đ¤Only the Freaks Fall Like This I Part 3
Series Masterlist
Previous Part Here I Next Part Here
pairing: eddie munson x fem!reader
Genre: Not Slow burn, very much mutual pining that is resolved soooo fast you guys because they are a bit insane, 80s chaos-romance, canon divergence Fem!Reader is french for some reason (Iâm french, Iâm the reason, but itâs not a big thing in this I promise)
đ¤Synopsis : You were supposed to clock out, rewind a few tapes, and forget the day. Instead, you danced on the counter of the video store to Judas Priest like the world owed you a stage. Eddie Munson watched like heâd never seen gravity before. He came in asking for a Dio tape. He left with a bootleg, a racing heart, and a problem that sounded a lot like your name. A fanfic about ,late-night glances, forbidden tapes, and the freaks who fall too fast, too hard, and never quietly. Basically just two idiot teenagers going full speed into romance.đ
đ¤ Content Warning/Disclaimer : đź Mild language, smoldering tension, sarcastic banter, counter-dancing, Eddie Munson being dangerously charming. đ
đ Future chapters may contain mature themes. Youâve been warned, freaks. I don't know if i'll write smut yet...
Part 3: Knock Knock, Munsonâs Here
The music faded, the moment slowly unraveling like a frayed cassette ribbon, but the electricity clung to your skin.
You slid off the counter with a grin still blooming across your lips. Chaos had been released, the adrenaline ebbing into something softer â a satisfied ache behind your ribs. You turned toward the shelves, already organizing the scattered tapes, but your mind was still half inside the song.
Behind you, Robin let out a long sigh as she dropped another stack of plastic cases. âI swear, one day youâre gonna knock out the security camera with your boots.â
Steve just shook his head, his mop now more prop than tool. âYâknow,â he said, âfor someone so allegedly mysterious, you are the loudest damn person I know.â
âYeah, yeah,â you laughed, waving him off. âI just needed to let out some steam. Sorry, Dad.â
The air cooled. The night stretched its limbs. And thenâ
Tap. Tap. Tap.
The knock was soft but definite â like a question wearing boots.
You looked up. There, at the front window, stood Eddie Munson. And he was smiling.
That lopsided, sheepish, crooked half-smirk kind of smile â the one that makes you feel like youâre about to get away with something. His guitar case was slung over one shoulder, his other hand tucked nervously into his jacket pocket, and his hair⌠god, it looked like heâd just rolled out of a glam metal dream.
Your heart thudded in an unfamiliar way.
âI think I know that boy,â you said under your breath, before glancing at Steve.
He was already glaring toward the window like it had insulted his mother. âThe hell does he want?â
Robin elbowed him. âGo see what he wants, dingus.â
Steve scoffed. âYou go!â
But you were already walking.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Eddieâs heart was pounding. Stupid. Loud. Unreasonable.
He hadnât meant to knock. Heâd meant to walk away, tell himself heâd imagined it all â your dancing, your laugh, the way your eyes lit up when you mouthed those lyrics. But his feet had other plans. And now, here you were. Coming toward him.
When you opened the door, he forgot how to swallow.
âCan we help you?â you asked, leaning just slightly against the frame, brow raised like you already knew he had no excuse.
Eddie stared for a beat too long before blinking. âUh. Yeah.â He cleared his throat. Ran a hand through his hair. Made it worse. Somehow hotter.
âI was just⌠wondering if you had any Dio tapes.â
Inside, Steve groaned audibly. âSeriously, Munson? Dio?â
Robin popped her head around the display. âWhat, like filmed concerts? This is a video store, dingus.â
But Eddie didnât look away from you.
His eyes flicked across your face, then down â a quick, not-quite-subtle sweep. Not pervy. Just⌠stunned. Like he still couldnât believe you were real.
You crossed your arms, amused. âDio, huh?â
He nodded, grinning now. âThought Iâd check.â
Steve snorted. âYeah, because Dioâs the height of taste, Munson.â
You turned your head without missing a beat. âShut up, Harrington. You like Duran Duran. You have no right to judge anyoneâs musical taste.â
Eddie barked out a laugh. And just like that, the tension cracked open â easy, fast, natural. Like maybe youâd done this before in another life. Like maybe this night had always been waiting to happen.

living in the countryside reminds me of eddie. so, have the thoughts that graced me whilst relaxing tonight âĄ
warnings: fem!reader. r has boobs. just extreme fluff !! [0.3k].

Eyes focused, lips pursed, a sketchpad in his hand as the pencil scrapes in short strokes across the paper. His shirt was laying on the carpet, legs sprawled and crossed, decorated with dark hairs leading up to a striped blue pair of pyjama shorts. His hair was messy from the dayâs events, not yet brushed, a wild pattern of curls poking out in all different directions.
He was an artist, and you were his muse.
A book rested in your palms, short and delicate nails playing with the edges of the pages, eagering awaiting the forthcoming writings. His forearm was your headrest, your hair tickling the pale skin of his biceps as you drowned yourself in the depths of the tales. A black nightgown covered your body, the lace capturing the curves of your breasts, almost spilling out of the delicate fabric.
He didnât mind though. No lust could overtake the casual beauty of your being.
The sketchbook was littered in doodles, a complete inspiration of your character. Intricate butterflies, soft bunnies, beautiful daises. All chipping away slowly at the inner workings of your mind. His favourite thing about you.
There was no consistency, no end goal, just a reflection of your everlasting love. Like your romance, he didnât need a pattern, he just needed constant reminders of your beautiful essence.
The golden hues cascaded through the blinds, creating strokes of orange on the painted walls. The birds chirped peacefully, the leaves gently blowing in the wind, attached to their branches. The songbird accompained your tranquilty. Everything was peaceful, just as it should be. Just as it always is with your love.

Hi, I donât know if you take requests but i love your writing.
If youâd consider it could you please write a super fluffy fic of
âTelling Eddie youâre pregnant by giving him a tiny hellfire t-shirtâ
Super fluffy like tooth rotting fluff
xoxo
Hi honey! Itâs short but sweet, I havenât written in what feels like ages (3 months) hope you like it đŤŁ
Tw: pregnancy, flufffff, anxiety, more fluffffff
You canât tell if your stomach is in knots because you're nervous to tell him, or if it was the tiny human you were growing inside of you making you sick.
Your leg bounced as you bit your lip, staring at the gift bag you decked out in ribbon and tissue paper for your boyfriend.
This was the plan, so why were you so scared?
Youâve been trying a while, months have gone by without success, you wanted this so bad, it didnât feel real. Maybe the unexpected plus sign that brought you to your knees was wrong? What if you're getting your hopes up and something goes amiss?
Lost in thought you donât hear the lock click until the bight âHoney Iâm homeâ rings through your ears.
Eddieâs voice, usually a sense of calm, only had you swallowing your bile.
With a deep breath you answered with a soft, âHi baby.ââ
âWhat is this?â Eddie rounds the corner to see you sitting at the kitchen table with a gift bag subtly trembling in your hands.
âDid I miss something?â Eddieâs face looks of worry. âAnnaversary?â his brows crease.
âNo. no youâre okay.â you nervously laugh.
What if the test was wrongâŚ
âCan I ask what itâs for?â he takes a step closer, pecking your lips.
You shake your head and silently pass him the bag.
Eddie looked at you with curiosity before letting his eyes roam to the yellow and blue feather light bag in his hands.
With a smirk and a shake of his head, he tore open your delicate wrapping and pulled out a folded up piece of black and white cloth.
Setting down the bag, you watch as he uses both hands to unfold the small shirt you gifted him.
Holding it up to himself, the small Hellfire insignia was hardly big enough to cover his bellybutton.
âBaby, I think they mixed up the sizes.â He chuckles, clearly not getting it.
âNo baby they didnâtâ you stand stepping closer to him.
âWhat do yo-â he cuts himself off.
You can see the wheels turning in his head.
âNoâ he gasps in disbelief.
Your eyes well up, unable to help yourself as a smile breaks your face.
âYes.â You somehow manage to choke out.
âNoâ he shakes his head again, but you bring his hand to your tummy to confirm.
Eddie canât believe it. Months of disappointment, lead to a break of you trying. Still having sex, but without the pressure⌠and now, youâre growing a baby⌠his baby.
âEddie Iâm pregnantâ You let a single tear slip and Eddie truly thinks his heart is going to explode.
Immediately his arms are wrapped around you so tightly he is picking you up to spin you. Whoops, hollers, giggles, lip smacking and sniffles are filling the quiet space before he gently slides you back on your feet, afraid he might hurt you both.
Foreheads resting together, you watch Eddies beaming face.
âYouâre going to be a daddyâ you whisper, afraid if youâre any louder it might slip through your fingers.
Eddie canât help but lean in for a kiss, a kiss so tender, as if he might break you.
âYouâre going to be a mommyâ his voice cracks, chuckling with disbelief.
Slowly Eddie pull away to look down at the small balled up shirt in his fist. Looking at the tiny hellfire shirt in his hands he canât believe how small it is. How is something so precious to fit into something so meaningful for him.
You look and Eddie, his cinnamon eyes misted over. Your cheeks hurt from smiling so much the nausea completely forgotten.
âHow long have you been hiding this?â He questions.
âAll of 5 hoursâ you bite your lip, âit was torcherous.â
âI canât believe it.â Eddie smiles.
âMe neitherâ you slink your arms around the love of your life.
âWe are going to be a familyâ Eddie whispers into the top of your head. After a moment of soaking it in, you pull back to smile up at him
âWe sure are babyâ

Slight mature theme (mention of sex) so I'm putting 18+ just to be safe â¤ď¸
â¤ď¸
Part one Winter + Spring âď¸đź
Summer â¨âď¸
Summer arrives and with it comes the guilt and missing Eddie. Thoughts niggle at you when you're trying to relax or keep busy, you miss your friendship with Eddie and don't understand where everything went wrong.
Why was Eddie so against Matt?
Speaking of Matt, the two of you had gone on a few dates, but all you can think about is Eddie. It's not fair to Matt; he seems like a nice guy, and you push yourself to try with him.
On one of your dates to Family Video to pick up some movies Eddie is there with Dustin and Nancy for the usual Friday movie night. Of course, Eddie is stubborn and you're stubborn, so neither of you makes a move to say anything. All Eddie does is glare at Matt like he's some sort of upside-down hell creature.
Robin rolls her eyes at him and sings songs under her breath. It sounds a lot like she's saying Eddie is jealous, but that's completely ridiculous because he's with Chrissy, and why can he have a girlfriend but you can't date anyone? He was infuriating.
It doesn't stop the hollow feeling in your chest when you leave, you miss him, and if you just turned back for one second, then you'd see his sad face watching you go.
Not long after that you find out that Eddie was right from the start that Matt was a player. You see him on a date while you're out with Robin and Nancy for the day, and you can't believe you were so stupid.
You get out of the relationship super quickly and don't even look back when you walk away from Matt.
You so don't have time for shit like this.
Soon after you find out from Dustin that Chrissy and Eddie have broken up. Despite being mad at him you'd never have him face heartache alone.
So you arm yourself with Eddie's favourite candy and head to his new place. When you knock on the door he tells "Dustin, dude. I'm okay. Will you stop bugging me every minute kid. I'm fine"
"It's me, Ed," you answer back, and suddenly the door is wrenched open, and you're lifted off your feet into a bear hug.
"I missed you, so much princess" he mumbles into your hair and you melt into him, tears roll down your cheeks and you peer at him sadly.
"I'm so sorry Eddie, I heard about you and Chrissy too, I came straight here when I heard" he shakes his head and holds you close.
"Don't. Don't apologise, I was a dickhead, this was on me, I've been trying to find the right way to apologise for ages and honestly Chrissy and I broke up like two months ago. I just didn't want to say anything to Dustin or the gang straight away, that little shit hasn't left me alone since" he says this with a fond smile and your heart does a little flip, fuck. He was so sweet with Dustin and the kids.
"So is that why you were so grumpy about Matt?" you ask, curious, but don't understand why Eddie's cheeks go pink.
"Uh no. The break-up with Chrissy was pretty mutual, she kinda helped me realise something big..." He trails off but he's still blushing a little bit which is cute but you don't have a clue what he's talking about.
What did Chrissy help him realise? You mull over it but decide to figure it out another day.
"How is Matt?" It seems like he forces the words out and you sigh and cuddle close to him.
"Oh he's an asshole, you were right Eddie. He was a player, I'm sorry I didn't realise that when you said"
Eddie's scowling but you know he's not mad at you and he makes his feelings loud and clear.
"You're too good for him. He's a douchebag to two time you, doesn't know what an amazing lady he has princess" flushed at his praise you kiss his cheek.
You were here now with Eddie and you weren't letting anything come between your friendship again.
Autumn. đđ
Turns out you figure it out fairly quickly, even if it seems unbelievable to you. At first, you deny it because there's no way Eddie was falling for you. Absolutely no way.
But the signs are hard to ignore. He blushes when you're near, you've made him speechless twice, and Eddie has never been speechless or one to blush in his life. He's nervous, and while he's always a gentleman, you notice it a lot more in the little things he does for you.
When you're together, he wears aftershave, and one time he brings flowers he picked for you, he looked so sweet and bashful handing them over. It was so cute.
It gets to the point where the tension between you two is at breaking point and you can't deny it any longer. It's just who will make the first move.
Eddie is the one who steps up It's late and raining when he drives you to his after Hellfire to watch a movie. He's more fidgety than usual and you can tell something is bothering him.
"Hey princess?" You turn back to him, and he strides up to you, takes your face between his hands and cradles it so gently. Then he kisses you, and it's cliche, but it feels like fireworks and fate. Both of you are dazed and smiling at each other like goofballs when you part.
The two of you only part from your giddy bubble when the door opens and Wayne comes out, he smirks and nods to Eddie.
"Well about damn time boy, thought you were never gonna work up the courage, lovesick fool" Eddie hides his face in your hair and you fight the giggles at his pouty face.
"So that's what Chrissy helped you realise?" You know it's true but it's nice to hear it all the same.
"Kinda hard to be with someone when you're in love with your best friend and she was still in love with Jason" oh shit. Well there it was.
The two of you make love on a cold autumn night after binge watching your favourite Halloween movies, It's full of giddiness and joy and just...
"You know I love you, too, right? I always have" his answering smile is beautiful and he kisses you again, says I love you repeatedly.
After that, the two of you enjoy pumpkin picking dates, trying to make your own cookies which Eddie burns on the first try but perfects them the second time, movie nights, nights stargazing in his van.
finally.
In fact, that's the first thing Dustin says when he walks in on you and Eddie cuddling on the sofa just before a Hellfire session.
"We weren't that obvious were we?" Eddie asks you but before you can answer Dustin butts into the conversation.
"Dude, even Mike noticed and he's the most oblivious guy I know" You stifle a smile and hide your face in Eddie's chest, just listening to Mike and Dustin argue and Eddie and Lucas trying to calm them down enough to start the new Hellfire session.
Life was good.

Eddie Munson NSFWđ w/ gn reader
---
A = Aftercare
Eddie is ridiculously doting after sex. Heâll clean you up with whateverâs closestâprobably a band teeâand then pull you close, mumbling sleepy praise into your hair. Expect him to keep a water bottle and snacks on the nightstand like the chaotic little caregiver he secretly is.
B = Body Part
He loves his handsâcalls them âmagic fingersâ (which⌠he's not wrong). On you? Heâs obsessed with your thighs, regardless of size or shape. Whether heâs gripping them during oral, marking them up with love bites, or laying his head there post-orgasm, theyâre his comfort zone.
C = Cum
Messy. So fucking messy. He lives for the sight of you dripping, or being coated with his release. Might mutter shit like âlook what you do to meâŚâ and smear it across your stomach or lips like a worshipper painting his deity.
D = Dirty Secret
Heâs jerked off in his van while thinking about you riding him right there in the driverâs seat. More than once. He mightâve even stolen a piece of your clothing for a while. Donât ask what happened to that bandanaâŚ
E = Experience
More experienced than he lets on. Heâs fumbled through enough casual flings to know his way around a body. But he gets especially good when he really cares. If itâs you? Heâs patient, attentive, and eager to learn what makes you whimper.
F = Favorite Position
Doggy, with a fist in your hair and your back arched just right. But he also adores ridingâwhether it's you on top of him or the other way around. He loves watching your face contort when you take him deep.
G = Goofy
Heâll crack jokes, do a bad porn voice, or make a pun mid-thrustâbut that doesnât mean he doesnât take your pleasure seriously. Expect to laugh and cum. Sometimes at the same time.
H = Hair
Messy, unkempt, definitely a thatch of curls down there. He trims just enough to not get caught in zippers. And no, the carpet doesnât quite matchâit's darker.
I = Intimacy
He pretends heâs just in it for the fun, but when itâs late and you're chest-to-chest and heâs whispering âyouâre perfectâ like a confession? Thatâs real. His touches are always a little worshipful, like youâre too good for him.
J = Jack Off
A chronic masturbator. Heâs absolutely touched himself to your voice, your scent left on his clothes, even texts you sent. Sometimes multiple times a day if he's not seeing you. Heâll totally tell you about it, too.
K = Kink
Bondage (especially makeshiftâties you up with belts or guitar straps), praise/degradation mix (âYouâre such a good fuckinâ slut for meâ), a touch of voyeurism, mutual masturbation, and maybe some exhibitionism. He lives for getting you to moan in risky places.
L = Location
Anywhere that feels just risky enough: backstage at the Hideout, the van, your childhood bedroom when your parents are downstairs, the school auditorium after hoursâŚ
M = Motivation
Your sounds. You moaning his name or gasping into his ear? Instant hard-on. Heâs also turned on by emotional vulnerability, weirdlyâcatch him after youâve cried in his arms, and heâll treat you like the most precious thing while fucking your brains out.
N = No
Anything that feels cold or overly clinicalâheâs not into strict dom/sub protocols or totally silent sex. He needs emotion, mess, you reacting. Also no shaming; he's been shamed enough in life, he wonât do that to you.
O = Oral
Giving? Oh, heâs obsessed. Will spend hours between your thighs, moaning into you like heâs starving. Receiving? He loves it, especially when youâre watching his face and talking dirty. âCome on, baby, suck me like you mean itâŚâ
P = Pace
He can go rough and fast, especially if heâs been teased, but most often it starts slow and builds. He loves dragging it out, letting you feel every inch before he ruins you. Alternates between deep strokes and frantic ruts.
Q = Quickie
Hell yes. He loves quickies, especially when he can bend you over the bathroom sink or drag you into the back of the van. They usually end with both of you giggling, sweating, and needing to fix your clothes.
R = Risk
Big risk-taker. He gets off on nearly being caught. Heâll try anything once if it sounds hot and isnât harmful. Heâs got that chaotic gremlin energy, so don't be surprised if he suggests sex on the school roof or while driving (bad idea, but hot).
S = Stamina
He can go at least two or three rounds if heâs well-fed and hyped. Heâs not a marathon man, but he will edge you and himself until youâre both desperate. His refractory period shortens if you're touching him post-orgasm.
T = Toys
Heâs curious and a little kinkyâmight have a vibrator or two, maybe a pair of cuffs from a Halloween costume that ended up being very real. Loves using toys on you while he watches you squirm.
U = Unfair
Master tease. Will absolutely edge you with his mouth or hands until youâre begging. Might hold you down with a smirk and say, âNot yet, sweetheart.â But heâll always reward you in the end.
V = Volume
Loud. Whines, moans, breathy cursesâhe talks you through it the whole time. âYou feel so good,â âYouâre fuckinâ perfect,â âThatâs it, take it.â He praises and swears like a rockstar in the throes of ecstasy.
W = Wild Card
Eddie has definitely written a dirty song about you. A whole filthy guitar riff matched to the rhythm of your moans. Heâll never play it in publicâbut youâll hear it in private, with his fingers between your legs.
X = X-ray
Heâs got a decent size, but itâs the curve and the way he uses his hips thatâll wreck you. Just enough girth to stretch without pain, and a thick vein that drags along every sweet spot. Plus, he knows how to use his fingers and tongue.
Y = Yearning
High. Heâs always down for sex, but when heâs in love? Itâs not just physicalâitâs clingy, needy, borderline obsessed. Heâll touch you constantly, even if itâs just slipping a hand under your shirt or mouthing at your neck in passing.
Z = Zzz
He crashes fast once heâs worn outâbut he has to be curled around you, preferably skin-to-skin. Youâll wake up tangled in limbs, his hair in your face, and his hand on your ass.
---
âMake Me Begâ
Eddie Munson x GN!Reader | Smut | ~1.2k words
The van rocks with every thrust of his hips.
Parked deep in the woods just off the main road, the sounds of cicadas and distant thunder are completely drowned out by Eddieâs ragged moans and the wet sounds of his mouth working between your thighs.
Heâs been down there forever.
Pinned on your back across the backseat, shirt pushed up and pants discarded, you're a wreckâlegs trembling, breath hiccupping, and hands fisted tightly in the tangled curls of Eddieâs hair. And the bastardâs loving it.
âYou should see yourself,â he mutters, voice muffled as he kisses your inner thigh again, dragging his tongue along the skin there just to hear you whimper. âGod, I should film this. You're shaking, sweetheart.â
You glare weakly down at him. âEddie⌠please.â
âPlease what?â His grin is all teeth and sin, chin glistening with your arousal. âNeed me to use my magic tongue a little higher?â
You squirm and whimper when he doesnât. Instead, he licks a slow, lazy stripe back down your thigh, mouthing at the sensitive skin again until youâre gasping, legs twitching around his shoulders.
His voice drops an octave, and his fingers dig into your hips. âI love your thighs, baby. You know that? Could fuckinâ live here. Bury my face in âem forever.â
âYouâre not even touching meââ
âI am,â he argues, sucking another bruise into the soft skin, eyes flicking up at you like a challenge. âJust not where you want yet. But I will. You just look so fuckinâ hot like this.â
âEddieâ!â
Suddenly, he moves. One thick finger drags through your slick, slow and filthy, before he presses it into you with a groan.
âThere we go,â he growls. âGod, you're tight. Look at youâalready clenching, and I havenât even used my tongue yet.â
You whine so loudly it echoes, and Eddie smirks like heâs just won the lottery.
Then he devours you.
Thereâs no other word for itâhe latches on like heâs starved, tongue fucking into you as his finger curls just right, just enough pressure to make you cry out and arch off the seat. He moans into it like you taste better than any drug, sloppy and loud, a mess of spit and slick and desperation.
And when you start to twitchâstart to begâhe pulls back with a filthy pop.
âNot yet,â he pants, eyes blown wide, lips swollen. âI wanna hear you scream when you come.â
âEddieâ!â
He shoves his tongue back in before you can curse him out.
You come hard, with your thighs clamped around his head, his name ripped from your throat like a prayer and a curse in one. He doesnât stop. Doesnât fucking stop until youâre crying, twitching, overstimulated, pleading.
When he finally pulls away, his chin is soaked and he looks wrecked, pupils blown wide with lust and pride.
âHoly shit,â he murmurs, climbing up to cage you under him, pressing his still-clothed cock against your spent heat. âYouâre so fucking perfect.â
You donât even have the strength to sass him, but heâs already kissing youâmessy and deep, letting you taste yourself on his tongue, whispering:
âRound two, baby. Youâre not getting out of this van until Iâve fucked you into the cushions.â

Driver's License - Eddie Munson x Reader

MODERN AU
You thought getting your license would mean freedom. Instead, it just gave you more roads to cry down.
Driving around Hawkins with no destination, you keep running into pieces of Eddie Munson - memories of red vines and playlists, old back roads, and broken guardrails. And maybe Chrissy was always kind, and maybe Eddie thought he was doing the right thing, but heartbreak still hits like a pothole you never saw coming.
Meanwhile, Eddie's realizing the worst thing about letting someone go to protect them... is finding out they never wanted protection. Just you.
And when your headlights meet again, it's quiet. It's late. It's honest.
And maybe - just maybe - it's not too late to drive back home.
1.6k words
Youâre not sure why you got in the car.
Well, thatâs a lie. You do know. Itâs the first night youâve had your license, and Hawkins is too small, too quiet, too full of Eddie-shaped shadows for you to sit still.
The keys jingle when you start the engine, a nervous sound. The headlights slice through the dark, but they donât light up the aching spot in your chest. Itâs just there - steady, dull, stupid. Like a bruise you keep pressing just to feel something.
You donât really have a destination. You just⌠drive. The way you used to with him.
Your fingers curl around the wheel the same way they used to curl around his jacket sleeve when he drove, the beat-up van rattling over potholes and blasting Iron Maiden like you were the only two people in the world.
Now? The radio plays something sad and slow. You let it. You donât bother switching it off.
The gas station on the corner still has the flickering sign. You remember the way Eddie used to lean over the counter, flirting with the bored teenager who worked there just to make you laugh. Heâd come back with a pack of red vines and a bottle of orange soda, toss them in your lap, and say, âTold you Iâd find treasure.â
You blink hard, trying not to picture it. Trying not to imagine him there now, with someone else in the passenger seat.
Your heart twists.
You make the turn anyway.
The street by the middle school is worse. The hill just past the playground - the one with the broken guardrail - was his favorite spot. He said the view made Hawkins feel bigger than it actually was. You remember the way heâd park, cut the engine, and let the silence fill the van. You remember his hand finding yours, the heat of his palm. The way he said your name like it was a song.
You press the gas a little harder to speed past it.
You tell yourself youâre just being dramatic. Teenage angst, right? First heartbreak. Youâre probably supposed to feel like this.
But it doesnât explain the tears threatening to spill when you pull onto Maple Lane and see her house.
Chrissy Cunninghamâs porch light is on.
You grip the wheel tighter. You donât know for sure if Eddieâs in there. You havenât talked since the breakup. But people talk. Youâve heard things. Seen things.
She was always nice to you. Sweet, even. But it didnât stop the pit from forming in your stomach every time you thought about them together - her perfect ponytail and sunny smile, and Eddieâs stupid soft heart. Maybe she fits better with him. Maybe heâs laughing with her right now, handing her red vines, telling her she deserves the world.
He told you the same thing⌠before he said goodbye.
You turn the corner quickly, headlights cutting over her mailbox.
You donât want to cry. Not over someone who let you go without a fight.
But your hands are trembling now.
You end up near the school. Itâs empty, dark except for one security light flickering near the gym. You park in the lot, your car humming gently beneath you.
This is where he used to wait for you after practice. Heâd pull up early, lean back in the driverâs seat with his feet on the dash, humming whatever song was stuck in his head. Youâd throw your bag in the back and climb in like you were made to be there.
You sit in silence now. The air feels heavier here.
You still see his face in the white cars. Sometimes even your front yard.
You bite your lip to keep the sob in.
He said you deserved better.
He said he wasnât good for you.
But he never gave you a chance to argue.
You wonder if he was right.
You wonder if he regrets it.
You wonder if he even misses you.
The clock on your dashboard blinks 10:14 PM. You wipe your eyes. The sadness doesnât fade, but youâre too tired to keep fighting it. You put the car in gear.
You donât know where youâre going next.
Maybe youâll end up at the overlook again. Maybe youâll drive past his trailer.
Maybe youâll just keep going.
You press your foot gently to the gas and think to yourself, I got my driverâs license last week⌠just like we always talked about.
And then you drive.
Alone.
Eddie knows he messed up.
He knows it every time he drives past your house but doesnât pull in. Every time his phone rings and he hopes itâs you - even though it hasnât been for weeks.
Every time Chrissy Cunningham looks at him like sheâs waiting for him to grow a spine.
He didnât mean to hurt you. That was the whole point.
You deserved someone better. Someone who didnât live in a beat-up trailer. Someone who didnât get side-eyed in the hallways or called a freak when he walked by.
You deserved someone your parents wouldnât warn you about.
Someone safe.
So he let you go.
He told himself it would be the right thing. That it would hurt at first - sure - but it would fade. Youâd move on, date someone your dad would approve of, go to college and get out of this dead-end town with someone who wasnât Eddie Munson.
But then he saw you at school last week. Laughing with your friends near your locker.
And he felt like he couldnât breathe.
You hadnât seen him. He was half glad, half destroyed by that fact.
Because you looked okay. Like you were surviving just fine without him.
But he wasnât.
Chrissy knows. He thinks she figured out the second he told her youâd broken up.
She was nice about it - annoyingly nice.
Didnât try to flirt or pretend he was over it.
No, instead she did something way worse.
She started trying to fix it.
âYouâre an idiot,â she says now, curled into the passenger seat of his van with her legs tucked under her. Theyâre parked in front of her house after a tutoring session she begged him to help her with (calculus, which she still sucks at). âShe didnât want perfect, Eddie. She wanted you.â
âShe deserves someone who wonât hold her back,â he mutters.
âShe deserves someone who doesnât lie to her and then mope around town like a heartbroken golden retriever,â Chrissy snaps. âDo you even know where she is right now?â
Eddie frowns. âWhat?â
Chrissy taps the screen of her phone and hands it to him.
Itâs a video.
You.
Behind the wheel of your car. The camera is shaky - some kid from school filmed it while you were driving slowly past the school gym, windows down, eyes red and glassy. You didnât notice the camera. You were mouthing the words to some song, heartbreak written all over your face.
The caption reads: âThis is what getting your driverâs license and your heart broken in the same week looks like.â
It has almost 100 likes.
Eddie feels sick.
âSheâs been driving in circles all night,â Chrissy says, softer now. âBecause it hurts. Because she still loves you.â
He stares at the screen.
Youâre beautiful. Even with your eyes red. Especially with your eyes red.
He presses his thumb against the pause button and hands the phone back. âShe shouldnât have to hurt like this.â
âThen go fix it,â Chrissy says, like itâs that simple.
Maybe it is.
He drives away before he can talk himself out of it.
â
The road to your house is darker than he remembers. Or maybe it just feels that way without you in the seat beside him.
HIs hands are sweating. He wipes them on his jeans. This is stupid. You might not even be home. You might slam the door in his face. You might -Â
But then he sees your car. Parked at the curb. Headlights off, but the taillights are still glowing faintly.
And youâre still behind the wheel.
He parks behind you. Hesitates.
Then he gets out.
â
You see him in your rearview mirror and your breath catches in your throat.
Heâs wearing that denim vest. The one you used to steal during lunch and wear around like it belonged to you. His hairâs a little messier than usual. His eyes look tired.
He doesnât knock on your window.
He just⌠waits.
So you get out.
You donât say anything at first. Neither does he.
The wind rustles the trees above you.
Finally, he speaks. âI heard youâve been driving a lot.â
You let out a breathy laugh thatâs more ache than humor. âYeah. Itâs quiet when I do. Helps me think.â
Eddie nods slowly. âYou thinking about me?â
You lift your eyes to his, startled.
âCause Iâve been thinking about you,â he says. âNonstop. It was supposed to get easier. But it just got worse.â
You cross your arms over your chest, trying to hold yourself together. âThen why did you break up with me?â
âBecause I thought I was doing the right thing,â he says, voice cracking at the edges. âBecause I thought I wasnât enough.â
Silence.
Then you say, âYou were everything to me, Eddie.â
And thatâs all it takes.
He steps forward. His hand cups your cheek like it used to. Like it never forgot how.
âYou still mad at me?â he asks softly.
âI donât know,â you whisper. âBut I still love you.â
He leans in.
You donât stop him.
The kiss is slow and aching. Not rushed. Not messy. Just full of everything youâve both been holding back - every what-if and every I-miss-you and every unsaid thing.
And when it breaks, youâre both breathless.
âIâm sorry,â Eddie whispers. âI never shouldâve let you go.â
You rest your forehead against his. âThen donât do it again.â

Hello𼚠Iâm new to your blog and Iâm loving the AYW series. I honestly got hooked on the Ryanâs Birthday party one shot, could I maybe request a follow-up to Steveâs and Eddieâs conversation of âyou should be fucking the babysitterâ? maybe Eddie accidentally bumping his head against the car he was working on and coming out and sharing a beer with Steve starting with âno man, no wayâ, and then sharing feelings about his relationship with Brittany and with her? Maybe confessing he has somewhat of a crush on her? And then coming home to find her after that conversation with Steve? Maybe Steve is the one who drops him home and comes inside the house for a bit? Haha sorry if it is too specific đĽšđ Iâm really loving the series
It was time for some more of this dynamic duo. This picks up right at the end of Ryan's Birthday
Words: 1.5k
[As You Wish masterlist]
âSo, uh, question for you. Are you fucking the babysitter? Because between you and me? You should be.â
Eddieâs head bumps against the hood of the car he had just begun to work on again. His throat goes dry, words failing him as he stares into the face of his best friend. âWhat?â he finally rasps out. âW-Why would you ask that?â
Steve canât help but roll his eyes. Munson canât act for shit and Steve wonders how he never noticed the manâs crush on the younger woman before.Â
âOh, cut the bullshit, itâs me,â Steve says.Â
The bangs and whirs of the garage around them suddenly seem too quiet to Eddie, like everyone in the building will hear anything he says out loud. But what is he going to say? Heâs never uttered a word about his feelings for you out loud. The guilt already ate at him that he had these feelings at all. It was hard enough to admit how he feels about you to himself, he isnât sure how to vocalize it, even if it is to his best friend.
âI, uhâŚâ Eddie clears his throat and takes the grease-soaked rag off his shoulder just to have something to do with his hands.Â
âDude,â Steve says. âDo you think Iâm going to tell anyone? What, Iâm gonna go to Brittany? I hate talking to her about anything at all; Iâd never voluntarily do it. Just spill it, I already know.â
âH-How?â Itâs the only word Eddieâs able to utter.
Steve huffs a laugh, amazed by his friendâs obliviousness.Â
âYou werenât subtle. I mean, maybe to someone who doesnât know you. But I was there back in those days when you fell in love with Brittany. Shit, you look at the babysitter with way more love than you ever did her. I thought Iâd see little cartoon hearts in your eyes.â
Heat blooms in Eddieâs face, both in embarrassment and nervousness. His eyes shift from left to right, his mind running all over the map. If Steve noticed, who else did? Wayne did give him a look at the end of Ryanâs party the other day. Of course the old man knows, he knows Eddie better than anyone.Â
Wait, if Steve clocked this, did Nancy? Oh God, she must think heâs the worst. Having these thoughts and feelings about a woman who isnât his wife. A woman who is so much younger than him. Did Max notice? Did Lucas? Did you?
âWhoa, whoa, whoa, chill the hell out,â Steve says, waving a hand in front of his friend. âStop that brain from going into panic mode.â âDo you think anyone elseââ
âNo,â Steve says before Eddie can finish his question. âI started to look out for it once I noticed. Then it was painfully obvious. You look like a God damn puppy when she smiles at you.â
An involuntary goofy smile grows on Eddieâs face, and itâs all the confirmation Steve needsâthough he really didnât need any at all.Â
âJesus Christ, youâre really gone for her.â
Eddie looks around to make sure thereâs no one close enough to hear his words. The last thing he needs is someone else learning about his shameful secret. âI really fucking am,â Eddie says. âShit, I feel like Iâm going crazy.â
Steve huffs a small laugh and shakes his head.Â
âSheâs a good kid. Oop, sorry. Iâll choose my words more carefully.â
Steve winces when Eddie glares at him.
âSheâs not a kid,â Eddie states.
âHow old is she?â
âTwenty.â
Steve considers for a moment, and Eddie takes in every little minute detail of the expressions on his face.Â
âHoly shit, calm down, will you? Iâm not judging you. Or her. I mean, Jesus, do you remember what I was like in high school?â
âUnfortunately.â
âI have no room to judge anyone. And besides, itâs not even that big of an age gap.â
âTwelve years,â Eddie says with a shrug. âAnd itâs not like sheâs a teenager.â
âYeah, I donât know why, but something about that would make it seem weird. Never mind the difference is only a few months.â
âYouâre not helping,â Eddie grits out.
Steve waves his hand in the air in a dismissive manner.
âI already said Iâm not judging, damn. She seems pretty mature for her age, too.â
âShe is.â
The smile on Eddieâs face warms Steveâs heartânot that heâd ever tell him that. But heâs watched his best friend deal with a shitty marriage for almost a decade now. The light in his eyes went out around the time Ryan was born, and Steve hasnât seen it since. So Steve doesnât care if this woman was eighteen or eighty, she made Eddie happy, and thatâs something Steve worried heâd never see again.
âBut youâre not fucking?â Steve asks just to clarify.
âNo,â Eddie says, both of them picking up on the disappointment in his tone.
âWould you leave Brittany for her?â
And there it is. The question Eddieâs pondered on those nights when sleep just wonât find him and heâs staring at the ceiling fan spinning round. Itâs all so much more complicated than just that simple question. But if Eddie canât even come up with an answer to this, how would he be able to figure any of the other shit out? Thoughts of his sons and everything that would put them through go through his head, and he canât bring himself to say heâd willingly inflict that kind of pain on them.Â
âI donât know.â
Eddieâs voice is quiet, uncertain.
âWould you cheat on Brittany with her?â
This is another question thatâs swirled around in Eddieâs head. One thatâs much easier to answer, in his opinion.
âAfter sheâs been cheating on me for more than half of our relationship? Hell yes.â
âYouâd feel guilty, though.â
Itâs not a question; Steve knows him.
Eddie sighs and throws the rag over his shoulder again. He kicks his scuffed boots against the floor of the garage and rests his hands on the open hood of the car.
âI think Iâd get over it.â
âOh, I know you would,â Steve says with a knowing smirk. âThe minute you find out that she has feelings for you, too? Shit, youâre going to forget you even have a wife. And thatâs not necessarily bad with you, honestly. Because in a lot of ways, you donât have a wife. Sheâs not been a real partner for how long?â
Eddie scoffs. âEver?â
Steve snorts a laugh in agreement.Â
âMan, Iâm not telling you what to doâŚâ
âBut you are,â Eddie says with a smirk.
âMaybe,â Steve says with a shrug. âBut go for it with the babysitter, yeah?â
Eddie sighs and shakes his head as he looks down into the engine bay of the car heâs supposed to be working on.
âYou say that like sheâll want me.â
âFeel it out,â Steve suggests. âThatâs what flirting is for, no? Not like youâre not already doing that.â
âWhat?â Eddie looks up at his friend in confusion.
Steve canât help but let out a breathy chuckle and roll his eyes at how utterly oblivious his friend is.
âYouâre shitting me, right? When you threw her in the pool?â Steve raises his eyebrows. When Eddie just continues to look confused, Steve rubs at his brow. âWow. The way you held her and looked at her? You practically eye-fucked her.âÂ
Eddie scoffs a laugh, and his cheeks turn red.
âWhat? No way.â
âWhatever man,â Steve says as he shakes his head in exasperation. âHere, just take this.â
Steve takes his hand out of his pocket and holds it out towards Eddie. The mechanic frowns in confusion and he extends his hand palm up. The foil of a condom falls against his dirty and greasy hand. Eddieâs eyes widen as he quickly shoves the small square in his pocket before someone else can see it.
âYou think I donât have these at home?â Eddie hisses.
âItâs been a minute,â Steve says, and Eddie doesnât know if heâs kidding or not. âTheyâre probably expired.â
Eddie groans as he drops his head back.Â
âGod, you might be right. Theyâre probably older than Luke.â
Steve would laugh if he didnât think Eddie was serious.Â
âBetter toss those so you donât accidentally use one. The last thing you need is to knock up the babysitter.â
Instead of automatically agreeing like Steve assumed he would, Eddie chokes on his own saliva and avoids Steveâs eyes. He gets weirdly quiet before he sputters something about having to get back to work. The red face is enough of a clue for Steve, though; a clue he never wanted nor asked for.
âAlright,â Steve says with a nauseated expression on his face. âThatâs a conversation for another day. After, like, five drinks.â

rough edges
pairing. eddie munson x fem!reader
summary. a charming bookworm finds herself tangled up with the town freak, eddie munson
content warnings. kissing, eddie being a little shit (affectionate), eddie calling you beautiful and pretty, alludes to sex
word count. 838
disney princess collection

it was an odd sight, really.
loud, outgoing, shameless eddie seemed like the type of person whoâd go for someone just like him. bubbly, talkative, someone with an edge to them. so, seeing him with you, hand in hand with him, steady walking down the school hallways, it was a little off putting.
you were nice, personable, a bit quiet. you focused on your education, something eddie figured he should pick up on. there was always a book secure in your hands, something that occupied your time. he liked a good book, though it was always fantasy. you? you read any book you could get your hand on. sci-fi, nonfiction, romance. heâs caught you red-handed reading unthinkable things, things that he used against you. he teases you endlessly for it, a soft sort of jab you knew to never take to heart. the big smooch he gives you afterwards proves that to you.
eddie saw the way people gave you two judgmental glances. he was sure you noticed, too, there was no way you didnât. it never seemed to bother you. none of it mattered to you, not when you were as happy as you were with him. they could stare all they wanted. you were the one content with your life, not them.
you felt the way eddieâs gentle grip moved from your hip to your hand, fingers interlocking gently as he begins guiding you away from the path to your class. you noticed the way people glanced at you as he tugged you away, simply smiling, your focus solely on him. he pulled you out the back of the school, taking ahold of your bag and your book as you gawk at him.
âeddie we have class,â you told him in almost a whine, eyes shimmering up at him as he continues to drag you towards his van.
âwell, sweetheart, i donât really wanna go,â eddie told you, grip on your hand tightening slightly. âyou donât actually wanna sit through chemistry class, do you?â
you watched as he opens the back of his van, hand still in yours while he gently tosses your belongings inside. the moment he shuts the doors, he turns to you, tugging your body to his. with his hand in yours and his other bracing the side of your face, eddie kisses you long and soft, pink lips slotted between yours.
it was a little difficult for you to catch your breath after heâd released the kiss, especially with the way his fingers moved against your face, gently brushing strands of hair away from your face and behind your ear. with a small, exasperated sigh, you shake your head at him. âi do when i have an exam. which, by the way, is tomorrow.â
âi know it is,â eddie told you in a whisper, eyes half-lidded and gazing into yours lovingly, faces still inches apart. âbut youâve been studying all week. youâll live without the review. i, however, cannot live without having some alone time with you.â
he began to tug you towards the passenger side of his van with intentions of driving you away from the school for the day. you couldnât help but roll your eyes at him, a small smile on your lips. âyouâre so dramatic, eds. youâve made it this long just fine.â
âbarely!â he proclaimed, opening the door for you. before he helped you in, eddie brought your hand up to his neck, pressing right against his pulse point for dramatic affect. âsee? iâm dyinâ here, baby!â
you give him a quick kiss on the cheek, letting him assist you up into his van while giggles erupt from your chest. his pulse was fine, eddieâs heart was beating steady, and he was absolutely still breathing. you, however, let him keep up his theatrics. it was endearing. besides, you had been studying a lot recently, and you missed your boy incredibly much. you might as well let him drag you off for a much needed date.
âif only they could see you now, baby,â eddie told you, starting up his van the moment he hops into the driverâs seat. âsitting in my van all pretty, letting me take you on a date. itâs a beautiful sight, truly.â
it was an even more beautiful sight later that night. you were wrapped up in eddieâs sheets, one of his t-shirts covering your bare body, tiredness from how heâd just had you taking over you. you were sound asleep next to him, one of his arms wrapped protectively around your body as he flips through a fantasy book heâd been so close to finishing. he caught himself staring at you though, suddenly enamored with the thought of you.
eddie wondered how he got this lucky. how he managed to get someone as kindhearted and quiet as you are. he was grateful that he did, though, thanking whatever higher power granted him something this special. it was like you were made to soften up his rough edges, to make them more manageable.

Cold Hands
I'm rewatching Stranger Things and my crush on Eddie quickly came back :) Also first fic soo sorry for any mistakes.
Hellfire ran late again as it always does, usually the schools parking lot is empty. Which actually a good thing because it guarantees that practice is over for all the jocks and there are no stragglers roaming the halls or the parking lot. The only downside is that he can't see you after your cheer practice is over but he'd rather not have all of Hellfire know about how hard he is pining for you. Eddie roams the empty halls toward the back since he usually parks behind the school as its closets to the woods, where his usual business route is. So imagine his surprise when he sees a familar white BMW still parked, not because the owner and Eddie are friends -god no- instead he recognizes the car because you are always in the passenger seat. He wished and dreamed that it was his run-down van that you were the passenger of. Eddie thinks about it so much he already has a plan of what he would do if you ended up sitting beside him while he drives. He would park closer to the school so you wouldn't have to walk far from your cheer practice. He would have a blanket on your seat so you wouldn't have to see all the stains or the loose crumbs that never leave no matter how much Eddie cleans. He would make sure that Hellfire would end on time so you wouldn't have to wait because he wouldn't be able to focus being the DM if you were in the room or worse have you wait in the cold especially since you shower after practice. He realizes that makes him sound like a perv for knowing that but he only knows because the very rare time d&d finished on time, he saw you coming out of the girl's locker room with your hair still wet. Back to his dream, he would take you back to his trailer where you two listen to music while you lay in his bed and talk about anything and everything. When it was time for bed you would change into his clothes and since its winter sometimes the trailer heater isn't strong enough so he'll pile all his blankets on you, climb under, then hold you till the next morning. Depending on the type of day he had this dream stays sweet and pure but sometimes his dream ends up being sexual where no one gets a good nights sleep. Just depends on whether or not he sees you in that tight uniform. But since you two are on opposite sides of the social ladder that thought was likely to stay in his dreams forever. Although there is nothing that says he can wish because everytime he gets in his van, its all he can imagine but there is no one besides his empty cups and his work "briefcase" as he likes to call it since that metal lunchbox stocked with drugs does help keep the lights on.
He looks up to see whether or not your are sitting next to that stupid jockstrap of a boyfriend you have. And no surprise you are but you clearly don't look happy. In fact, he has never see you look so annoyed before. You and your boyfriend are clearly arguing and you are so fed up that you get out of the car, slamming the door as you both continue to argue through the rolling down window.
"I said I don't how sorry you are! I told you no!"
"It was one time! An accident and it won't happen again! Just get back in the car, we are not done talking because you clearly don't understand what i'm saying."
"Do you think I am an idiot!? How many times do I have to tell you that i'm done!"
"Fine!" he said as he peel out of the parking lot.
You just sighed and turned back towards the school where you will probably have to find a phone to call for a ride but thats when you see Eddie just standing there by his van.
"Oh! Um hey." you awkwardly smiled and waved.
"Yeah, hey."
"So how much did you see?"
"Not that much." you had a questioning look one your face "okay, well up to the part where you slammed the door and till that jerk drove off" Eddie just scratched his cheek while you laughed.
"Well, thanks for not lying." Eddie watched you pause and hesitate on your next sentence. "You wouldn't happen to be able to give me a ride home." Eddie's heart was pounding because this was exactly what his was dreaming of when he should of been focusing on whatevers going on in english class.
"Sure, um just give me a second." He opened the van door and quicky slammed it. "Actually no! Can you turn around."
"Sure, but just so you know I don't mind." you said, smiling at him before you turned around. Eddie quickly grabbed the trash and threw it in the back seat and threw his leather jacket to cover his seat. He didn't care how cold it was, he wasn't going to let you get crumbs stuck to the back of your legs even if you are wearing jeans now.
"m'lady." he cleared his throat and did a small bow while he held the door open for you.
"Thank you" you climbed in, Eddie closed the door for you and you watched him awkwardly run to the drivers side. You find it so weird that only a few minutes with Eddie is already making you feel a lot less shitty than you did before. You look down to see his signature leather jacket under you legs and you watch Eddie rub his hands against each other in front of the vents once he gets into the van. You make a mental note that Eddie is much more of a gentleman than your ex. He's been taking bettter care of you in this short moment than your ex did during your whole relationship so you decide to grab Eddie's hands and cover his with yours. "Ah they're like ice!"
"You know you didn't have put your jacket on the seat. I told you I don't care." Eddie's stomach flutter when he noticed how big of the contrast was in your tone was in comparison to when you were talking, well yelling at your boyfriend-who he hoped was now your ex. "The winter here is too harsh for you not to wear a jacket, even it its for a few seconds."
"I could have but I didn't want you to see how the maids always miss this spot." he jokingly rolled his eyes.
"Oh." you smiled. "Is this any better?" you ask while squeezing his hands.
"It's perfect." Eddie notices how your body is turned towards him and he looks up to see how close your faces are. You look up and realize how pretty Eddies dark brown eyes are, actually you knew how pretty but you've never been this close to him before. You are starting to forget why you were feeling so angry earlier.
Eddie thought that this was a once and a lifetime opportunity so he was going to make the most of it. He noticed how your eye contact didn't wavier from his -when the usual treatment is dirty looks because the freak is staring- and how tightly you were holding his hands as a good sign. You didn't say anything and you never looked away or let his hands go. So as his heart was pounding out of his chest, as much as he would hate to let your hands go, he moved them out of yours. One hand went to the bottom of the your coat, fiddleing with the zipper while other rested on your knee.
"You know you in the van of the local freak. Shouldn't you be running away?"
"I think you're more of a nerd than a freak."
"A nerd? What makes you say that?" the distance between each other never changing.
"Playing D&D, alone makes you a nerd but also the fact that you know a lot of facts about the stuff you care about like metal music. Thats nearly textbook for a nerd well I guess a uncover nerd"
"And just how do you know that?"
"You're not very quiet at lunch and..." he feels you grabbing on to his hand that was fiddling with your zipper. "I might of had a crush on you since we had math together."
"Are you messing with me?"
"No."
If Eddie was thinking straight he wouldn't have just blindly believed you but that was all the conformation he needed. So he finally grabbed your chin and softly pushed his against yours. You smile into the kiss and grabbed his face because he was kissing you as if you'd break. Eddie moved his other arm off your knee to bring them to your face but it awkward fumbling made him hit his elbow on the horn which makes you both jump away from each other. At least you two are still in the empty parking lot so no but you two noticed.
"Of fuckin course." you laugh and he just sighs then starts laughing too.
"So Eddie, are you coming home with me?"

It always started the same way.
A lull in the grind of the day. The clang of a wrench hitting the floor. The buzz of the fluorescent lights overhead. Customers gone, workers on lunch, phones quiet. The air in the garage hung heavy with heat, the smell of oil, and the unspoken tension between Y/N and Eddie Munson.
Y/N had only been working at the shop for a year. Hired on the spot when Eddieâs uncle Wayne mentioned they needed help with paperwork and someone who could organize the chaos the guys left in their wake. Sheâd been quiet at firstâsweet and polite, with long red hair she kept twisted up in a clip, her curves barely hidden beneath the mechanic-branded polo shirts and tight black pants.
But Eddie had noticed. Oh, he noticed.
She was younger, sharp-tongued when she got comfortable, and when she leaned over the counter to ask if he wanted a soda? His brain short-circuited. The flirtation was playful at first, innocent enough. Harmless.
Until that day in September. Rain pounding outside. The two of them alone. Eddie leaned over the hood of a Charger heâd been elbow-deep in for hours, and Y/N wandered in with a clipboard. She cracked a joke. He smirked. And then she said, "You missed a spot."
When he asked where, she pointed to his cheek. Then wiped at it with her thumb.
The kiss that followed was messy. Desperate. His hands gripped her hips like heâd die if he let go. She pulled him by his collar into the bathroom in the back, locked the door, and for the next eleven minutes, they forgot who they were supposed to be.
And that was the beginning.
Now? It was practically routine. If business was slow, you could bet Y/N was pinned between Eddie and the wall of the employee bathroom. Or bent over his workbench, engine diagrams sliding to the floor beneath her. Sometimes, if the mood struck, heâd lift her onto the hood of whatever car he was fixingâtools forgotten, her fingers white-knuckling the edge of metal while he left fingerprints on her hips.
They didnât talk about what it meant. Or how it felt. Or the fact that Eddie had a girlfriend.
Heather. Blonde. Preppy. Sweet, in a way Y/N could never be. She brought muffins for the boys on Fridays and kissed Eddieâs cheek when she picked him up in her little white Civic. She had no idea. Not really.
But Heather wasnât stupid.
Twice now, sheâd walked into the shop unannounced. Once just as Eddie was zipping up his pants behind the office door. Y/N had her shirt half undone, her lips flushed. She spun toward the file cabinet and muttered something about inventory while Eddie called out âHey, babeâ like nothing was wrong.
The second time, Heather had walked in just as Eddie finished pressing Y/Nâs thighs apart over his toolbox bench. Y/N heard the jingle of the bell, shoved him back, and dropped behind the desk with a frantic whisper of âFix your pants, Munson!â
Heather had blinked. Tilted her head.
âWas someone else in here?â
âNah,â Eddie lied smoothly, wiping sweat from his brow. âJust me and the radio.â
Still. It couldnât last forever. Y/N knew that.
She hated how her heart skipped when Eddie looked at her like she was the only girl alive. How he whispered things like, âYou feel better than any girl Iâve ever had,â while pulling her panties down behind the garage door. How sometimes, after he came, heâd rest his forehead to hers and breathe like she was the only oxygen he had left.
But he always left. Got in Heatherâs car. Smiled like a boyfriend should.
And Y/N was left with grease-smudged thighs, a clipboard in hand, and a growing ache in her chest she didnât dare name.
Until the day came when the ache got too loud.
Heather arrived again, this time with cupcakes. She smiled at Y/Nâgenuinely. Called her âhonâ and offered her one with sprinkles. Y/Nâs stomach turned.
She turned back to the desk, gripping the edge, while Heather wrapped her arms around Eddieâs neck.
âI was thinking maybe we could move in together,â Heather said softly. âI found a place.â
Y/N froze.
Eddie didnât answer right away. He glanced at Y/N. Just a flick of his eyes. Fast. But she caught it.
âI... weâll talk about it,â he mumbled.
And Y/N knew thenâknewâthat she was losing him.
That night, when the shop was quiet and Heather had gone, Eddie found Y/N in the back room. She was leaning against the file cabinet, arms crossed, hair wild from humidity.
âYou gonna say it?â he asked.
She didnât look at him.
âSay what?â
âThat Iâm a piece of shit.â
She shrugged.
âYou are. But thatâs not news, Munson.â
He stepped closer. Hands in his pockets.
âDonât want to hurt you, Red.â
She scoffed.
"Too late for that.â
They didnât sleep together that night. Didnât even kiss.
But the next day? The tension was worse than ever. And when Eddie yanked her behind the stack of tires during lunch break and kissed her like he was starvingâY/N didnât stop him.
She knew she was playing with fire. She just couldnât bring herself to put it out.
It was a slow Thursday. The kind of day where time moved thick and sticky like molasses, and the fans spinning above couldnât cut the heat in the airâor the tension.
Eddie had been watching her all morning. Watching the way Y/Nâs hips swayed as she restocked oil filters. How she licked cupcake frosting off her thumb without realizing he was watching. She wore that same tight little pencil skirt she knew drove him nuts, and he? Oh, he was already sporting grease on his jaw and a familiar ache in his jeans.
So when the others left for lunch, and the shop fell quiet?
Eddie didnât even bother with pretense.
He tugged her into the garageâhands under her skirt before the door even shut behind them. Y/N was laughing, trying to scold him, but she never really meant it.
Not when his fingers were already slipping into her underwear.
He pushed her back onto the hood of a half-fixed Firebird, the metal warm beneath her thighs. Her shirt was halfway undone, bra pulled down, skirt hiked up around her waist. Eddie leaned over her, one hand gripping her hip, the other fisted in her hair.
âTell me who you belong to,â he growled, rocking his hips into her.
âYouâoh.. fuckâonly you, Munson,â she gasped, nails dragging down his back.
And thenâ
CLANG.
The back door slammed.
âYo, Eddie, you left the keys to the van inâWHAT THE FUCK?!â
They both froze.
Steve Harrington stood in the doorway, wearing sunglasses, almost dropping his coffee, and staring at the very naked truth unfolding on the hood of a Firebird.
Y/N squeaked, scrambling to pull her shirt shut. Eddie? He just turned his head, blinked at Steve, and grinned.
âHey man,â Eddie said, totally unfazed. âYou wanna join or just watch?â
âWhat the fuckââ Steve repeated, voice cracking.
Y/N let out a strangled noiseâhalf shock, half a why-is-he-like-this whimperâwhile Eddie casually adjusted himself, leaning on the car like he wasnât mid-thrust two seconds ago.
âEddie!â Y/N hissed, smacking his shoulder.
âWhat?â he shrugged. âStevie's cool. He looks like heâs into it. Look at him. Mouth open. Coffee shaking. Thatâs not a no.â
Steve blinked. âIâI came for keys! Not a damn porno!â
âYou sure?â Eddie teased, licking his thumb and dragging it slowly down Y/Nâs stomach, just to make Steve flinch. ââCause we could always use an extra set of hands...â
Steve made a strangled noise and turned on his heel so fast he nearly knocked over the mop bucket.
âI hate it here. Iâm going to church.â
The door slammed behind him.
Silence.
Then She slapped Eddieâs chest, breathless and red-faced. âYou idiot!â
âYou liked it,â he said smugly.
âI didnât say I didnât,â she snapped back, cheeks burning.
Eddie just smirked and kissed her hard.
âNext time, Iâm locking the damn door.â
She huffed, but pulled him back down by the collar anyway
Steveâs POV
Steve Harrington had come to the auto shop for one reason.
One. Reason.
Grab the goddamn keys Eddie left in the back of his van. That was it. In and out. No drama. Maybe heâd swing by Scoops for a free cone on the way out, flirt with the girl at the counter, feel like he still had it after his most recent dating disasterâa yoga instructor who ghosted him mid-downward dog.
Easy. Breezy. Low-effort day.
Except no one told him he was walking into Eddie Munsonâs Grease Lightning XXX Edition.
The second he stepped inside and rounded the cornerâhe saw it.
Y/N. Gorgeous, red-haired secretary Y/N, bent backwards over the hood of a Firebird, shirt undone, skirt around her waist.
And Eddie. That smug, curly-haired bastard? Balls deep and smirking like he was filming a scene for a VHS tape called Backdoor Body Shop.
Steve almost dropped his coffee. âYo, Eddie, you left the keys to the van inâWHAT THE FUCK?!â
And thenâand thenâEddie had the audacity to ask if he wanted to join. Like they were ordering pizza. Like this was casual.
Steve spun on his heel and practically bolted out the door.
His heart was racing. His face was on fire. His brain was running like a Windows 95 dial-up modem with a virus. And below the belt?
Yeah. Awkward boner city.
He made it three steps toward his car. Three. Before he stopped. Dead in his tracks.
His hands were shaking.
His pulse was thudding.
And that imageâY/N gasping, Eddie gripping her hips, the sound she madeâit was seared into his damn skull like a branding iron.
Steve stared at the keys on the pavement.
Heâd had a really bad streak with women lately. Like, ârom-com protagonist who gets rejected at the altarâ level bad. He was tired. He was horny. And clearly, the universe had handed him a front-row seat to something⌠fun.
And Eddie had offered. Casually. Like it wouldnât even be weird.
Steve looked over his shoulder at the door. Then up at the sky.
ââŚfuck it.â
He turned around and walked right back inside.
---
Eddie had Y/N on the hood again, shirt half-open, his hands under her skirt when the door creaked open.
â...Steve?â She blinked and tried To move
Eddie looked over his shoulder, eyebrows up, cheeks flushed. âThought you ran off to confess your sins.â
Steve cleared his throat. âThought about it.â
âChanged your mind?â
âI meanâŚâ Steve scratched the back of his neck. â...you did say you needed a third set of hands.â
Eddieâs grin went feral.
âOhh, Harrington. Weâre gonna ruin you.â
Her jaw droppedâbut her thighs instinctively squeezed together.
Steve stepped forward slowly, hands trembling just slightly as he reached for his belt. âGo easy on me.â
Eddie turned back to Y/N, voice low.
âYou okay with this, sweetheart?â
She bit her lip. Her eyes flicked between themâand lord help her, the idea of both of them, hands and mouths and that slow, sexy smirk Steve had⌠it sent shivers everywhere.
She nodded. âYeah. Letâs wreck him.âThreeâs a Crowd, But Whoâs Complaining?â
Steve couldnât quite believe where he was standing.
One second he was dropping his damn coffee and running like a flustered virgin, the next⌠he had Y/NâY/N!âon her knees in front of him, red hair wild, mascara already smudged, and lips stretched wide around his cock.
âJesus Christââ he choked, gripping the edge of the hood behind him.
Eddie leaned beside him, arms folded, watching like a man at a drive-inâexcept this show was way better than popcorn and car chases.
âFuck, look at you, Harrington,â Eddie purred, licking his lips. âDidnât know you were packinâ like that. No wonder you walk around like youâve got back problems.â
Steve couldnât answer. He was too busy trying to keep his soul in his body while y/N gagged prettily around his length, tears beading at the corners of her eyesâbut she didnât stop. No, she took it, pushing deeper, letting out soft, sinful little moans like she loved choking on it.
Eddie crouched down beside her, one hand stroking her hair, voice low and teasing.
âGood girl, huh? You like showing off for him?â
Y/N nodded with his cock still in her mouth, humming just to feel Steve twitch.
âSheâs fuckinâ filthy, man,â Eddie kept going, grinning as he watched her hands fist in Steveâs shirt. âLoves being watched. Loves being full. Loves messy. Youâre gonna ruin her makeup, Stevie.â
Y/N gave a particularly loud slurp, and Steve whimpered. He had never whimpered before in his life, and yetâhere we were.
âHoly shit,â he gasped, one hand moving to Y/Nâs hair before pausing, unsure.
Eddie noticed. âYou can touch her, Steve. She likes it rough. Sheâll let you know if itâs too much.â
With Eddieâs encouragement ringing in his ears, Steve threaded his fingers into her red hair and guided her, hips stuttering as he accidentally hit the back of her throat.
âF-fuck, sorryââ
She moaned in response, eyes fluttering closed, and Eddie laughed.
âSheâs sorry you stopped,â he muttered, palming himself lazily through his jeans. âIsnât that right, Red?â
She pulled off with a wet gasp, a trail of spit connecting her lips to Steveâs cock, her eyes shining.
âDonât be gentle,â she whispered. âI can take it.â
Steve blinked like heâd been slapped. âOh my God.â
Eddie smirked and stood up, hand coming to wrap around Steveâs shoulder.
âWelcome to the dark side, Harrington. We spit, we bite, and no oneâs pants survive.â
Steve was too far gone to care. She had already taken him in again, bobbing her head with purpose while Eddie reached down to spread her ass, teasing the slick mess gathering between her thighs.
âOnce sheâs nice and soaked,â Eddie murmured, voice filthy in Steveâs ear, âyouâre gonna bend her over this car, and weâre gonna share.â
Steve let out a broken sound somewhere between a moan and a prayer.
Y/N gagged again. And again.
And still kept going.
And Steve?
He was starting to think coming for keys mightâve been the best decision of his
She barely had time to catch her breath before Eddie had her up on her feet and bent over the hood of the car. The metal was warm under her skin, but not as hot as her flushed cheeks or the dripping heat between her thighs.
âHands flat, baby,â Eddie murmured, guiding her down. âShow Stevie how pretty you arch that back.â
Steve stood frozen for a second, flushed red from chest to hairline. âSheâs⌠fuck, sheâs dripping.â
Eddie grinned. âTold you she likes being watched.â
She moaned when she felt Eddieâs fingers tease between her legs, spreading her open. âSo wet already,â he muttered, tongue practically hanging out as he looked back at Steve. âYou ever see something this perfect and just wanna wreck it?â
Steve stepped closer. His cock twitched, still slick with spit, and when he brushed it against her lips againâY/N whimpered.
âLet me taste you again,â she begged, voice ragged and desperate.
Eddieâs grin turned feral. âYou heard her, golden boy. Feed it to her.â
Steve didn't need more convincing. He pushed past her lips, his hand in her hair again, more confident nowâthrusting slow and deep while Eddie knelt behind her and dragged his tongue through her folds like a man starved.
Y/N gasped around Steveâs cock as Eddie moaned against her, tongue curling and flicking in ways that made her legs shake. The sensation of both of themâone in her mouth, one on her pussyâwas overwhelming.
âFuck, sheâs clenching,â Eddie mumbled, breath hot against her. âSheâs close, Stevie. Feel her moaning around you?â
Steve groaned, fingers tightening. âSheâsâJesus Christâsheâs gagging on me while sheâs coming.â
Eddie didnât stop. He licked her through it, two fingers curling inside her as she trembled, sobbing around Steveâs cock with messy tears streaming down her cheeks.
When she finally pulled back, panting, lips swollen and slick, she looked up at them both with that wicked, satisfied smile.
âSwitch.â
Eddie blinked. âWhat?â
âI want Steve inside,â she said, voice rough. âI want you in my mouth while he fucks me.â
Eddie practically growled. âYes maâam.â
They moved like predators with a shared killâY/N guided back onto the hood, ass up, Eddie sliding in front of her as Steve lined up behind.
The second Steve pushed insideâslow and thick and fucking deepâShe cried out and nearly collapsed. He was big, stretching her so perfectly she forgot how to breathe.
âF-fuckâSteveââ
âShe tight?â Eddie rasped, watching her eyes roll back.
âSo tight,â Steve gritted out, hips rocking into her with shaky control.
Eddie leaned in, feeding her his cock slowly, one hand on the back of her head.
âThereâs my girl,â he cooed, voice low and dirty. âStuffed at both ends, just how you like it.â
Y/N couldnât answer. Her mouth was full. Her body was full. Her mind? Gone. Absolutely obliterated.
They found a rhythm, Steve pounding into her from behind while Eddie fucked her mouth slow and deep, watching her take it all. Filthy praise passed between themâEddie calling her his favorite toy, Steve whispering how beautiful she looked all fucked out.
And when she came againâtightening, shaking, moaning around Eddieâs cock?
They both followed. Steve buried deep with a strangled groan. Eddie gripped her hair and spilled across her tongue.
Silence hit like a dropped wrench.
Heavy breathing. Sweat-slicked skin. Y/N still bent over, boneless, between the two of them.
âHoly shit,â Steve panted, half-laughing. âIâm never gonna be able to look at this car the same way again.â
Eddie chuckled darkly, tucking himself back in. âYouâre welcome.â
Y/N turned her head, face flushed and wet and smug.
âYou boys always this fun on lunch break?â
Eddie leaned down to kiss her neck. âOnly when youâre the main course.â

This Will Be My Year: Eddie Munson
MASTER LIST
PREVIOUS PART:
Part Fourteen: Hiding
WARNINGS: Implications of oral sex, Fluff, Making Out
************************************************************************
Eddie and Audra spent the night at Reefer Rickâs place. They kept the noise to a minimum as occasional joggers would come by and they would hear dogs barking. They tried to keep away from the windows of the place.
They both couldnât sleep last night. But who was to blame them? Â The entire situation is terrifying to the two of them. He still couldnât believe that he saw and he didnât want to repeat the details to Audra. He also couldnât believe that he kidnapped Audra.
Eddie knew that by now, there must have been a handful of cops looking for both. He assumed the press would label his girlfriend as a hostage of the situation and he was the big bad killer. Of course blame the guy who plays DND and loves heavy music.
However, Audra finally got some sleep in the morning. Eddie didnât know what to do or if there was food in the kitchen. He was sure there was something but he didnât want to leave this spot. They never slept in each others arms before so this was new. Regardless of everything that was going on, this was nice.
Just a few minutes to breathe.
He should be used to all of this, with his record. But this was different. Not even his Uncle can get him out of this one.
Yet all he could do in this moment was lean over and kiss Audra on the forehead. A few moments of peace may be all they get for a long time.
He felt Audraâs weight shift around him. Her eyes opened and looked at him with a wide look into her eyes.
âThereâs my princess.â He purred. Eddieâs body crawled over her and leaned down for a passionate kiss in which she returned.
************************************************************************
Audra was still in shock as to what was happening. She knew by now that there were missing posters for her already up in Hawkins. Her Aunt and Uncle, Nancy, Mike and Holly and her family up north must be worried sick about her.
Eddie was in the kitchen, finding some canned food. He eyed a can of ravioli then opened it and popped two spoons inside.
âMight as well share it, donât know how long we are going to be here.â He muttered as he sat next to Audra on the couch. She looked at the can and ate some food out of it, looking down at the processed food.
âI know this isnât what you expected to happen in your senior year.â Eddie said.
âOh, yea being kidnapped was definitely something I had imagined happening to meâ Audra sighed.
âYou technically arenât kidnapped.â Eddie corrected laughing.
Audra rolled her eyes. âWhat do you call the dramatic way I got into your vehicle?â
âThat may be considered a bit odd.â He took a bite of the stuffed pasta.
Audra watched Eddie eat the food. His dark eyes watching the food eagerly as he kept eating.
Once the can was empty, Eddie and Audra sat in silence for a few moments. Ideas and plans were flooded in their head, trying to figure out how to get themselves out of the situation.
Yet, both couldnât think of anything.
âI am glad I am not doing this alone Audra.â Eddie said. âI donât know what I would do without you.â He reached for her hand and grasped it tightly.
âEddieâŚâ
âI would be a mess, I still am I mean. But at least I am not alone.â His puppy dog brown eyes looked at her as he leant over to kiss her.
She took his lips in as she tasted the tomato sauce. She wrapped her hand around his neck as they deepened the kiss together. Eddie lowered her onto the couch. Her brown eyes looked up at him as they both froze in that position. Audra reached for under his shirt to feel his stomach.
Eddie tilted his head at her slowly. Audra needed to think, do anything else and this was on her mind for a long time. Audra nodded at him. âIâll always be there for you Eddieâ
The two wanted to do it, so badly were they tempted to do something as crazy as this. There was something about the two of them hiding and on the run that made them want to do something stupid and dangerous. This was the stupid and dangerous. Audra had leant back over to him then he quickly turned his head away.
âSorry, I cant.â He said. âThe thoughts of everything from last nightâŚâ
Audra nodded. She understood but it didnât help the lingering thoughts in her head. She didnât know what she was thinking when she even was thinking about it. She knew Chrissy and what happened to her was awful. Â She wrapped her arms around him and kept him close, wanting to comfort him.
âThanks,â He said pulling her closer into a warmer embrace.
************************************************************************
Eddie and Audra didnât know how long they were snuggling together until they heard voices outside of the door knocking on it.
Both looked at each other and stayed quiet. Â The didnât move from the couch but stayed put hoping that no one will try to get into the house.
The person knocked on the door louder this time, much more demanding. Eddie shook his head to her, warning her to keep quiet.
Audra kept her mouth shut around all of this. But she was curious who was at the door? Was it the group, was it the police? It was tempting to look but they knew it was best to keep distance.
âStay here!â He said after a few minutes. He stood up from the couch then looks over to check. He sighed in relief when he saw that the person was gone. He looked at Audra âHeâs gone.â
âGood.â Was what Audra managed to say. She still felt a bit uneasy but Eddie looked around the area and noticed there was a figure of something by the door. He looked at Audra for a moment before slowly walking over to the door.
Audra thought he was crazy. Why was he going to the front of the door? They were on the run. He grabbed a hoodie by the door and swung it onto himself and pulled the hood over. He quickly opened the door and grabbed the basket on the other end and closed the door quickly.
Eddie looked at the basket, it was full of food, resources and some movies from the video store. Eddie looked at the note on the top and opened the envelope.
We donât believe them.
C.C
It didnât take long for him to realise the basket was from his fellow bandmates. How they figured it out so quickly, he doesnât know. But all that mattered was that  they had support behind them.
âItâs a basket from the band, they are watching out for us.â Eddie perched his lips together into a smile. He was glad he had some people looking out for them. He found a video, a stoner movie he meant to watch in forever and he turned to Audra who was peeking behind the couch.
âHey want to go down on me and watch this corny ass movie?â

part 7 part 8 part 9 part 10 part 11
Masterlist
Summary: after an extremely episode that left lots of people dead hopper decides to get you some help calling in some of the more scientifically experienced people
Warning: blood, death, emotion, caring Eddie, breakdown, run away , not proof read

âââââââââââââââââââââââ
Itâs starting to get late and no one has managed to find me yet Eddie is started to get really worried as him and the others gather back together â I donât know what to do where could she beâ Eddie rambles his hands fidgeting at his sides â itâs ok Edâs weâll find herâ Gareth rests his hand on his shoulder gently â do you have any idea where she could have goneâ hopper looks at Eddie as he shakes his head â I have no clueâ he sighs â the only place I could think of is maybe the trailer park but you know how unstable that place is nowâ he looks at hopper who nods â letâs head there now okâ they start walking that way.
Meanwhile Iâm sat on the floor of eddies old trailer looking up at where the gate used to be a stranger laying in my lap her neck weeping with blood from where Iâd been drinking I lean back in for more when I hear the door crack open and snap around hissing rabidly the bats around me doing the same. â whoa now sweetheartâ Eddie says his voice soft as he steps in his arms held out infront of him â itâs ok itâs only usâ he reassures me as I stare at them my expression seems blank as they step closer â Eddieâ I mutter my voice distant and quivering â thatâs right baby itâs meâ he kneels next to me pushing the woman off my lap then taking my head into his hands to look at me â god look at the mess youâve madeâ he gently wipes the blood off my chin and from around my mouth as I stare into his deep brown eyes my body shaking a single tear falling down my cheek as i collapse into eddies arms broken sobs escaping me.
Hopper steps in seeing Eddie holding me in his arms hushing me he then looks down at the corpse on the floor letting out a sigh â y/n â he turns to me â what did you doâ he sighs as I shake â I was gonna go backâ I stutter â but the gates closedâ I look back up to the ceiling â i lost control hop Iâm sorryâ he bends down to my level â this canât be happening kid itâs not good for you or for the people of Hawkinsâ I nod my whole body trembling â Iâm sorry â I look down â I donât know what happened who Iâve killed or whyâ I tremble more â he was speaking to me through out itâ I look at eleven â Vecna â she mutters â he was egging me on praising me and it felt so go so fucking goodâ
hopper looks at me shaking his head â you need to control it y/nâ he lectures â Iâve tried but the more I control it the more i starveâ I move up onto mg knees â Iâm just so hungry it feels like Iâm being ripped apartâ I claw art my sides looking up at them â we bring you foodâ Steve chimes in looking at me â the blood bags we nickâ I shake my head â more I need moreâ I sob as Eddie picks me up â come on baby letâs get you homeâ he sighs his thumb gently stroking the skin of my thigh as he holds me walking back towards the cabin.
â do you hate meâ I mutter quietly looking up at Eddie as my head rests comfortably in his chest â how could I ever hate you baby â he sighs looking down at me â donât ask such silly thingsâ he adds â I will always love you no matter what mess we end up inâ I look down â what about the others.â I look over his shoulder at those who are following close behind â no sweetheart they donât hate you at allâ he sighs â they are worried about youâ he looks at me placing a kiss on my forehead â Iâm worried about me tooâ I mutter into his chest â but you know how we are baby weâll be ok weâre always going to be okâ he smiles holding me tightly as we make it to the cabin.
Once weâre in the cabin Eddie places me down on the sofa everyone gathers in looking down at me with this concerned look â I really donât feel well â I mutter quietly as Eddie brushes the hair from my forehead â i know sweetheartâ he sighs â youâre burning hotâ he looks over at Gareth and Jeff who stare at me in disbelief he sighs getting up dragging them out of the lounge toward the kitchen where he gets me a cold damp flannel.
Hopper looks down at me shaking his head â y/n you need to tell me everything that happened so we can sort it outâ he sits next to me my head resting on his knee gently â I was in the bedroom I broke the window I donât remember anything else till Eddie walked towards me in the trailer parkâ I look up at hopper tears dripping down my face â Iâm sorry I wish I could tell you more â I mutter â ok â he sighs shaking his head as eleven steps forward looking into my eyes which are extremely red and puffy I flinch slightly as she reaches out to touch my hand.
A surge of pain shoots through me and a scream erupts from my lungs as she holds onto my hand tightly as gruesome flashing images appear in front of my eyes chrissys death, demo bats strung up dead, millions of people dead, rivers of blood, unknown creatures everywhere then there me stood in the middle my hair in my face stained with blood as I stare back at myself a high pitch screech coming out of me as I fly up into the sky following a hoard of bats towards Vecnas side.
I snap back to reality my body trembling as I rip my hand away from eleven hyperventilating as I back myself into the corner of the sofa tucking my knees into my chest eleven also falls back into the floor staring up at me in complete shock, â what was thatâshe looks up at me her voice panicked through quick breathes â his vision â I mutter quietly tears dripping down my cheeksâ thatâs what he wants of the world, me at his side as he so called queen while he watches the world burnâ
Eddie enters the room again looking at me with a face full of worry as he scoops me into his arms â thatâs enough leave her aloneâ he snaps glaring at everyone â baby letâs get you to bedâ he looks down at me â you need your restâ he brushes my cheek gently â I donât want to sleepâ I mutter shaking my head â thatâs when he comes to meâ I look up at him as he carries me to the bed room which has been tidied up slightly and the window bordered up he lays me on the bed cuddling me from behind as I curl up into myself â Iâm sorry for the bad things I doâ I mumble a broken sob escaping me â I know princess I know â he holds me closer I can feel his heart thrumming against my back comfortingly as I relax into his embrace.
âââââââââââââââââââââââ
A few hours pass of just laying in eddies arms when I roll over to look at him I let out a small sigh realising that heâs fallen asleep I push myself up out of bed leaving the room again to see hopper stood in the lounge talking to a rather short grey haired man who wears a doctorâs coat vecnas voice rings through my head â y/n get out of there runâ his words are demanding rushed they sound slightly panicked but Iâm frozen to the spot staring at the men infront of me.
â whatâs going onâ I ask looking at hopper who suddenly realises my presence â oh y/nâ he clears his throat â this is dr Owensâ he starts gesturing towards the man as my eyes shift to him â I donât need a doctor â I stare at him my face blank as I push forward â I think Iâm perfectly healthyâ I look at hopper again who lets out a sigh â heâs not that kind of doctor y/nâ
I stare at him walking further into the room â why is he hereâ I sit on the sofa resting my hands on my knees my nails digging into the skin underneath it as I stare at both men in â y/n Iâm here to help youâ dr Owenâs kneels down in front of me he gently takes my hands into his as I rip them away from him quickly letting out a harsh hiss â youâre a fascinating case Iâve seen nothing like youâ he says staring into my eyes â you canât fix meâ I mutter quietly my bottom lip quivering â you donât need to be fixed you just need to learnâ
I stare at him my eyes wide and glassy hands trembling as I pull my lip between my teeth taking in a deep breath â I want to be betterâ I look away again my hands shaking as if Iâm searching for something that is watching from the shadows â but he wonât let meâ I mutter quietly â y/n you donât have to do what he saysâ hopper speaks up looking down at me âbut I doâ I snap my fangs bared â you donât understand â I snarl â he made me Iâm his property, he says jump I ask how highâ I sit back in my seat â youâll never understand â I look back down again resting my eyes for a minute
â babyâ Eddie grumbled sleep filling his voice as he drags himself through the doorway having the sudden realisation that we have guests and straightens himself up wiping the sleep from his eyes â whatâs going onâ he asks joining my side his hand instantly reaching for mine â Eddie this is dr Owens Iâve invited him to come help y/nâ hopper looks at him as Eddie frowns â she doesnât need your helpâ he snaps slightly his hand tightening around mine â Eddieâ I mutter quietly bringing his attention back to me I give him a gentle smile resting my head against his shoulder âjust hear them outâ I sigh â fine but Iâm not letting you become some sort of freak experiment â he looks up at Owens who is now stood up talking to hopper now.
â how will you help herâ Eddie asks making Owens turn to us he lets out a slight sigh â weâre going to have to monitor her for a few weeks taking notes of her activity and see what she does well also monitor her brain waves while she sleeps to see when there is interaction between her and Henryâ he starts â we will also be trying to find away to manage these episodes this will mean when she enters such we will be experimenting different ways to retain her â I look at him â Iâm a person not an animal I do not need retaining â I glare as Eddie sighs squeezing my hand gently â ok â Eddie looks at him â is it ok if I continue to stay with herâ he asks as Owens hesitates for a second â i think itâs best that you stay with her for now but some tests may require your absence â he nods looking at Eddie as I sit back in the seat âI guess letâs get this shit started thenâ I smile slightly looking at all the men a small sigh escaping me as everything starts to unravel.

Masterlist | Part 1 | Part 3 (coming soon)

Eddie knew he was the worst boyfriend on the planet. He'd spent the last two days leaving you to fend for yourself in the aftermath of his drunken stupor. He'd spent the last two days without calling you. Seeing you. Or even writing to you to explain what had happened. But Eddie knew you were a smart woman. He knew for certain that you had probably figured out what had happened. And that you were probably pissed off at him for his dumb actions.
He didn't blame you. He'd truly fucked up by calling Hopper while drunk and stoned. There was no certainty that he'd ever come back from all this. Most likely, you were going to break up with him. Simply because he'd spent the last two days hiding from you and avoiding your calls.
But fuck. Did Eddie miss you? Absolutely! You were all he could think about for the last forty-eight hours. You were the love of his life and yet he seemed to have fucked it all up. In his exile from your life, he had hatched a plan to see you again. He'd decided that during your lunch break at work was the best time to see you. This was the best possible option considering Hopper would also be at his job. Which meant there wasn't a chance of him finding Eddie and you in the same place.
Eddie decided that after his little stunt, he was going to stay out of trouble for the rest of the year. Or at least for the rest of the summer. That way things could hopefully go back to normal for the two of you. And Hopper would go back to not suspecting a fucking thing. Well, this all depends on whether you still want him that is. Fuck did he pray every single, second of every single day, that you still wanted him.
At noon on Monday, Eddie set forth his plan. He went to Star Court Mall and hung around the food court in a hoodie and sunglasses. His long wavy brown hair was pulled up in a bun and he did his best to look inconspicuous. That didn't last long, unfortunately. Since a former classmate had recognized him not long after he arrived.
"Eddie? Eddie Munson?" Eddie looked over the rim of his sunglasses and nearly let out a belly laugh. There before him was the former King of Hawkins High Steve Harrington. And he was wearing a goddamn sailor outfit. He looked fucking ridiculous.
"What the hell are you wearing?" Eddie asked before he could think to deny or confirm that it was him.
Steve frowned in response and crossed his arms. "It's my uniform, man. I'm forced to wear this." It was clear by the tone of his voice that he was defensive about his appearance and that only made Eddie find this situation even funnier.
"Wow. You must have a hulimation kink." Eddie said with a smirk. He then removed his sunglasses as he decided that the gig was up. If Steve Harrington could recognize him. There was no way his disguise was any good.
Steve rolled his eyes and groaned. "Shut up, Munson. At least Iâve never drunk dial one of my girlfriend's dads and tell them I'm dating their daughter with no prior warning."
Eddie froze and stared at him with bewilderment. How did he know that? You would have mentioned if you were friends with Steve wouldn't you have? Did you possibly seek comfort in Steve and possibly cheat?! Eddie thought. Steve must have realized that Eddie was spiraling because he sighed and said this.
"I found out from my coworker, Robin. She's friends with Y/n. Don't worry. I know better than to get involved with someone when such a dramatic event has just happened. She's still yours. I think. Right?"
"I don't know. I haven't seen her since it happened." Eddie all but whispered. He was starting to feel overexposed and anxious. Perhaps, this was all just another bad idea. Maybe he should just bail and try again later.
"Are you an idiot? Why haven't you seen her?! She's been worried sick about you!!" Steve blurted at him. Leaving Eddie to cringe.
Eddie didn't answer that. Because behind Steve was a girl wearing a similar outfit to Steve (who Eddie figured must be Robin) and you. The two of you were both staring at him. And all you had greeted him with was nothing but a frown. This wasn't part of the plan. Not one fucking bit.
This past weekend was probably the worst weekend of your life. You were crying nonstop. You were worried sick about your stupid boyfriend. Who hadn't as much as called you? And you couldn't even confide in your father or sister. Because if El knew that it was true that you were dating Eddie, she could tell on you. And if your dad knew that you were dating Eddie. Well, then it'd all be over.
You were upset, frustrated, and so fucking angry. On Saturday afternoon you'd gone to the Scoops Ahoy, to see Robin and cry your eyes out. The two of you spent your lunch breaks trying to figure out a solution to your problem. With little luck in coming up with the perfect solution. The two of you decided to just wait until Eddie called you.
However, you didn't expect it to take so long. You had expected him to call you on Saturday night like he'd always done but he hadn't. But he didn't call. Nor did he call on Sunday either. By Monday, you were ready to start a search party just so you could find Eddie and kick his ass.
You couldn't believe what he put you through. You were so fucking mad at him. Yet it was obvious that you were also worried about him. You hated him and yet loved him so much. You just wanted to see him. What would you do when you saw him? Well? You weren't too certain. You'd either kill him or kiss him in all honesty.
When it was time for your lunch break, you headed down to Scoops Ahoy to find Robin. Unlike the last two days, you weren't as upset and you kept your emotions at bay. Regardless, that all changed once you saw him. He was standing outside of Scoops Ahoy talking to Steve. Eddie looked tired and anxious. His hair was up in a bun. And he was wearing a hoodie even though it was nearly 90 degrees outside. His outfit was pretty off-putting considering you'd never seen him in such a state. But with the sunglasses in his hands, you came to realize that he was attempting to wear a disgust.
Before you knew it, Robin had intervened and forced you and Eddie to one of the booths not far from Scoops Ahoy to talk things over. She walked away before either of you could interject. And now you were faced with the task of talking things through with Eddie. You didn't want to be the first to talk so you waited for Eddie to speak. It took a few minutes but he finally did.
"I'm sorry about what I did." He said softly. You watched as he fidgeted with his rings. You rolled your eyes, nevertheless, Eddie continued. "I shouldn't have done it. I mean I had so many chances of not going through with it. I went through the phone book to look for the police station's number. Yet, I still called him." Eddie scratched his neck and gave you a weak smile.
You sighed deeply and shook your head. "You're a mess, Eddie Munson."
"I hope I'm still your mess." He said weakly. You smiled softly and reached for his hand. "It depends."
"Yeah?" He flashed his dimples at you, which made you feel giddy and happy. You tried to focus on scolding him for his actions but when he got all cute like this it was hard. So, you closed in order to focus.
"Why'd you do it in the first place?"
"Would you believe me if I said that I did it because I wanted to tell Hopper off for not being a feminist?"
You snorted and rolled your eyes playfully. "How is my dad not a feminist?"
"Well, where do I begin? First, he won't let you decide who you date. Sure I'm trouble, honey. You and I both know that. But you're still allowed to pick who you can date. Second, he still treats you like a kid. You're an adult, baby. Third, I'm pretty sure he still picks out your clothes."
"He does not!" You swat at his hand only for Eddie to giggle. He raised his eyebrow and with a smirk he replied.
"Wait. So, you're telling me you willingly wear plaid shirts and boring hoodies?"
"Well... I do wear them. I'm just not the biggest fan of them."
"My point exactly! You're allowed to make your own choices. Your own mistakes. Hopper is just being a helicopter parent."
You sighed and nodded your head in agreement. Eddie was making some valid points. You wanted to explain why your father was so controlling. You knew it had to do with your sister, Sara. When she passed away everything had changed. It was only in the last year and a half that things had somewhat gone back to normal. Thanks to Jane for basically filling in the spot of your deceased sister. But still, your father was still protective. Only less so than before.
"I'll try to talk to him about boundaries. But that doesn't mean you're off the hook either, mister drunk caller." You squeeze Eddie's hand somewhat roughly. Eddie yelped lightly, and you noticed that a blush began to form on Eddie's face. Swiftly he averted eye contact embarrassed.
"Are you gonna punish me?" He whispered raising his eyebrows in concern. Nevertheless, it was clear he was more excited if anything.
You licked your lips and gave him a devilish smirk. "Wanna go to your van and find out?"
Eddie nodded his head rapidly. His brown eyes were blown out and there was nothing but lust that seeped through them. He was desperate and you just knew that you had to tease him and punish him for all the trouble he had caused you.
The two of you snuck off to the parking lot to go make out in his van. You were giggling and holding hands. Eddie kept on pecking quick kisses on your forehead and temple. And when the two of you turned to a deserted corner he gave you a passionate deep kiss on the lips that made you forget where you were. The two of you broke away and with a boyish grin, Eddie grabbed you by the hand and practically dragged you to the parking lot. The two of you were running to his van without a care in the world. The two of you were the definition of teenager bliss. You were both so happy. So, free. And felt completely unstoppable.
But that happiness ended once you saw your father. As you approached Eddie's van you found your father standing in front of it. Leaving the two of you to stop dead in your tracks. Eddie started to let go of your hand, but your grip just tightened on him. You were certain that you were hurting him. But you were in such shock that you couldn't completely comprehend what you were doing. It's only when Eddie yelped that you let go. You look up at him and plead for him not to run. And much to your surprise he doesn't he just stands there. Waiting patiently for the lecture that would most likely take place.
Your father looked at Eddie first and then at you. The look on his face was indescribable. You waited for your father to say something but instead, he said nothing. He just continued to smoke his cigarette and stared at your boyfriend and you. Once he'd smoked it down to a nub he spat it out and extinguished it with his boot. He then groaned and simply said.
"Let's go get lunch." Wordlessly, Eddie and you got into the back of your dad's police car. It only dawned on you when you were out of the mall's parking lot that you had forgotten about the rest of your shift. You prayed that your boss wouldn't fire you for your malfeasance. Yet, you knew deep down that was the least of your worries.
Eddie was used to being in the back of a police car. It wasn't his first time in one. And he was certain that it wouldn't be the last time either. However, this was the first time he sat in one and wasn't in trouble with the law. Sure, he was still in trouble. It was a part of being a Munson, mischief came easily. But this time he was in trouble for dating the chief's daughter. Which somehow felt much, much worse than any misdemeanor he'd ever received.
Yet, he wouldn't trade you for the world. If a record label had shown up right at this exact moment and said they'd be able to make all his dreams come true with the catch being that Eddie and you had to break up. He knew he'd tell them to fuck off and never come back. That's how deeply he loved you. He'd trade his dreams just to be with you. He'd trade his life if it meant you'd be safe.
Hopper had pulled up to a diner on the other side of town. Eddie had recognized the place. The last time he'd been there was last spring. When his dad convinced him to be accomplished in some stupid scheme that ended up backfiring greatly. Eddie pushed those thoughts into the back of his head and decided to focus on the insanity that was taking place instead.
Hopper pushed the button to unlock the back doors of the police vehicle. You got out first with a blank look on your face that you'd had throughout the car ride over. Eddie, however, was much slower in getting out of the car. He was lightly shaking as he knew that Hopper was watching him. Just as he'd done throughout the car ride over. Once Eddie got out of the police car he sighed. He was in desperate need of a cigarette.
You were the first to go into the diner. You had found a spot for the three of you to sit and had gone into the back to place a phone call. Eddie wasn't sure what for, but once you returned you explained it was that you had called your workplace to explain where you had gone. Hopper and Eddie just nodded. And you slipped into the booth next to Eddie. Underneath the table, you took Eddie's hand into your hand and squeezed it. He wanted to kiss you for being so kind. But he knew better since Hopper was watching him.
The waitress had come to the table and asked for your drink order. Hopper asked for coffee and even slightly flirted with the waitress. While you said you just wanted water, Eddie said the same thing. (Even though Eddie disliked the taste of water.) Once she left, the disapproving lecture began.
"So, this has to end," Hopper said without hesitation. His dark brown eyes glared at Eddie making him want to shiver. He couldn't quite believe how Hopper had said it like it was the most normal thing in the world. As if it was the only logical conclusion to the two of you dating.
You quickly stood your ground making Eddie extremely proud of you. "No way in hell." You nearly shouted. Hopper frowned and shook his head in response.
"Sunshine, please."
"No. You don't get to call me that stupid nickname. And you don't get to decide who I'm dating! I'm eighteen years old, Dad! I'm an adult!"
Hopper scoffed and rolled his eyes. He then looked toward Eddie and sneered. "Got anything to say, kid? Or are you suddenly shy? Because I find it pretty fucking funny how you can be so bold and brave once drunk. But sober you're just nothing but a shy little kid."
Eddie sighed through his nose and muttered lightly. "Fuck off." Only for Hopper to laugh loudly.
"Mind speaking up, kid? I couldn't hear you."
"I said, fuck off." Eddie glared at him. He then picked up your hand front underneath the table and placed it on the table. As wordlessly indicated to Hopper neither one of you was backing down. He looked over at you and gave you a shy smile. Only for you to give him one as well. Hopper groaned and the waitress came back to the table to give the drinks out. She asked if we were ready to order and Hopper said no and she walked away. Once gone he said.
"Very mature, Munson. So, tell me. This next semester is going to be your third attempt at senior year. Or is it your fourth?"
"Dad!" You hissed and squeezed Eddie's hand tighter. Hopper took a sip of his coffee and shrugged his shoulders. "What I'm just saying is that Eddie hasn't graduated yet. While you're about to go to college this fall. I think it's only fair to point out the differences between the two of you. Because trust me there are plenty of differences between the two of you."
"Oh let me guess. You're gonna point out his criminal record next. Am I right, Dad?"
"What you're dating someone with a record?" Hopper said sarcastically. "I would have never guessed that a Munson would have a record!"
"Fuck you." Eddie swiftly said. He then gave him the bird and Hopper once again laughed.
"You said that already."
"No, I said "fuck off," earlier. You really don't listen now, do you? Y/n has mentioned it quite often that you don't listen. Typically while we're in bed."
"Eddie!!" You glared at him and he could tell that you had grown flustered. Meanwhile, Hopper was glaring daggers at him. Yet, all Eddie could do was smirk. He put his hands behind his head and felt content.
"You know I can arrest you, right?" Hopper snapped leaving Eddie to scoff.
"What for? For dating your daughter?"
"No for you being a dealer." Hopper took another sip of his coffee and Eddie scoffed even louder and crossed his arms. He knew that was just a pathetic attempt at a threat. Sure, he was fucking terrified right now. But Hopper was making a pathetic threat. He expected better from the police chief.
"Eddie doesn't do that anymore! Besides, I don't care. I love him." You declared as you kissed Eddie on the cheek in front of your dad. This only made Hopper angrier as he growled.
"You're eighteen years old. You don't know what love is."
"Oh, and you and Diana weren't in the same boat when you were my age."
"Don't talk about Diana."
"Why not? It's a free country, isn't it?" Eddie said in a mocking tone.
Hopper groaned and shook his head. He rubbed his eyes and groaned louder. "Y/n, please. You know you shouldn't be dating, him."
"Why? Tell me why, Dad?"
"Because he's going to hold you back! You'll never accomplish anything with him by your side! You'll just be trailer park trash just like he is!"
Nobody said anything after that. The rest of lunch was quiet and Eddie even beat Hopper to pay the cheque. As a means to show him off one last time. Hopper drove the two of you back to the mall and watched as you got into Eddie's van. As he drove the two of you off somewhere Hopper drove off in the opposite direction. Heading toward Main Street Hawkins. He had to see a friend.
Eddie and you were silent as he drove around Hawkins. The two of you practically went down every street in town. Just mindlessly driving from one location to the next. But both of you knew that there was no destination that either of you wanted to go to. It was just mind-numbing driving to calm the two of you down.
Eddie stopped his van outside of Lover's Lake. Wordlessly he got out of his van and began to smoke. You got out a few minutes later and found him leaning up against his van. You smiled shyly at him and then gave him a peck on the cheek. He sighed and shook his head.
"Maybe he's right? Maybe I will hold you back? Maybe I'm already doing it?" Eddie said as he took a long drag of his cigarette. You gawked at him and crossed your arms. You couldn't believe that Eddie was buying into your dad's shitty propaganda. Just a few hours away he was team Hopper isn't a feminist and now he believes that he was right? It was almost hilarious how easily your father seemed you sway him.
You took the cigarette from his lips and glared at him. Causing Eddie to gulp. He was nervous. "Why would you even say that?! He's an asshole, Eddie! He doesn't know what you're capable of. I do!"
"Yeah and what am I capable of?" He took a step closer and glared at you. You weren't used to seeing your silly boyfriend look so serious and dark. If you weren't so shocked right now. You were certain you would have found this shift to be kinda hot. Nevertheless, you say nothing and let Eddie continue.
"Cause you and I both know I'm capable of repeating the 12th grade three times now. I'm a fuck up, darling! I just fuck everything up! And I'm gonna fuck you up too! You'll wake up one day and realize that I'm nothing! And that I'm just a terrible mistake. Just admit it, sugar."
You shook your head, and then stepped closer to Eddie and put your head on his shoulder. "I won't admit it because it's not true, Ed. You're not a fuck up. You don't fuck everything up. You're not gonna fuck me up. And I won't wake up on day and think I made a mistake. You're not nothing. You're everything."
"How am I everything?" His voice was shaky and he looked so small in the moment. He almost looked younger. It reminded you of when you first met Eddie.
He was such a timid kid in elementary school. At the start the start that is. But with time he became a total class clown. At least, that's what he had told you. The two of you were one year apart so you truthfully didn't spend a lot of time with him growing up. It wasn't until high school that the two of you became friends.
"You're smart. You're kind. Funny. And so fucking creative. I doubt any guy in Hawkins. Let alone in the entire state of Indiana would write me a love songs just cause."
"You're too good to me." He said with a boyish grin.
"No you are."
You kissed him passionately and Eddie wrapped his arms around you tightly. The kiss soon grew even hungrier as you nipped at his neck. Leaving Eddie to groan. As a result, Eddie began to squeeze your butt and you moan loudly.
"Can I stay at your place?" You said between kisses. You felt Eddie grin widely. He began to litter your neck with hickies leaving you to mewl loudly. Eddie growled in response.
"Yes." He said as he kissed your throat. "Yes." He said as he kissed your nose. Yes." He said as he kissed your forehead. "Yes." He said as he kissed your lips. Nothing could keep the two of you apart. Especially not your overbearing father.

I pulled up to Forest Hills Trailer Park and I parked next to Eddieâs trailer. I walked up the stairs with a bag of snacks and I knocked on the door.
After a few moments of waiting, the door opened and on the other side of the door was a boy with short brunette curly hair that was covered with a ball cap.
âIâm sorry. I must have the wrong place.â I said.
As I was about to step down the stairs, he called out.
âWait, are you here for the DnD?â He asked.
âYes.â I said.
âYouâre in the right place. Iâm Dustin.â He smiled.
âOkay.â I smiled.
After I told Dustin my name, he motioned for me to come in. When I walked in, I saw another boy sitting at the table in the living room. I looked around the trailer and it was very homey. There wasnât much. It had seemed as if someone had just moved in.
âGarret, this is Eddieâs new guest.â Dustin stated.
Garrett looked at Dustin and had a look of realization.
âOh. Well we are glad to have you.â Garrett said.
âThank you. Where should I put this bag of snacks?â I asked.
âThe kitchen is fine.â Dustin smiled.
I walked over to the kitchen and sat the snacks on the counter. At the corner of my eye I saw Eddie walk in and I looked up.
My heart beat a million miles per hour. He was wearing his Hellfire Shirt with a darker pair of blue jeans.
Eddie turned to me and smiled.
âHey, you made it.â Eddie smiled.
âYeah, well you said I would enjoy it. So I thought why not.â I smiled.
âWell then letâs get this campaign started.â Eddie smiled.
I walked away from the kitchen and walked over to the table.
âWe usually have more people, but they are on vacation right now.â Garrett said.
Eddie pulled up a chair and sat it next to him and I sat down.
âAlright, is everyone ready for the campaign?â Eddie asked.
All three of us nodded our heads and in an instant, Eddie turned into a storyteller.
Once he told the story, we immediately went to the game and rolled the dice until we got where we needed to.
âAlright. Well that is it for right now. I have something for you.â Eddie pointed to me.
Eddie got up and I got up as well. We walked into his bedroom and I just stood by his dresser away from the door.
Eddie walked over to a box and pulled out a shirt. He walked over to me and sat it down on his dresser that was next to me.
âWhat is that?â I asked.
âItâs a Hellfire Shirt. You knowâŚI thought maybe you could have one. If you decide to come backâŚyou know.â Eddie smiled.
âWellâŚthank you.â I said.
âI mean, did you enjoy being here?â Eddie asked.
âYes, I did. Iâm sorry if I seemed odd. I just never really do things like this. People never really saw me. So, I didnât have people to hang out with. People thought I was weird, especially in high school. But, I want to try to get out of my shellâŚI donât know.â I sighed.
I looked down feeling embarrassed. I was rambling again to someone who I liked very much.
I then felt a ringed hand caress the side of my face and I lifted my face up. Eddie looked at me and he cupped the other side of my face.
âSweetheartâŚI donât think you are odd. AndâŚI see you. I have always seen you. I just wish I talked you. I think I was scared to. You always seemed like you were in your own world.â Eddie smiled.
âThank you. For the record, I never thought you were a freak. I have always seen you too. I guess I was just too afraid to talk to anyone. Whenever I would try to, I always got the cold shoulder.â I sighed.
âOh sweetheart. Those people missed out. I have only talked to you yesterday and today and you are truly fun to be around.â Eddie smiled.
âYou are too.â I smiled.
âCome here.â Eddie smiled.
Eddie moved his hands away from my face and wrapped his arms around me. I wrapped my arms around him and let myself relax in his arms.
For the first time, I truly felt comfort and safe.
âYou have a place here. Whatever you need, just come to me.â Eddie whispered.
I fluttered my eyes closed and I felt a stray tear run down my face.
âI will.â I whispered.
I meant it. I have been searching for a safe place for so long. I was not about to walk away.
Eddie looked back at me and took his hand and wiped the stray tear on my face with his thumb and rested his hand on the side of my face.
Eddie just looked at me and it was as if his light brown eyes were piercing into my soul.
âDo you have any idea how beautiful you are?â Eddie whispered.
âEddieâŚâ I gasped.
He leaned in until his lips were inches away from mine.
âDonât deny it. You are so beautiful.â Eddie whispered.
Eddie then traced his thumb across my lips. Before I realized it, I kissed the back of his thumb. Eddie fluttered his eyes closed and took a heavy breath.
âPrincessâŚâ Eddie rasped.
Eddie opened up his eyes again and just as we were both leaning in, a voice called out.
âHey guys, we are waiting out here!â Dustin called out.
Eddie took a few steps away from me and I grabbed my shirt and spoke.
âWe should get back out there before they call us again.â I said.
âYeah, we should.â Eddie sighed.
I smiled at Eddie and walked out of his bedroom and walked back into the living room.
I had waited until Eddie came back into the living room to say my goodbyes.
Once I did, I walked out of the trailer and got in my car.
As soon as I got home, I went up to my bedroom and got ready for bed.
However, as I tried to find rest, I could not stop thinking about Eddie.
I thought about his voice, his smile, and his hands.
Whenever I would close my eyes, his voice would be whispering in my ear telling me how beautiful I am. His smile would be into my skin each time I moaned from his kisses. His hands would be causing me sweet ecstasy on my body.
âYesâŚ.EddieâŚbaby Iâm gonna cumâŚplease.â I breathed.
As I envisioned Eddie touching me where I aced for him, my hand moved faster and my release came hard and fast.
âEddieâŚahhh.â I moaned.
As I came down from my high and opened my eyes, I just laid in bed.
Once I got situated, I rolled over and closed my eyes and dreamed more of Eddie that night.
~Eddieâs POV~
âOh babyâŚthatâs it. You feel so goodâŚIâm gonnaâŚyes!â I moaned out.
Ever since she left, I could not thinking about her. I couldnât stop thinking about the way she smelled, smiled, and how soft her skin was.
As I felt the pleasure heighten, I moved my hand faster.
Once I had the trailer to myself, I went to go and lay down for bed. But I couldnât. My entire thoughts consumed of her.
âBabyâŚoh babyâŚyesâŚahhh.â I moaned.
My release came fast and hard and I breathed heavily.
Once I got my breathing regulated, I went to the bathroom to clean up. Once I did, I went back to my room and thought about calling her tomorrow to see if she wanted to hang out.
But until then, I settled into bed and closed my eyes. The rest of the night I dreamed of her. ďżź

Weeks have passed since the first DnD campaign that I have ever been too. Ever since then, Eddie and I have seen a lot of each other.
I would go over to his trailer house on Fridays for campaigns if my mom wasnât working late. Other times, Eddie would have dinner at my house.
Within the first week of hanging out with Eddie, I had invited him over to dinner with me and my mother.
âI donât know. Adults really donât warm up to me.â Eddie said.
âEddie, it is going to be okay. My mom is going to love you. I promise you.â I assured him.
âAlright. I canât say no to you.â Eddie smiled.
âHey!â I cheered.
I gave Eddie a hug and I felt him put his arms around me.
I looked back at him and I smiled.
âI promise Eddie, it is going to be fine.â I smiled.
âWell, I promise to be on my best behavior sweetheart.â Eddie smiled.
âJust be you.â I smiled.
Eddie and I just smiled at each other and enjoyed the rest of the night watching creepy summer movies at his trailer home.
A few days had passed and I was waiting by the door for Eddie.
âHoney, calm down. He will be here.â My mother said.
âI know. I just want him to have a good time.â I said.
âHoney, we are having dinner. We are not putting on a talent show for him.â My mother said.
âI know mom.â I sighed.
âHoney, why donât you relax.â My mom suggested.
âMomâŚI.â I sighed.
âNo honey. You did all of this. You made dinner and got everything ready. Just go and sit at the table.â My mom said.
I went to go and sit at the table when I heard a knock at the door.
âHeâs here!â I cheered.
âAlright. I will get the dessert and you get the door.â My mom said.
I went to the door as my mom went back to the kitchen.
I took a deep breath and opened the door.
When I saw Eddie standing there, my breath was taken away. He was wearing a pair of black pants and black tshirt with his white Reeboks. His hair was all brushed out and he had on his guitar pick necklace. He also had flowers in his hand as well.
âHi.â I smiled.
âHi.â Eddie smiled.
âCome in.â I said.
Eddie walked in and I closed the door behind him. My mother was setting down the brownies on the counter as Eddie and I walked into the living room.
âWell, hello.â My mother said.
âMom, this is Eddie. Eddie, this is my mom.â I introduced them.
âLovely to meet you dear. I have heard so much about you.â My mom smiled.
âHopefully good things.â Eddie smiled.
âYes, I assure you.â My mom smiled.
âWell, these are for you.â Eddie said.
Eddie handed my mother some of the wildflowers and then he handed me the other half of them.
âThese are for you as well.â Eddie smiled.
âOh, what a perfect gentlemen. Thank you.â My mom smiled.
âThank you Eddie.â I smiled.
âAlright, well letâs get these flowers in some water and then weâll eat.â My mother said.
I was about to go and help her until my mom spoke.
âThat is alright honey. I got it.â My mom smirked.
My mother took the flowers from me and walked into the kitchen.
Eddie and I were now standing in the living room and we both looked at each other.
âYou look really nice.â I smiled.
âYou as well. Purple is really your color sweetheart.â Eddie smiled.
For tonightâs occasion, I had decided to wear a purple summer dress with my signature necklace.
âThank you.â I smiled.
I reached for his hand and spoke.
âIâm glad you came tonight.â I said.
Eddie began to move his thumb on top of my hand.
âAnything for you sweetheart.â Eddie smiled.
We both looked at each other and just smiled.
âAlright, it is time for dinner.â My mom smiled.
All three of us sat down at the table and we began dinner instantly. The conversations between all three of us flowed tremendously.
We talked about our interests in movies, music, and everything else that we ended up talking about.
Eddie was surprised to learn that my mother was a metal head as well when she was in high school. My mother had even gone to a few concerts and lived it up before she had me.
I already knew all of the stories and that is where my love of metal music came from.
From then on Eddie and my mother went on and on about the whole history of metal music.
As soon as we are all done with dinner, we all sat our dishes in the sink. When I was ready to wipe them, my mom came in.
âGo and relax honey. I got this.â My mom said.
âMomâŚâ I said.
âHoney, you need a break. Let me do them.â My mom said.
âAlright.â I said.
âHere, take this up to your room.â My mom said as she grabbed the vase of flowers.
âOkay mom.â I said.
I took the vase of flowers and walked out of the kitchen.
Eddie stood up from the couch and walked over to me.
âI am going to go and put these up in my room.â I said.
âAlright.â Eddie smiled.
âEddie, would you help me with these dishes dear?â My mother called out.
âYeah no problem.â Eddie said.
âI will be right back.â I said.
I walked out the living room and walked up the stairs and walked into my bedroom.
~Eddieâs POV~
Oh boy. The moment of truth. The moment where the parent tells me what I am used to hearing.
I walked into the kitchen and stood beside her mom and her mother immediately spoke.
âWell, my daughter was told me a really great deal about you Eddie Munson.â Her mother said.
Her mother turned toward me and she smiled.
âAll I can say is thank you.â Her mother smiled.
âWhat?â I asked.
âEver since she started being with you, she started to get better. The day after she went to the comic book store, something had shifted. She was smiling again. She has not smiled in so long since her dad left. Her dad just gave up on his years ago and I know she has tried to be here for me. But all I wanted was her to have fun and to be a teenager in high school. But she had given up a lot. She always made sure that the house was clean when I got home from work. She would have dinner on. She has been through so much. So, just thank you for making her smile again and having her live life.â Her mom confessed.
I just looked at her and everything just made sense of why her daughter was so quiet and was always out in her own world.
âI had no idea. Believe me, I know how that feels. My father left me when I was young and my motherâŚmmmâŚshe is not around anymore. I am glad I have my Uncle Wayne. I mean it hasnât been perfect, but he was the only family I had. But now I have people in my life that actually care about me.â I confessed.
âMy daughter cares about you. She truly does. Donât break her heart.â Her mother said.
âI wouldnât dream of it.â I said.
âAlright, bring it in.â Her mother said.
Her mother extended her arms and gave me a sweet hug.
She then separated herself from the embrace and spoke.
âYouâre a good man Eddie. Just donât give up on life. Also I know from my daughter that you are in a band. So let me know when you have another gig. I may be a mom, but I still know how to rock out.â Her mom chuckled.
âAlright, I will definitely let you all know.â I chuckled.
As we finished our conversation, I heard footsteps coming into the kitchen.
I turned and there she was. I just smiled at her.
âIs everything okay?â She asked.
âYeah, everything is good.â I smiled.
âAlright well if you two want to stay up that is fine. I am heading to bed. I have an early shift tomorrow.â Her mother said.
âOkay mom. You get some rest.â She smiled.
âGoodnight you two.â Her mom smiled.
âNight mom.â She smiled.
Her mom walked out of the kitchen and walked up the stairs.
~Readerâs POV~
Eddie and I decided to go and sit on the patio stairs and look up at the stars.
âWhat did you and my mom talk about?â I asked.
âWell, she had told me about your dad. That you had to give up everything to help her. Sweetheart, I am so sorry that happened. Your dad is missing out. You and your mom are such amazing people.â Eddie stated.
âEddie, I was just wanting to help my mom and I wanted her to know that someone would be there to take care of her. After a while I just got comfortable in my own company and the only other person I would talk to was my mom. That was until I officially met you.â I smiled.
Eddie pulled out his hand and I took it and we interlocked our fingers together. I put my head down on Eddieâs shoulder and I felt him press a kiss on my forehead.
âI am glad you came into the comic book store that day.â Eddie whispered.
I looked back at Eddie and smiled.
âMe too.â I smiled.
Eddie gave me another kiss on my forehead and then we went back to looking up at the stars.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After a few days of having dinner with my mom, Eddie and I spent another summer night the local diner and then we went to the record store.
After we made our purchases, we drove back to my house since it was closer.
Once we were at my house, we put on some records and started dancing and talking.
At some point, we sat beside each other on the couch watching a movie.
âSo, what should I do with the next campaign?â Eddie asked.
âI am not sure. Maybe you can pull off more sneak attacks.â I chuckled.
âHold on, those sneak attacks always work.â Eddie smiled.
âI know. That is why you should do more.â I smiled.
âAlright sweetheart, how should I do one?â Eddie asked.
âWell, you could always have a player distracted. Have them thinking that they are looking for somethingâŚand then sneak up behind them.â I smiled.
Eddie just looked at me and smiled.
âWhat?â I asked.
âYouâre just cute when you get excited.â Eddie smiled.
I looked down and blushed. Then I looked back at Eddie.
âCome here.â Eddie smiled.
I shifted on the couch and sat in between Eddieâs legs and he wrapped his arms around me and I settled my hands on his arms.
I settled into him and I spoke.
âIâm glad youâre here Eddie.â I whispered.
I felt Eddieâs fingers caress my jaw and he turned my face towards him and rested his hand on the side of my face.
âI am too. Iâm glad I have you.â Eddie smiled.
We both smiled at each other and looked at one another.
Eddie and I both leaned in slowly and our lips finally pressed together.
Our kisses were so soft and gentle and Eddie kept his hand on my face.
âEddieâŚâ I breathed.
Eddie deepened the kiss a little bit more and I turned and I settled my hands on his chest.
Our kisses turned a little more sensual for a few more seconds and then we both separated.
âI have wanted to do that for a long time.â Eddie smiled.
âMe too.â I smiled.
We both laughed and smiled and Eddie held me closer to him.
We both got comfortable on the couch and returned to our movie.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Eddie and I were coming back from Lovers Lake since it had started raining.
Since my mom was working late again, I had told her that I was going to be with Eddie until the rain calmed down.
She just told me for us to stay safe and to just update her about anything.
Once we made it to his trailer, Eddie and I ran up to the door and walked inside.
âSo, I have been meaning to ask, did you move in here?â I asked.
âYes. I was living with my uncle across the way and a few months before graduation, this trailer went up for sale. So, I picked up a few shifts at the comic book store and once I had enough, I made a down payment. Itâs not much, but it is my home away from home.â Eddie chuckled.
âI love it. It is very homey Eddie.â I smiled.
âWell, I didnât want to be in my Uncleâs way anymore. Even though he has reminded me a thousand times that I ainât a bother, I just want to get on my feet and have my own place.â Eddie said.
âWell your uncle is a very nice man and he loves you Eddie. I can see that.â I smiled.
I continued rubbing my arms and I started to shiver.
Eddie walked closer to me and set his hands on my shoulders.
âAre you alright sweetheart?â Eddie asked.
âJust cold.â I shivered.
âCome on.â Eddie smiled.
Eddie put his arm around me and we walked down the hall and into his bedroom.
Eddie got in his drawer and pulled out a tshirt and some boxers. He then walked over to me and handed me the clothes.
âThank you.â I smiled.
âNo worries.â Eddie smiled.
Eddie then turned so that I could change.
I turned around and sat the clothes down on the dresser.
I took my tshirt off and then my shorts and converse.
Just as I was about to remove anything else, I looked up and I heard footsteps coming towards me.
I felt Eddieâs fingers move my hair away from my neck and I felt his other hand settle on my waist. I then felt Eddieâs lips press against the skin of my neck.
âEddieâŚohhâŚâ I breathed.
âMmmâŚoh baby.â Eddie whispered.
I turned to Eddie and I went to the hem of his shirt and Eddie then pulled his shirt over his head.
I settled my hands on his chest and traced my hands on his skin and Eddie settled his hands on my back.
âEddie, please hold me.â I whispered.
Eddie moved his arms around me and I rested my head on his chest.
âNoâŚI meanâŚthere.â I said as I motioned towards the bed.
Eddie looked at the bed and then looked back at me.
âAre you sure?â Eddie whispered.
âYes. I want to share everything with you Eddie. You have made me feel safe and I just want you.â I smiled.
âOh babyâŚI want you. Are you sure? We donât have to do anything. I am more than happy to just hold you.â Eddie smiled.
âI am sure EddieâŚmake love to me baby.â I whispered.
Eddie instantly leaned in and pressed his lips against mine.
Our lips were slowly moving against one another and Eddie turned us around and walked us to his bed.
Once my legs hit the bed, I separated myself from Eddie and climbed on the bed.
Eddie then took his shorts off and he was now left in his blue boxers.
He got on the bed and crawled over to me and sat in front of me.
I raised my hands up and began to trace his upper body and tattoos with my fingertips.
âEddieâŚyou are so handsome.â I smiled.
âOh PrincessâŚâ Eddie rasped.
I settled my hand on his face and he looked at me and I scooted towards him.
âI mean it. You are perfect.â I whispered.
âCome here baby.â Eddie smiled.
Our lips pressed against each otherâs and Eddie moved his hands along my back until he got to the clasp of my bra.
He separated himself from my lips a few inches and looked at me. I nodded my head yes and he undid my bra.
Once he did, he threw it on the floor next to his bed.
Eddie wandered his hands back up to my shoulders and slowly laid me down on his bed.
He then hovered over me. He looked at me as if I was a precious being.
âYou are like a dream. So beautiful.â Eddie whispered.
I smiled up at him and he leaned down and pressed a kiss to my lips.
I felt his ringed hand caress my leg until he got to the inner part of it. Then he traced his fingertips to the waistband of my underwear.
âMmm.â I moaned against his lips.
âOh babyâŚâ Eddie murmured.
I felt his fingertips slide under my panties and I felt them brush my bundle of nerves.
âAhhh.â I breathed.
Eddie and I were making sweet contact as he was touching where I ached for him.
âIs this okay?â Eddie whispered.
âYes.â I whispered.
Eddie then started to move his fingers in circles on my bundle of nerves.
âAhhhâŚEddieâŚahhâŚâ I gasped.
âDoes that feel good baby?â Eddie whispered.
âYesâŚso good.â I moaned.
Eddie then moved his whole hand down and began moving his hand up and down.
âAhhhâŚyesâŚright thereâŚâ I moaned.
âOh babyâŚ.is this all for me.â Eddie rasped.
âYesâŚohhh.â I moaned.
Eddie leaned down and gave me sensual kisses on my lips.
âMmm.â We both moaned.
âAhhhâŚEddie donât stopâŚIâm almost there.â I breathed.
âMmmâŚbaby.â I rasped.
Eddie moved his hand a little faster and my release came quick.
âAhhâŚyesâŚahhh.â I moaned.
As I breathed through everything, Eddie removed his hand from me and leaned down.
He placed a few kisses on my neck, breasts, and stomach. He curled his fingers underneath my underwear and looked at me.
âYes.â I nodded.
Eddie took my underwear off of my body and sat them on the floor next to my bra. He then got up and reached in his drawer and grabbed protection. He removed his boxers and I looked at him.
I stand correctedâŚhe was perfect.
He put the protection over himself and got back on the bed. Once he hovered back over me, I held onto his arms.
âAre you okay?â Eddie asked.
âYeah. I justâŚthis is my first time.â I confessed.
âOh. Well, I am honored then.â Eddie smiled.
I smiled big and spoke.
âI just want to be perfectâŚI want to be good at this.â I sighed.
âSweetheart, this is about you. Let me take care of you. You tell me what you want and I will give it to you.â Eddie smiled.
I nodded my head and smiled.
âOkay.â I whispered.
Eddie leaned down and pressed his lips against mine and I could feel him shift his hips. I then felt the entirety of him touch my heated core.
I felt Eddie moving his hips up and down now.
âAhhhâŚEddieâŚbabyâŚI need you.â I whispered.
âMmmâŚI need you too.â Eddie whispered.
Eddie moved his hand between us and gripped himself and his tip was at my entrance.
We both held onto each other and Eddie gave me one last look.
I nodded and he moved his hips slowly.
I could feel the entirety of him enter inside of me slowly.
âAhhhâŚmmm.â I moaned.
I held onto Eddieâs shoulders as he continued moving slowly.
âEddieâŚahhhâŚahhh.â I moaned.
Eddie leaned down and gave me passionate and sensual kisses on my lips as he continued to move.
âTouch me.â I whispered.
I then felt Eddieâs hand reach in between us and he pressed on my bundle of nerves and started moving it in circles.
âAhhhâŚyesâŚfeels so good baby.â I whispered.
âMmmâŚbabyâŚyou are so tight.â Eddie rasped.
After a few more movements, Eddie paused.
âI am in babyâŚjust relax and tell me when you want me to move.â Eddie whispered.
âOkay.â I whispered.
Eddie continued to move my bundle of nerves in tight circles as he leaned down to give me kisses on my neck.
I wrapped my arms around his back and traced my fingertips up and down.
âAhhâŚ.EddieâŚmoveâŚplease move.â I whispered.
Eddie took his hand off of my bundle of nerves and set it next to my head. I held onto his back as he began to move very slow.
âAhhhâŚ.yesâŚoh Eddie.â I moaned.
âMmmâŚoh sweetheartâŚyou feel so goodâŚso softâŚyou were made for me.â Eddie rasped.
âYesâŚso do you baby.â I whispered.
I held onto him as he moved at a good paced rhythm. We both looked at each other and leaned our foreheads against one another.
âMmmâŚoh babyâŚI have waited for so long to be with youâŚâ Eddie rasped.
âI have waited tooâŚbut now we are hereâŚâ I rasped.
âYes we are.â Eddie whispered.
I leaned up and placed my lips on Eddieâs and our lips moved with so much passion that our tongues were starting to massage one another.
âAhhhâŚEddieâŚIâm getting close.â I moaned.
âJust a little bit more baby.â Eddie whispered.
Eddie and I looked at each other as he moved a little faster and I grabbed onto him tighter.
Just then Eddieâs movements became messy and we both held each other close as we both let go in our intimate embrace.
âAhhhâŚyesâŚEddie!â I cried out.
âAhhâŚmmmâŚoh sweetheart!â Eddie rasped.
As we both breathed through our releases, we just held each other as we got our breathing regulated.
Once that was settled, we just looked at each other and smiled.
âHow are you feeling?â Eddie asked.
âIt was amazing. You were amazing.â I whispered.
âSo were you.â Eddie whispered.
âMmm.â I hummed.
Eddie then took my hand and held it gently.
âListen, I meant what I said. I have waited so long to be with you. Even though we have officially known each other for only a few weeks, I feel like I have known you forever.â Eddie smiled.
âI feel the same Eddie. I think it is because we both saw each other in high school and we knew who we were. We just didnât talk to one another. But, maybe that wasnât our time for us. This is our time now. I meant what I said earlier as well. You have made me feel so safe and for the first time in a long time, I am happy.â I smiled.
âSweetheart, I am happy as well. I am glad that you are here with me.â Eddie smiled.
âIâm glad that you are with me as well.â I smiled.
We both leaned in and gave each other a kiss and then we both separated from each other.
After we got cleaned up, Eddie and I cuddled up into bed.
As we talked throughout the night, Eddie just held me in his arms.
I kept thinking to myself about the day I walked into the comic book store.
Life has played some many wicked games on me. So I hadnât planned on anything.
But then everything changed.
For the first time in a long time, life was giving me a chance.
Or perhaps I was letting it.
I mean, if I hadnât gone to the comic book store that day, then I wouldnât be here.
I wouldnât be here with Eddie and I wouldnât feel the happiness I have been feeling the past few weeks.
But I am now. Right now. Here with Eddie.
