wall. A portal appears! And he walks through! The other hastfully follow him through the portal. Now as they all are on the other side .they wonder where they are or even "when" they are. Alex is of course upset with them all. They did not take his advice. But where they were? it seemed ancient. There were three large statues made of marble. Two were male and the third was a female. They could not see the faces on the statues as they were carved to have a plate like metal armor on them. But they could tell if they were male or female based on their body. In the center of the statues was a large stone circle with three holes in them. Alex runs his hands across the stone. It's smooth to the touch. He then asks the others a question " Tell me, who does the Phyrexians fear the most? Who answers correctly gets $20,000 from me or some super rare spell." Hermione was jumping up and down excitedly! But she couldnt get the name out of her mouth! She could see the persons face. But her mind drew a blank. Alyona says to Alex " Come on! Who is it? How can they be afraid of anything?" Alex points to behind them. They all turn around in unison. They are shocked! They see the mysterious person themselves in the flesh... or in the Nightmare! Ashiok of the Nightmare Muse! Ashiok was a mystery to everyone. No one knew their backstory. Ashiok stood tall. They had no upper face. What was in place was some kind of magical smoke with this two horns. They had long talons for nails and was dressed in black, blue and a dark purple clothes. Ashoik came floating over to Alex. Standing and staring at each other Ashiok says in a raspy creepy voice "I see the Gods of this realm have blessed you! You see Alex, I would have told you what you needed to know easily as I owe you. But now? Things just got easier and better for you." Alex replies to Ashiok saying "what do you mean?" ashiok points to Harry potter. Alex instantly knew why he pointed to Harry. Everyone else surrounds Harry as to protect him. Alex says to Harry " You have something I need Harry. Alex walks up to Harry Potter and uses his infamous "Glimpse the unthinkable" spell on him! This black magic used by Alex is foul to say the least. The same black smoke coming from Ashioks head and hands are coming from the Hands of alex too. Nothing can be done! As they all watch in horror to see the life force of harry being scuked out of him right in front of their eyes! They are still confused what did harry have inside of him that Alex wanted? Alyona began to cry as she finally realized what Alex syphoned out of Harry; the small bits of Voldemorts soul that still remained in Harry.
Now Alex knew that Voldemort would need a body; but Alex was smart, very smart. He knew he could not give any body to the Lord of Darkness himself. So, Alex summoned a "Blind Phantasm." This phantasm was also an illusion just like the others. Illusions are somewhat weak beings. They are copies of the original, but they lack a pureness, a soul. This is why they can easily be killed with almost any helpful spell such a "giant growth" or even "Brute Force." Alex took the small remains of Voldemorts soul and casts it into his Blind Phantasm. The illusion begins to take on the appearnce of the one who must not be named. Still very weak, Voldemort sees Harry Potter and begins to fly towards him! But Alex kicks Voldemort to the ground! Alex says " You will not harm him! You are here on my terms! You belong to me!" Voldemort was too weak to fight Alex. After all he did bring him back to life so he felt a bit compelled to be loyal to Alex. Voldemort rises up and asks Alex " Why did you bring me to life? What is your purpose!" Alex walks closer to Voldemort replying " I need her back! How do I resurect her! You know the dark arts deeper! TELL ME NOW!" Voldemort was afraid to give the answer. An answer Alex already knew. That answer? That his wife has been dead for too long and no amount of black magic would bring her back to life. Voldemort looked around the place they were. AH HA! He knew this place looked familiar! The Gods of Old from Yulonmore! Voldemort tells Alex " Do you know where you are? Where we stand right now? The answer you want is right here..." Alex knows this place has to do with the "chosen swords" But what exactly does this place offer?" Voldemort doesn't wait for Alex to respond, he says to him " We know that ten swords exisit, correct? Eight have been found and you have four of them. No one knows exactly which swords to place here. But know this Alex! Here is the answer to your question! As this place will open the underworld in which your wife resides. You cannot bring her back to life, but you can see her in her soul form beyond these walls." Alex turns to Harry,Hermione,Lukas,Katya, Draco and Alyona and opens a portal and tells them to leave or else he will forcefully make them leave! The six of them do as they're told and they walk through the portal to the other side taking them back into the hotel in London.
Back in London the six are not speaking. Lukas is the most distraught. As his uncle seemed to have made a turn for the worst. Just then an older man walks into the dining hall. It's Alexs assisstant 'Hopkins." He's 68 years old about 5 feet and nine inches tall with white hair and a rather elegant voice. He's always proper and acts very gentlmen like. Hopkins notices the morbid looks on their faces saying "This is a day of festivities my friends! Why the long faces?" None of them replied back. They sat there in silence. Hopkins looks around and notices something strange.He walks up to Harry and says to him " Now Mr.Potter it's been a while since I've seen you. But when did your scar go away?" Harry has a shocked look on his face and runs up to a mirror! Sure enough the lightning scar that he had was no more. The six tell Hopkins what they had saw happen with Alex. Hopkins grabs a bottle of red wine from the bar and a wine glass. He sits down and pours himself a drink. As he rasises the glass to his lips he says to them " This was going to happen. I warned Alex long ago not to let her death consume him and I see know that it did." Alyona asks Hopkins "How come we couldn't stop this? How could our friend turn to evil?" Hopkins looks up at the ceiling for a bit before responding " He loved her didn't he? Alex loved Natalia. The love they both had reminded me of my marriage when we were younger. So full of love, happiness. Alex was always intersested in black magic. But when he married Natalia he put it all away. He only then focused on blue mana. Alyona? tell me? if someone you loved so dearly died in such a tragic way how would you respond? Like I said to you all already, it was bound to happen." Lukas gets up and with a loud voice says to hopkins "We have to fix him or something! We also can't let him open up the underworld! There's something we must be able to do!" Hopkins still sitting down waves his hand at a bookcase that's to his left. A small box floats over to him. He opens the box and begins to look through it. " Ah! Okay , here we go lads!" Hopkins pulls out a small business card with the Acronym S.E.L. Hopkins hands the card to Lukas telling him " This is a business owned by Alexs friend Jennifer, you know her? She was once a lawyer for the Azorious senate, but has since retired and built her own bio-genetic labs company known as the " Simic Evolution Labs." Her home office is in Hong Kong. If there's anyone that can help you it's going to be her." Lukas takes the card and looks at Hopkins like he's crazy. " Uh... Hopkins? What good is a Bio-lab to us?" Lukas says looking at the card. "Oh!" Hopkins replies " Jennifer made this thing called a spark extractor! It's used to pull out a planeswalkers spark. It could work to remove his. It might remove the evil part in your uncle.” Lukas had no reply to that and sat back down looking at the card. Hopkins drinks the final last few drops in his wine glass. He walks over to the bar and beings to wash his glass. He speaks loudly over the running water saying “ I suggest you all go to sleep now. I’ll contact Jennifer and I’ll book your flights to Hong Kong. It’s a long flight you guys! At almost 13 hours long. So I suggest you all get some rest.
Harry,Hermione,Lukas,Katya, Draco and Alyona had one of the most sleepless nights in their lives. Each getting about 3-4 hours of sleep. Hopkins wakes them all up and has their luggage and everything else prepared for their journey. As they head down to the car two "Brass Secretaries" carry their belongings to the car. As everyone gets inside Hopkins says to them all " Now, I set everything up for you all. Jenifer knows you'll be there. She'll have one of her assistants pick you up at the airport they'll be holding a sign with the word "Valiant." Now they're all on the plane and flying to Hong Kong! Draco is pretty impressed with everything so far. He turns to his wife Hermione and says " You know dear, I've always frowned upon muggles. But this? This is bloody brilliant! Who thought the muggles would make such fantastic machines!" Of course this was Katyas first time flying on an airplane as well. As she has lived on a world where none of this technology exisits. She spent most of her time just looking out the window in awe of the great view before her. 13 hours passed by fairly quickly to them all. They landed and were met by a large Rhino who held the sign that said "valiant." As the six walk up to the rhino, the rhino speaks saying " Welcome my guests! My name is Rhox and I will be guiding you throught your stay here." Rhox leads them to the subway/train station that is inside the Hong Kong international airport. They all walk for a few minutes until they reach an area which is blocked off. Above the entryway to this part of the station reads "Capenna Express for S.E.V workers and guests only." As they enter the six are stunned at what they see! Alyona turns to the others and says " Wow! This place looks like the U.S.A when it was in the early 1900's! Like it belongs in the old mafia movies!" It wasn't long before they reached the main headquarters of S.E.V. the train took them directly to the building itself. By this time the six were getting very tired and Rhox could see it on their faces. Rhox leads them all to a room which looks like a hospital ward. The walls were white and there were beds lined up on one side of the room while the other side had monitor in front of each bed. " Jennifer will be in here shortly. Please change into the hospital gowns and lay in bed please" Rhox says to them. The six all look at each other awkwardly as they only saw one bathroom to change in. But as soon as Harry picked up his gown these frosted glass walls came down inbetween each bed and gave them privacy to change. Lukas says loudly " I don't know if that was cool or creepy? It's like the gown knew it was touched." The rest begin to laugh at what Lukas had said. After they all had changed into their gowns they each got into bed and laid down waiting for Jennifer to arrrive. And just as the glass partitions came down, they went back up as soon as they all laid down. Again Lukas made a funny comment " Yeah, ok this is creepy as F....." He couldn't get the last word out because at that very moment Jennifer came walking in. Jennifer was tall and had beautiful long blonde hair. She had on a lab coat with black slacks and a brown turtle neck. She introduced herself saying to them "Hello everyone! I'm Jennifer and I am the owner of this company here. Hopkins called me and told me what had happened with you all? I'm not so sure what I can do exactly to fix this issue but I can help you figure things out." Jennifer walks up to the beds. At the head of each bed was a square on the wall. She touches it with her hand and small tray extends out holding an odd looking helmet. She touches each square at each of their beds and each tray had the exact same helmet. Jennifer walks up to the foot of the beds so the six can see her and hear her clearly. " So I need you all to wear these headsets for me ok? These are called memory printers." Katya repeats Jennifer " Memory printers?" Ohh let me explain them to you guys sorry!" jennifer says with a bit of embarasment on her face. " So these headsets you have to wear when you sleep. Just think of what happened with Alex just the way you remember it happening. Then they will collect the memory and put them into our servers so we can better determine what you saw. It will give us an exact picture of everything." Without an issue each put the memory printers on and went to sleep soundly. They all woke up nearly 10 hours later! This was expected of course as they not only did not sleep well before the flight, they didn't sleep during it either. In walked four faeries known as "maraleaf pixies" each had brought breakfast to them. Partway through their breakfast Jennifer walks in looking like she had not slept in a week. Jennifer yawns nearly uncontrolably and says "Take your showers and get dressed I have some very interesting things to tell you."
Cleaned and dressed they all follow Jennifer to yet another room. This room looks like something out of a science fiction movie! There are large glass incubators with some type of fluid in them each with some kind of person inside. At the end of this room is a large computer set up with extremely large screens and other equipment. Jennifer reaches for her coffee mug and says to them all "The data from the helmets are sent here. As you can see each screen has your names on them. Now watch carefully." Jennifer goes to the main computer controlling the screens and hits a button. The six are floored at what the screens show! They literally show what they saw through their eyes that day with Alex. Jennifer takes a sip of her coffee and then says " Get ready for what I'm going to tell you because it's gonna be a shock!" Jennifer points to the screens "So of course as you see here your memories are being displayed here. I watched them over and over and saw nothing odd. I slowed them down and watched frame by frame and still saw nothing out of the ordinary. But then I got the idea to put them all together." Jennifer then points to a table that looks like a big giant Ipad. " This is why we call it the memory printer guys. This takes all of your memories and meshes them together and then makes a 3D hologram out of it. None of them have ever seen such a thing in their lives! And here they thought magic was impressive! Jennifer countinues " This isn't the shocking part. You see this 3D print out? Watch carefully." She says as she flips through different views of the hologram. She changes it to infared, and a few others. She finds the ones she wants and stops it. "This is what we call the Aura-enhancment viewer. Basically everyone has their own aura of magic. The screens will show graphs of each aura and what magic your aligned to. Jennifer puts on some kind of robotic glove and then walks up to the 3D display and picks up the hologram of Alex and of Ashiok with both hands. She says to them " Alex and Ashiok, now watch when I put them both on the Aura display." Hermione sees it instantly " They both have the same graph reading! I'm sure everyone has nearly the same kind of aura?" Jennifer replies " No, they don't. An Aura is like your magical DNA everyones is different." Lukas walks up to Jennifer and says " So you're telling me that my Uncle and Ashiok are the same person?" Jennifer sits down at the desk and puts her hands on her head saying "Not yet, but he's close to it." Jennifer is visibly upset at this. She puts her hands over her mouth in despair. She puts her hands down and says to them " I know what Alex is trying to do and I am not so sure what we can do about it. But I have an employee here who collects swords. He knows about the Mirian swords. I have an idea........
The six leave the lab and spend their entire day exploring Hong Kong. Just as dinner is appraoching Jennifer shows up to their hotel with a Chinese man by the name of "Xaunye." Since Jennifer was a good friend of Alexs she had a portal rune with her to his place in Chicago. Beforehand she had gotten all 4 of the swords and brought them back with her to Hong Kong. Each sword was wrapped in a cloth and placed on a large table. " Xuanye? I need you to appraise these swords for me please. But they're on a timer. They will return to their orginal owner in 90 minutes from now. So do this as fast as you can." Xuanye nods his head in agreement and begins to unfold the fabric over each sword. He has a small tool box with him. He pulls out all the tools and begins to inspect each sword. After nearly 30 minutes of going over them he says to the others " Who owns these?" Jennifer replies " Sorry, I cannot divulge that information." Xuanye takes of his white gloves and steps back a bit saying to them all "These are priceless Jennifer. Whoever you know that has these is not a normal person. The versions of these swords are highly sought after. but they can only be obtained through a trial." Now all of them are confused at what Xuanye had just said. Harry asks Xuanye " So these were never bought? They were a reward?" Xuanye nods hsi head yes and further expains to them all "Yes you can buy these swords at a rather already insanse amount of money anywhere from 120,000- 300,00 dollars. But for those versions? Those are what we call the "plain jane" versions. They're still rare but not as rare as the actual sword itself. And these 4 swords are the original versions." Katya asks "what trials?" Xuanye explains "Ah! The trials! So the Gods who made these swords ever so often hold a tournament to obtain their swords. But there's one trial per one sword. The challenges are very difficult and for one to complete one trial is very impressive. But here are 4 swords each from a trial each damn near priceless." They all sit in silence. They all assumed Alex had bought the swords. But now? They have more to fear and worry about. Jennifer pulls out a huge wad of cash and gives it to Xuanye as she pays him for the apprasial. Just as Xuanye is about to leave he snaps his fingers and says " Ohh I just remembered! In 3 months the trial of feast and famine will take place. The trial for the Sword of Feast and Famine. In my opinion the most desired sword of all time. I can tell you where the trials take place if you'd like?" They all happily accept. Xuanye gives them a map of where to go. Hermione waits for Xuanye to leave and she says loudly "we need to join this torunament and get that sword! It's the only way to stop Alex and you all know it." All in agreement they follow the directions on the map and hope someone will be there to allow them to enter.
The six reach the place where the map had taken them ans to their surprise there was a long line of people standing to get in. Men in these dark robes walked down the line of people telling most to leave while very few stayed. They wondered of the six who would be asked to leave? But the men walked right by them and said nothing. They stood there watching as countless of other people were told to leave at once. As the line of people thinned out the men in the dark robes gathered the remaning people and spoke to them "You all have been allowed to fight in the trials. We see great potential in all of you. Please go back home and in the next three months please return to this exact same place for the start of the trial. Each person was given a small coin which had a sword on it and a unique number for each of them. They were told not to lose this coin as it would be what they would need to enter the torunament. Harry,Hermione,Lukas,Katya, Draco and Alyona return to the hotel and get a goods night sleep as tomorrow morning they all head back home to begin their training.
But..... in a small realm not known to many people are a brutal race of Dark Elves known as the Sartovits. They are mostly aligned with black and green mana. About 70% of the elves are vampires. Most people view black and green magic as being rather evil. But the Sarovits do not use these colors for nefarious deeds as others would. You see, black and green is used mostly for zombies and grave diggers and all the other sorts! But the Sarovits use this magic to better their crops and life as a whole. Here on this realm things are very simple. Patches of villages are throught the world. But in one small village are the most brutal of all of the citizens here. This village is the home of one young Dark elf who broke barriers, the only female warrior to have obtained the highest honor among her tribe " Blood Champion."Lina is her name. She's rather short with long brown hair and hazel eyes. She's very tough and very picky. She really doesn't care for much as she lives in her own world. Her family is he number one priority. Many years ago when she was 70 years old, Lina began to feel that her family needed her protection. She wasn't so sure why she felt this way, but she knew it was the right thing to do. But on this world the gender roles are very straight forward. The men do the fighting, hunting and building. While the women stay home caring for the children,crops and etc. Now, it wasn't uncommon to see a female Sartovit use magic to defend herself. Many tribal wars were in the past and many women have helped fight. But none fought like Lina. You see Lina could never tell anyone that she wanted to train to fight like the men do. So instead of asking the men to train her, she trained herself. She spent the next 20 years training hard. She trained everyday until she felt she was ready to show everyone how capable she was. That day came and she was ready to show her world what she had done. But the Gods of another world had other plans. The very same men in black robes came to her village looking for a suitable warrior. They passed up every man; But not Lina. Just like the others, they gave her the coin which had the sword. But this coin was for the trial of "Fire and Ice." Once this happened no one in the village would speak to Oksana. The men were in disgust about her! How dare this honor be given to a woman! A young woman at that! Who does she think she is? Are these men crazy? Do they not know the stregnth and powerof the men in this village? Lina is a weak elf! How dare they! For the next 3 months the citizens of the village made fun of Lina, and played evil pranks on her. Even her own father was rather mean to her. But Lina tried her hardest to stay focused. Tears in her eyes every night. She could not believe that her own people would be so mean to her. But she trained even harder. Then the 3 months passed and Lina was taken away to the trials by the men in the robes. 4 days had passed by and Lina had returned to her home world. She had defeated the trial. Not only was she the only female to be rewarded a sword from these trials, she was the only one on her home world to be such a champion. Lina returned home to find everyone asleep. She slowly put the sword above the fireplace and just stared at it. Again, tears in her eyes as everything she did was worth it all. To accomplish such a feat. She did not care what the others thought of her. This was for herself. And now? She had reached what she thought was the peak of her life. To be one of the very few people in all of the universe to obtain this sword as there are only 8 to be in exisitance. Just then her father walks in. He hears Lina crying and gives her a hug telling her "I have always been proud of you my daughter. I only treated that way so you can train harder. I will always love you and be proud of you. We all are! You are truly the greatest daughter a father could ask for." Now that the village knows Oksana had won the sword she is forever known as "The Blood Champion of Sartovit." The highest honor among warriors.
Now of course these events had happened a long time ago. So now we head to the present day. In the center of the village was a bell. The bell would ring on every hour of the day. But the bell would also ring for other reasons. Two bell rings meant a town meeting, three bell rings means a storm is coming, and four bell rings means to take up arms! Two loud rings are heard everyone in the village drops what they're doing and heads to the city center. As everyone gathers the leader of the village walks up to the podium his name is " Nazhmet." He stands very tall and very muscular everything about this man was warrior like and every single woman wanted him... but not Lina. She was more interested in her family than a man or marriage. Nazhmet began to speak to the citizens "Today I was informed of a very serious threat, a threat to not only our world but to others. A man from earth by the name of Alex has defeated 4 of the 8 trials. Yes everyone, he has 4 of the swords. Now we know one of members of the village has one. So I am taking Lina as well as 1 other person to enter the newest trial which is happening soon. We must stop Alex from getting this final sword. He plans to open the underworld to see his wife who has been dead for many earth years. So I ask everyone to help the ones I chose for this task. It is dangerous indeed and the possibilty they may not return is high." Lina ran back home! She went inside grabbed the sword and slammed it on the ground screaming loudly! "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" She does not and will not leave her family! The screams were heard by Nazhmet, her father and the other that were selected to fight in the tournament. They approach Lina and say to her "Enough crying! You are asked to go this is not an option! Lina points the sword at Nazhmet saying " I WILL NOT LEAVE MY FAMILY! THEY NEED ME FIND SOMEONE ELSE NOW!" Now this made Linas father very angry. He grabs the sword from her hands saying " You're not worthy to have this sword Lina, maybe it was a mistake or pure damn luck you got this. You want to stay then stay and be a normal female elf! Get you ass to those berry bushes and pick berries and never pick up a sword again! You're not a warrior, you're a coward!" What her father said enraged her and she screamed back at her father "HOW FUCKING DARE YOU SAY THAT TO ME! AFTER ALL THAT I'VE BEEN THROUGH? I SACARFICED SO MUCH, I TRAINED SO FUCKING HARD! NONE OF YOU ASSHOLES DID WHAT I'VE DONE! NONE OF YOU! EVERYDAY I LIVE IN PHYSICAL PAIN AND MENTAL PAIN! BUT I TRAIN AND TRAIN? WHY BECAUSE I LOVE YOU FATHER! BECAUSE THIS FAMILY IS MY WORLD! DON'T YOU EVER SAY THAT SHIT TO ME AGAIN! EVER!" Lina falls to her knees crying. Her father kneels down with her and in a calm voice says to her " Lina? Us men know of Alex. If he doesn't get that sword? He will come here and destroy this entire world just to have this sword and then what? If you do not go? there may not be a world left for you to come home to. You have to stop him my daughter....please show us what you're truly capable of. Lina accepts her fathers request. Nazhmet says to Lina " We start training tomorrow, so get ready!"
Nazhmet had chosen 3 other people to help train Lina in the village. The first was Salim, he was the leader of the Archers defensive post. The second was Laura, She was half human and half dark elf. She was a soldier of the swiftspears. And the last was Christina she was trained in the dark arts of necromancy. Nazhmet knew these 3 including him could help Lina prepare of this trial. The next day came and Lina was rusty. She was not the powerful warrior she once was. The others spared her no mercy as they were very hard on her. Every day Lina went home bruised and bleeding from the training. But just like before she focused harder and harder. One day she was put up against Laura. Now Laura was a swiftspear guardian. Her martial arts were very fast and effective! They both stood in the circle and began to fight! Lina blocked every punch,kick and magical spell Laura threw at her. Not once did she try to strike Laura as she knew this was her brothers wife. This of course made Laura angry at Lina! As the 2 young women fought in the circle Laura yells at Lina saying " DAMN IT LINA! FIGHT LIKE YOU MEAN IT! ALEX WILL KILL YOU IF YOU FIGHT LIKE THIS! WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU! FIGHT LIKE YOU MEAN IT! FIGHT FOR YOU FAMILY DAMN YOU! Lina goes in to a rage and with one punch Lina hits Lauras shield and she is sent flying out of the ring and lands on her back. Just then Nazhmet ends the fight saying " Your training is over Lina, We will now head to earth and join this trial." Lina does not wish to spend her last day on her home world partying with the rest of the village. She just wants to be home with her family. And so she spends the rest of her final day with them in pure happines as this is what life was for Lina. It was not war, or a championship title, it was the love of her family that she lived for and now that very love was threatned by a man who was to do the impossible.....
The day has come! The tournament is to be held at the famous Grand coliseum! Many great tournaments have been held here for the last few centruies! The tournament for the 8th sword has begun! Many people from all over have shown up! Chandra the Fire Mage, Ob Nixilis the Savage Demon, Rusalka, and Alex of course! Everyone looks around the coliseum to size up their opponents. The seats in the coliseum are filling up! There must be hundreds of people here for this! The men in black robes appear again. But this time with their leader who's wearing a red robe. The man in the red robe blows into a rams horn. The loud sound is noticed by everyone and all pay attention to his words. "Welcome my trial contestants! This trial is for the Sword of Feast and Famine. You will all have to face each other in combat. The one who comes out victoriuos will be rewarded with the blade itself. There is only one rule at this tournament. Once you have been conisdered to be down by the referee you cannot get back up to fight. Everything else is ok. Now take your seats as we prepare the first battle! The crowd goes wild! Cheering and chanting the names of their favorite person who's competing! The fights are absolutley brutal! Lukas fights the ever powerful Dragon known as Niv-Mizzet! The bets were obviously placed on the dragon. The fight went on for 2 minutes! Longer than most people who fought Niv-Mizzet! But Lukas ended the battle by casting a "Lightning Axe" and throwing it at the dragons head! Niv-Mizzet is down! Lukas screams "YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" Niv-Mizzet bows to Lukas and gives his respect for Lukas givng him such a good fight! The crowd goes wild again! Chanting his name! LUKAS LUKAS! LUKAS! Next up was Lina! She was to face the evil gorgon herself Varaska! The fight begins! Varaska tries to turn Lina into stone, but Linas shield reflects these attacks! Varaska sends large venemous snakes to attack Lina! But the snakes are no match! They are killed as fast as they were summoned. Varaska pulls out her bow and arrows and begins to shoot at Lina. The first 3 arrows Lina dodges but she catches the 4th and charges Varaska at full speed! Lina raises her shield to protect her eyes and she takes the arrrow Varaska had shot at her and stabs Varaska in the shoulder! An unbelieveable turn of events! Everyone thought Varaska would have ended Lina! But Lina was the winner. Now the stadium grew silent as the next contestant came forward...... it was Alex and he would be facing the Ancient Silverback Gorilla. The Gorilla charges at Alex! But Alex pulls out his sword of Body and Mind which has protection from Blue and green magic. The gorilla Swings at Alex as hard as he can but to no avail! The sword protect Alex from his attacks. The gorilla is alligned with green magic. All of his magic is useless against him. The gorilla gets angry and says to Alex " Put down your weapon and fight me! You need such a weapon just to win against me!" Alex throws the sword down on the ground. The Silverback leaps into the air with both fists and comes down on Alex hard. But casts his "dark banishing spell that kills the Gorilla in one blow. There's no cheering for Alex as the stadium is silent. Next up is Nazhmet! A skilled fighter who is up against the Draco Malfoy! The fight barely last 30 seconds as Nazhmet sends a fire bolt that knocks Draco out in one hit! The fights continue on that day! Lukas defats Harry Potter in a wonder aerial battle! Harry Potter took to the air on his broom while Lukas took to air on his Lightning Elemental! Alyona defeats Liliana in a classic battle between good and evil! Druids versus Zombies! The tournamant did not dissapoint at all! There were many great mages and warriors who have shown up to claim the sword! As the 1st day of the torunament ended all stayed on the grounds of the Grand colisuem as it had dorms for the participants of the tournament. As they all seat eating a large feast Lukas decides to talk to Lina he was very impressed with her abilities as a warrior. Walking up to Lina with his plate of food he asks Lina if he may sit next to her. Lina nods her head yes. As Lukas sits next to her he says " You're pretty impressive out there! You straight up demolished a lot of good fighters out there." Lina blushing a bit turns to Lukas and replies " You too kiddo! How old are you? Aren't you too young to be here?" Lukas tells Lina that he's 12. Lina nearly chokes on her food! "WHAT?! 12?! AND YOU FIGHT LIKE THAT?!" Lina says to Lukas. Lukas with a little grin on his face says " Let's just say I've been blessed to have been taught by powerful people." As they both sat and ate Lina had asked the obvious question to Lukas " Why are you here? And how did you know about this place?" Now Lukas was not about to let Lina know that Alex was his uncle and how he and his friends planned to stop him from getting that blade. So Lukas just said " well you know, I'd figure I would give this a shot ya know? I mean better I win the sword than someone else who would use it for evil deeds." Lina gives this look to Nazhmet and Laura. Could it be that the gods from other worlds have sent other capable warriors to stop Alex? The answer Lukas gave her seemed too spot on.
The 2nd day started off early! The crowd was even larger than yesterday! The battles fought today were some of the most anticipated ever! Alyona fights Ajani! The winner?! Ajani! Lukas goes up against Jace the mind sculptor and Lukas come out victorious! The third battle? Alex versus Laura! Laura is very fast and Alex is having a hard time keeping up! Could this be the end of Alex as we know it? Their swords clash into each other as Laura blocks and parries every move Alex throws at her! But Laura makes one mistake a mistake that would cost her life! Laura tries to cast a "Banishing light" spell on Alex but Alex uses his famous "Undermine" counterspell on her which damages her! Laura is too hurt to move and she falls to the ground on her knees! Alex gets behind her and grabs her hair with is left hand and uses his right hand to drain the life right out of her! Laura is screaming! But it is too late! The very life force from Laura has been drained! Her skin is black as she lays lifeless on the ground! Still no one cheers for Alex, they all can sense his evil! The next key battle was between Nazhmet and Garruk the Wildspeaker! The two large men battle hard! Both having nearly the same spells this was a classic "Mirror match!" But to everyones surpise Nazhmet takes the win! More matches go on throught the day! But the best are always saved for last! In the final matches of the day Alex is put up against Sorin the Vampire! in the fastest fight ever at the tournament Alex kills Sorin instantly! But the next fight is the one everyone showed up for! Hermione versus Chandra! Chandra sends Phoenix after Phoneix to atack Herimone! But Herminone deals with them easily. They both sling spells at each other like crazy! Lava Bursts, Otter Illsusions, Runic Shots and more! The fight lasted nearly 5 minutes long with Chandra being the winner! Battle after battle happened until only one more fight of the day. This fight was to be for the final 4! But the final battle of the day was the most heart wrenching! Lukas versus OB Nixilis! This was seen in the eyes of many as an unfair fight! A 12 year old boy against a Demon? Lina and Alex begged Lukas to not fight him! But Lukas looked right at his Uncle Alex and said "No Uncle Alex..... I can't let you get that sword. I'll die trying; but I'll do what I have to do for the sake of our world and others." Lina could not believe what she just heard! This young boy was willing to die to prevent Alex from getting this sword! And to top it all of Lukas was his nephew? it all made sense to her now. It's why Lukas was so powerful! The crowd booed the ones who held this tournamant! To allow a demon to fight Lukas? But the battle must go on. Lukas knew the risk but to him? There was no option. It had to be done. As the both walked to the center of the stadium the crowd was ever so silent. Ob Nixilis says to Lukas " Give up now and I'll keep you as my little magical slave! Save yourself from certain death BOY!" But Lukas was not scared at all! He looked into Ob Nixils eyes abd spoke no words! As the fight begins Lukas sends 4 lightning bolts at Ob Nixilis! Ob Nixilis dashes past two of them but the others hit him right in the face! Ob nixilis yells " You little shit! GO HOME TO YOUR MOMMY!" Lukas sends shock spells and even an Urza's Rage at him but things aren't looking to good for Lukas! The demon grabs Lukas by his forearms and is pulling at Lukas as if to tear him apart! The crowd is screaming in horror! Lukas closes his eyes and hsi body begins to fill with electical power! There's static in the air! Now Lukas is fully englulfed in electric! He grabs Ob Nixilis wrist sending the electric right through his body. Ob Nixilis lets go of Lukas! Ob Nixilis is stunned! Without a moment to waste Lukas summons a "Lightning Axe" in his hands and throws it at Ob Nixilis head! The demon blows up into a million pieces! The crowd roars! They cannot believe it! Lukas has done the impossible! His uncle sits there silently and the others with tears rolling down their faces! Lukas was what they all thought. A young mage who could save the universe. The children in the stadium began to chant..... "Lukka-Setin-Zenda!" Translated this means "Lukas hero of the Lost Children." A hero for the children who have no voice, for the children who are abused and have no one to love or care for them. Lukas was their hero. A young boy they could look up too. The hopes that they can have the stregnth as he does to carry on, to fight against the ones who hurt them.
The 3rd day of the tournament is starting later in that day. As now only 4 conestants remain. Lukas, Lina, Nazhmet and Alex. The coliseum was starting to fill up fast! Lina.Lukas and Nazhemt were celebrities. They all had fans...But Alex was not there. But his presence did not matter since none of the audience was rooting for him. All morning the 3 met with fans and the other people who had entered the tournament. As the crowd died down and began to head to the seats at the Coliseum, Lina pulls Lukas aside. "Lukas? Do you really think we can beat him? Can we stop him?" Lukas turned to Lina and softly said " I don't know.... I really don't. But one of us will have to stop him." The realazation of what is going on hit the 3 of them. As they knew only one of them would face off against Alex. They could only pray to the Gods for the stregnth to defeat Alex. One hour left until the final matches are to be fought. Lina, Lukas and Nazhmet are in their quarters going over their final spells. Making sure that they are prepared for the possibility which faces them. The bell rings true. It's sound is heard throught the stadium, it's now time for them to head into the center of the arena. The 4 of them stand in a line and face the judges. The men in the robes life the Sword of feat and famine into the air saying " Today is the day we find out who is worthy of this weapon, a weapon of pure power, crafted by the gods themselves. Warriors? Prepare yourself!" The Arena is silent.The first 2 names are called Lina and Lukas! Both of their hearts drop. They became friends during this time. And now? They will face each other in combat. Alex refuses to look at his Nephew as he just walks away. Nazhmet gives Lina a hug and wishes her the best in this fight. Lina and Lukas stand nearly 15 feet away from each other. Lina knows what Lukas is good at. And that's lightning attacks. So if she could just put enough distance between them both she might be ok.... or so she thought. Lukas went in hard and fast! Lightning appeard on his hand and feet. He threw 2 lightning bolts at Lina! She dodged them! But during this dodge she let Lukas get too close to her! 1 punch to her face a 2nd uppercut to her chin, a 3rd knee to her chest and a kick to her stomach puts Lina down on the ground faster than anything before! Lukas stands over Lina saying "Come on Lina! remember what this is for! Show me what ya got!" Lina shakes off the blows and sends a vampiric shadow spell at lukas! He "negates the spell easily!" But Lina doesn't give up! She throws more spells at Lukas. And Lukas counters them again. The audience is going wild! This fight is spectacular! But...... Lukas runs out of counterspells and Lina lands the final blow on Lukas which knocks him out of the circle. Lina jumps for joy! She can't believe that she won! She runs to Lukas and helps him up. The judges announce her victory loudly " LINA IS THE WINNER!" Tears roll down Linas face and she says " Come here you little shit! Lukas! You gave me one hell of a fight! You are more than welcome to be among my people anytime!" Lukas hugs Lina in return for her kind words. Lina screams loudly in the arena " I MAY HAVE WON. BUT LET'S HEAR IT FOR LUKAS THE HERO OF THE LOST CHILDREN!" And just like before the children chanted Lukes name. With that fight over with. there was one more that needed to be fought. One before the true final battle. Alex and Nazhemt would face off. But this would be a fight like no other. Now Nazhmet had fought in many battles in his life. But for this fight? He was scared, very scared. Alex had killed every person he had fought here. No other contestant in this tournament had killed anyone. Alex was the only one to kill. It seems he killed out of anger and frustration. As they both stood in the circle Nazhmet saw the evil in Alexs eyes. There was something there that he couldn't place. Before the battle begins Alex says to Nazhmet " Surrender now and I will let you live." But Nazhmet shook his head no! And the fight was on. Nazhmet Lunges at Alex summoning other dark elf vampires with him. And again alex easily removes the dark elves until there is only Nazhmet standing. Alex stands in place as to taunt Nazhmet. Without any thought Nazhmet charges at Alex with full speed holding his spear! Alex quickly summons his "sword of war and peace" and throws it into the air. As the sword flies in the air above their heads, one his Alexs angels catches the sword in it's hands! It's the ever famous Crypt Angel! An angel of pure black mana! As the Angel catches the sword she strikes down upon Nazhmet cutting his head off! Alex walks up to the decapitated head and picks is up by his hair and throws it at Lina saying "Give up now! Or face the same fate as your brother!" GIVE UP NOW!" Lina is in shock! She breaks down in front of everyone. Now hatred ran through her! Alex had slain her older brother! Alex had killed her partners in this tournament. She was out for vengeance!
Still the 3rd day the last battle would not happen until two more hours. The torches are lit! The sky is clear! The time is near! The final battle is almost here. But something odd has just happened. The crowd refused to sit behind Alex. So they filled up the stadium on the side of Lina! The crowd showed their loyalty to Lina! While impressive this was nothing! Because what would happen next would strike fear into the hearts of everyone! As Lina stepped in the circle of the Arena, the crowd cheered loudly for her. But when Alex walked in? There was a Lunar eclipse. The judges knew what this meant and they could not ignore it saying to everyone loudly " It seems the sky has shown us whos side they're on." Lina is breathing heavily she now rethinks even coming here. The eclipse could only mean one thing. The Gods are on his side not hers. And without the referee starting the fight! Alex and Lina rush each other! AS their swords clash together it creates a blinding light that turns the darkness into day light for a split second. Lina stabs Alex in his leg! he falls to the ground! Lina rushes him to kill him! But Alex vanishes into thin air! Alex flies on by in a magical display like a spirit and he strikes her! but only a small cut to her cheek. Again Alex strikes again cutting her stomach. As Alex come around for the 3rd strike Lina summons the "Loxodon Warhammer" and slams it right into Alex which nearly knocks him out of the circle! She summons vampires, dragons, Fiends and Zombies at her side! there are at least 25 of them all together! With her black magic she raises Alex off the ground! grabs his head and screams " It's time to feast!" Just as Lina is about to sink her teeth into Alex to devour his blood, Alex uses a spell that most have only heard of... Damnation. All the hordes of monsters Lina had summoned were killed instantly! A large black sphere had appeared and exploded! Body parts rained down in the Arena! And Lina lies on the ground breathing her final breaths of air. Lukas, Hermione, Katya, Draco, Harry, Alyona and jennifer watch in horror! It's already over. Alex had won. Jennifer reached into her pocket and pulled out a small "spark reader." it was beeping like crazy and she didn't understand why. Jennifer pointed it in the dircetion of Alex and said " OH MY GOD YOU GUYS!" She is stuttering! she can't get what she wants to say out of her mouth. Alyona loudly says "What Jenn? What is it?" Jenn just screams " Just look! I can't believe what were gonna see here" As Alex walks to Lina he begins to change.... transform. He is now no longer Alex, he is now ASHIOK! THE USHER OF NIGHTMARES!" What jennifer had told them in her lab came true. Ashiok grabs Lina by her head and says " YOUR FATHER WAS RIGHT! YOU DO NOT DESERVE THIS SWORD. IF YOU WILL NOT GIVE IT TO ME I WILL TAKE IT BY FORCE!" Just like he did to Laura he did to Lina but with one major difference. He did not kill Lina. Alex had used his black magic to extract the sword from her mind! A foul kind of magic to be used! As the sword of fire and ice was now in his hands. But as soon as Ashiok grabbed the sword he turned back into Alex. Lina crying and still on the floor says " Why? Why do this? Do you have no care for anyone or anything?" Alex does not answer. He walks up to the judges and they give him the sword. He had won, and everyone was upset. But there was nothing they could do. He won it fair and square. Now Alex has 6 of the 10 swords. He opens a portal and yells to everyone before entering " HOW DARE ANY OF YOU THINK YOU COULD FACE ME! MY POWER IS ABSOLUTE!" Lukas, Hermione, Harry, Draco, Alyona and Katya run to Lina and pick her up. Katya begins to use her magical spells to heal Lina. She recovers fast from Katyas healing spells. Lukas realizes that they only have a few seconds before that portal closes. So he uses his teleportation spell to send them through the portal! Now on the other side of the portal they notice this place looks too familiar. "Of course!" Alyona shouts. this is the where it all started. Alex turns to them and tells them all "You just don't listen do ya?" Alex begins to run towards the center of the realm so that he may place the swords in the stone center. The chase is on! Lukas, Hermione, Harry, Draco, Alyona ,Katya and Lina chase Alex with weapons and wands at the ready! Alex summons two "Phantasmal Bears" at them. But Draco casts his expelliarmus on each bear killing them both with ease! Now Alex is very mad! He begins to create the illusion that the ground is opening up before them! First, Alex creates small holes in the ground. The 7 jump over these with no problem. But Alex just creates bigger sinkholes! finally Alex creates one so big that they don't think they can jump over it. Hermione pulls out her wand and yells "wingardium leviosa!" Lukas, Harry, Alyona,Lina, Draco , Katya and Lina get to the other side. But as soon as Hermione jumps into the air, Alex flies over to her and slams her into the ground! The rest finally see that the sinkholes were just illusions! But just like before..... Hermione would suffer a fate worse than death itself! Alex grabs Hermione by her hair and begins to pour an evil magic into her mind!Hermione screams so horrifically "HELP ME PLEASE!" She is no longer the Hermione they once knew. She is now a slave to Alex and will do his bidding! Hermione stands up with red eyes and her hair as dark as midnight! The evil magic that flows through Alex now flows through Hermione! Alex Whispers into Hermiones ear " Kill them all for me now!" Hermione rushes towards her husband Draco! Screaming " I'LL KILL YOU DRACO! AND I'LL KILL YOU TOO POTTER!! COME HERE!" The rage and evil inside of her is an absolute nightmare! Alyona tries to stop her! But hermione is too strong! Hermione takes her wand and points it at Alyona and says "Cruciatus Curse!" But not a moment later Lukas casts his counterspell on Hermione stoping her curse from harming Alyona! Lukas helps Alyona up and says " Everyone take care of Hermione! Remove the curse from her! I'll deal with my uncle!" Lukas summons his "Lightning Dragon" and jumps on it's back and flies towards his uncle at full speed with his Lightning Axe in hand! Of course Alex sees this and says to himself "AHHHHH Finally a worthy opponent!" Just before Lukas reaches Alex he jumps off his dragon and throws his axe at his uncle! But Alex moves out of the way too quickly! Lukas sends a plethora of lightning spells at his uncle! But Alex counters them all! It's a clasic battle between Darknesss and Light. But Lukas gets the upper hand. Alex Anticipates a move by Lukas inccorectly and Lukas lands a blow on his uncle that knocks him to the ground. Mean while Harry,Alyona,Katya,Lina and Draco are having a real hard time dealing with Hermione. She not only has her own spells; but the dark magic spells that Alex also has. She is an unstoppable force. Katya standing in the back healing the group from Hermiones attacks remembers a spell she learned from Alex's brother Auston...."Naturalize" Katya yells as she directs the spell at Hermione. The curse is broken! Hermione is freed. But still they have to stop Alex and he's getting closer and closer. It's all in now or nothing! The 7 cast their largest creature spells at Alex in the hopes to stop him. Harry casts his Patrounus spell summoning a Deer, Hermione also casts hers summoning an Otter,Draco follows suit and summons forth an Ebon Dragon! Katya summons her Thorn Elemental, Lina summons her Urborg Lhurgoyf, Alyona summons her Sun Titan and finally Lukas casts his "Experimental Overload" creating a massive Electric humanoid creature! The large creatures run towards Alex screaming there war cries! Alex begins to laugh as he wonders why they didn't learn their lesson from before? When he fought Lina. Alex casts his Aetherize spell which immediately disperses the creatures from existence! A large wave of pur magical energy knocks down all of the 7 heroes. It's too late. Alex has reached the center. Now since there are only 3 holes in the stone , tries each of the 6 swords he has until he finds his match. The 7 heroes lay on the ground in pain and saddend about their failure. The sword of body and mind,Light and shadow, and the sword of hearth and home fit perfectly in the center. The wall opens up and reveal a golden staircase. A figure is standing on top of the stairs. They are completely made of a golden light. They walk slowly down the staircase. Who was it? None other than the love of his life "Natalia." Alyona gasps " Oh my God! I can't believe it!" They all look at her in shock! Alex begins to breath heavily. For it had been 7 years since he's seen her beautiful face. Natalia speaks to Alex saying " Why? Why did you do this? Why did you kill so many people? Why did you hurt the ones you love? I gave my life for you because I thought you were more valuable than me! You were always so kind to everyone and so generous to them! And I died in vain for you! You've disgraced me Alex! You do not love me! I WILL NOT RETURN TO LIFE FOR YOU! You'd know this was not the way I wanted to see you! A blood trail! Was this all really worth it Alex? TELL ME WAS IT WORTH IT?!" Alex weeping and wiping the tears from his face says to Natalia "Yes... my life without you is meaningless. You are my everything. You always were. Even in death my heart is true to you." Natalia looks back up the staircase. It appears she is listening to someone. Natalia nods her head yes and says "Yes, I accept." Natalia walks into the realm leaving the golden staircase. The gods return her to life. They run into each others arms; crying hugging and kissing each other. 7 long damn years! And it was all erased. They finally came together. This hit everyone else real hard. Despite what Alex did to achieve this? They saw the power of love. The love he had for his wife. Draco grabs Hermiones hand. The Gods ascend from the Staircase! All 3 of them surround everyone. "Alex? Natalia has accepted our offer to return to life. But in order for you to stay with her? You must also accept our terms." Alex asks the gods "What are your terms." The Gods get on their knees to better talk to Alex and say to him "There is a threat, a threat you all have faced before. It is here on Earth as we speak,they're in a slumber. You and Natalia are not allowed to return until you find a way to save this world. There is a way. We will not tell you both where to go. But there is a way. Do you accept?" Alex looking back at everyone else asks the gods " Can I say goodbye to them all first?" The Gods agree. " I will not apologize for my actions to you all. I told you what I was going to do. Alex took his most prized possession and gave it to his nephew Lukas... The Sword of War and Peace. He presents the sword to Lukas saying "Take this sword and wait for the right time. Those kids called you "Hero of the lost children for a reason. I want you to lead the others when the time comes Lukas. You were born to be a great planeswalker. Do not worry, we will return." Lukas crying accepts the sword as Alex and Natalia walk away. But before they both leave to find the help that the Gods require; Alex has a one request of the gods. Alex speaks to the gods saying " I have but one request of you all can you do this?" The gods agree to his request and they dissapear. Alex says loudly " Gods of old? Bless my Nephew Lukas with the courage to lead, bless him with compassion, and let him show others love and care for those who do not have it. May he bring light into the lives of others who only know darkness. May his heart help and heal all who need it. Make him a worthy man not only to you, myself, and his Father and Mother. May today he no longer be known as the Hero of the lost children, May Lukas be known as "Lukas Champion of the light." As Alex and Natalia begin to walk through the portal the Gods have presented to them, Lukas yells at Natalia saying " Natalia?! What do you mean you let my Uncle live? What happened? Tell me! Tell me now!" Natalia turns around towards Lukas and waves her hands in front of him which glow white and blue. Natalia and Alex walk through and just as the portal closes images appear on that wall. It begins to show just what happened that very day..........
A group of Demons and Ogres had found Natalia and captured her! They began to rip her clothes off of her as they were in search of something. One of the Ogres says to Natalia " DO NOT FOOL WITH US HUMAN! GIVE US THE HALO!" Natalia crying says to the Ogre " I..I have nothing! I'm a muggle! I have no idea what you're talking about! Please let me go! Please!" The Ogres insist! "Do not tell us lies Natalia! You have it and it is time to give it back!" But again Natalia denied knowing anything. Just then the leader of this group appeared none other than Angrath! The evil Minotaur speaks " Natalia, you knew what you were getting into. Yet you still deny as if nothing happened. Give it to us or die!" Natalia weeping says softly "he will save me. He will come here and kill you all. Let me go." None to sooner her husband Alex shows up with the Sword of war and peace in his hand. The shock on Angraths face! Now it all made sense to him. Why she would give the halo up. Alex simply says to Angrath ' Let her go or face a power you've only dreamt of!" Alex and Angrath are locked in a battle! Alex summons 2 Illusory angels and asks one of them to free Natalia and bring her to saftey and for the other to slay the ogres. Natalia could only watch Alex fight for her. She was too weak from being tortured by the ogre to assist in this fight. Natalia watched as Alex and Angrath charged at each other with full speed! They both pierce each other in the heart and fall to the ground. Natalia runs to her husband screaming " ALEX! NO! PLEASE GOD NO!" Alex laying in a pool of his own blood and the dagger still in his heart. She lays next to him holding his dead body in her arms. Natalia sobs very hard and rubs his face. She then says to him " Alex? I have always loved you. You cannot die. You are needed by people. Your heart is to kind and generous. You've given so much to people that needed it. No! No I refuse to accept your death! Please forgive me......" Natalia takes her hand and places it over his heart where the dagger is. Her hand glows with magical power. She kisses Alex on the forehead and falls back dead. The spell she casted transffered the dagger from his heart to hers. Moments later Alex is brought back to life only to find that in his arms is the lifeless body of Natalia. As they all watch the events play out they see in that very moment how Alex turned so evil. They saw the black mana enter his soul! The fire in his eyes. The death of his wife brought upon such an evil that could not be stopped no matter what. They had now fully known what fueled his power. But..............
Back in Hong Kong Xuanye pays Jennifer a visit. He's holding a briefcase in his hand. He casualy walks up to Jennifer and puts the briefcase down on the table where she's eating her lunch in the lab. With a mouth full of food she says " Could you be more rude? What's in the case?" Xuanye replies " Oh, something you've wanted for a long time." Jennifer asks Xuanye to open the case. In it are 3 small vials of black liquid. Jennifer almost chokes on her food! What the.... Jennifer says. Xuanye explains himself telling Jennifer " This oil was on the Swords Alex has. It's 100% pure Phyrexian oil.... Now about the price." Jennifer asks how much as she stuff her face full of food. "20 million dollars Jennifer and I want it in 1 hour." Jennifer scoffs at his price. But Xuanye shakes his fingers at her saying " I think 20 million is enough. That is unless you want the world to know what you have down in this companies restriced area?" Jennifer is freaked out! She accepts the 20 million dollar deal and grabs the vials and runs to the nearst elevator. Nearly 80 feet below the company head quarters in Hong Kong is a secret facility that Jennifer has been funding since found this techonlogical miracle...... Jennifer screams at everyone in the lab " EVERYONE GET THE FUCK OUT NOW!" Everyone startled leaves the room. As Jennifer make sure everyone is gone and she uncovers this.... thing..... Elesh Norn! Holding the vials up to Elesh Norn as she is in her "Stasis Pod" Jennifer exlcaims "Hail Phyrexia!"

Alyona and the Shadowspear
It's a rainy day in London today. It's cold and dark outside. The sound of raindrops can be heard as they hit Alyonas windows. Alyona doesn't want to get up this morning. But today is Saturday and it's her first day off. She needs to get chores done today. She lies in bed comfortably still wrapped in blankets. “Ugh! Why can't I be rich enough to hire a house elf or a maid?” Alyona says to herself as she forces herself to get out of bed. Her Loft is fairly modern looking. With hardwood floors of a dark wood color the rest of her house is painted a white with some darker green colors. On the left side of her bed is a large window that overlooks London. She can see Tower Bridge in the distance. She gets out of bed and and stares out the window for a moment. She then makes her way to her kitchen where she is preparing to make herself breakfast. She starts up her cappuccino machine and puts a bagel in the toaster. Her small kitchen table is a bit of a mess. Her laptop and a lot of paperwork from the museum are all over! She swiftly takes all the papers and makes a pile of them and sets them on the edge of the kitchen table. On her laptop she sees an incoming email from her boss at the Museum. The alert says “ Urgent! Please read immediately!” But Alyona doesn't open the email. Her boss always sends the staff these emails! But they're never about anything rather important anyway. Most of the emails are about new artifacts they'll be receiving or a new event that caters to the ultra rich who love expensive old items. Now that her bagel and cappuccino is ready, she begins to eat and drink as she watches videos online. After about fifteen minutes Alyona decided to take a shower. She heads to the bathroom and prepares to start her day. She's about to jump in the shower when she realized that she has forgotten her phone on her nightstand near her bed! She tells herself “Ehh, I can be without my phone for a bit.” Now finished with her shower she heads back to where her bed is and gets dressed. She puts on a black turtle neck and blue skinny jeans. She ties her hair in a pony tail and grabs her phone on the nightstand. She sees five missed calls from her boss. “ Huh.... I wonder what's going on. Maybe he butt dialed me or something?” She tells her self laughing a bit. She calls her boss as fast as she can. “ Hello? Alyona? I have no time to talk or explain. I need you to come down to the museum as fast as you can. I called everyone else, they're on their way too. I'll see you when you get here.” Her boss says then hanging up quickly. The Museum wasn't that far away from her Loft. It's about a good ten minute walk. London was always one of her favorite cities so walking wasn't a problem at all! Even if it was raining. As she gets closer to the Museum she sees it the road leading to the Museum blocked off! The police are everywhere and even the Boros Legion is there too! “ What the hell is going on? The military too?” Alyona says to herself as she gets more concerned. She sees her boss named Buho in the sea of people. Buho is an Owl from the realm of Zendikar, how now lives on earth working as the head director of the London Magical Artifact Museum. Buho and Alyona greet each other and Buho says “ We'll talk once we get inside but let's wait for Hermione to get here.” As Alyona looks around she cant believe her eyes! Whatever has happened is very serious. Just then Hermione shows up. Her husband Malfoy drops her off and gives Hermione a kiss before she leaves the car. As all three are together they head into the museums cafeteria where the rest of the staff is gathered. Buho says loudly “ Can I have everyone's attention please? Good! Sadly we've had a theft here. The shadowspear has been stolen. Now, we dont know who or why it was stolen. But the police are here. The Muggle police and the Ministry of Relics are here to investigate this crime. Please help them with any questions they may have about the spear or anything else they want to know. So I ask that you all stay here until they're done with their questioning and everything else.” The cafeteria fills with a commotion! Hermione and Alyona are work partners. Their job at the museum is fairly easy: To write articles and do as much research on the items they receive so that museum guests can have a background story on all the of the artifacts.
Alyona and Hermione sit and wait for this to be done with. They're getting bored and time is just passing them by. But their boredom would soon be over. Two detectives approach them. They introduce themelves “ Hello, I'm Brian Meloni of the London Police and this is Alastor Moody, he's working with the Misitry of Relics. We have some questions to ask you two if you don't mind.” Alyona and Hermione nod their heads yes as Brian and Alastor sit down with them. Alastor starts to speak saying “ I know we just sat down, but, could you take us to the area where the Spear was being displayed?” Alyona says “Sure” and takes them to the equipment area of the museum. The spear was displayed in a glass case that was hung on the wall. It was supposed to be theft proof. The best the museum could buy in magical spells to prevent theft and muggle technology was used too. Brain turn to Hermione and says “ This is one odd case! Tell me Herminone and Alyona? How is it possible to steal a spear so protected?” Hermione chuckles saying “ It's not possible sir. We even had criminals from the jail come here and try to steal it.. under police supervision of course and even still the best thieves couldn't get the spear from the case.” The four of them stare at the empty case wondering how this could have happened . As they stood there looking at the case about five men came along and took the display case off the wall. Alastor tells them “ Lads? Take that down to cleaning room here in the museum.” Other police officers and detectives are everywhere using magical spells and dusting for fingerprints in an attempt to find any proof or evidence of who has done this. Alyona phone rings and she answers “ Uh hello? Alex?! Oh my God! How are you?!” she says. Alex replies “ I'm fine Alyona! I'm in London now, I have a concert there in a week. I figured I come down here early to see you and spend time with you my old friend.” Alyona is so happy! She replies back “ Yeah! Sure! I won't be home soon though, but I'll call you or head down to the hotel you're staying at. Just send me the address.” Alyona hangs up the phone and Hermione says to her “ Hmph! Alex huh? This surely isn't a coincidence. Now this offended Alyona. “Damn it Hermione! Just because you don't like him doesn't mean you have to say stupid shit like that about him! He's my friend!” Brian and Alastor stand there and ask Hermione what she meant by “ This isn't a coincidence.” Hermione tells them “ Alex? Do you not know him? That famous guitarist who came out and told everyone he was once part of the Dimir Shadow Guild? Don't you think it's odd that he's here and the spear is missing? I bet he's the one that stole it too!” Alyona yells at the top of her lungs “ HERMIONE? SHUT THE FUCK UP! YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HIM! SHUT UP!” Brian goes up to Alyona and puts his hand on her back to try and calm her down. Rubbing her back he says “Well let's not say things that we don't know are true. And right now? There's no way it was him or anyone in the Shadow guild.” Hermione answers saying “Well let's see here. A former Dimir member which by the way is filled with thieves and the like is here in London and we have a missing item. That doesn't seem odd to you both at all?” Alastor pacing the room says “ Not odd at all Hermione. You see this theft has none of the calling cards of a Dimir member. And isn't Alex already a highly accomplished wizard? I'm sure the spells he knows far exceed the spear itself. I've been doing this job for twenty-five years and I'm pretty sure I know what I'm talking about.” Hermione has a disappointing look on her face. She figured they would at least agree with her. But the two detectives didn't see eye to with her. Brian says to Alyona and Hermione “ Why don't you two go back home, get some rest don;t worry about this. We can handle this. If we need you? We'll call for you ok?” Alyona and Herminone nod their heads yes and leave the museum. Alyona begins walking back home and calls Alex again. Alex tells her that he's at the Strixhaven Auditorium practicing his music and he'd love for her to come and see him practice. Alyona tells Alex she'll be there in a few hours. She has things to do before seeing him. Now Alex has always played a show at the Stixhaven Auditorium. Hermione knew this as Alex never played anywhere else. So instead of going home, Hermione decided to sneak around at the Auditorium and find Alex and what he's up to.
Hermione now at the Auditorium casts an invisibility spell on herself. And begins to walk around quietly. There she sees Alex on the stage all by himself. He takes his right hand and makes a summon motion! He calls forth an Illusory Angel! Even though Hermione didn't like Alex, she admired his spells. The Illusory angel was no exception. This angel was an Illusion and just as powerful as most summoned angels. She sits and watched the interaction of the angel and Alex for a bit. The angel flies down to Alex and Alex asks his angel “What weapon do you want today? The Sword, War Hammer or the spear? The angel speaks with a gentle yet commanding voice that filled the auditorium saying “ give me the spear.” And to Hermiones surprise Alex called forth the Shadowspear! Now she knew who has stolen this magical item! And she has proof! She runs out of the auditorium as fast as she can! As soon as she's out side she calls Buho and tells him to tell the police to send everyone to the Auditorium now! Within minutes the police are there, but Brian and Alastar are not with any of them. The police ask Hermione why they were asked to come to the Auditorium. Hermione tells them that Alex has the spear and that she just saw him give it to one of his angels! The Police rush inside with guns and wands drawn! They Surround Alex and ask for him to hand over the spear. Alex asks the angel to show them the spear. And they immediately arrest Alex for theft of the spear! Alex put up no fight and gave them the spear without saying a word. Now this really confused Hermione. “ Why would he not put up a fight? He could have easily fought them all off.” she says to herself. As Hermione walks home she begins to think about the spear and why Alex would steal it? At the same time Alyona tries to call Alex but no answer. She doesn't know her friend is in jail for the spear. But Alyona doesn't think nothing of it. Of course it's a bit strange he didn't pick up his phone, but it didn't worry her so much as she knows how busy his life can be being a rockstar. So Alyona finishes up her chores and shopping and heads home to get some dinner and a good night sleep.
The weekend passed by fast. She never got a call from Brian or Alastor about anything. But she wasn't too concerned as she was very busy with her own affairs. But now it's Monday morning and she heads to work just like any other day. Alyona heads down to the lower parts of the museum and sees the forensics teams trying to figure everything out. Brian and Alastor show up an hour later and begin to question others that work at the museum. Hermione never said anything to Alyona at all. She kept what had happened from her best friend as she knew that it would put a lot of strain on their friendship. But no matter how much Hermione wanted to hide the truth from Alyona, the truth was going to come out. As the work day ended for Herminone and Alyona, Brian and Alastor called them both down to the cleaning room which was in the basement of the museum. Without hesitation Alastor says “ Hermione you had the wrong man arrested! Alex didn't steal the spear.” Alyona with a shocked look on her face angrily looks at Hermione. Herimone says in a panic “ Wha.. what do you mean? I saw him with the spear! The spear that's right there on that table!” Brian points to the spear saying “ Our forensics teams both muggle and magical analyzed the spear. This is not the same spear the museum had, it's an entirely different one.” Now Herminoe feels bad real bad. But still she can't understand. The spear was said to have been the only one in existence when the museum had gotten it. Herminoe can barely get a word out of her mouth and she can only say “ Explain.”Alastor picks up the spear and says “ This spear here has one major difference from the one that was originally here. The original one had some sort of magical dust on it. Our investigators said it's from Gods that were slain with this spear. But the spear I'm holding? It has the blood of nearly every living creature on it. And this spear is heavily used too. It's not a duplicate either. Our team analyzed the materials and they're an exact match. So we have an innocent man in jail and we now know there are two spears instead of only one.” Alyona crying asks where Alex is being held. Brian tells Alyona he's at the Local police station being held and awaiting trial. “Ahh Alyona, don't worry. He's innocent and Alastor and I are going there now to tell them what we all just found out. You're both more than welcome to come with us if you wish.” Brian tells Alyona calmly.
The four get to the police station and Alyona asks to see Alex immediately. The police allow Alyona and Hermione to see him. Alyona crying runs to Alex and hugs him saying she's so sorry for what has happened. But something isn't right. Alex looks distraught. He takes Alyonas hands and holds them so lovingly saying “ I need you to go to my home in downtown Chicago and get a letter and hand deliver it to someone. But take this card I have here.” Alex hands Alyona very pretty membership card saying “ Go to the Horseguards hotel here in London and show this to the Concierge. They'll take care of everything you need in order to do what I ask of you ok?” Alyona wiping her tears says with a crackling voice “what do you need me to do Alex?” Alex whispers in her ear “ Go to my home in Downtown Chicago and find a binder that says “invasion” in that binder is a letter and on that letter are instructions on what to do with that letter and how to deliver it. I love you my friend. Please do this for me.” Alyona kisses Alex on the cheek and says her goodbyes. As she leaves the jail cell area Brian and Alastor are waiting for her and Hermione. “ Uhh can we talk to you both outside please?” Alastor says. The four walk out to the large parking lot at the police station. Brian and Alastor looking around before they speak say “Get this girls, we've been pulled off the investigation. We went to tell them about how your friend is innocent but they wouldn't hear it. I don't know what's going on but it seems like someone high up wants Alex in prison for good. But there's something else too we found out. The investigative team opened the case which held the original shadowspear and there was some kind of black oil on it. Also this oil was found on security cameras too. The team said this oil is unlike anything they've ever seen. Under a microscope there are small nanobots. Nanobots are robots on a cellular sized level. I told them to keep samples with them and not to turn them all over. We need to get the truth out that your friend is innocent! I refuse to let an innocent man be punished for a crime he did not commit.”
Alyona and Hermione take a taxi cab to the Hotel. This hotel is beautiful and old! Rooms here are at the lowest of $300 a night and the most nearly $1,100 per night. The two head to the front desk and as for the concierge. The concierge shows up expediently and asks them what they both need. Alyona pulls the card from her purse and gives it to the elf. The elf bows and says “ right this way ladies!” The elf takes them to Alex's room. “What in the actual....” they both say to each other. This isn't a hotel room. This is a suite! They both walk around the suite saying “this place is bigger than my own home!” It is very beautifully decorated with a vintage modern look and feel to the room. Amazed by it's look Alyona almost forgets why she's even here. Snapping her fingers she calls to the concierge saying “Oh so my friend Alex, he wants us to go to his home in Chicago? Told us you can help us with that?” The elf replies “Sure thing I can. I'll get you both first class tickets for tomorrow morning, does that sound good? I'll also have our chef bring you the finest meals for you dinner today too!”
Alyona and Hermione did what Alex told them. They went to his home in Chicago and started looking for a folder with the name "Invasion". Hermione looks at Alyona and says: "Wow! Flying by plane is an unforgettable experience! You Muggles really have interesting ways to travel!" Alyona laughs a little and reaches into her purse to get the keys to Alex's apartment. The exterior of the apartment is made in charcoal gray, and the windows are made of frosted glass. The front door is very black, with an angel carved on it. It's been at least two years since Alyona visited Alex in Chicago. She has always loved this American city. Always so lively, energetic and modern. When Alyona opens the door, Hermione gasps from the interior of the Apartment.The walls are painted bright orange, and the chairs, tables, countertops and appliances are either completely black or dark gray. "Okay, so we need to find this folder." Hermione says. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a dining room, a living room and a kitchen. They see serval bookcases in the living room, but none of them have bindings. They both reluctantly go to the other rooms. It wasn't that they were afraid, it had more to do with privacy than anything else. After all, these were his bedrooms. But the door to one room was wide open. When they both went inside, they noticed that the room was actually an office. There was a desktop, a laptop, and bookshelves hung on one wall. "ah! I found the folders!" Alyona says excitedly. They both hurriedly start reading the labels on the bindings. Then Alyona sees the one they are looking for. She opens the folder and, of course, on the first page there is the letter Alex was talking about. Inside the book it is written: "open and close the door to this room three times, and the portal will open for Aldorius." Without hesitation, Hermione goes to the office door, opens and closes it three times. And indeed, the doorway glowed with a soft white light! Alyona turns to Hermione and says: "Are you ready?" Hermione nods her head in the affirmative, and they both pass through the portal. Instantly they are inside the forest. In front of them is a beautiful fountain with water, and they notice that they are in the middle of a stone arch. A path made of stones winds through the forest. They can't believe their eyes! It's a beautiful forest. The leaves and grass are perfectly green. Flowers and other plants look great. They walk for about 45 minutes until they see a big white wall. The stone path is still going on. The closer they get to that wall, the bigger it gets. Erminon and Alyona reach the end of the forest, and here it is! Massive alabaster wall. They will need another couple of minutes of walking to get to the gate. They cross a small bridge spanning the moat surrounding the wall. As soon as they cross the bridge, they see a massive gate with two doors, and on both sides there are two large statues of birds with a height of 3.05 meters. The statues are dressed in chain mail armor and hold swords that point down into the ground. Both had almost reached the gate when all hell broke loose! A loud horn sound is heard! Immediately at the top of the tower are archers who point their bows at the two girls. The girls also notice on the very corners of the walls of the tower with ballistas, which also aimed at them. Alyona and Hermione are getting ready to pull out their wands to protect themselves. The gates close their doors and the bird statue comes to life. Both grab their swords and go to intercept Alyona and Hermione! These two big birds are standing in front of them, and the first one starts talking, saying, "Are you both not from this world?! Who are you and why are you here? Answer before we send you to the grave!" Alyona calmly replies: "I have come to deliver this letter to the Queen of Aldorius. This is a letter from my friend Alex." Alyona takes a letter out of her pocket and hands it to the big bird. The bird takes the letter and recognizes the blue wax seal on the back. This letter was indeed from Alex! The bird then waves to the archers and the watchtower, telling them that these two women pose no threat to the kingdom. The first bird says, "My name is Charlie, and this is my sister Archa, we are both from the so-called Aven race that lives here on Aldridge. We will take you inside the walls of the kingdom, once you are there, you will be accompanied by centurions, who will then take you to the queen. Her palace is almost 1 km away from this place. Both Charlie and Archa return to their place in front of the gate. Just at this moment, four centaurs appear. Two women and two men. Four centaurs surround Alyona and Hermione. This is not done to threaten them, but to protect them, because they are outsiders. Centaurs are dressed in leather armor decorated with gold and green flowers, and each of them holds magic staffs.The Kingdom of Aldorius is beautiful! A white marble path leads directly to the palace! On both sides of the path are street vendors selling everything from meat, candy and magic potions! This kingdom was very well maintained and very beautiful, it seemed straight out of a fairy tale. The leading Centaur introduces himself with the words: "My name is Cleo, I am the commander of 42 infantry here in Aldorius! Get on top of us! We'll drop you off at the Ziggurat. When they go to the Ziggurat, many inhabitants of the kingdom begin to pay attention to Alyona and Hermione. They give them gifts in the form of sweets and precious stones. Finally they reach the Ziggurat. It is destroyed just like the pyramids on earth! But this ziggurat is made of white marble and decorated with emeralds and gold. When they come in, it's nothing short of amazing. The inside of this Ziggurat is suitable for any king and queen! Servants are everywhere! The floor is polished to a mirror shine. The sweet fragrance of incense fills a large room with beautiful sofas and handmade carpets. A human woman is standing in front of them. She is wearing a dark blue dress embroidered with silver. There's a ring on almost every finger of hers. Her hair is a beautiful dark brown, long and loose. She wears glasses and has a beautiful smile. She turns to Alyona and Hermione and greets them: "Hello! My name is Katya, I am the queen of the Kingdom, welcome!" All three shake hands, and after introducing each other, Alyona gives the letter to Katya. Katya takes the letter and is filled with anger! Both Alyona and Hermione see it in her eyes. Screaming at the top of her voice and with tears in her eyes, Katya says: "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO MY FRIEND? Alyona whispers to Hermione : "Tell her" Hermione takes a deep breath and explains what happened to Alex. "In short. Alex was falsely arrested for stealing an item known as the Shadow Spear. We are both working to free him. But he asked us to give you this letter." Katya wipes tears from her eyes. "please sit down," Katya says to both of them. The three of them sit down in the center of the room. The servants approach Katya and ask her, as well as the new guests, if they need anything. Katya says: "Bring me something to eat, please." The servants quickly run off to the kitchen to prepare food for their queen. Katya starts saying, "Who would put Alex in jail for such a crime? He has everything he wanted! He's one of the most powerful Magicians I've ever seen! Why? Why did this happen?" Now they both know the truth. That Hermione was the one who got him arrested. But they both kept silent about it. Because they were afraid that Katya would punish them both for what happened to Alex. Erminone says, "We were just told to give you this letter, nothing more." Katya opens the letter and begins to read it. Katya snaps her fingers, and a Dryad runs up to her. Speaking in the language of the ancestors, the Dryad bows her head and leaves. Just at this moment, one of her servants brings her hot tea and puts it on the table in front of her. Katya takes a sip of tea and says to Alyona and Hermione: "I'll tell you a story. So make yourself comfortable." Alyona and Hermione nod their heads in the affirmative in response. Katya gets up and starts telling her story
The story
Katya stood up and began to speak. "There was once a great war. It happened many year ago. Monsters of flesh and metal came though a portal and began to burn the very forest you both seen as you came to this Kingdom. My father had lead an army of soldiers who fought these things! We were at our wits end. Centaurs, Dryads, Humans and Avens were dying at an alarming rate. We knew we would lose this war. But then something so mysterious happened. Another portal appears in the distance. The light it gave off was a beautiful blue. You ever seen the blue in a fire? This was the portals color. A man had come through dressed very oddly. Both sides stopped and looked in awe at who this was. They say time never stops. But it sure felt like time stopped then. The man looked at me and gave me a warm smile. Hey then went up to my father and said to him " I am here seeking a particular spell. i wish to obtain this knowledge. In return I will give you what you ask for no matter how big the price. Now, I am not so sure as what he asked my father. But whatever it was my father did not want to give this strange man what he has asked for. So my father asked for the impossible. He asked the man to end this war now! To end it before his eyes as my father wished to see this for himself. And only then will he give the man what he has asked for. The man turned his back to my father telling everyone to close their eyes. But none of us did. The man then raises his arms and on his palms came forth this black smoke which then turned into skulls! The sky turned to black and then the sound of screams were heard. And then a Erie silence came over. My father dropped to his knees asking the man why he killed everything? And that the deal was off because he killed his soldiers and the natural life in the forest. I began to cry as I saw the absolute destruction of my kingdom before me. but the man knelled before me and wiped my tears from my face. He took a ring from his finger and placed it on my finger telling me that the ring will grant me any wish i wanted as long as it was in good faith and to never ask the ring for evil or anything immoral. Now i was just a young little girl then when I met this man. After he had given me the ring he went to my father. And from a pouch the man had he had given my father two medallions. One made of a large pearl and the other a large Emerald. The man promised to return to our kingdom to repair the forest he had killed. This man you know as you best friend Alex."
Katya then sits down back in her chair and says " I do not know why anyone would believe he would steal a spear? If he could kill everything in his path, why would he need a spear? Alyona replies " well he had one so..." Katya then stands up she takes her right arm and extends it. A bunch of vines and flowers begin to wrap her forearm. And what do you think appears? A Shadowspear! Alyona and Hermionie are shocked and speechless! Katya then says to them "follow me I have something to show you both." Alyona and Hermionie follow Katya up the spiral staircase to the top of the Ziggurat. Katya points to the forest and says " Do you see these trees? On your world you call them weeping willows, do you see them?" Alyona nods her head yes. Katya continues " Each was once a Dryad. As the Dryads die they return to the soil and become these trees. The larger the tree the more knowledge that dryad had in them. But the largest one is Alrodian. She is the maker of our world. We also call her the World Tree. I will take you to her. She can help you with what you seek.
Katya takes Hermione and Alyona down to the ground floor of the Ziggurat. Katya snaps her fingers and two young humans come to her side. "Hello my eager cadets!" she says happily and proudly. "Go and fetch us three Regal Unicorns from the stables please. I am taking our guests to see the World Tree." The two eager cadets salute Katya and off they go with haste to get what she's asked for. The food Katya had asked for his now ready and sits on a large dinner table in the middle of the Ziggurat. Katya asks Alyona and Hermione to sit and eat with her. On the table is a feast! They do not know of the food this world has. But it smells and looks wonderful. As the three sit down others within the Zigggurat also take their seats at the table. As everyone else begins to eat Katya starts to explain what each platter of food has on it. Katya points to a large silver platter in the middle of the table and says "Oh so this is Wumpus meat. On your realm earth it tastes like lamb." She then point at these four large glass containers saying "This is Peach juice which Im sure you know already. Oh Alex brought these for us. Peaches don’t grow here in Aldorius. So we harvest them here and since we have perfect weather here, we can grow them year round." Katya breifly explains the rest of the food and the three begin to eat. Alyona and Hermionie are amazed at the taste of the Wumpus! " It really does taste like lamb." Alyona says to Katya. They all sit and eat for about an hour. Conversing and talking about their friend Alex. No sooner than they were done with their meal came the two cadets that were sent out to get the Unicorns. No matter on what realm you're on Unicorns are still majestic beasts and are always treated as such. These Unicorn were some of the most beautiful Alyona and Hermionie have ever seen. The Unicorns are a pure white and thee horn is polished to perfection. These animals were very well taken care of. Katya turns to Alyona nd Hermione and says " Before we go we need to get you into some different clothes." Katya leads them to the private bath area of the Ziggurat. As she opens the door to the bathing rooms she says " Clean up and wear the clothes provided for you in each of your rooms. I'll have our tailor bring you some hand made bags so you can put the clothes you have on now in them." As the two finish their baths they put the clothes that Katya had given them on. Odd... they think to themselves. Their clothing reminds them of ancient Greek times. The clothes given to them match their color alignment. Alyona wearing a white and blue tunic and cloak. Where Hermionie wore a White and red. They come out of the bathing rooms and sit down near Katya. Immediately groomers had come to come their hair and add other jewelry to the two girls. "ahhh you girls look exactly like you come from Theros!" Katya says to them. The three of them mount the Unicorns and Katya thanks the two cadets for their help saying " take the rest of the day off! Also take as much food as you both want back home to your families! Thank you again my cadets." The eager cadets smile and are filled with joy. Their Queen Katya was always so giving and kind to all the people in the kingdom. They now make there way through the thick forest of Aldorius. The trees so green it isunbelievable! they even pass the peach trees which seems to go on for miles and miles! For a world without technology they are very amazed to see how self sufficient they are. They see proper irrigation to their crops and so forth. They ride for about twenty minutes until the reach the World Tree.
They dismount the Unicorns and begin to approach the World Tree. "Hello Katya!" the World Tree says to her. " I see you've brought the earthen people to me? Come closer so that I may see them better." Alyona and Hermionie walk right up to the tree and also return the hello to the Tree. "I know why you are here" says Aldorious "So I will make this quick as time is short. Behind me is a cave to the Underworld. It is the only way to get to Theros from here. Please, each of you take a golden fruit from my branches. Give this to the ferry spirit inside the cave. This is needed for anyone who travels to the underworld who is not from Aldorious." Hermionie asks " Is there another way to get to Theros from Aldorious?" The tree replies "No, there is not." The two girls look puzzled and ask why this is the only way. The World Tree responds "Our world is not like most worlds. We do not have crime of any kind. We understand what life means here. To respect others regardless of who they are or their opinions. My kingdom is pure and because of that any from my Kingdom can pass to theros without the need to pay the ferry spirit. Now I must be honest with you. I can only guarantee your passage to Theros from this cave. I cannot guarantee your return back here. For this you will need special coins. I know why you're both here. I tell you this. The mystery of the Shadowspear lies on the realm of Theros. Now go too much time has passed." Katya walks alyona and Hermione to the cave. But before they go in Katya gives them two small pouches made of leather. "inside of these pouches are a candy we call Rubis. If you eat it you will be able to understand any language spoken no matter where you are. Also as you speak now? your spoken language will come out as the language that is being spoken in that realm. You wont notice anything, You'll speak English just as normal but it will come out sounding different to everyone else." Alyona and Hermione hug Katya and give her many thanks telling her "They will try their hardest to free their friend Alex for her."
The cave to the Underworld of Theros is something not for the feint of heart. It's dark and damp. The air inside the cave is rather cool and a slight smell of mold fills the air. As the two walk further into the cave, there is a large cliff that drops off in to nothingness. Well this sucks!" Alyona says aloud. The Airship then magically appears out of nowhere. It is rather old, the wear and tear on this ship shows that this thing has seen better days. The Ferry spirit stands with his hand extended awaiting payment to cross. The two girls hand over the fruit they've gotten from the World Tree back in Aldorious. The airship flies through the Underworld. On the left and right sides they can see how far the Underworld goes down. Each level of the underworld is carved out of sides of the rock in side the cave. "Unbelievable! This must be at least eight stories high!" Hermionie says to Alyona. They walk to the stern of the ship and look over the railing. What do they see? Fire and lava. They see the wicked being punished for their crimes. Suerly a place no one would want to visit. But luckily they're just passing through. They finally reach the end of the underworld. Theros is waiting for them on the other side. As soon as both girls get off the Airship, it vanishes into thin air. As they begin to walk out of the underworld they can see the light from the other side. It's not long before they reach Theros! Finally exiting the cave they look back towards the inside of the cave. But it is no longer there! The cave entrance has sealed itself and they do not know any spells to open it nor any other way to open the cave entrance to return to Aldorious. Now the girls are very distraught! With no way back to Aldorious things just got worse for them. HErminoie reminds Alyona for them to eat the candy that was given to them by Katya. They both eat of it and begin to walk in to the capital city of Theros. As they get closer to the city limits they can see large Temples dedicated to the Gods of Theross such as Heliod, Nylea and Thassa. Parthenon and Acropolis are also seen. Now this world was vastly different than Aldorious. There were way more buildings and many more people here. Unlike Aldorious there was no shops on the outside. Every person selling something had their own building. Satyrs, Elves, Minotaur, Humans and Centaur too lived here. Alyona and HErmione are astonished! Theros looks exactly like ancient Greece. Maybe this was their alternate universe of some sorts? A young Satyr is yelling " COME WATCH THE FIGHTS IN THE GRAND COLISEUM! PLACE YOUR BETS! EAT GOOD! HAVE THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE!" Just then a Sayers walks buy hauling a wagon saying "Need weapons? Equipment?! I have the best in all of Theros!" AH HA! This was the moment they both were looking for! They walk up to the Centaur and begin to look at his armor and weapons. But they don't see it. They don't see the Shadowspear. Herminonie asks " Could you tell me where one might find the Shadowspear?" The Satyr replies " Just up that mountain. You see that small cottage? A Husband and wife live there. They are Sages and have been around for ages. If anyone knows where to get the spear? It's them. For a fee I could take you there myself if you'd like?" The both have no known currency of Theros but Alyona was very cunning. She knew a replication spell. This spell could copy anything,but, she needed to have the item in her possession in order to copy the item. Alyona told the Satyr that they would not be needing the help just yet. But soon enough. Thinking quickly she sees an altar to the god Heliod. On this altar people have left many things. Some have left food, pots, clothing and of course coins and gems. Alyona looked around carefully before picking up one of the coins. She swiftly picks it up and chants her replicate spell very quietly. The larger bag that was given to her by Katya fills with these coins. The weight is very heavy indeed! They both then return to the Satyr and ask him to take them up to the cottage of which he had told them of. Alyona opens up her bag and gives a handful of these coins to the Satyr. "Well oh my! This is more than enough young ladies! I shall provide you the best of service and the most comfortable ride up that mountain." The satyr drops his smaller wagon that carried his wares and went to retrieve a large passenger wagon. "Please! Climb inside! only the best for someone as generous as you two!" The Satyr then hooks up a Pegasus to the Wagon and off they go to the Cottage atop the Mountain. Hermionie waits until theyre outside the city limits before she starts asking the Satyr questions. "Excuse me what's your name?" Hermionie asks politely. The Satyr replies "Sergey the best weapons merchant out there!" Hermionie counties talking saying "Can you give us a little more detail on this couple?" The saytr stops the wagon and hops into the passenger area. He casts a spell that holds on to the reigns and control the Pegasus on the ground so that they may continue to travel up the mountain. Sergey tells them " No one knows much about them actually. Other than that if you say the wrong thing you will pay for it with your life. Why would you two want to go there for anyway? The shadowspear isn't worth it." Alyona leans forward and asks "there's another way to get the spear? or?" Sergey lets out a small chuckle and says "They would ask you for all of your money to the the spear. And if you didnt give it all to them? Then you can forget about living. But You girls seem nice and I wouldn't take you to that spot. And besides the cottage is probably safer. Not by much though, but you'll have a better chance than dealing with a bunch of greedy clerics who run a Temple." Nightfall has now come and they are finally at their destination. The Satyr wishes them good luck on their journey and he rides back down the mountain. The cottage looks like something right out of a fairy tales they both read as children. The cottage is made of stones and there are windows with no glass. Black cats and other small animals roam free. The door to the cottage is open and the two enter.Inside the cottage is a large cauldron bubbling away. Old furniture and salamanders in small metal cages. The place is not dirty, it just looks creepy as hell! There stands the old woman who is all by herself. She says in her cackling voice "Hello my lovely ladies! what do you seek?" Alyona says "Information on the Shadowspear. Where can we get one?" MMMMMM the old woman says "My name is Bogbrew and what you ask is simple. The spear was a weapon of the Planeswalker Elspeth. The spear she got from her nightmares as she saw it in the hands of the God Heliod. She then used it to slay the Gods themselves! But you saw those foolish people still worshiping those gods didn't you? That's because theyre all worms! The refuse to believe that Elspeth had done such a thing! And now the clerics of each God make hoards of money off the backs of the clueless people! Now Im sure Sergey the Satyr told you that you can buy one yes? Well there's another way. it's called the trial of fears. One must go to the underworld and face their fears head on. if you succeed? You are awarded the spear. If not? Then you will spend eternity there as a punishment for seeking a weapon that does not need to be wielded!" Alyona then asks Bogbrew " So there's no set trial?" Bogbrew screams " NO! HAVE YE NOT LISTENED TO ME? The trial is about what you fear the most! That could be anything!" Bogbrew then paces around her cauldron and reaches for a salamander. Herminone then speaks to Bogbrew and says "I know a person who has the spear. Maybe you know who it is? I want to know how he obtained it?" Bogbrew begins stirring the contents of this cauldron.a sweet foul smell fills their nostrils. " What is his name?' Bogbrew asks. " His name is Alex and he is not from this world." YOU STUPID WOMEN! YOU ARE FRIENDS WITH THAT MONSTER? THAT EVIL HUMAN?! HOW DARE YOU MENTION HIS NAME!" hemonie replies to Bogbrew. Alyona with tears in her eyes takes her bag with the coins and dumps nearly all of them out onto a table and yells at Bogbrew "tell us what you know now!" Bogbrew sits in a chair near the cauldron still stirring away and says to them both "This man is pure evil he made a deal with Ashiok a thing of nightmares too. This thing is able to take anyone's nightmares and fear and make them into reality. The deal they made? Ashiok would take Alex to the Phyrexia so that he could find the magic needed to resurrect his wife Natalia. Alex was once married to a beautiful woman named Natalia. They were married for six earthen years. Until she was tragically killed in an accident. I believe this scarred his soul for the rest of his days. Alex traveled to nearly every realm to find magic to bring her back. But all refused or did not have the proper magic. So his journey led him to Phyrexia. There he made a deal with a man called yagmoth the father of machines as he is called. The deal was simply this " Alex would forever be his slave and be sent out to conquer worlds in the name of yawgmoth. The second? To obtain and give yawgmoth the ring of Aladdin. As Yawgmoth already has the lamp and bottle of Suleiman. Yawgmoth order alex to take a third of his army to Aldorious and kill all living things so that they may consume the realm for their own needs. Alex sent the Phyrexians first before he went through his own portal. But it seemed as if love and kindness shown this day. The Queen of Aldorious was just young and being prepared to be married to another man. Alex saw her face and to him she looked just like his wife. So Alex betrayed yawgmoth and killed the army which was sent to aldorious. Now how alex got the spear? As soon as he asked for the ability to cast it? they gave it to him? why? Alex is now living the fear he has always had. The fear of living alone with no love. The one woman he loved so much and gave his life to was no longer alive. I always wondered what has happened to that man." Alyona crying says to Bogbrew " he's in prison for being accused of stealing the spear from where we come from." Bogbrew stands up and says "Well he is innocent of course of this crime.But if you ask me? Let him rot in that prison! Keep such wickedness away!" Hermione consoling Alyona says to Bogbrew "Can you tell us who has the shadowspear?" Bogbrew goes to the table with all of the salamanders in cages and takes one out. She throws the small animal into her cauldron! The heat of the large pot instantly cooks the little creature on the spot. She then reaches for a small spice jar which is labled "Powder of unicorn horn" and throws a small amount of it into the cauldron. Just then an image appears. Thy call can see a man sitting on a very odd looking throne. Bogbrew exclaims "Do you know who that man is ladies? That's the father of machines himself! Yawgmoth! Now be quiet and pay attention!" All three of them stand silently while the watch and listen to what they are seeing in the cauldron.
Yawgmoth yells "TSABO TAVOC?! REPORT AT ONCE!" Tsabo Tavoc was once an ordinary female human. But she was captured by the Phyrexians and turned into a hellish monster! She had the upper body of any normal human female. But it was the rest of her which was horrible! Where her legs once where are now mechanical spider legs and an abodmen of a spider! She also has four arms. Her head is bald and her skin is grey. Tsabo approches Yawgmoth and bows before her master saying " what is your command?" Yawgmoth still sitting in his throne says " What news do you have for me Tsabo?" Tsabo stands up striaght and replies " My plan has worked flawlessly! I sent six of my best rogues disguised as humans to earth. They stole the shadowspear. But it seems revenge was in order too my Lord! For the Humans of earth has blamed our betrayer! Alex Zeypher of the Dimir Shadow Guild! He currently sits in one of their prisons awaiting to be prosecuted for this crime!" Tsabo lets out an evil laugh. Yawgmoth has an evil grin on his face and says "Tsabo? How long for us to forge the spear ourselves and hand them out in mass quantity?" Tsabo a bit afraid to give the answer tells Yawgmoth the wrong amount of time. As equipping the entire force would take 10,000 of their years. " 4,200 years my lord and we can prepare for our assaults!" Ywagmoth stands up and says "Take only 3,000 years. 4,200 is too long. Then, take those who have the weapon back to Aldoruis and finish the job Alex did not do for us! We need the resources and Aldorius is our next place to conquer!" Yawgmoth walks down farther in the room he's in. And there it is.... Bogbrew, Alyona, and Hermionie see what no one should ever lay eyes upon! Thousands upon thousands of Phyrexian soldiers! All in formation, standing perfectly still! These creatures that are half flesh and machine! Abominations! Pheyrexian Scutas, Battleflies, Crusaders, Colossus, Dreadnoughts,Hulks and many many more types all lined up and being preped for war!
The image they watched in the cauldron now fades away. Alyona crying harder says " Herminoie! We have to get back to Aldorious now! We dont know how much time we'll have left!" Bogbrew walks over to a chest she has in her house and begins to rummage through it. "Hmmmm ah ha!" Bogbrew takes a few items from the chest and hands them to the girls saying " This little box is known as a time searcher. Of course on every world time moves differently. But this little device calculates how much time pass between where you and the place you so desire to know. So example: 1,000 years on Phyrexia is six months here on Theros. But you will need to go to Aldorius to find the proper calculation for they world." Alyona nods her head in thanks to Bogbrew. Bogbrew then tells them of the other items she has given them. They are two stone runes. " This one with the tree is a portal Aldorius, the second is to be used for where ever you like. Just break them and off you go. But for the one with no emblem? You must say and visualize where you want to go." Again the girls give their thanks to Bogbrew. Alyona turns to Herminoe and says "You go back to earth and get everyone you can and head to Aldorius. I'll go to aldorius now and warn Katya." Bogbrew laughs and says " Foolish girl! You have only one stone of each how can one of you possibly go to Aldorius after returning to earth?" "Hmph" Alyona says and then casts her replicate spell on the stone runes saying " like this Bogbrew" Bogbrew is impressed! She had been bested by these two young girls she says to them "Ahh finally two girls who have outsmarted me! Wonderful! While I do not like your friend Alex, I hope you all can stop that invasion! Because the Phyrexians wont stop there. They will devour all worlds to achive their goal!
Alyona and Hermione know that they don't have much time so they quickly say their goodbyes to each other and prepare for what lies ahead. Hermione takes her rune, breaks it and says “ London England! And off she goes! Back to earth. Alyona takes the rune for Aldorius and prepares to break it. But before she does she says to Bogbrew “ Thank you may our paths cross again on a better note.” Bogbrew smiles at Alyona replying “In time young lady, in time. Farewell my new friend from earth!” Alyona then breaks her rune and is teleported to Aldorius. Alyona arrives in the Ziggurat, but it is silent inside. Fires are lit and nothing is going on. She looks out one of the windows to see that it is night time and figures everyone is asleep. She runs to the main doorway of the Ziggurat and calls upon one of the Centuar guards saying“Excuse me Cleoo? Is that you? I need you to wake up Katya, this is really important.” Cleoo recognizes Alyona and runs into the Ziggurat to find Katya. Moments later Katya comes down stairs from her room half asleep saying “ Alyona? What is it? Could this not wait until morning?” Alyona shakes her head no and answers Katya back “Katya, please listen to me. Alex was never here to save your world he was sent here to destroy it.” Katya is absolutely infuriated with what Alyona has just said! Screaming furiously at Alyona Katya yells “This is what you came here to tell me? Get the fuck out! Cleoo? Take this human out of her now! Get her the fuck out of my sight now!” Cleoo and two other Centaurs surround Alyona with their weapons drawn as they prepare to take her away. But Alyona pulls out her wand and pushes all three Centuars back away from her. Alyona then turns her wand towards Katya and says to her “Damn it Katya! Listen to me now! Let me finish!” Katya motions for the Centaurs to hold back and let Alyona speak. Alyona continues talking “Alex came here for a purpose. To destroy your world in the name of a man called Yawgmoth. He's the leader of these Phyrexians. Alex only sided with him because he wanted to bring his wife back from the grave. Yawgmoth made a deal with him. The first was to consume your world and then for Alex to give him the ring he always wanted the ring of Aladdin. But as Alex saw your face..... in his mind you resembled his wife and thus he changed his mind. This was why your world was sparred by him. You said he gave you a ring? The purple one you wear now? That's the ring Yawgmoth wants! But Yawgmoth doesn't know you have it. But once those Phyrexians come here they'll take your world and that ring too. They are coming here Katya and I;m here to warn you. I saw the old woman in the cottage on the mountain in Theros. She showed us what is being planned against your world through her cauldron.” Katya begins to cry and falls to the ground. She looks at the ring and says to Alyona “Alex told me he lost his wife and yes he has told me i do look like her. But... I never knew... I ... I never knew why he was here until now.” Just then an older man comes from one of the rooms saying “ why does my beautiful daughter cry.” Katya stands up and embraces her father crying over what she was just told by Alyona. Katya still sobbing tells her father “ Daddy? They're coming back! The Phyrexians are coming back!” Katyas father walks up to Cleoo the leader of the Centaur guard and says “I will now execute order 4561. I am relieving my daughter of her royal duties! prepare the armies immediately!.” Katya just stands there in shock not knowing what to think or do. This war will cost many lives as the first one has. Katyas father walks up to Alyona and says “ Alyona? Take my daughter from here please! Take her to your world immediately! She must be saved. She is the seed for our world take her and the ring and keep them safe. We will stay here and fight as long as we can. Better for my kingdom to fall than for my own daughter to be killed by these monsters!” Katyas father opens a portal back to Alex's house again saying “Please hurry take her with you now!” Alyona grabs Katyas hand and begins to pull her through the portal. Katya screaming back at her father “ DADDY! NO! I CAN'T LEAVE YOU HERE! LET ME GO ALYONA! I HAVE TO STAY AND FIGHT! LET ME GO! NOOOOO!” But it was too late Alyona pulls her through and the both are back in Chicago in Alex's house. Katya takes her hand and slaps Alyona right across the face screaming “ I FUCKING HATE YOU ALYONA! YOU TOOK ME FROM MY FAMILY! I WILL NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN! THE PHYREXIANS ARE GOING TO KILL THEM ALL AND YOU KNOW IT! I FUCKING HATE YOU!” Alyona is obviously saddned too. This is not what she wanted, but she needs to fix what has just happened. As Katya cries in the room another voice can be heard. “ Uhh hello? Who's here?” Alyona walks out of the room and sees Lukas, the newphew of Alex. Lukas is only eleven years old and has been going to Strixhaven in the USA for the past five years. He's a child prodigy; the top of his class and the top of the youth group of Izzet in the entire city of Chicago. Alyona hugs Lukas and says “ How are ya little dude?” Lukas replies “ I'm ok. I'm here to feed my uncles cat and play some games on his computer. How is he doing? I havent heard from him since he left.” Alyona wasn't going to lie to Lukas but she didn't know what to tell him exactly. But she figured the truth is the best way. “Come inside the office Lukas I want to introduce you to someone.” Lukas enters the room and sees Katya. He laughs and says “ Who her? I know her! That's Katya from Aldoriuos! I've been there a few times with my uncle.” Katya immediately recognizes Lukas and with a big smile on her face runs to Lukas and hugs him.” Lukas is a bit worried. He sees that Katya is crying and the look on Alyonas face isn't exactly great, so, he asks “ What's going on?” Alyona takes a deep breath and replies “Lukas stay calm ok? Listen to me and don't freak out, promise me?” Lukas agrees even though he's a bit scared of what he might be told. Alyona tells Lukas “Alex is in prison back in London. He was falsely accused of stealing a Shadowspear. But I have a plan. We're goning to get him out and we're gonna go back to Aldorius and help Katya and her kingdom fight off the Phyrexians. I want you to go with us to London to get your uncle and help us in this war.” Lukas was calm but worried about his uncle he looks at Katya and says to them both “ Ok! But I need to get something from this room first.” Alyona and Katya look puzzled as to what Lukas is going to get. Lukas walks to the wall of the room and chants a magical word and the wall opens to uncover a very well concealed closet! He grabs something his uncle bought him, an Izzet power suit. It stores mana and electricity! So he can easily throw lightning bolts and shocks! “let me put this on and then we can get moving'” Lukas runs to the bathroom and changes into his power suit!”
Now Alyona has a problem, a huge one. She has only one rune and cannot duplicate it again. So this means she is unable to go to London through a portal. She makes the decision to keep her last rune and use it to go to Aldorius. She asks Lukas how far there are from his favorite hotel called “The Palmer House” Lukas replies “ Oh uhh it's about thirty minutes from here if we drive.” Alyona goes up to Katya and says “ Im sorry Katya. But I am going to make this right! Now stop crying! We have work to do! We're gonna go get Alex out and get our asses back to your world to help them fight this war!” Lukas says “Whoa! Whoa um why can't we just have Katya open a portal to her kingdom?” Katya replies “ I can't Lukas. I've been crying too much, when we cry too much it drains our mana. My magical abilities are worthless right no but I should be ok in a couple of hours. Alyona now has an even more difficult choice to make. Should they just go to the Palmer or break the last rune and head to London now. Alyona makes her choice and grabs Alex's car keys and takes everyone with her to the parking garage. Now this is the first time Katya has been to the earth realm. “Wow! What is this called again?” Katya asks as she sees a car for the first time in her life. Lukas answers “This is a car and we uses these to take us places.” Katya is amazed at this technology and wonders what it would be like to have one on her world. The drive to the hotel is quiet and not a word from any of the three are spoken. As they pull up to the Hotel a valet man opens the doors and takes the keys as he instantly recognizes the car and the young boy. “ Good Afternoon Lukas sir” The valet worker says. Lukas says hello back and they all head into the hotel. Taking the same card Alex had given her before she again shows it to the concierge. But this time they take her down stairs to the basement of the hotel. The concierge says to all three “ Have you been here before?” They all shake their heads no. “ahh” exclaims the concierge well let me explain this to you then “This is what we call the hallway of worlds. It is both magical and technological. On each side of this hallway are doors that will take you to anywhere you so wish. But do not open the door right away. You must type on the touch screen what city of the world you are going to and the door way will take you to the desired place. Good luck to you all” As the three walk down the hallway they first begin to see doors labeled by each country on earth, it's alphabetical too. After a few minuteds of walking they see the door that is needed the “United Kingdom.” Lukas walks up to the door and types in London on the touch screen. He opens the door and there it is! They see London right before their eyes and all three walk through. They get to London and all three immediately go to the Police station. But it's late at night and no one is at the front desk. So they begin to sneak around and try to find Alex. As they go through the hallway where the jail cells are , they see alex with a bunk buddy. Lukas can hardly believe his eyes. “ No way bro! This is so suspicious!” With his uncle he sees the famed evil wizard known as 'Witherbloom” he was imprisoned for 2,000 years for his crimes against the treefolk. Alyona takes out her wand and breaks the jail cell open. She tells Alex and Witherbloom of the impending attack on aldorious. They now all escape the jail with Witherbloom and Alex. They stop in the basketball courts of the prison and Alyona takes out her last rune and prepares to break it. Witherbloom says “Wait! I will turn myself into a dragon! Alyona climb aboard! Katya? I will summon you a Pegasus and Alex I will give you Angelic wings!
Now Hermione was already in Aldorian. She had brought help with her! The first group of people were Brian Meloni and a team of about twenty men armed with assualt rifles, grenades and rocket launchers! Brian's team were on the left side of the Kingdom walls fighting the Phyrexians. The second group of help was Alatsor Moody! He had brought with him Professor Snape, Sirius Black and Professor McGonagall! All four were on top of the wall with the Femeref Archers and the Ballista towers. They not only casted their spells from a distance at the Phyrexians, but helped the Archers and Towers by giving their arrow magical explosive tips. Hermione was with the third group.They were on the right side of the Kingdom walls. Fighting at her side was Harry Potter, Draco Malfoy, Ginny Weasly and Ron Weasly! Katyas father was in the center with his army of Centaurs, Dryads and other Humans as they fought in hand to hand combat against the Phyrexians. Surprising to them all, they were actually holding the Phyrexians off and doing a damn good job of it too! Slowly but surely the Phyrexian army began to deteriorate. This angered Tsabo Tavoc! She takes her staff and smashes it into the ground screaming “ ENOUGH!” Four other extremely powerful Phyrexians have now been summoned! The first is Atraxa it's an Angel Horror! Made of Green,white,Blue and black magic. This Angel serves as the voice to all Praetors. The second Phyrexian to be summoned is known as “Sheoldred, Whispering one. With a similar look to Tsabo, this praetor kills any with a single touch and is made entirely of black magic! The Third is the most hideous of them all! It is Elesh Norn! Made of White magic, this Phyrexian grants the rest of the Phyrexian army more stregnth while weakening everyone else.S Elesh is white with a blood red color to her body and a large face mask that come down nearly to its elbows. The fourth and final Phyrexian is the ultimate and classic Phyrexian beast known as the Phyrexian colossus! Standing at 16 meters in height this Phyrexian is as bad as they get. It is one of the oldest Phyrexian creations and is entirely automated. A Self aware robtic killing machine! Katyas father looks away from the fight for a moment to see these four Phyrexians coming there way. The Aven Air force of birds is swooping down on the Phyrexians and picking them up with their talons! They take to to a high altitude before dropping them back to the ground on top of the other Phyrexians. But Atraxa had seen this! The angel flies towards the flight group of Avens! The angels easily slays the birds one by one! Charlie and Archa fly in to help knowing that they are most likely to die in this battle against the Angel. The tables have now turned against Aldorious.....
The fighting is brutal! Magical projectiles, arrows, bullets and rockets are flying everywhere! Both sides are taking heavy losses. Katyas father calls for a retreat inside the Kingdom walls. Each group slowly begins to fall back from their position. And just during the first war something strange has just happened. Two bright flashes accompanied with two large bangs were seen and heard! It was as if the sky had shattered. Hermione looks up and screams for joy! “LOOK IT'S ALYONA ON A DRAGON! AND SHE HAS KATYA, ALEX AND A YOUNG BOY WITH HER!” Everyone on the Aldorious side begins to cheer! Alyona holding a Moonsilver Spear directs the dragon to bring it's firey breath upon the Phyrexian army! While Katya flying on a Pegasus is being escorted by Lukas in his lightning power suit. They both fly to pull her father from the fight and fly him to safety. Just then Katya screams to Alex saying “ ALEX?! THAT EVIL ANGEL IS GOING TO KILL CHARLE AND ARCHA! SAVE THEM!” Alex flying with a pair of angel wings sees Atraxas and turns arounf to confront the Angel. Atraxa pulls out two Shadowspears and thrusts them at Alex stabbing him in his side! Atraxa still has Alex on the tip of one of it's spears and slams Alex into the ground! Alex quickly takes the spear out and the Samite healers begin to cure his would instantly! Alex waves his right hand in a circular motion saying “Sword of war and peace!” A beautiful sword with two blades . One blade is engulfed in a holy fire while the other blade is glowing a bright yellow. Atraxa swings both of it's spears at Alex! Alex counters by swinging his sword at the spears themselves. Cutting right through them both. With his right elbow Alex hits Atraxa in the head knocking the angel down. As Atraxa was falling down Alex grabs one of its wings with his left hand, and with his right slices the wing he had held right off of the angels back. Atraxa falls to the ground but quickly gets back up and charges at Alex. Again Alex taking his left hand grabs the Angel by the throat! Quickly releasing his left hand, he immediately thrusts his sword in to the bottom of Atraxas chin. The sword coming out the top of the angels skull! Alex again grabs Atraxas head from the back and pulls the head right off the angel! Atraxas lifeles body flops like a dead fish.
The fighting continues with everyone else. Alyona still on the Dragon is flying high above the battleground as they continue their aerial assault on the phyrexians. Katya and Lukas then have successfully pulled her father to saftey and are now on the wall with Alastor as they watch the battle unfold and the rest fall back to the Castle walls. Alastor takes his group of Snape, Mcgonagall, and Sirius to try and fight Sheoldred! The four fight bravely against this Praetor! But it seems they are getting no where. Sheoldred is getting closer and closer to the Kingdom walls! Katyas father asks his daughter and Lukas to help gather more of the innocent lives inside the walls and get them underground to safety. Katyas father has asked both Katya and Luka to not participate in the fight at all. But Lukas is getting pissed! He sees the Hogwarts professors struggling to take on the Praetor. Things get worse as the Sheoldred now has a small army of it's own Phyrexians. It wont be long before Alastor and the rest die at the hands of Sheoldred. Lukas cocks his head and says to the King “ Sorry bro! But I gotta save these so called Professors! No watch as I show you the true power of Izzet magic!”
Lukas jumps off the Kingdom wall! His landing is buffered by his suit which sends out an electrical charge and helps soften his landing. Lukas screaming loudly charges into battle! Alastor and the rest turn around to see a little 11 year old boy charging in the fight. Snape yells “what the.. Get back little....” But it's too late! Lukas begins to hurl lightning bolts and starts shocking the Phyrexian army that is around Sheoldred. The metal monsters fall to the ground without exploding at all as if they have been deactivated. Lukas concentrating his lightning on Sheoldred throws the, relentlessly at the Praetor! But there's still several of the smaller Phyrexian body guards around the Praetor! Lukas yells out “ Experimental Overload!” The professors are amazed at what they see next. The electrical power that was used to give life to the Phyrexian army came to life in the form of walking humanoid electrical beings! Every step these things took the shocked the ground sending electrical waves through the battlefield killing the other phyrexians soldiers near by. Lukas jumps into the air using his powersuit and his right hand is engulfed in electrical power! Coming back down to the ground he punches the praetor right in the face! Ripping half of his face off. The Praetor falls to the ground and Lukas calls forth a lightning storm which obliterates Sheoldred! Lukas sounding a bit cocky turns to the Hogwarts professors saying “Not bad for an 11 year old boy that goes to Strixhaven huh?” Snape replies “Not bad? Not bad? Within a few years I wouldn't be surprised if you had an offer to teach your Izzet to the students of Hogwarts! Nice job little boy!”
Two of the four major Phyrexians that were summoned by Tsabo are dead, that leaves only two more. The Colossus and Elesh Norn. The Colossus is getting closer and closer to the wall! Each step it takes is making small earthquakes. Brian, Katyas father and Hermione’s teams have successful defeated all the the other Phyrexians and now the last two begin their assualt. Alyona riding on Witherbloom flies towards the Colossus. Witherbloom says to Alyona “ Jump off me! I will take on the Colossus!” Alyona jumps off and is caught by Charlie who was near by. Witherbloom lands in front of the Colossus about 61 meters in front of her. She turns back into her human form. The Phyrexian Colossus speaks loudly and almost with a deafening silence says “WITHERBLOOM! COME MEET YOUR DOOM!” Witherblooms sends dark magic bolts towards the Colossus but they seem to have no effect on it! She turns back into the Dragon and flies towards the Colossus. Preparing her fiery breath the Colossus prepare for this and grabs a huge chunk of rock from the ground. It lifts it up to cover its face as it uses the rock to protect from the dragons breath. Witherbloom sprays the fire as hard as she can. But the Colossus is blocking the fire from reach itself. Witherbloom breaths even harder! This time smashing the rock in to a million pieces. The Colossus grabs the dragon by the face and throws it into the Kingdom wall. The wall still stands although heavy damage has been made to it. The Colossus starts to step on Witherbloom saying “why do you fight for these weak people?! We are true power you foolish old woman!” Witherbloom replies “Your evil and your kind has no place anywhere and I'll die if it stops you all.” Withbloom sacrifices herself to destroy the Colossus.
Now only one more stands Elesh Norn! Katyas father charges in too fast with his army! Brian, Alastor and Hermione and their teams follow them right to Elesh Norrn. With one pass of Elesh Norns hands she kills many of the Aldorius army. Brian's team firing everything they have at Elesh, while Hermione , Harry, Ginny, Ron and Draco cast their spells with their wands at Elesh. But Elesh grabs Katyas father! She is going to kill him! Alyona being carried by Archa is dropped right on top of Elesh Norn! Using her Moonsilver spear she plunges the spear right through the middle of Elesh splitting Elesh in half! Katyas father is saved. Katya runs up to Alyona crying and asks the ones who are helping her kingdom “Why? Why do you all risk your lives for my kindgom and my father? Why?” Alyona answers Katya saying “because no one deserves their home to be destroyed by anyone or anything.”
Alex steps forward and points to Tsabo Tavoc and says “ Tsabo is the only thing standing in the way. I ask that none of you get involved with her in battle, now get behind me.” Alex summons Ornithiopter, Illusory Angels, Eradicator Valkyries and a Crypt angel to his side. While Tasbo summons more phyrexian soldiers! The angels clash with the Phyrexian machines while Tsabo and Alex fight alone. Tsabo having a sword in each of her hands is swinging hard and fast at alex yelling “ You fight for this thing called love? The honor of this Natalia? You idiot! You will be buried with the rest of these silly Aldorians!” The rest watch in horror as they can do nothing as this fight rages on. But Alyona remembered the scroll alex had given her during his release from prison. She opens the scroll and chants the words written. And the might sword known as the Godsend falls at her feet. She picks it up and runs towards Tsabo. Alyona crying and screaming she lunges at Tsabo. Alex see Alyona nad tries to catch her before she reaches Tsabo. “No Alyona!” Alex catches Alyona but not before she throws the Godsend sword at Tsabo. The sword pierces Tsabos chest! Every other Phyrexian begins to turn white! They get brighter and brighter before they exploded with holy power! The war is over. No more Phyrexians are present. The rest of the groups run to Alex and Alyona and surround them both. Alex quickly gets up on his feet. But Alyona is there sitting on the ground resting from all the fighting. Katya with tears in her eyes thanks everyone for being so brave that they are always more than welcome to return to aldorious or even become a citizen of this kingdom. As now the war is over every says their goodbyes and now prepares to go home through their portals.Alyona gets up and hugs Katya telling her “ I'm glad to have met you. I am sorry for everything. I hope we can still be friends.” Katya crying says “of course! You saved my us all! Thank you my new friend!” Alex Kisses katya on the cheek and gives her father a strong hand shake. Her father saying “Your.” past does not define you to us; your actions here do! Thank you Alex.” Alex and Alyona stand for a moment smiling at Katya and her father. Alyona turns and kisses Alex saying “ well let's go back home so we can see your concert Alex!"

My favorite card in MTG. Back when this card came out. I traded three Birds of Paradise from 6th edition for one foil Crypt Angel (Which I still have today) was the best trade I made. I wonder why Wizards hasn’t made a new mono black angel?
