HOW CAN WE NOT KNOW THE WORLD THAT WE ONCE CALLED HOME? HOW DO GREY WALLS BECOME ALL WE KNOW? WILL OUR RETURN TO EARTH BE FOR GOOD? OR WILL WE ONCE AGAIN DESTROY WHAT IS TOO GOOD FOR US, AND RETURN TO THE SKY ONCE MORE?

“I’m not saying, we should forget what they did. I’m just saying, We should forgive and move on, What good would it be to hold on to a tight grudge?”
❛ well things aren’t going to change down here. i’ll still be a criminal in heir eyes, i’ll be working class. never one of the privileged. nothing will be different ❜

❛ people like you were given a great life on the ark. it worked in your favour because you were born into a family that mattered. i’m allowed to be RUDE when you talk about the people that made my life horrible ❜

Loqam raised an eyebrow when he saw the look of fear in her face. He sighed and lowered his bow. “What are you doing out here? You should stay with your group, you’ll die out here.”
it takes her a few moments; hands lowering down from their surrendering position; his words registering in her racing mind. once she realises she’s not in the direct line of fire, she finally speaks ❛ i’ll die with them anyway, i might as well see the ground before it happens ❜

Becca had spun around with the light shining in the direction of the noise. When she saw the member of the hundred she let out a frustrated breath and shook her head. “What the hell, are you following me?”
❛ i just --- ❜ a slight pause, the girl shaking her head as she struggled to come up with a valid excuse. following someone in the middle of the night wouldn’t exactly be an acceptable reason. ❛ i wanted to see what you were doing ❜

It was simply a try to have a small conversation. “My name’s Rai, it’s nice to meet you, Analia.“ He cleaned the wound as swiftly as he could while still being careful. He looked up at her. “I’m not going to eat you, if you’re wondering.”
she can’t help but smile slightly at his words, a soft laugh falling from parted lips. she shook her head slowly, allowing her head to hang back while he cleaned the wound. looking at it wasn’t making her feel any better. ❛ if i were you, i would. eat my people, i mean. or at least, kill them ❜

“They don’t have any control over us anymore. They viewed us as expendable. They didn’t care if we lived or not, and I think if everyone tries to remember that then they’d have no problems leaving them on their own if they ever choose to follow us down here.”
❛ the idea of never having to do what those assholes say again, makes me so HAPPY. the ground’s ours now. they can’t keep us in CAGES anymore because of their stupid rules ❜ analia grinned, taking a moment to look at the lush green surroundings. ❛ as soon as they get down here, i’m leaving ❜

“I will try.” He didn’t know how good she actually would be at healing, but at least she didn’t seem to have any supplies to take care of it. He wetted a rag with water starting to clean the bloody mess up. “So… can I ask your name?”
she flinches the moment that he touches her; hissing softly out of pain; but allowing her fingers to dig into wet soil in an attempt to ease the sting. ❛ it’s analia ❜ she replied softly, not entirely sure as to why he wants to know. ❛ and yours? ❜

“I heard you over there. If you’re trying to hide, you’re doing a horrible job at it.” He said with a chuckle. “Come out. Now.”
staring down at an arrow about to be fired your way, isn’t exactly an enjoyable experience. analia struggling to even out her breathing as she stepped right in front of it. ❛ please don’t shoot me ❜ she hadn’t understood him. but she knew he had spotted her.

dawntcdusk:
‘it is just a scratch,’ green eyes infused with brown specs caught the others worried gaze. dawn spoke before anything left their lips that implied the wound was something more dire then she had assumed. fingers pressed to her own leg in attempt to stall any access blood dripping down. ‘nothing i can’t handle myself.’ a soft smile of slight reassurance picks up at the corner of her lips.
she’s been out exploring again; it isn’t unusual for her. getting away from those in camp - getting away from her own thoughts. she had only stopped moving when she heard the other; speaking beneath her breath in a language analia couldn’t understand. peering around a tree to look at the other. she’d been watching for a few moments when her foot slipped; catching the attention of the other; who she expected to fire off an arrow at her. but instead, spoke calmly. ❛ there’s blood ... are you sure you’re okay? ❜

Becca was scavenging for supplies. She knew she wasn’t supposed to out there alone but she was the oldest one and could tell no one else was going to go out. So she grabbed a flashlight and a backpack, heading out. As she walked she heard a noise and spun around to see what it was.
like a deer in headlights, analia stood frozen; looking at the girl that she had been following. somehow, analia had gotten lighter on her feet - tiptoeing through the forest. she’d just been curious, that was all. unable to sleep and so, caught the girl sneaking out of camp. ❛ it’s analia! i’m one of the hundred! ❜

ofrheas:
she studied the girl for a moment, looking her up and down. “you’re going to get yourself killed out here if you’re not more careful.” rhea told her. she had encountered a few of her people before, still not being used to strangers in the woods. “do you come out here alone and unarmed?” she asked, confusion lacing her words. she was still trying to figure these people out, and so far, she understood nothing.”
it wasn’t common for the grounders to speak english; analia hadn’t encountered one who had. although she’d only run into two now. but between all of the delinquents, stories were shared - rumors spread quickly between one hundred kids who were barely surviving the ground. grounders became something to fear. the fear of the unknown - everybody felt the same way. they were unpredictable. ❛ they aren’t handing out weapons. we barely have any ❜ analia admitted. though INSTANTLY she felt herself fill with regret. that’s not something to tell the enemy.

“I don’t think I’ll ever be able to forgive them. All I want is their supplies so we at least have a chance at surviving in this place, then they can go wherever and do whatever they please.”
❛ they better not try and bring their laws and their leadership down here. i’d rather live with the GROUNDERS than be living under their power ❜

“now that’s something that’d be perfect. then we wouldn’t even have to do any dirty work.” leina gave a small smile. even though her parents were up there they never once visited her in the almost 5 years she was locked up. not once. they weren’t a parent to her anymore, just some biological link that she preferred to ignore. “just thinking about them is annoying.”
analia can’t help but laugh, blue hues looking away for a few moments before returning to the girl once more. she’d hardly had friends her entire life - keeping people around was too hard when she herself didn’t even want to be around. and her mother had KILLED herself early in analia’s life. leaving her with nobody to miss the moment they touched down on earth. ❛ bossing around those arrogant assholes will be the best thing to ever happen to me ❜

“I will,” he promised calmly, moving extremely slowly as he went through his bag, taking out the supplies he needed to take care of her leg. “I know you have no reason to believe in me, but I know what I’m doing. I’ve seen a lot of injuries, even though I’m not a healer myself.“
she’s given him control - allowing him to take care of the wound upon her leg. but she still watches him wearily, still flinching at each of his movements. the delinquents all feared the grounders; and so, analia felt inclined to see them as the enemy. even when they were trying to help. ❛ as long as you do a better job than me ❜

Rai didn’t even flinch at her snapping, knowing it was just a reaction instead of truly meant towards him. “Take a deep breath, you’re not going to die. Well, unless you do something stupid. Just let me take care of your leg.”
shaking hands were still holding the wound closed. thought it was hardly working. and she was hesitant to allow a grounder to care for the wound. but this was literally a decision between life and death. at least, PROBABLY seeing as she had absolutely zero idea of how to patch this up. ❛ fine ... BUT ! be careful! ❜
