I’m a huge fan of today and truly believe that women are better leaders than us men. I want to add to the above. It’s going to sound unrelated at first but hear me out: In my 6th form and University years I used to train and rehabilitate dogs. I ran my own dog training, walking, grooming, dog chauffeuring and doggy day care company whilst studying business with finance. I read every dog book under the sun on dog psychology and their brain. It was then, that I quickly realised the real leaders in the packs were the females. The alpha male, could not be the alpha without the female. The better, stronger, more level headed, slower to anger, more secure and NATURAL born LEADERS were the females. Mainly the mothers. I later realised after working in a very corporate company and one of the largest companies in the world that that was also the case with our women!!!
